I came here to just look at boots after having difficulty choosing online and boy Im glad I did! The staff there was very friendly and extremely helpful finding exactly what I was looking for/needed. Price was great, customer service was excellent and their merchandise is high quality! First time here and Ill definitely be back again, highly recommend this place!

I just went to get a pair of boots with some friends, and it was their first time. They couldnt stop talking about it on the road trip back. They all loved their boots, an belts. They arent the walmart of boot stores, but they are the heaven on earth of boot stores!! I love their company, they are very welcoming. My favorite place to go. The owners and staff are great to talk with and work with, even the ones that were new to the job were very helpful an i enjoyed talking with them!!!
My college age son wanted western boots. It was absolutely worth the hour drive. The store has a huge selection and the staff were so helpful! Such a great find. He loved the boots he got and I was happy he was able to try them on first instead of online. Thank you to Kathy and the staff.
They were very friendly, helpful and i had a great experience. They have a great variety of cowboy/cowgirl boots, great prices and great quality. I will definitely be going back and getting more boots. I recommend everyone to go to this amazing store.

I cannot wait to go back to this shop! We stumbled upon it by accident and werent really prepared financially to stop and shop...but my goodness we wanted to! Due to covid its by appointment only, but they let us sneak in between appointments. The place is spotless, full of amazing merchandise, and super friendly staff! Cant wait to book an appointment and go try on some boots!!!

Fantastic place! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly! Honestly went above and beyond from showing my 5 year old where the toy box was to keep her occupied, to letting us meet their horse Dolly and making the day of my 11 yr old daughter who LOVES horses! I liked the merchandise they had as well as the friendly staff. I was hoping to buy a particular pair of shoes there to replace my favorites, they didnt have them, but gave me directions to a place that could repair mine! They were awesome! I intend to go back more often.
We have made two visits now for our child whom was starting horseback riding lessons and both times the experience was great. First were boots and gloves which they had a good selection of and second time was a riding helmet. Prices were very fair compared to online and service is great. Thanks!

Looks to be part of an older barn.Greated at the door with big smiles and hello.Looking for gifts for our family we hit the jackpot. This is my favorite store. They have a large selection of Western wear. Boots, hats, belt and belt buckles, spurs, and more. The employees are some of the nicest and most helpful employees Ive ever seen at a store. If youre looking for any Western wear, this is the store to go to.

2022-06-21We stopped here to look for cowboy boots since taking lessons in Western riding. First, the staff is outstanding. Low key sales approach, allow you to just meander and once youve found an item they let you try things on and then are extremely helpful with your questions. The owner and staff are all riders and current and former competitors. Prices are competitive and items like boots really need to be bought in a store like this. They have cowboy hats, clothing, belts, buckles and everything horse related. Highly recommend for your needs.

2022-06-23This was by far the most amazing experience I have had with a small business. As soon as we walked in she gave us a tour and was so friendly and accommodating. Both women working were a breath of fresh air! We are so glad we supported our local business. Also, the products and prices were on point!

2021-05-06Super helpful, friendly, and more importantly, knowledgeable staff. They weren’t afraid to show their discount items. I figured I had the right pair but they weren’t quite right. The lady helping me made a simple suggestion (adding another thin pair of socks) and the boots fit like they were made for me. If you want a great pair of western boots, this is the place to go. I would definitely go back.

2021-08-30Great store. Reasonable prices for quality merchandise. Dont buy online when you can go to Mitchells and find what youre looking for. I bought some cowboy boots there. I started wearing them thinking Id have to break them in. They felt very comfortable and I didnt need to. Great quality.
