Got an oil change here some months back. Today i decided to do it myself. These f*cks overtightened the oil drain plug so much that i had to use a breaker bar just to get it off. The gasket was stuck to the plug i had to pry it off with a small screwdriver and hammer. Next the oil filter was loose. Im willing to bet they didnt even put mobile 1 oil in either.Before bringing your car here do a yelp search of other shops in the area. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.
Gas prices are an average $1 more per gallon than every other gas station near it.
Used to have my oil changed regularly here. Wont ever go again. They did not replace the bottom cover properly and came off while driving long distance. They blamed me for it falling off. It fell off Sunday I had my oil changed Friday. Its weird for me to hit something and have it to fall off right after they removed and replaced it to change my oil.

It looks that the manager of the shop was changed recently, I hope it would stay with the same quality. I brought my cars a few times there in the past few years and they were always able to fix it right. One was the ac of a Honda civic that still work well since they fixed it 2-3 years ago. A few months ago I got some bad gas (I think from a station in Ridgewood queens) and they were able to clean the engine so the car could start running again. I always do my inspections there and Im pretty happy. Not the cheapest place but it is reliable and conveniently located close to subway so I can leave my car and come back when its done. If the new manager would be like the old one I would definitely recommend this place.
The worst service station. They charge 40$ plus tax for a evaluation and then they try to charge for parts that won’t need to be change!!! Total rip off! I don’t normally write any reviews but it’s my duty to make aware potential customers! Go to pep boys or anywhere else when you have car problems!!
My son broke down 200 miles away from home, on a Sunday . They took him in and treated him very well. They charged a reasonable rate installed the parts properly and sent him on his way. Thank you.
Drunk assistant sits on chair in front mumbling to customers. So called boss lied about bathroom under repair 😆 seems to be a lot of that since pandemic order lifted🤔🤔

This is one of best mobil gas station I ever see, nice and clean, cash and credit of gas price is same, full service guy noor pump the gas for my car, check all kind of fluids needed for my car, the gas attendent morshed is helpful, nice gentelman.they have a repair shop specialized in all foreign and usa branded cars, highly professional mechanic working over there, lowest price, discount for college going children. the manager of repair shop Romesh, the station manager Alam is very helpful, I highly recommend this place
Went there for inspection. They changed an axle and my car broke down a week later. Brought it to another mechanic who told me they put the wrong axle in so it fell out. Mobil said that a gear in the transmission was stripped and was the cause of the axle falling out of place. They wanted to fix this for $1,800. This didnt sound right so I brought it back to the other mechanic who fixed the axle and said the transmission was fine. Ive been driving since then with no issue, so Teddys station was either lying or badly mistaken. You dont want either quality in your mechanic.
Went to get an oil change, came away with a bloody wallet...over 90 dollars, aint going there no more.
Its a gas station I get gas and go. It is cheaper that the other one I go to. Oh wait. They did fix my car once did a good job and charge a lot too.
Went to this Mobil gas station on hillside & Queens blvd to get my car inspection done. The manager at that mobile station whos name is Joe, said, my car passed the emissions test but he failed my car because he claimed that he visually inspected my tires & my rear tire threading was not high enough and I needed new rear tires. Joe the manager failed my car because he saw that I work for a utility company & asked me why was his light bill so high & I told him I dont know. Also, the manager Joe thought that if he failed my car because of my rear tires that I would have bought new tires from him. I took my car to a different place to have it inspected again & my car pass inspection with no problems. The other person said that Joes assessment was incorrect. So I had to pay $37 twice because I didnt give Joe the answer he wanted to hear. People are something else these days. Im never going to that mobile station again & I am never recommending anyone to Joes Mobil gas station because Joe is a crook.
Gas prices are Always High and the pumps most of the time do not have paper to print for a receipt.
Thieves! ! They asked my wife to pay the inspection fee knowing that her right side mirror was cracked and not even running it thru dmv so they can say it failed so she pay twice. I am familiar with the process and there was no need to do that. Especially to a lady. ...
Worst experience ever.The employees are so rude.They charge u extra for no reason. I went mobil which is in woodhaven for oil change, they charge me $19+tax. And here comes out $38.05 which is literally double!!!Say no to this mobil.

Trash and SCAMMERS for inspections. They will force you to pay them alot for maintenance that is not neccesary for your car or they will fail you.

Downright SCAMMERS for Inspection. They will try to hustle for every small thing and try to rob you blind. They failed me for a stupid thing and I refused to pay them. Do NOT go there.

Its ok to go there for gas since close to my home. But just never go there for repairing purposes. Never !
I only go there because sometimes they have the cheapest gas, but its annoying that every time you go there during normal business hours they want to look at your car and point out problems while youre pumping gas.

2022-02-22Went in for a basic inspection, the garage manager tried to sell me on new rotors and brake pads for $450-$500??? The rotors where just replaced last year and brake pads were still good. Decided to take my business elsewhere, my dealership and indi garage both agreed rotors and brakes were still good. Very shady practice at this location. I will be placing a complain with BBB and Mobil regional offices.

2022-03-31These guys just replaced management again, and now have the infamous popular trick that your car is good only for synthetic oil. Refused to provide a standard oil change for 2020 Honda ($40) although the car manual clearly allows for it. Left without service and not coming back.

2022-03-22New mechanic looked at my truck for one second and said I need one new axle or he wont pass my inspection I have never been told by a mechanic to change one axle on a 4x4 unless it was broken or leaking they think they can lie and upsell you while holding your inspection hostage. Avoid the shop if possible.

2021-11-21Never have to wait for a pump and the attendant is always helpful. Ive noticed recently in the evenings Ive not been able to go inside to prepay...the attendant pushed out a drawer for me to to place the cash.

2021-05-24This is the second time I come here, this time I went for an oil change, the used the wrong oil and did not clean the oil filter, my head gasket blew, and so did the coolant tank with the coolant tank broken the horn got messed up aswell. I brought my vehicle back to get it repaired and the mechanic argued with me about it, that it wasnt him, and that he dont care, I wasted my time bringing it to him because he wont fix it. How is this legal? Tgey trying to charge me $1600 to get my car back to how its suppose to be, and all I did was go here to get a $70 dollar oil change.

2021-01-03Do not trust this place for any repairs or anything. I took my car in for an simple inspection, the flipping so called mechanic damage my OBD2 connector port and messed up my car computer system, then turns around and blames me that I bought my car in with problems...this is not my first inspection...you never take a car for inspection with any warning lights. Then they handed me a bill for the time they spent trying to fix the problem they cause...HELL TO THE NO. So like I said....stay AWAY from this place.

2020-12-04This place use to be teddys hillside service station. I worked here 30 years then teddy sold all his stations and retired. This is a new owner. If you really want to meet a fantastic guy who really takes great care of his customers and treats everyone like family try liberty bell auto..Address is 86 25 liberty ave. Youll be glad you did

2019-08-17Dont go to this garage and get any service done. Went here to get my breaks done and they tell me I need rotors also. I get the them change and I still had problems. I then took my car to a real mechanic and he told me that they put in inferior parts and the wrong break pads. They are unprofessional and a bunch of thieves.
