The 1 star if for prices the cash price is very good. The staff in my opinion is nasty and there business practices are suspect. When I put gas in I always say I need more than I do and stop the pump myself and get the difference from the clerk, because Ive notice the gas stops pumping way before it reaches the total youve purchased! but be careful and make sure you announce how much cash you left. I had a bad dispute with the clerk he claimed he didnt owe me the difference of how much gas I pumped, I avoid this place if I dont have cash.

Usually vying for best gas prices on Staten Island. The only station I know that runs out of gas now and again. Can be crowded. But hey, youre there for the prices like everyone else. Staff is generally helpful and informative, but at times stressed by characters (EDPs) and frustrated customers (e.g.out of gas), they do also have a convenience store here.
I believe this is the only place that compete with costco prices regarding fuel and gas. The only difference is that you some amount like Costco if you pay cash and 10 cents more of you are using any kind of debit or credit card. Its location is perfect between Richmond Ave and arthur kill and has a small convenient and air for tires and vacuum. I totally recommend for gas if you are not a member at Costco
They consistently have the lowest price outside of the Costco oil stain in the area. If you use debit sane price as cash.

Very low prices, but actually getting gas at this location is exceedingly difficult. Either machines are down or they run out of gas. Needs to be managed better.

Yeah prices are good here, the only thing they didn’t have gas when it was shortage in supplies, it’s always crowded here and do yourself a favor, take a receipt when you pay cash, it will save you some aggravation if they put your money on the wrong pump, it just happened to me..

The bathrooms are always closed and the gas pumps are always out of gas . Can’t get a receipt unless you physically walk into the snack area . Coffee is Luke warm . Not a great place to to go for gas or coffee ! Exxon your not on your game !!

Some of if not the cheapest cash priced gas on the Island, probably not worth it if its out of the way but if your passing by worth a fill up. The Snack shop isnt bad either however its selection is somewhat limited.

On a crowded day when theres lines of people waiting to get gas the owners or service people or the people behind the counter do not take care or consider that people have are online and let anybody get in front of you without saying you are not online therefore I think they suck
Waiting close to an hour to get a receipt cause the pumps are not printing them out. The worker is acting like no one is outside waiting on line.

Workers couldnt understand that their pump overflowed and spilled gas alllllll over my car. I wanted a wet towel to wipe off. It took 5minutes to communicate the malfunction and what I needed. Kept asking me, which pump- want gas? Ugh!
Every guys works great in the past few years until there is a new guy come this station , he refuse me to use rewards cards and attitude is so bad, I explained to him I use this reward card everyday in the same station, he doesn’t know how to do the computer, doesn’t wanna to ask somebody to help him, turns out, just refuse me and protecting he know everything and he is correct.

2022-04-22They run out of gas every week. Lines for gas are terrible and the aggressive people over getting gas is unreal. Its just gas. I run out of gas faster when I get gas here as opposed to other gas stations. I honestly think they add a filler to their gas that evaporates faster while driving.

2022-02-21For the cheapest gas prices on the island. I am not a fan of how cars pull into gas station. Theres a dip in the street which if your car is low to the ground it might damage your car. Be very cautious when entering on Arthur kills side. There is another entrance Richmond side but you have to wait for traffic to clear. There is a deli inside where they have drinks, food, candy, etc. The staff always seems to be working hard. I never had a issue here. Mobil is a fast paced with steady flow of people getting gas. Be mindful.Update.The machines that put air in tires is out of service. So heads up if you need air best bet go to Shell its 1.00$ for air.

2021-06-10Ive never seen such ridiculous complaints! They ran out of gas during a gas shortage? No way! You put money in the wrong pump? How in the world does that even happen?!? Its always busy? Wellllll, that could be because of the low prices and good service, which is why theyd run out of gas from time to time... and have you ever been to Costco? Talk about busy.Ive been a customer of this station for more years then Id care to admit, and their prices were always incredible! They could easily jack up the prices the way they do at the gas stations just up the road in any direction from them, but they dont. Although the brutal gas prices these days hurt, they hurt a little less going to Mobil. Ive also never had a problem with the staff; I have a feeling that that sentiment comes from the same people who have the ridiculous complaints.Keep up the good work.
