Patience is essential and they will walk you through the process step by step and if by chance there are any mistakes on their part or theres just something you dont understand, they will sit and explain everything to you. I don’t usually write google reviews but I just had to write one for Mobile Auto Glass. Their service is very professional. Billy was very kind and super helpful when it came to replacing the windshield of my boyfriends car. We called the day before didn’t get an answer the first time, but they sure did make it a priority to call us back without us even leaving a voicemail or anything. The phone interaction and getting a call back is what really wowed me and showed that they do really care about providing the best service. With the call back Billy provided, the windshield was able to be ordered without us even having to go in and leave a deposit. You do have to get there very early in the morning, they open at 9 a.m., my boyfriend and I got there at 8 a.m. and there were already two people waiting there for tints. By 9 a.m. when they actually opened there were about 7 cars in total already waiting for them but for different services. Anyways Billy and the other glass installer (didn’t get his name) were super fast and the glass looked like the OEM quality when installation was finished . At 9 a.m. when they opened and Billy spoke to my boyfriend he said the windshield would be there by 9:30 a.m. but instead it got there at 9:08 a.m. which was super pleasing at how fast they work. By 9:40 a.m our new windshield was installed and we were on our way with a clearer view than when the old windshield was on there!! Their prices are very reasonable also. They also do remote start installation, it looks like they have tail light and headlight assemblies available and tinting is one of their big services also. I work in the automotive industry and I would definitely recommend Mobile Auto Glass to any of my customers in need of the services that they provide at Mobile Auto Glass. Amazing service! I called for an appointment for my windshield to be replaced, Billy was right there to get the job done immediately! He had all the parts ready and in stock preordered so I can be in and out, and back on the road!Besides replacing glass, they also have amazing sound systems and radio kits, tints and they replace lights and install them for a great price! This is my new go to place for the aesthetics for my van.

Needed to replace a windshield on a pretty niche car, put down deposit and Bill the glass guy got it in no time, very friendly, not a rip off kind of place (Women friendly). Straight forward service, finished in 1 hr and done.
I was very satisfied with the service, pricing and overall experience !! I had an appointment with Safelite which i canceled due to misinformation and they were charging me double what I paid here! The service was quick and Billy was great! I needed windshield replacement.

A brick from the roof of the house fell on my car windshield during a thunderstorm. They quoted me a great price and I got the car back in less than an hour for a windshield replacement. The glass fit & look exactly like OEM and there was no glass shards inside the interior. On top of that, they removed my current registration and inspection sticker and transfered it onto the new windshield as well. Great job and service.
I cant explain how pleased i am with their service. I called Billy earlier this week and asked for a price. He told me to call a day before so he could order the windshield. I did and scheduled an appointment at 9 for the next day. I was in at 9:05a and out at 9:50a. 45 minutes...! to replace a windshield on my 07 avalanche ltz with rain sense. Also he gave me the best price ($200). Includes water leak and workmanship warranty as long as you own the vehicle.
Myself and my boyfriend have been coming here for years to get our windows tinted on every car we have ever owed and there is never any disappointment. Not only are they professional and nice ppl the work speaks for itself and Billy doesn’t try to rip you off. I just bought a new car and I plan on coming to get my windows tinted as well as some audio work and possibly remote start and I trust them to do the work for me.

I got an exceptional service, very helpful in fixing my vent window, communicating with insurance to ensure coverage, timely and well done job.. I feel a tad bit bad as I didnt carry extra cash. I figured leaving a review should be a good way to pay back such excellent service.
Spoke to billy last week and asked for a quote for a windshield replacement for my 2008 land rover lr2. billy gave me the lowest price and did the replacement today. the shop was nice. everyone was professional and the service was excellent. i highly recommend this shop! thank you billy!

Very efficient and clean tint work… The only issue is they don’t make appointments and you have to be there VERY EARLY if you want to get your tints done first..
Initially had an appointment with Safelite for $360. However, I did find that very expensive and therefore continued to search other places to repair my car window. Found mobile auto glass that charged me literally half the price. Amazing service and only waited 1hr 10 mins

The owner seems nice but he didnt want to come out to look at my pathfinder that i wanted darker tint. He said i dont want darker tints in front than the back but i do..work for Corrections. Well lost my business

When I arrived there I was so frustrated because the back windshield of my car was shattered and it wasn’t even my fault. The guys at Mobil Auto Glass were very understanding and made it their mission to make my nightmare of a day end. They were very nice and respectful to my mother and I and did everything in their power to make sure my car was in working order. I never make post reviews but these guys deserve to know what they did for my mom and I. For the respect, the jokes, the excellent work and making this horrible day into a manageable one, 5 STARS!!

Good, possibly the only place that had the rear windshield for my car same day. Billy is a good guy as others have stated. Only bad thing is the torn worn out messy couches in the waiting area.
They do excellent job. Been going to them for a few years. Only problem I have is everytime I call he hardly answers my calls even if I leave msg he wont return my calls. Now Im looking elsewhere to upgrade my speakers on my 2018 f150.
EXCELLENT experience here! Not only were the staff super friendly and accommodating, the prices also cant be beat ANDDD i was able to just drop by for a walk-in side-marker tint and walk out, superrrrr satisfied, in no time. The manager, Billy, even went out of his way to use my touch up paint and cover some of my scratches while my tints were being done LOL! Cant wait to go back to get my lights done!

In the beginning it was good they messed up my inspection ticket when I had a new windshield put on didnt tell me either they lost points for that and my wiper arm was uneven had to have that bent back so it would stay on windshield SMH 😣😣😣

2022-04-05About 2 weeks ago I backed into a dumpster and shattered my rear window. I was heart broken and in a panic. I called Safelite and was given a quote of nearly $500 ($465 and some change to be specific). Safelite said they couldnt do the job because of a minor dent in the rear door but to call an auto body shop and see if they could bang out the dent. After searching online I found Mobile auto glass; I told them about the issue and asked for a quote and to my surprise it was much less ($265 compare to $465+). I asked how fast it could be done (I called on Saturday) and I was told as early as Monday and that it could be done within an hour. Fast forward to today, and although I had to move my appointment from Monday it was to a mutual benefit, and I could not be more pleased with the work done. The work was done early, quickly, and done right. Below I show the before and after. The staff was kind and the work was done right at a VERY good price. I strongly encourage others to support this business, and if I ever need more work done I will be giving Billy a call

2021-11-17The price is great but the tint guy left bubbles I thought I caught them before I left but noticed a few on my drivers window. The guy didnt clean the windows when he was finished where he likely wouldve noticed the bubbles left behind. The staff seemed nice enough though Billy was very reasonable.

2019-06-05I’ve rated one star because I’ve tinted my cars’ two front door windows and they didn’t clean the glass properly before installing the tint. I informed Billy about this and he checked it and he asked me if I’ve tinted the glass before I said no because this is how I bought the car from the dealer. So he then said it’s CONDENSATION and he called the guy who tinted the glass and asked him if it’s glue from an old tint and he said yes it’s glue . I then asked him if they don’t clean the glass before tinting it. He said customers usually have to pay for their glass to be cleaned which he never told me about or asked me anything pertaining to that before the service. Because I specifically ask how much would it be and you would think that at $25 per window for tint you would at least clean the glass. I also asked him if the middle of the glass had glue if they would have tinted it like that and he said no. But my question is why would they clean the middle of the glass if it had glue but not the bottom. He was trying to convince me that what they did is ok but what I know is that you need to clean the glass to remove all residue that causes bubbles when tinting it.They did not do this so my tint has an awful look.Also there are visible punctures on the tint were they tried to get rid of huge bubbles.This wasn’t worth $50!

2021-03-13Very hard to find honest and professional shops but Mobile Auto Glass is all of that and more. From my initial call with Bill, I felt comfortable and not taken advantage of with price. They were able to fix my windshield in less than an hour and the price was well below what I was quoted in other shops. I will definitely only use them from now on.

2020-10-23Came here to get tints for my car. got my car tinted and got my tail lights tinted as well. Billy was super professional along with his staff. They said 2 hour wait time but my request was done in only 1 hour. Super quick and a beautiful job. No bubbles and the tints came out amazing. I recommend this shop for their services, after going to so many shops, they were the most friendly and professional.
