Needed to fix my iPhone screen, it was glitching and as I continued to use the phone it got worse. After doing some research around the neighborhood I found this local spot. It’s inside of a cute alley in Continental ave. Andy hooked me up with a new screen and protector in just half hour. Highly recommend! Professional, fast, good service.
Been here twice and I can definitely say he does an amazing job. First time I came here was to fix my charging port for my note 5. He fixed it by the next day to ensure it fully charges and works. The second time I came here was to replace the screen for my phone. He ordered the part and after it arrived two days later he replaced the screen within 30mins along with a free screen cover. He also charged my phone before I arrived since I gave it to him at 0%. He charged me $40 less than what other repair shops were offering to fix my screen. I definitely recommend this place and I will continue to come here in the future.
I highly recommend Mobile ER after having them replace the battery for my moto360 smart watch for two reasons. First, they were very transparent from the beginning about potential scratches that can result. However, at the end, there were no scratches. Secondly, they were quick. I was able to pick up my watch on the same day. In all my interactions, Mobile ER was super courteous and respectful. If I have any future equipment issues with my technology, I will definitely go back to Mobile ER.

Had a phone with variety of issues as a result of water damage the manufacturer refused to service. Andy fixed it in a couple of days and did it for a reasonable fee. The phone basically feels as good as new. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend.
I have used Mobile ER both for laptop issues and phone issues. Andy is also a great teacher and is happy to spend time showing customers how to understand use their devices. I had to fix my PS4, everywhere I looked they were charging $125+. Andy was very helpful, and solved the issue in less than a hour, and for only $85. Andy also gave me a free 30-day warranty. I will definitely be coming back for any other issues with my technology.
Highly recommend this place. Went to get my Beat Studio 3.0 hinges replaced and he ordered replacements and got it fixed for $65 whereas other places I called are charging upwards of $80. Extremely friendly and helpful person and provides the best service you will find in the area in Queens.
Anything tech-related causes me such anxiety. After my iPhone fell and got stuck in a reboot-loop, Andy explained everything he would be doing in a way that made sense. He works quickly, charges reasonably, and is very professional. Hopefully I won’t need to go back, but if I ever did need something fixed he’d be my go-to.

Came in Monday. Was ready to fix Wednesday.My phone tragically hit pavement and I had no insurance. He gave me the best price he could give me (I have a note 8). He was very fast and I swear he gave me a different/better screen because it feels so smooth to the touch and doesnt pick up dirt/oil from your fingers. Ive been to this guy twice already and hasnt let me down.He also repairs gaming consoles so I definitely might stop by again.

Very professional. Andy is straightforward and manages expectations up front.I stopped by his store on a Saturday and asked how much to fix my Samsung S6 screen. He gave me 2 options: I could go for after-market parts or Samsung parts and I went for the 1st option which came out to $155. Not bad. He told me it would take a couple days to order the parts and a day to fix, I got my phone back the following Wednesday, which was faster than I thought it would take.The phone is good as when I first dropped it off, the screen all fixed.Please note Mobile ER is located in an alley. Dont go to the repair shop on the main street, go in the alley all the way to the end.Excellent customer service. This place is legit! Andy was able to bring my Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge+ back to life after it decided to dive into the toilet. It had some water damage, but he was able to replace circuits and clean it up and so far it has been working normally. The pricing for this resuscitation wasnt bad either.
I brought over my PS4 with HDMI connectivity failure. Normally the HDMI port needs replacement from its motherboard but this turned out to be a way more complex failure. Andy was able to trouble shoot and replace the faulted parts fast and at a very fair price. Will def recommend mobile ER
Got my sisters iphone 5s screen fixed here, he was very nice and helpful! It was fixed very quickly, within 20 minutes and at a very reasonable price. I got there when he was about to close but still stayed to fix the phone. Definitely recommend this place!
Walked in to have cracked screen replaced on my phone, got it fixed in less than 15min. didnt look to shop for a case or a screen protector but ended up getting both because, when the service is that good I dont mind spending a little extra. speaking of which, the total cost of the repairs and the case with the screen protector was very reasonable. will be recommending mobile er to all my friends.
Mobile ER has fixed my water damaged phone twice when I thought it was a hopeless case. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and helpful, and the turnaround time is quick. If you have a phone issue, I would definitely recommend taking it here. Andy is a lifesaver!
Dropped my phone, went to the ATT to get a brand new phone because my screen wasnt shattered, but the display screen would just turn into different colors, so i was referred to andy by the employee at ATT(which was very honest, and he could have easily sold me a brand new phone). Was not dissapointed at all, andy did an amazing job, fixed my phone in 40mns, phone looks brand new. This place is quite hidden so just make sure youre not going to the other electronic store nearby.I took my phone with a degraded battery and got the battery swapped. It only took 45 minutes. The person who helped me was super nice and answered all questions I had. He let me keep my old battery ad well. My phone is working perfectly now and I couldnt be happier. Also this place is cheaper than other places I asked.Would definitely recommend and will go again if I ever have issues with a future phone.
I had a problem with my ps4 where it wasn’t turning on at all, came here because of the good reviews, and it deserves it, within an hour, I was told what was wrong and given a reasonable price. Andy was very responsive and professional as well, would come here again, 5/5

Best service ever with brand new phones and phone cases. Prices are reasonable for the products. Owner tend to Expidite the repairs. Usually same day service unless they need to order or buy addition items for repair. They can almost fix anything. Highly recommended.

I have always enjoyed attentive and very helpful service from Andy at Mobile ER. He is patient and supportive with all of my problems on both the computer and smartphone. As a senior citizen I sometimes feel insecure with the new devices, but he is a very understanding teacher. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
My high performance gaming pc had an issue and wouldn’t reboot and usually I have enough knowledge to fix it myself but this time the issue was beyond my expertise.This is when I called Mobile ER and from start to finish, Andi, brought my pc back to life. Went this morning with a cracked iPad cover which is never fun as I was convinced it would be cheaper to just replace it. This guy fixes anything and everything!!! So far he has fixed two of my phones and a gaming headset. Very neat and clean and let me tell you. His work lasts!! Will never have to take back for same issue. Dont take ur products to the big chain stores for repair. Take it to Mobile ER!!!

When I thought my PS4 had an HDMI port problem, Andy correctly diagnosed the issue (something wrong with the motherboard) and fixed it promptly at a fair price. Certainly will be going back if I have other electronics issues!

Came in with a badly water damaged non-US phone. Andy took the time to call the manufacters number and get information and price for me. He was on top of being in contact with me. Even though I did not go through with the fix in the end, the service was pleasant. The initial charge to diagnose is a lot cheaper than the electronic fix place on the main street as well!

My father had such a great experience that he wanted me to post this for him: Andy, who runs Mobile ER, is a genius and a magician. The cellular function of my expensive Samsung cellphone died. I went to the technicians at my cellular carrier, and they told me that the phone cannot be fixed and should be discarded. I then sent the phone to the tech support outfit, in San Frincisco, used by my company. They told me that the phone could not be repaired, but that I could probably still use it for Wi-Fi function purposes. I was very discouraged. A few days later, I was walking by the Mini-Mall where Mobile ER is located, on Continental Avenue in Forest Hills, and, on a whim, went in and described my problem to Andy. He said that I should return in 48 hours, and it would be repaired. IT WAS! And, the price was very modest. Further, no information, data, nor photos which had been stored on the phone were lost. Andy could do what all the other experts could not do. I have six cell phones (used for different business purposes), and Andy is the only person I would let touch my phones from now on. Have an old Windows 7 Compaq computer that I like that kept overheating and shutting off. ER adjusted the interference that was impeding the air flow without having to put in a new fan. Reasonable rate and quick service.

2020-09-30I was looking for a place to fix my PS4 because it was turning off on its own and I found this store on Google. I read the great reviews and decided to give them a call. I got in contact with Andy who was very professional and listened attentively to what I had to say. I took my PS4 to the store and he was able to change the fan as it was not working properly and making the console overheating. Andy kept communication with me from the time I call for the first time to the very end until I got my PS4 back. This is what I call outstanding customer service 👏. Thank you very much. I know there is a lot of people that appreciate that tremendously. Keep it up!

2020-01-16Andy is a “Rock Star Doc!” His friendly, professional, and confident demeanor was just the anecdote to what was ailing me and my iPhone.I had just completed an eight week, seven day, twelve hour a day assignment. I was completely frazzled. My iPhone screen went black on the same day my contract was up— that’s the good news. The bad news was the phone hadn’t been backed-up and the screen was shot.I was about to have a melt down, when my service provider said, “I’ve heard really great things about this guy around the corner.”Thank you, V———n!Andy patiently and calmly walked me through the steps. He charged me what I thought was at or below fair market value to deal with this now emergency surgery! 2020-10-04The HDMI port of my sons PS4 broke and needed a replacement. The technician promised about a 1 hour turn around time of the repair which many other places didnt offer. Glad I went to him because he got it done in 40 mins! New strong port was installed. Connection with HDMI is solid with no wiggle and of course we now have perfect visual with the PS4. I now know where to go for repairs I cant handle myself!

2017-10-28This is one of the greatest Electronics Repair stores Ive ever been to. My iPhone 7 Pluss screen was basically pretty much destroyed and I was worried about how much it would cost to fix it, but Andy, who is the stores awesome owner fixed it for quite the reasonable price. Excellent quality and he even threw in a free screen protector. Definitely gonna come back here if I have any issues. Took 30 minutes to fix the entire thing. I definitely and highly recommend this place to anyone with screen cracks, technical issues, etc to contact and visit this store. You wont regret it, I know I definitely didnt.

2017-06-15These guys are great! I had a cracked screen on an obscure model phone and Andy found a screen replacement and did the repair for a very reasonable price. He also fixed some adhesive issues with my phones backing for no charge! Love these guys, definitely would recommend if you need a phone repaired!
