I can’t say enough great things about my family’s experience with this company. I was contacted within an hour of reaching out to them about having my son’s gaming laptop factory reset after a hacking issue. Sean was at our home in little over an hour (7:30 pm!) and the job was completed by 8:00. Sean was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Matt and Sean and the team at Mobile Phone Albany and look forward to using their services again in the future.

In speaking to Shawn at the store tonight, I realized that Matt from the store had recommended obtaining a new phone and sent me a link to Amazon regarding the phone case and screen protector. I followed his advice and am all set and very happy! Would definitely recommend taking your phone to this store for repairs.
Done in 10 mins, probably less… I went to the store and came back and it was definitely worth the price. Also, my phone had black lines throughout the screen and was all the way cracked
Told me it’d 15 minutes and came back out in about 5. Gave me candy with my newly fixed phone too. Will definitely return if my phone breaks again.

About a week ago, I was searching for a local electronics repair company to fix a phone that I needed to return quickly and I came across Golden Repair. I am so grateful to have come across this company. They were very thorough and responsive throughout the whole process and ensured to give me any updates for possible delays or arrivals for pickup. They are affordable and super convenient as they literally came to me to pick up and drop off my device. They were also very quick with fixing my device and their customer service was AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about this company. This is a professional operation from the first phone call to the follow up. Shawn was awesome. He came and he serviced my iPhone, and then the next day came back on short order to try to service my computer. The computer was pretty worthless but Shawn was worth ten lesser computer guys. Had my galaxy note 20 ultra repaired by Keishawn. Absolutely amazed and never going anywhere else. I had cracked the corner of my phone screen making the whole thing unusable. He was completely upfront and honest telling me that he could definitely fix it but there was a high likelihood of the back of the phone cracking. I understood and told him to just do what he could. About 30 mins later the phone was fixed and the back was fine. He was incredibly professional, funny, and kind.

Amazing service , fast and great , I had a cracked careen for my S22 ultra. Fearing the worst , I was able to drop it off and they had it repaired before I knew it.Hopefully I dont have to return , but if I have any other phone issues you best believe I will call them.

2022-06-27I’ve needed to replace my cracked IPhone 11 screen for a while now. When looking up potential vendors, I found Mobile Phone Repair Albany at the top of the Google search with so many amazing reviews. Well, the reviews were right! I called them and they were able to get me an appointment in less than an hour! Keshawn arrived right on time, fixed my screen in 10 minutes and was extremely kind and helpful. Phone is back to new! Also they give you a little goody bag with some candy and business cards, and they also provide a guarantee! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

2022-06-29My son dropped his phone in the parking lot and smashed the screen. We were sent here by our insurance and so glad we were. They had the phone fixed perfectly and super fast. They are extremely professional and so very nice. They even checked in with us afterwards to make sure all was well and suggested a case for my kids. The candy we got with our newly fixed phone was a surprise treat my younger kids enjoyed. Highly recommended!

2022-06-02I smashed my I phone on the side walk. I looked up a few different repair places and saw all the great reviews from mobile repair. And yes everything is accurate.They we’re amazing and professional!! I chose curb side , although they were more than willing to come to my home for my convenience. They came out took my phone and had it back to me in perfect shape in 15 mins. Awesome work .phone looks like new ,and they left me some candy to boot.Thanks again, Another Happy Customer!!!

2022-06-27Amazing work by the staff. Battery change was quick (10 mins tops). iPhone battery was barely averaging 6 hours screen on time. Now with the switch I’m able to get 10-11 hours easy

2022-02-25I had a Galaxy S3 that I had obliterated years ago that I needed fixed to recover photos from. I called these guys and immediately they booked me. They special ordered the screen for me and had it finished within an hour or so after drop off. The phone works perfectly and you would never tell it was a replacement screen. The price was perfect (only about $100). If you’re looking for a repair job anywhere in the capital region I highly suggest them.
