I do not advise anyone to buy anything in this store. I spent a large amount of money to buy furniture here, I was the most beloved and respected buyer, until the moment I paid ..... and thats it! They made delivery 4 (four) times! And every time you had to get out of work, and wait all day. By the way the most professional, the one who does the delivery, forgot his name. When you buy you show beautiful booklets, about a 5-year guarantee. I still have not received any papers confirming the guarantee. Every time I call, they promise me to send it in two weeks, but its been a couple of months ....
HORRIBLE customer service. Went in to purchase a wardrobe. Paid cash. When it came, the doors was faulty and no shelves, and the cherry on the cake was IT WAS A SAMPLE FLOOR. I was promised a BRAND NEW one, why would I even want a floor sample. I’m not paying for something USED. I was told the next day the delivery guys would come fix the doors and bring sleeves as well as a brand new wardrobe. No one showed up, had to take off work for NOTHING. The next day still no show. So I was promised again someone would show up. When they did NO SHELVES.. just door replacements. I called to complain AGAIN I HAD A FLOOR SAMPLE. Two weeks past, STILL IN THE ROOM WITH NOTHING IN IT, the guys has the NEW one. They had to come take out the floor sample and put in the new one, GUESS WHO REFUSED? Complaining oh they couldn’t do it. Are you f- serious! The new one they brought and took it back. Guess who has the floor sample still? Me. I called the store and asked for a discount since we got the floor sample. They refused. HORRIBLE customer service. The West Indian lady is RUDE and guess what? Consumers affair will be hearing me from also, so make sure their employees are LEGALLY here. They messed with the wrong one.
They don’t deserve any stars.Amanda is nasty,obnoxious,rude and unprofessional.Dont purchase anything from their store everything in there is overpriced. I purchased a bedroom set for my daughter when I received it the headboard was damaged. Amanda told me she would send another headboard or could have them patch it up.i told her I wanted a new headboard.Amanda had them deliver me a floor sample headboard that looked similar to the headboard I ordered.When I told her I knew what she did she ordered the delivery guys to take the whole set out and told me she would refund me my money with a very nasty attitude. I immediately went to the store to get my refund and asked to speak to a manager because of her nasty attitude unfortunately she’s the manager so I told her how unprofessional she is and I didn’t appreciate her trying to fool me by giving me a store sample as a replacement for the damaged furniture I received. Amanda’s response was if I feel the way I feel that’s on me .This people are very nasty,rude, and unprofessional. You can find all of their products at other stores for hundreds of dollars less.Shop where they respect your business. If a manager can be that disrespectful and rude imagine the sales people.
I purchased a king size bedroom set, boxspring mattress and a fire place. I fell in love with the store they have furniture for everyone. The sales lady Amanda was absolutely fantastic. She was patient new her product and serviced me with a smile. I totally recommend this store. The Funiture is sold at a whole sale price so you save lots of money. Stay tune I’ll give an update on my delivery experience.
If I could give 0 starts I would, where do I start. First of all I spend more than $2,000 in furniture here paid all cash, I purchase a bedroom set, twin bump bed, L shape couch. The first time they deliver I only received the couch, mattress for the bump bed, my bed one night stand a drawer no mirror, they told me I will receive the missing items the next day. No one show up the next day I even called to confirm that I was home waiting for my missing furniture they confirmed the delivery guys were on their way! They waisted my whole day waiting for nothing not even a call. The second delivery finally late at night and it was only the bump bed still missing items. When I check the mattress for my children bed the springs could be felt, this mattress was no good. So I call and tell them they confirm I will get a delivery on Wednesday new mattress and my missing items. When I show up at the store the lady has a nasty attitude telling me this is the first time something is wrong with mattress I told her well when u get the mattress back you Kay on it to see if you not going to feel spring poking you! Then I tell her how many times is it going to take for me to get my dam mirror and night stand????? These delivery people have been to my house 3 times already without counting the times they left me waiting doing a no call no show. Now here I am with my kids sleeping with me because they have no bed, and me doing my makeup in the bathroom because I have no dam mirror in my room!!! This is ridiculous I shouldn’t be after people to deliver my furniture that is all paid for 😡😡😡😡😡 first and last time buying from here
Staff is nice and have alot of furniture on display. (Place is huge) It was my 1st time there & I made a purchase. Pretty sure I will be back there. 2 delivery men came & installed a complete 7 piece king size bedroom set in 30mins. They left no evidence of material that they were there. Great job!
I purchased furniture for my apartment here about 9 months ago. The footboard to my bed kept coming apart so I immediately was furious so I called the store ready for a fight. To my pleasant surprise, it took all of 3 minutes and 59 seconds to explain the problem and have it resolved. I am so thankful for their excellent customer service!
On Saturday I curiously walked into Mobilia Furniture at 3144 Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn and I was shocked from the greeting and attention I got. Their customer service is really amazing and I couldnt possibly walk out without a purchase and made my wife happy . Mobilia Furniture is known as the best store to shop for your furniture they have the largest selection and showroom I have ever seen. Definitely recommendable
The worse furniture store and service I have ever had experience with...I bought my furniture’s on 1/11/20104, was promised to have it all delivered to me the fallowing Saturday. it never happened. gave me all sort or reasons, and promised to have it delivered on Monday. the brought it over on Monday, but guess what? one of the furniture’s were damaged the second was incorrect ordered.the left my apartment (very massy by the way) and promised to have t finished on that Wednesday. never happened. the gave an excuses of bad weather etc etc....after two weeks of chasing them they had the part that was damaged delivered. the assemble it all. but guess what? all done horrible and unprofessional (I latterly have spaces in between parts) i called that day saying i want it all returned and my money reimbursed . they said no, and that they will send someone to fix it (that was 3 weeks ago, still waiting)about the 2nd furniture, also still waiting. it has been 5 weeks since ordered, and paid in full and nothing is done, or delivered.really the worse store ever, don’t go if you don’t want to have a bad experience like i am had and still experiencing
I found the bed of my dreams at this store!!I have passed this store on several occasions and one day I decided to calland inquire about a specific bed I saw on the window displayI spoke with a sales manager by the name of Amanda she was very helpful and assisted me withfinding a bed that I immediately fell in love with and was able to afford!!I would and will definitely shop here again!!Happy costumer!!!!
This is the largest furniture store Ive ever been in, with fine furniture and home accessories in every style and category. All I can say is Wow!!! Theyre having a floor sample, blow-out sale, so if youre in the market for new furniture, I would suggest visiting their showroom.
HORRIBLE STORE IF I COULD RATE IT 0 STARS I WOULD. Here’s the story my mother bought a bedroom they brought her a cracked and broken dresser and the wrong mattress that was cheaper then the one she paid for so they switched the mattress but left the dresser. They scheduled my mom 100 times but for some reason there was an excuse it couldn’t come. For five months my mom was waiting and she demanded to talk to the manager but they refused to say anything and they refused to pick up her phone number SO PLEASE DONT GO HERE
Is a nice place to shop,the lady Amanda was a pleasure to deal with good customer service only thing I didnt like was the delivery men I asked them to move my old furniture the said they dont do that as I told them I would give them money one of the men said 70.00 just to take outside I had to deal with them for 50.00 but otherwise Amanda I will come back,like her very much she is the best, thank u Amanda
Very unprofessional the manager amanda an sema cheated me.promise to return my cash back never sent delivery men to pick up furnishing states they to keep 35 percent of cash spent to restock i awaited willing to be robbed of 560 beacuae how bad furniture was and i showed them a video i called all throughout the day spome to sema and amanda and a male representatives an they stated pick truck on the way call back at 545pm amanda lied said they came could not get a park but i spoke with her an when i began to cry out of anger she told me the deal is off very rude very nasty and i paid cash such a vulture for money but we will be in court also i have apwnt 10,000 in 1999 very rude an disrespectful

I went to Mobilia furniture, its a huge place have all kind of furniture and the prices are wonderful, I bought a bedroom set and living room for me and beds for my 3 kids I got the best deal and best quality , the service was very professional and the sales person was awesome MikeHe helped me and was very patient with me ..... Remember when you buy the furniture you should consider to get the Protection program that they have its worth it , it will cover your furniture for 5 years against any accident,,,,, ;)Ill recommend all my family and friends to them,,,,,, :)

Very nice and professional until the point of deliveryI thought furniture came in a box and the sofa came already built they scratch it the way in and didn’t bother to give a discount or say anything I sit on it and it make sound as it’s an old sofa 🙈 let’s see how long it lasts never again I’m going to this store .

2022-05-24Over priced CHEAP OUTDATED (1980s/1990s glam) furniture in a creepy, mostly empty showroom that desperately needs to be remodeled and revamped. But most of all decluttering. Becareful as you walk through alone wear comfy shoes , water, asthma pump, if u have indoor allergies take ur thing br going in and watch your step often

2022-01-12Very unprofessional costumer service. They were only nice up to the point of the purchase. It was specially the lady that works there Amanda. First she reassured me they were going to call me to let me know the day before at what time they were coming and they didn’t. I had to call the day off to confirm and thats when she told me with a very rude attitude they were an hour away and proceeded to hang up on me. Before the purchase she also told me delivery was included in the price and she never specified that it will cost more if it was in the third floor. Therefore, once the delivery man lets me know and i call her back she proceeds to answer very rude and tell me that well I didn’t ask if it will cost more so it’s basically my fault. Then she tells me that shes not gonna sit there and argue about it and hangs up on me again. At the end the delivery man tell me the dresser that came with the bed set is not going to fit and when they call her back she says that i will have to pay 35% if i want to return it. Now i have to go back to them to see what i can do about that dresser that didn’t fit and pay extra for delivery. Im completely shocked with this costumer service experience.

2021-11-03Me and my wife went to buy a sofa, we found something we liked and we were told it will ship to our house without asking for any details , later they couldnt fit the sofa in because we had narrow stairs. They took it back and charged me $50 for shipping , first i was told i could get my refund over the phone and later they made me go to the store which is loss of gas and most importantly time, i requested them to not charge me for shipping because i was not made aware of that before so the lady started talking to me very rudely and started telling me not to get her upset . her name is Amanda she is very rude and yells at customers that she probably dont even realize, one of my friend later told me they faced issues dealing with this lady. Anyone who goes there make sure not to deal with this rude one.

2021-12-19My original delivery time frame was between 12pm and 3pm. It was then changed to 5pm.The delivery guy showed up at 8:30 pm with very bad attitude. I told him he was very late and he replied that he was stressed out and that he could take the delivery back to the store. I told him it was up to him , he then replied that he did not want to get into any trouble. Very bad customer service.

2020-11-30I visited this store made all cash purchase. I was greatly misled by the sales representative. I was told I was going to receive my purchase on x date only to call and be told it wasn’t so and I had to wait another week. All this time taking time off work .When my bedroom furniture was delivered all damaged... each and every piece. I contacted the company over and repeatedly . I was told they were going to send a technician to fix the damages . One of the delivery guys showed up with a marker needless to say the damages were beyond repair. The delivery guys told me the reason for the condition of the furniture is because it was a floor display. Mind you I was told that floor models are not for sale and that’s the reason I had to was for them to order from the manufacturer. The damages were beyond repairs which I conveyed to Amanda the company rep. She promised me to replace the most expensive set and to get the other damages fixed.My God, it’s been months. I made my purchase in august . This is December,2020 when I call if I don’t get and attitude with empty promises of them reordered the pieces ...it’s the answering machine. Disappointed , frustrated and shocked is an understatement. I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE , to purchase here.Never again. It’s like taking your hard earned cash and putting it into someone’s pocket for trash.

2021-01-12I would give one star but hate is a strong word. Disappointed by misinformation provided by sales staff after 3 visits & multiple call follow ups. Was told inventory was available & submitted my personal information on credit app afterward which an Experian hard credit inquiry & was approved higher than the cost of the items of interest. I was told new items were in stock, & the floor model was not for sale. I was told I would receive a call & didnt, so I called again re. the status of my pending purchase & delivery of said items. I was told by some other sales staff that the floor model is for sale at the price of a new item, & she quoted a cost almost double to make it seem like she was giving me a deal for dirty stained unsanitary set of items. The unethical tactics she used didnt represent the behavior I would expect from sales staff of a longstanding business which I already told about my family members who led me there because they were former customers. I dont know how they plan to make this right. Not happy.

2020-09-21I love to browse and shop here. Their selection is one of the best and largest that I have seen. There are 2 floors to shop from and there is something for everyone even picky shoppers like me. The customer service especially Amanda was excellent and I was very happy with my purchase. They were patient with me because I had space issues in my apartment and I had to make a few trips to the store. I shopped during COVID and the store was clean and everyone wore masks. The store was big enough that it was not crowded and I felt safe and comfortable.
