I ordered 22 tables that were to look like the bottom picture. What I got was the tables in the top picture. At first they would not take them back saying color may not be the same as in the picture when ordering. After they reviewed the pictures we made a deal to refund a percent of the order to make up for the color issue.

Sarah was SO helpful getting a chair order filled and delivered in time for a big show a client of mine had!! Moda had the best pricing we could find in NYC and they bent over backwards to get them delivered in time so we could avoid the expense of rental chairs. They will be our go-to from now on!

Moda Seating Corp. assisted with a fairly large order being sent to Canada, they were quick and efficient, and when some items I wanted werent in stock they picked out different suggestions which worked perfectly. Sarah R. is a great sales representative and I would recommend her as a professional to anyone! Way to go Moda Seating Corp!!

I have dealt with Moda on two occasions hoping that my experience would be better the second time. It was absolutely the same both times. They dont stand by the store wide discount listed on there website, absolutely horrible customer service. They could care less about their customer. They shipped my order to a PO Box even though I gave them a physical address and ran my card BEFORE I gave them permission.BUYER BEWARE!!!!

A day After ordering, I receive a message that says, that they do not sell anything to individuals with a residential location. ( Why dont they mention that to customers on their website?, I was wasting my time on them), Also: the subtotal for this order is below the required order amount of $1,000.00. ( They do not mention that either; wasting. my time again. They should have a BIG sign on their website that says: Whole sale ONLY, for Companies ONLY, No regular individuals Very disappointing experience...

Sent me the wrong style and color chairs, i mean not even close to what i ordered. When i asked to return they just sent me a copy of their no return policy and disclaimer saying that they dont show the correct models or colors on their website. So they can basically send you whatever they want and there is nothing you can do about it. Now im stuck with $635 of chairs that dont match. Scumbags
