A family owned business that has taken care of fellow small businesses in the area. The prices are great, better then some online shops and its all done in house. I highly recommend them both professionally and personally.
After having spent the better part of a week back and forth via email with the owner of this establishment we agreed on a price for the job, and I sent him a PDF of my project. The project as is contains queer content - cartoonish playful illustrations of men together. After two hours and no reply I called the print shop and they said he was out of the office. I finally received an email reply from him of simply No Thanks. to which I responded asking for clarification. After an hour, no response. I then decided to call the place again, and explained to the owner that I was confused by his email and wondered if he could elaborate. He simply said No Thanks and hung up the phone. I called once more, got him on the phone again and he repeated, No thanks and hung up once more. I called back a third time - remaining very professional, and simply inquired what about the document he was seemingly opposed to printing and if he could clarify if the business had any content restrictions for print work. He replied with a laugh, I know it when I see it.... no thanks and hung up the phone for the third and final time.My understanding of a print shop is that their job is to print, not judge the content being printed. I wish I could have had a longer conversation with the owner about why, but as I havent been able to get more than a few words out of him at a time before getting hung up on Im going to assume it is on some kind of moral or religious grounds. I will not be giving this business my money anytime soon, and feel deeply offended. I would urge anyone in the area who cares about equality, or freedom of speech and press to do the same.
Outstanding customer service and great prices. Have used them for everything from small print jobs to very large orders and theyre always on-time with great quality. Would highly recommend.

2022-05-24Have worked with this company for 2 years getting dozens of banners for local baseball leauge-- Patrick and team are fast, efficient, helpful, creative and all around good people to work with! The turn around time is unmatched.I highly recommend using Modern Press for banner printing *as well as using mesh material- it holds up longer and is worth the extra charge for mesh material!!Dont complain if you do not get mesh material!

2019-07-10Modern Press offers the quality service that you expect, but dont always receive these days. I have reached out to them on several occasions for print jobs that were fulfilled quickly and accurately. They offer fair prices and their staff are friendly. Keep up the good work, folks!

2018-11-05Modern Press and Pat Ryan were referred to us to assist us with a putting together a funeral program. The turn around of producing the program was extremely tight. 2014-01-29We have been working with Modern Press for about two years, Patrick and his team are very professional. The fast response time is what I like the best about them. Last Wednesday, 1pm, I asked Patrick of a concept to create 4”x7” cards for handouts, I had the proofs by 4pm that afternoon. So to say the least we are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

2014-07-30I was traveling through Albany and needed prints made quickly. I called over 10 print shops and Modern Press was the only place willing to work with me. Their prices were also way lower than any other print shop I contacted. I would definitely use them in the future. Highly Recommended!

2014-05-02I have use these people for two large orders. They were always on time and when there were any slip ups they always corrected the quickly on their dime.
