Idiots!!!The 1st thing the receptionist asked me is, why I am here? I responded, I believe I have a blood clot in my left leg. She proceeds to tell me to sign in on the ipad thingy and present my insurance card. I comply. It was a very short wait in the waiting room. The young lady came in pretty quickly to take my vitals in the exam room. The wait for the provider after that was not too much to bear either.Here is where things go south!He enters the room and asks me, how can I help you today? I was a little perplexed as I believe he would have been given my chart or paperwork or something. I fought the urge to be sarcastic and simply responded I believe I have a blood clot in my left leg, He asks me why do I believe that? I responded by stating I have had 2 bloodclots in my lifetime and this feels similiar.He then tells me I am in the wrong place as they are not equipped quit to determine such a diagnosis. He goes on to tell me that the ER would be a better place to seek medical attention for this type of issue. As he attempted to continue talking I cut him off to ask him, do your receptionists up front know this?He had no answer!I proceeded to let him know that I believe it would be beneficial to everyone if your receptionist had this type of information. It would have saved everyone some time and it would prevent me from having to dispute these charges you made me incur for no reason!!!I repeat ... IDIOTS!!!
A nice, clean location. The wait time was a little long but staff was pleasant so it wasn’t a big deal for me. I’d come to this location again if needed.
Staff was very polite and service was rapid. I was in and out. I would definitely recommend people there. Very clean and comfortable.
Everything was great ! The front desk staff was super accommodating and nice . Then for the actual test the young man who did it was really kind and made it lots of fun for my daughter (I know I couldn’t believe it either ! But it was awesome ) Great experience .I also returned today (it won’t let me post two reviews ) and I had an amazing experience once again . The scribe , doctor’s assistant and doctor was all extremely kind and nice . I am sooooooo happy with the service . Obviously it sucks being sick but I really appreciate the warm welcoming service !!!
I used to trust ModernMD, but they just had an NP treat me and NOT a board certified medical doctor (no MD nor DO). At no point was I told that I would NOT be seeing a doctor, it was only after reading the prescription I realized that the person who treated me is NOT a physician. I feel scammed. Dont call yourselves ModernMD if you are NOT Medical Doctors
The staff in the front desk very is unprofessional, management fabricates stories to justify their behavior. I was turned away on three occasions to get my child vaccinated for ridiculous reasons.
I was service in decent time frame, I received the Covid test and was surprised it wasn’t as invasive as before. I did both the rapid and pcr.
After 12 hours of waiting on the virtual list and missing a whole day of work, I received a text to be there in 10 minutes and my appointment was cancelled as I walked through the door, possibly 2 minutes late. Staff was very unprofessional. I was upset but still respectful as attitude never solves any issues but they were more than ready to give it to me.What do you want me to do for you?It sounds like you just want to ventI dont know about the doctors and nurses in the back working but the front desk was too eager to be hostile to myself and my family. These people should not be working with the public. Tomorrow I will find another facility to get my services from.
From the moment we walked in the staff was very informative and professional. It’s clean and not crowded all. I really like the way they have you set up an appt. Text a number and they will text you when you are next to be seen. It makes the process so simply & quick. We was in and out .So you don’t have to seat in a crowded clinic.
I was able to signup for the waitlist and was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. I will definitely be back.
The doctor had good bedside manner.she explained in detail what test will be done.
The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. It makes me want to revisit the facility.

The MA, Karla, was amazing as was the receptionist. They all were great about giving quality care efficiently.
This place is convenient to travel to via bus or subway if you reside in or are constantly in the East Flatbush & Crown Heights area. If traveling by car there is limited side of the street parking. The receptionist & staff were courteous & the physician was gentle with the needle. Be prepared for a wait though, even with joining the virtual waiting list it is not a quick 123 in & out location.
I come here a lot in favor of CityMD but in the last few months I’ve noticed they tend to prioritize COVID testing over other illness/injury visits. It should be common sense to prioritize illnesses over non symptomatic testing.I called today on behalf of my mother that had non COVID related illness who needs to see a provider for medication. I was told there is no provider available today and they aren’t taken illness visits. Why are you open and operating without a provider? I asked for another location or urgent care back up since they don’t have what I need. The receptionist said it’s not their responsibility to provide other locations. I pushed back with if you are turning away illness visits why wouldn’t you have an alternative. Urgent care denotes urgency does it not? The receptionist then hung up the phone on me.I’m trying to respectable of overworked health care workers but the lack of care I experienced today for a potential patient I can’t imagine how they are treating patients in person. I will be escalating this matter up the ladder.
The Staff was very courteous and professional. The Dr.on duty listened to my concerns and gave me excellent medical advise. I would recommend ModernMD Urgent Care Crown Heights as a place to go for excellent medical care.
Ive been to this location twice. However, this was the first time I took my son to get a COVID test. Staff members were friendly, professional and compassionate. This by far is my go to urgent care facility.
It was a long wait on the waitlist for over 2 hours but the ladies at the front desk were very nice. The person in the back to do my blood pressure was also very nice, understanding & respectful. Everyone was extremely professional.

The staff at this place are APPALLING. Argumentative, rude, deliberately negligent individuals. Never gone there without a problem, or someone fighting with me or just general bad attitudes. Called and was told I would be able to print out a form there, only to get to the facility and have NO ONE take ownership of who told me that on the phone, as if I made it up. Even read the number back to all 4 receptionists in the front office and they confirmed that the number I gave them was correct. Only for everyone there to offer no help or further assistance. It was even a 10 minute argument to get the manager’s card so I could inform SOMEONE of what just happened. Absolutely horrible, City MD 10 minutes up the block are far friendlier and more helpful.
This location was amazing. Huge shout out to Tony who was extremely polite, patient and informative. I called several times and each time, she was an extreme professional. Even when I came in, the professionalism continued.I would also like to shout out the medical personnel who took care of me. I do not recall her name, but she was also a professional and took care of me as a patient.However, I am giving this location only 4 stars out of 5 because they have a VERY sarcastic, condescending and patronizing attitude. She was talking to individuals as if they were dumb or something and she just was not help at all. It seems like she is helping but her tone and demeanor do NOT match and unfortunately, she was the main one that everyone had to deal with and not Tony.You guys need to get rid of her because she has no place working with people. Her people skills are at 0% and that is NO good!!!
It’s quick and fast. Clean and u don’t have to wait long for your pcr results. This other place I went to I had to wait a week for the results but not here.i wish I could give 10 stars
I didnt realize that I had left my id.I actually didnt notice it until the next week and I was thinking where had I left it you know racking your brain?Then I called them and they said they had it but Im thinking if you have the ID and the persons phone number in the system why not just call them immediately?I think this is something that needs to change within the system, and then they also told me that they Mail IDs out after a week but its been a week and they hadnt mailed mine out yet.I was told that they have a lot of people that leave their ID there and I think the moment that its left they should call and let people know to come and pick it up.I wouldve had to go and get a whole new one cause I really couldnt think of where I had left it so I was gonna order a new 1.You need a better system.If people leave their ID just look their number in the system and call them and let them know that they left it there, is my suggestion.Other then that the service was fine.Just be more proactive in giving people their stuff because a new id would have taken forever.
Everyone I had to interact with during my visit was polite and attentive. I was actually surprised. No one appeared to have an attitude. I was in and out. I’ll definitely be back when needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for urgent care in the area.
Kind and courteous service both times I have visited. Very grateful to have this in the neighborhood, making it so easy to get COVID tests and also my booster! The virtual waiting line is awesome - sign up by text when you need it, the number is on the website.
I like going to ModernMD urgent care cause the service is excellent. I joined the waitlist for a covid test, at number 11, within less than half hour, I reported to the site and with another half hour or less I was completely done. The nurses are very pleasant.
We visited the ModernMD Urgent Care on Utica Ave. The staff was welcoming and professional. Staff explained the process before the test, during and afterwards. I recommend this location for testing.
When I went to ModernMD, the staff members were very courteous and professional. Within 25 mins, my procedure was done and I was sent on my way. I would highly definitely recommend the sick or otherwise to go to this facility because they are very efficient in whatever they do. The wait time is next to none.
I always have a great experience when I come to this location. The medical staff are pleasant and helpful. They make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I recommended this location to my daughter when she had a problem and she said the people made an uncomfortable situation pleasant. Best part you dont have a long wait time and being able to put yourself on the wait list and be contacted when my turn is coming up is great. No standing on long lines.
They got me in and out quickly. The medical assistants assisted me with checking in and another took care of me. They were professional and very pleasant. I got the Covid test done with results in 20 minutes. BTW, the test only requires a swipe of both nostrils without deep penetration - was simple, painless, and quick.
Facility very clean, staff exceptional. Very helpful, a breeze. Couldnt ask for better customer service. Everyone was cordial and the Doctor was compassionate. Staff very professional, and great quick service. 👍🏽 👍🏽keep up the the good work.

Very long wait. I scheduled a PCR test at 11:53am, and was #19 on line. They said to give an hour for every 10 patients, so I figured 2pm. But I wasnt seen till 3:23pm!Staff and providers were pleasant though.
This office was the ultimate in professionalism and good treatment. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. The staff worked as a well organized team to provide quick 20 minute COVID testing. I highly recommend this office.
Terrible urgent care! I was placed on the waitlist for a covid test and it took 3 hours until it was my turn. Once I got there, front desk asked me to register and wait until I was called. After 15 min, the lady at the front desk informed all of us in the waiting room that the one person they had working went on lunch. They dont value your time and the staff is unprofessional. I chose to come back in another day because I didnt have time to wait another 30 min to an hour. I was told by the front desk staff member Asia, that when I come back ill be put on the priority list. I called back a day later (8/27 at 10:56AM) and informed the representative that I was returning to complete my covid test and was told that I would be put on a priority list. She put me on hold only to return and say the best they can do is put me back on the 3 hour waiting list! I asked her if I couldnt be placed on priority since I already waited 3+ hours to not be seen. In a dismissive and rude tone she said the waitlist was the best she can do. I opted to go elsewhere. I will never return to this urgent care and will advise family and friends to do the same. I will escalate this issue to upper level management. Staff need to be held accountable do their actions. You are dealing with people lives if you dont like your job work somewhere else!

The front desk staff especially one of them was extremely rude to me. I explained to him that I have severe neuropathy and fibromyalgia and he told me to go to the ER instead of Urgent care just because I wanted to sit down. I explained that I was completely vaccinated and only wanted to sit down because I was in pain. The doctor was very respectful though. Not sure if I would ever go back there.
They are so professional and caring and they don’t keep u waiting for long the place is clean that’s what I like 👍🏿

The clinician that took my Covid test told me i tested positive…as a joke. Then gave me my negative results. What is wrong with ppl? If you want to tell jokes go be a comedian at The Stand. Quit your job as a clinician also since you’ve proven you’re terrible at both.

Ever since the spike in covid numbers again this place has become unacceptable. The website states covid testing is walk in but when you get there you are told that they have reached the capacity. When you call if you get an answer you are told that covid testing is walk in also. The people at the front desk are unwilling to help you and have no real clear answers on anything for you. They blame everything on a 3rd party which is very unprofessional. Their website needs to be updated frequently for all of the so called changes they make.
From the receptionist to the nurse practitioner who administered the booster shot,The entire staff was very courteous and professional. Modern MD,I will recommend your facility to my friends and colleagues anytime.Kudos!!
This medical establishment was quite efficient. I was greeted by a few employees with a pleasant welcome. I was processed through quickly and seen 15 minutes after being checked-in.Staff was attentive and appeared genuinely interested in my well-being. Booking my Covid 19 was extremely easy. The wait was not even ong. The facility was clean and I mostly loved the technology (Modern) they have incorporated in the waiting area. I visited Modern MD this morning and it was the best Urgent Care experience I’ve had this far. Being the day and age of covid I’ve gone to a few urgent cares, many with staff that can be rude and not helpful at all. The staff today were so polite and answered all my questions Dr. Bryant was very attentive and I left with both answers, medicine, and a referral to a specialist. Definitely keeping them in mind next time I’m feeling sick!
Service was professional, prompt & friendly. I had some worries but was assured by the staff that all was well. Waiting area was clean and social distance rules were being followed (which I appreciated). I would definitely revisit and recommend this center for urgent care needs.

I had came in today and the representative with the dreads was so unprofessional. I don’t know her name so that’s the only way I can describe her but she had such a nasty attitude and acted like she didn’t want to help. I was asking questions and she seemed so bothered. She was talking to me so stink and rude it’s disgusting. If you don’t like your job, quit.
The staff at this ModernMD location should be commended because they have an all star team. I visited for a Covid test and from the minute I arrived at the location to the time I exited, the customer service was amazing. The staff at the front desk along with the staff monitoring the line was very welcoming and friendly. Checking in was super easy. On top of that, the nurses and the team administering the test was on point. Keep up the awesome work.

I have gone to this location many times and every time I’ve gone, I’ve been treated with care and compassion. During the pandemic I was sick, coughing and sneezing and they made me feel comfortable. They didn’t treat me like I was a threat or danger and were so empathetic. Excellent staff, clean facility and compassionate…thank you!!!

On Monday 7/26/21 I visited ModernMD Urgent Care for the 1st time.I needed a Covid 19 PCR test for travel.. Upon arrival I was greeted and given instructions. It wasnt crowed and that can be due to the facility not having a long wait time. The staff was friendly and the experience was good! I left there telling myself you have to give them a positive review. Well today, Wednesday 7/28/21 when getting ready to apply for Travel Authorization I noticed that the testing window has changed from 5 days to 3. I panicked! I Mustve called ModernMD like 3 times with questions. Someone always answered right away, I wasnt placed on hold, and my questions were answered without any negative feedback. Once I got there the energy was the same as my 1st visit! I also called back once I got home with another question and it was answered immediately and with reassurance!Thank ModernMD staff on Utica Ave.!! 😊If I was late with the 1st review I wanted to post on Monday, this one was definitely going be on time!
Literally the worst urgent care! Every time I come here its an issue either with staff attitudes or level of care. I came here for asthma before I could barely breathe, they sent meds to my pharmacy & didnt put me on any machine I almost passed out gettin to the pharmacy! 2 weeks ago I bought my daughter here for a covid test.. We was met at the door by a receptionist with an attitude that said Why you here? When I said covid test he said no Im not doing no more of those today & closed the door. Now today
Staff was brilliant!Very well mannered and respectful.Clean facilities.Unfortunately i didnt get the name of the young lady that looked after me, but she sure had patience, was very kind and friendly.Had I thought at the time about google feedback i definitely wouldve gotten her name to big her up, however she has a Bajan accent, hope that narrows the list of statf. This facility should be proud to their team especially the lady that looked after me.
Treated with respect by the medical assistant and the doctor. Got bloodwork done and received the results the next day. The only downside was not being able to get an x-ray done on my left wrist. Will have to wait for that.

The building is modern, clean and meets all safety requirements. The staff from.check im to the doctor was very professional yet friendly and accommodating. It wasnt a long wait and I felt at ease the entire time.
I got both doses of the Moderna covid vaccine here and the process was super smooth. I even got a personalized text before my first appointment when i had a work conflict in getting there. They held the dose for me and I was in and out in less than 30min. Really appreciate the care and experience!
I dont remember names sorry but the female doctor and niece that dealt with my son was very pleasant and professional. He said that God used them to heal him. 😊😊😊 Service was very quick and satisfying. This was our second time going there and I have no regrets. A friend referred this place to me and she to speaks highly of them.

I first used this office back in 2019- I had hurt my knee and my experience then was very pleasant... fast forward to the Covid era and I had to use it quite a few more times and always the techs were professional and compassionate-always trying their best to make sure you are as comfortable as possible- as for Ms. Bryant she is absolutely the best- way to go Modern MD in our little neck of the woods. Overall I love coming to this office

Use your camera to scan the code on the door to save your seat & be called within 10 minutes of your number being called.*you dont have to wait in that room for your results! They give you the option to take the test and be sent home and get the results on the portal or stay and get the results within 15 minutes.*the check in was swift. Bring your ID & medical insurance cards.It was a pleasant experience! Hope yours is, too.
Just received my Moderna vaccine I signed up for it this morning and received the text to show up and get vaccinated. From the moment I got in they signed me up I waited a short amount of time. I made it into the room and received my vaccine . So glad I was able to receive my first dose and I’m scheduled for the next in a month . The staff was caring and punctual

Such a clean and inviting experience. Everyone is nice. I think the new way of making an appointment helps the pace of the environment. No more long lines. Come in when it’s your turn after joining the waiting list. Log in and wait to be called which is usually 2-5 mins. Overall a 5/5 for me.
My experience today from visiting Modern MD Urgent care was one of the best I was personally shock at first the place was very clean the staff was magnificent, overhaul I was very comfortable. This is my new go to for me and my family when we need emergency care.Empire and Utica
I called prior to my visit and spoke with Latasha. “forgive me if I got the name wrong “ when I got to the office I was greeted with the brightest smile from her ,lt was so refreshing. Then I met Mr. Bailey who took care of my injured thumb he was very down to earth and explained every step of the process “excellent bedside manners. Iyana was very pleasant and professional too. I am definitely recommending this office.
Decent urgent care facility. Very quick no frills. COVID test lines are crazy I recommend getting their early (2 hour wait) and I wish they had less people in the waiting area. Doctor was very generous and gave me refills for my asthma meds while I was getting my test.
On November 12, 2021 I am visit your urgent care for the very first time and its a beautiful place it was clean very nice but your receptionist that took care of me I was not a friendly and was not welcoming but I did when I had to do to get tested I waited for a couple minutes and was called into the back the lady who called my name was very friendly very polite and very welcoming the young lady that did the swab of my nose on a scale from 1 to 10 these two other ladies I will give them a 10+ but the young lady that took care of me in the front I would really give her a one minusSo thats how I feel overall with my visit to your urgent care you see I myself work in a hospital setting so I know thank you when I come back again now
Love ❤️ the service just was upset that it was a long line outside. I waited at least 45 minute. Also I was upset that I spelled swollen wrong 😑 and it was exposed by a staff, where everyone can hear 👂 instead of pulling me to the side. Otherwise the service by the doctor was perfect 😍 he ask question and guide me in the right direction, as in what to do to heal my hand. Took the COVID test and it is NEGATIVE. I believe the staff should be more respectful towards certain issues.
There staff was professional and courteous!!!! The NP that took care of me was really nice. Kamille Bryant to be exact!!!!! She listened to my problem and came up with the best solution. She got me out in a timely fashion, the wait wasn’t long and in the midst of everything going on the place was very clean and welcoming.
Highly recommended! Ive been to other urgent care places and this one is the best. First off the facility is clean. The staff was professional and nice. The doctor explains everything and genuinely seem to care. I especially appreciate the digital waitlist for Covid testing. Got there early in the morning scanned the QR code and was put on the waitlist. I was able to go have breakfast, do some light grocery shopping, and take my groceries home all before I got the text telling me I was next and need to get back. That bets waiting outside in the cold any day. Plus my kids got tested and they was so kind and patient with them. Hands down the best covid testing site Ive been to since the pandemic started. Again I highly recommend!

I went for a rapid COVID test before flying to see my mother for Mothers Day. When the nurse came back with my results, he pretended to be sad and have bad news. He said I was positive. I was shocked and thinking about how to tell my mom when he revealed the joke. Positive attitude. Negative test. I laughed it off because I was relieved at my results. But that prank was angering and beyond what is appropriate or professional. I hope he doesnt do that to other patients.
The experience I had at modern design was wonderful the staff was professional and kind. The service was great the staff took time to answer any questions I had. They were not in a rush. I will go again if need be. Thumbs up. I would also recommend if you cant get to your primary care provider. Thank you so much!!
The wait time was little to none. The receptionist was very nice and professional. It was very clean and organized in the facility. The young lady who took care of me in the back was also very sweet and professional. The doctor (Dr.Rogers) was very nice, professional, understanding and accommodating. He was thorough and efficient. My experience I feel exceeds a five star rating. I will definitely return there if I need to and also refer people there.

Staff was patient and courteous with the Ol Lady as my daughter calls me. A pleasant atmosphere among them.God blesstheir choice in careers. Its good to know that some people stills have a sense of humor. The bible says that a cheerful heart is good medicine Proverbs 17:22 and so there it is !
They have a text system where they put you on a waitlist and then text you when you can come in. This really works because then youre not just waiting in line for hours to get tested for covid. When I went into the office after they text me that it was my turn, there was only like two other people in there. So you dont have to worry about it being crowded when you get there either! Facility is very clean and everyone was friendly and professional.
The service was good and we spent a decent amount of time there. Not to long or short and the workers had a positive attitude.

I visited ModernMD Urgent care yesterday for a Covid 19 test. The receptionist was alert and welcoming as I walked in the door & the nurse made my experience so easy & comfortable. Overall my experience was fast & great.
I really appreciated the excellent clean atmosphere, the polite staff and although my visit was quite fast; I didnt feel rushed. Im so glad I didnt go to the ER. I wouldve been there 6 hours in a dirty atmosphere and still wouldve felt rushed out with no compassion. Overall I had a good experience. The front desk staff was very pleasant, professional and patiently answered my questions. This was great since I was using my coverage for the first time and didnt have my card. Long wait, issues with the sign in, never got the confirmation text had to register several times....😤🤬 then eventually had to use my work phone making the wait even longer...intake at kiosk a little challenging for me...Im technically challenged. Once the admission was complete....staff was friendly professional and efficient....they have excellent bedside manners...overall made a difficult experience simple, easy and quick....Thanks!!!!
They are really organized and efficient. Ive used them twice for COVID testing with virtually under 10 minutes of wait time. Im truly impressed and would recommend that anyone call for an appointment.
The staff in back are very kind & caring. But the receptionist in the front with dreads ruined the experience due to her disgusting attitude. I guess I asked her 1 too many question & she instantly caught an attitude.

I needed an Urgent Care facility close to the area I was in at the time. I searched Google and called ModernMD. The receptionist was very pleasant on the phone. When I got there the staff was very professional and attentive. The facility was immaculate and the waiting time was very short. My daughter was in and out in no time after being throughly assessed. I will Definitely recommend this facility to everyone.
I was more than pleased with my experience at Modern MD. This was my first visit to this center. I was given information about several Urgent Cares by my healthcare provider.The facility is clean. The staff and Dr. Rogers were personal, caring and professional. I was very impressed. The wait was not long.If you drive, parking may be tough but if the service is as consistent as it was during my visit, attending this urgent care is worthwhile.
My experience with ModernMD Urgent Care was good for my first time visit: the reception staff was helpful with my electronic registration, the nursing staff was nice and showed they cared, and the doctor was nice and respectful. I had an issue, thought it was caused by one thing, explained it to the doctor, they gave me an exam, searched it out and came back with the actual cause and reason for my issue. Explain the cause and effect of my tissue with concern and gave me the solution to the problem with the medication needed to reverse the issue. I actually thought of switching myl doctor due to the experience I received from ModernMD Urgent Care.
I honestly don’t know how to feel about their services right now. Honestly who joins a wait list for a regular doctor’s visit? I might as well go to the ER because honestly that’s just a waste of time.

Great experience here, kind and informative staff, any uncertainties were clarified before, during and after the visit. Needed blood work work done, although terrified of needles the nurse made the process gentle, efficient & seamless. The doctor was just as thorough and patient with my physical and any questions I had. I was in n out within an hour of my walk in. I would recommend this office to friends and family.

I was extremely impressed with my first visit at ModernMD Urgent Care. I have always dreaded going to the doctor and medical offices but this was different. A great reception, an excellent medical assistant who was very knowledgeable and made the process and experience very comfortable.In all very impressive. Will definitely be making this my go-to place from now on.
Dr. Kamille was awesome, even the two receptionist were nice especially for it being my first time as a patient. I definitely feel as to I received the best care. Dr. Kamille listened to my concerns and symptoms, I didn’t feel as I was being rushed out like most offices because they have other patients to attend to. It’s super clean, and located in a great area, I definitely will go there again if and when is needed.
This team is amazing! They have exemplified what 100% customer service truly is. The office is clean, the staff are super sweet, knowledgeable, empathetic and they made me feel very comfortable! This was one of the best experience that Ive had dealing with health care/ medical care if have ever had. The staff was accommodating and just all around pleasant. I even recommended them to a couple of people. They took exceptional care of me and I can only show my appreciation by telling anyone who will listen. Small friendly staff. Very welcoming. Entire office was clean and smelled well sanitized. The doctor was very professional and kept it 100 with me. My 2yr old didn’t even budge during his examination.
The receptionist was very helpful and nice. But once I went in, the nurse that took my temperature and the doctors assistant that examined me had an attitude and a very negative demeanor. Not sure why. I was trying to explain to the doctors assistant what Ive been experiencing and I felt very rushed! Not sure if it was for the fact that it was past 6 and the clinic closes at 6:30. The doctor told me that what I was experiencing is allergies without running any allergies test on me after I explained that I never had allergies before. They didnt even confirm my name and date of birth when they walked in the room (which the clinic had on a big sign inside the examination room). Very unprofessional! Definitely wont be coming back!

Went in to get tested & the receptionist was friendly, the medical assistant was friendly, got my results in FIFTEEN (15) minutes! GET TESTED FOR COVID! BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE AROUND YOU! Definitely a great place to visit for urgent care.
The staff was excellent and patient. They were very professional and caring. I went for drug testing for a job and was not able to give a sample as soon as I got there. They were so pleasant, giving me water, which was needed to produce a sample and not asking me if I thought I was ready. I sat there for two hrs before I was finally ready. When I left, I had no problem going to the bathroom room several times. 😄 The staff was awesome!
My waiting period was quick and the doctor was very good. She diagnosed me right away and administered medication with a script to follow up. Always a nice experience.

I would have given this place a 5 if it werent for a for one of the staff members dry disingenuous body language and disposition. This staff member was professional, just not warm and welcoming as I believe the FACE of a primary care facility should be. He had a bit of a coldness about him.....However, the male Doctor I saw( or Nurse Practitioner not sure what he was) with the bald head and glasses, was very warm, professional, attentive and explained WHY he ruled out several differential diagnoses and how each one would present. He was awesome. He was definitely the saving grace a midst of my experience.

I walked in around 10:20 on Friday morning complaining of a sore throat. I was checked out and given an exam and rx digitally sent to my pharmacy by 11am. The facility is extremely clean, professional and fast! Truly wonderful place if you need urgent care!
Came across a slight medical emergency and wanted quick treatment. This place is great for that. My wait time before seeing the doctor (including checking in, updating insurance and paying my copay) was about 15 minutes. Very clean place, very peaceful ambiance (in comparison to the emergencyroom of a hospital) and very knowledgeable doctor. Its also modern as after my visit I received both email and text confirmation of my visit, and a login to their account to see the doctors notes, what I was prescribed and the results of whatever tests Id taken.Why this isnt a perfect rating is because of the front desk staff. It may just be me but I was a little annoyed by the seemingly personal conversations they were having.
COVID Test Review: When you sign up to wait in there Virtual Waiting Room they’ll text you when it’s your time to walk in. Then, you’ll have to sit in a cramped waiting room with no apparent ventilation for 30+ minutes before they actually let you into an exam room. (This happened to me on two different occasions.)After going inside to check in, recommend to ask if you can wait outside and have them call you when they are actually ready to take you into an exam room.
I woke up this morning feeling fatigued and decided to come here for a rapid COVID-19 test. I was in and out within an hour with a negative result. The staff is courteous and professional and the medical assistant kept me at ease as she took my vitals. If you think you might have the virus, I suggest going here.

Simple ear infection during a time of panic - within these walls peaceful movement, calm resolve and uber professional medical professionals! Everyone from reception to Doctor [thanks Camille!] was gracious and reassuring that I would feel better shortly. I am from Chicago here in Brooklyn on vacation and I caught a cold. My daughter suggested Urgent Care. I was apprehensive but went anyway. I was greeted with dignity and respect in a new and very clean facility. The employees from registration to the nurse practitioner were all very professional. Great experience.
I came in because of a cold sore. It took less than two minutes to check in and I think I waited for three. The staff were all SO polite and very friendly. The doctor who took care of me was very reassuring and gave me explicit instructions. They also made sure to save me the most money with the prescriptions they wrote. The facility is right next to a Duane Reade pharmacy, so it couldn’t have been more convenient. It was such a smooth, comfortable experience. I will certainly go again if need be. They even have Wi-Fi!
If you need to take a Covid test, try to get there before they open at 8am. It’s quick and easy in the morning. Otherwise, you’ll probably have to wait a long time if you go in the afternoon and evening.
Using the virtual waitlist helps in reducing the amount of people in the waiting room. Once you check-in, its about a 30-40min wait to be called and in an exam room. After that youre out in 15mins.
I went into the clinic a little worried about taking the Covid-19 test. I heard lots of rumors about them pushing the long arm swab deep into the nose and it was painful. I experienced just the opposite. A quick and painless procedure. A very professional experience.
This was my visit to an Urgent Care since I moved to the area. I was most impressed by the pleasantness and professionalism of all the staff. The PA that attended to me was particularly caring and patient, as well as being very thorough in his history taking and evaluation. I can definitely recommend!

The lady at the receptionist desk on Monday, October 5, 2020 was alone in this area of receiving and welcoming people. My boyfriend broke a bone in his foot, and we asked if he could wait in their lobby that had two other people in it so he could sit down. And we were told we had to either wait outside in the snow or go back home until wait until our wait list name was called. We called the Modern MD up the street and they said to walk in and they would see him immediately. The people at this facility should not be working in Healthcare if this is how they treat a medical emergency.
If youre looking for a location that will honestly take great care of you, have AMAZING staff, and their energy is just so positive. This is the place!! I cant get enough of how passionate every single staff member is and how they went above and beyond to make sure that we were all comfortable and well taken care of! This location is extremely clean and in the most convenient area.

Today I was called in right away but I sat in the room for over 30 mins. The nurses kept saying your next, your next. I kept hearing the doctor go in every other room except mine. This was a very frustrating experience especially knowing I really didnt need to see a doctor for my condition. I asked Diamond why have I been sitting in the room for 50 minutes and her reply was you were sitting in there for 47 minutes with an attitude. REALLY?? Instead of her being sympathetic she was very combative to my concerns and not apologetic at all. We were going back and forth until the doctor popped his head out of his office and came into the room I was waiting in. How ironic! The previous times I were there I had a phenomenal experience but I guess it gets a little ghetto on the weekend. It seems to me the professionalism happens only on the week days. I am nit impressed at all.
I was very impressed with the staff and the doctor I saw today. The place was clean and everything was efficient. I do not have insurance right now and it was only $99 for my visit and $25 for my flu test, which I was grateful for because I was positive for flu. Thank you to Modern MD for being a help to me!

In and out within 2 hrs with negative Covid results as a walk in. Testing is free with insurance - no copay. Be sure to arrive 1 hr before closing time if you are coming for Covid testing as the line is shut down. Clean area and thoughtful staff.

In and out in 50 min, satisfied with my diagnosis and care plan. I think I was the only patient (and to be picky, they probably could have seen me a quicker with a little spring in their step, which I would have appreciated as I clearly wasnt feeling well.) The doctor gave good discharge instructions, and he picked up on something overlooked at a different walk in I had been to earlier in the week. This will be my walk in of choice going forward!

Took a PCR test on Tuesday and still didnt have my results by Friday. Therefore, I was unable to take my flight. Very unhappy with the service.
The wait time was very fast. Went to the back took a little while for the doctor to come in. Staff was very nice. Doctor kept acting like she didnt wanna give me medicines for the reason I came in there.. Overall was pleased.
When you register on line its so fast. Everytime that i go to this place, customer service is always on point. Very, very fast. The place is very clean and the workers so welcoming. Sanitizer all over the place. I recommend all to go here. Love it
I came to this location previously and had not issues but as off today If I had the ability I would give them a zero. I had a 2 hour wait and then upon coming back to the office had to wait another 30 minutes for am not sure what.

2022-04-23Service when you’re seen has been good. The staff back there is always friendly and nice. But that waitlist sometimes is crazy. It’ll close for the day and then be closed after the first 10 minutes of being open. That wasn’t very helpful and sometimes hard to get in. Even constantly refreshing when it was open. But when you get in the staffs thorough and you get the help you need. 🏥

2022-07-28I went to ModernMD on Utica Ave because I was exposed to Covid and wanted to ensure I was healthy (or not). Turns out I tested positive. The ladies at the front, the one who took the test and the NP who explained the results made the experience comforting. I will return and recommend your facility to family and friends. Good job.

2022-07-11Overall not the best experience.General facts:-Check in is HORRENDOUS for new patients (I assume sign in is simpler for returning patients though). It asks 101 questions - many of which are totally irrelevant for a doctors visit - and may or may not freeze and make you start over half way through. I found myself helping other confused people lol Its so bad that they had an employee come out to help people try to figure out their horrible kiosks. I mentioned how bad it was and they know but dont fix or simply it.-Wait time wasnt that bad. In n out in around one hour.-Friendly employees especially by Brooklyn standards.-Weve all had certain things done multiple times and kinda get the hang of how theyre USUALLY done but the Dr randomly deviated from the norm which left me unsettled...-The only way to get your results is to call in or to sign up for their patient portal to which they dont even tell you about unless you ask. All you get is an email saying to download their app (not actually necessary, you can get on through a browser) only to be asked for sign in credentials which you were never given.-Test results came back pretty quickly.Issues:My biggest problem is that when I went in, described my symptoms and in passing said it seems to be something Ive had in the past, they only tested for that thing! Im not a Dr and Im not coming in just to have you take my uneducated word for it and send me on my way. The Dr is supposed to ask questions, get history and make educated decisions on what to test/treat for. Now that the tests came back neg for that, Im stuck with no usable information and was told to come back in to give the exact same samples to run different tests on them! They should have run those tests the first time too! And were not talking about anything crazy or out of the ordinary, this is a simple test.Also, the nurse who did my intake before the Dr instructed me to *MIX SAMPLES*! I was like what?! Then she double checked with someone else and corrected herself. That is a pretty egregious mistake and even I knew better without any training. Im not trying to put her down, management/Dr needs to train their employees better. Who knows what else theyre untrained about 😬Conclusion:Quite unsatisfied with the care I received and doubt Id go back anytime soon unless Im actually just trying to verify something specific.***Helpful? 2022-03-31Ive been to this urgent care location twice. First time was really good experience. Staff and doctors were friendly and professional.Basically 2nd time was as okay. And I went for the same problem..a cough.Im still waiting for the Dr to come back to me to tell me what the problem most likely was or causing the cough.They did ask about what I was experiencing. But the Dr told me he will be back but an attendee came back with the prescription that was send to the pharmacy.I usually go to my regular Dr but use urgent cares for immediate attention.I prefer cityMd they are more thorough. My opinion.Mind you I did not get any relief from the medication prescribed and I ended up going to a cityMd 1wk later and I must say my cough is Basically gone, chest xrays and other test was done, Dr was professionaland came back to explain what the findings and results were , and that he will prescribed medication. He explained what he was prscribing and was it will help relieve.. now with new and different medication after 3days I barely noticed if I had a couhg

2022-06-10Modern MD in crown heights is a phenomenal urgent care, super clean, the receptionist is very polite, and the Dr. Provided impeccable Services. She took the time to truly listen to me and my primary concernsAnd new the best corse of action that was needed to make me feel great again.

2022-05-24Staff was very helpful. Service was very good. No wait, but this is post-pandemic. I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour. Access to results in the portal. I would recommend.
