Food was decent ! Enjoyed the taste and flavor, could have asked for more in the customer service department. Took about 5-7mins to get even a hello, no real greeting from the staff behind the counter but the gentleman cleaning the dining area seemed pleasant.
Staff was rude and normally we love Moes, but I dont think I will be returning to this one again. Younger aged staff (20s?) Didnt even get me what I asked for, had no cooked/fried peppers and onions, so they put them on the grill for two minutes and then on my food and called them grilled! They were cold, hard and nasty! Meat (beef) was cold and had no flavor to it. Overall just a terrible experience. 2 salads, 2 kids meals and more, costing me $65+ Never Again!
I received a burrito with the grossest rice. It was very hard and seemed uncooked. To make the experience even better, my brother received a steak burrito without steak. I highly do not recommend ordering from this location. Thanks for making me sound like a grump.
Love Moes! Friendly staff always great you... I always get their stacks! Absolutely delicious place to eat. Lots of chips included with the meals as well. Yum
Usually this location is pretty good. Tonight when I went out of my way to go to Moes I arrived shortly before closing and the door was already locked. I normally try not to do this, but I couldnt get there any sooner. The website says it closes at 9, Google says 9, the sign on the door says 9pm, I got there at 8:49 and the door was locked. Seems to me you should change your store hours if you want to close earlier, or I should still be able to order food until 9. Not the end of the world but a little disappointing tonight.
I just ordered my food online and they had it ready in less than 15 minutes. And there was a huge line. The Moes in Henrietta, N.Y. was a well oiled machine. Everyone was super friendly! And like I said they had it done faster than expected. Ill def be back
Food was typical for a MoesPre ordered over an hour in advance and they still could not have the food ready on time (this is a problem with all Rochester area Moes since the pandemic started and still continues)1 of 3 orders was completely wrong (another ongoing pandemic issues at all Rochester Moes )I would stop going but my family insists it will get better, but for 10+ months it has only been getting worse

Food was delicious as always, although the chips didnt seem to have any salt on them which was disappointing. The staff were not very friendly and gave a very unenthusiastic Welcome to Moes when we walked in.
Food is great, but employees dont shout Welcome to Moes! They might mumble it for one out of every 10 groups that walk in the door. Pretty poor. I get that the workers are young, but thats what made this place popular in Henrietta. Yes the food is still good, but I have heard from others as well that Moes doesnt shout Welcome to Moes anymore. Kinda sad. But, theyre not alone. The Victor location doesnt either. Only Henrietta.
My family are Moe’s fans, but this location is hit or miss. Sometimes it is just as great as other locations while other times the staff is slow which makes the food either get cold or quesadillas to be over cooked, they mix up orders with each other, and all of the salsa tastes like it was prepared wrong or mixed together. Lately it has been more miss than hit.
I had lost a little faith in the brand for a while but after going to thus location Im starting to think it is just the old location. The food was good. The prep was wast. The people were friendly. Ill drive to this one instead of the one closest to my house.
WELCOME TO MOES is shouted as you enter the franchise and I must say they make you feel welcome and are patient. My family loves it there good food. Welcoming atmosphere and fresh beverages. Certainly a must go place especially if you have picky eaters ☺
I have given this place at least 3 chances, and Im done. Every time Ive been to *this* Moes location, Ive experienced rude, inattentive, disinterested customer service. Operations appear disorganized and communication among staff seems poor. Ive also witnessed careless, unsanitary handling of food. I absolutely do not recommend this Moes location.
We love Moes. Especially free kids meals on Tiesdays and all you can eat chips and salsa. Wish chips were a little more consistent and it was cleaner but still love it.
They raised the prices and changed the menu. They offer chicken, carnitas, and steak. The only tacos offered comes in threes and is $9.99. I liked the over achiever, it came with guacamole and sour creme. They do have ground beef but you have to ask for it. Guacamole and sour creme is now extra and so i paid $10.78. Not happy, wont be back. This place was mostly empty anyway, not sure if its because its Monday or what.
Just ate here last night and we had a great experience! The guys working were extremely friendly and had us laughing throughout our entire ordering process. The food was delicious and the queso is mouthwatering its so delicious. Warm, gooey, cheesy, I couldnt get enough!
Food quality wasnt great. Soda machine was out of ice, and soda button got stuck spiling soda everywhere
Good food for the price. Broader menu compared to Chipotle and Qdoba. Preferred to most sit down SouthWest / Mex style restaurants in this area since the expectation is what it is. Salsas are good and chips are endless. Kids meals are free on Tuesday nights.
I love Moes, their food is consistently great and isnt expensive for how filling it is. This Moes location is always super nice and its always good to see the same employees whenever I go there over time.
Welcome to Moes! A fast casual chain where every now and again a new menu item, salsa, or special awaits. Chips are complimentary with your meal and refills are on the house. Stop in often for rewards and bring the kids for dinner on Monday because they eat free.
We placed an online order today. When we went to pick it up we had to wait 20 minutes and they were not busy. We got our food home and were missing part of the order. The food we did get was not made correctly. We called the store to ask for a refund for the food we did not get, we didnt even mention the food being made incorrectly. The manager refused to give us a refund because we placed the order online. They didnt even offer a credit for the missing food the next time we come in. Basically, we are out of luck because we ordered online. Terrible service.
Their food is really good and the service is great too. I strongly recommend ordering from here next time youre feeding the entire family.
Please do not go to this location. TWO times now I have gone to this location and ended up with food poisoning within 24 hours. The first time I brought this to the owners attention in Hopes they would just be more cautious and take better care of their ingredients so it didnt happen again, but they said that I shouldve been fine and all the temperatures were fine. THIS time Im warning anyone who is considering going to this one. Just dont. Go to Henrietta or penfield. Not this one.
The absolutely worst experience ever. Ordered through Grubhub only to never receive my order. The driver marked it delivered and went on his way. This place stole $40 from me and didnt even bother answering their phones. Will never go back again and suggest a different moes location for those who are considering.
This Moes blows; big time. Despite the other reviews on here, I figured Id give it a try since I was very hungry and it wasnt that far away. It was nothing but teenagers working there, that didnt seem to care too much about restaurant quality. Lots of employees were just standing around chatting with each other. The food prep area was in complete disarray. If I werent a regular Moes customer (other locations), I wouldnt have known what all toppings were available for my quesadilla. The chicken was overcooked, they didnt grill the quesadilla right (how do you screw that up?), and the few chips I was given were stale as if they cooked one huge batch in the morning and tried ride out the day on that one batch. I will not be returning to this Moes.
Good food but a bit pricey for a family of 5. We got extra queso and either a burrito, quesadillas or bowl and 2 drinks.$67 seems a lot . We wont be able to take the family very often.
Colin was fabulous made my meal fast and good! he was friendly and polite. if it were not for him I would be upset.now the table I had to sit at was horrible! broken and wiggly! the other booths were in the hot sun so I .suffered.

Tried the new Mojo Chicken with the Home Recker burrito - Very taste !!! Love that Moes gives you chips with your order at no extra cost, and no extra charge for guacamole.
We stopped to get a gift card and the food looked so good we had to try it! We bought an Earmuff (bowl of black beans, pinto beans, rice, steak and ALL the fixins, including guacamole and pico de gallo) and unlimted chips, with a drink, for $11. It fed both me and my husband. Awesome, healthier fast food in a nice atmosphere.
HORRIBLE experience. This was only my second time to Moes and would never go back if it werent for my original experience at another location. Had take out and didnt get several items on our meals that we requested, forgot salad dressing, cookie and drink besides the food was COLD! Manager was RUDE in front of customers and rude to me on the phone the 3 times I called after discovering something else was missing!
Fantastic Mexican joint. Right on the main drag through College Town (next to Insomnia). Definitely need to get the Wring Doug Stack. Its similar to a burrito but wrapped up with with layers of food. Steak, chicken, beef. Veggies of course, beans, rice, guac, queso... The works! Queso is super good by the way. And hell you can purchase a beer if you want one!
Predictably good food and very nice people working there! I do find the prices a little high but thats not a reflection on this particular site.
Descriptions of the burritos and such arent too descriptive for first timers, but the food is good, and prices are fair. Love the free chips and salsa!

Fiancé ordered dinner through the phone tonight, since I was running errands and was in the area. We love Moes, so we figured it would be a nice treat for us.Upon my arrival, there was no Welcome to Moes! from any of the three lads behind the counter, which was a bit jarring. They seemed to be having their own conversation.The food was on the pickup shelf on time, but when I got home, I discovered that our orders were completely wrong and the burritos were abnormally small.My burrito had jalapenos in it (which I never order), no lettuce, and what seemed to be one teaspoon of guacamole. Fiances burrito was made with chicken instead of the beef, no jalapenos that he ordered, and not even a dab of guacamole. It seemed like most of the additions we usually get were either nonexistent, or applied in the most frugal fashion.We ordered a bowl of queso to go with the chips, and instead we got the cup size, filled with what looked to be watered-down and pretty flavorless queso. We did not get what we paid for at all, and were left feeling pretty ripped off.All around, this was a pretty poor experience, and I dont think well be coming back to this location again. Im only giving the two stars because at least the food was somewhat warm and on the shelf when I got there.

2022-06-02The food used to be great. They have gone steadily downhill over the past six months. Had a burrito tonight and the chicken was so overcooked, burnt, and shredded like shoe leather. It was horrible. Chips were overcooked and tasted like cardboard. Kept giving them chances, but wont go back again. And, that was supposed to be one of the best Moes locations.Dont waste your money like I did.

2021-04-30Tremendous! This is our favorite Moe’s location for a variety of reasons: 1. Always clean! 2. Never mess up our orders 3. Food is always displayed tidily and presentable (for example, many other locations have food spilling from the sides or have clearly been sitting in their containers for hours). We came today and got our free Moe’s T-shirt with our purchases! It says “queso is a mood and a vibe!” We love the Rochester City Skyline… how special! And the food was perfect as per usual. Best visit ever!

2022-06-08The Pittsford Monroe Avenue Moes is the BEST Moes location around, by far! Restaurant is always very clean, staff is super friendly, and food is always good. If you want Moes, I highly recommend the Pittsford location :-)

2021-08-29Its a nice, open, and clean Moes with your typical Moes menu. Our order was ready for pickup when they said it would be, and it was super hot in the bag. The food was as expected & everything seemed fresh, even at the relatively late hour we ordered. The past few times weve had food from this particular Moes was for take out however, so Ill have to defer comment on the in-store dining experience for another time :)

2021-11-30Went inside for lunch and noticed that none of the employees were wearing a mask. So we left and went to Chipotles across the street, where all the employees were keeping us safe. Probably wont be ordering take out from Moes again.

2021-10-08Food was good but the service was terrible, as soon as we walked in we were not greeted for a few minutes until the gentleman who was cleaning the dining area said the Moes greeting. The girl that served us took a couple of minutes to finish doing what ever she was doing on her cell before turning to us. Her entire demeanor was as tho we were a nuisance to her. Although she was quick once she got started we still felt like the worlds biggest bother. Not asking for much but a smile would help even her!

2021-07-26Anytime you order from Moes, theres half the order missing. We ordered three quesos, one was missing and they gave us maybe 15 chips for THREE QUESOS....ive worked in multiple restaurants and they never compensate for the missing food its unbelievable. Probably will never order from Moes again unless I can pick it up, sadly.
