I have gone to this Moe’s since it has opened and have always loved it. Yesterday we dined in for the first time in a long time. What happened to “Welcome to Moe’s”? These had to be the nastiest group of people working behind the counter that I have ever dealt with. They bickered back and forth the entire time I was there. I might add that there was ONE person that was pleasant and he was putting the ingredients on our burritos. It was 1 pm on a Tuesday afternoon. They didn’t have cookies to go with the kids meals. The place was a filthy mess. The floors and tables haven’t been cleaned since the pandemic started. The seats in the booths were torn up. The salsa station was a disaster. My daughter had to use the bathroom and I made her go to Five Guys. This was such a disappointment. I do not feel guilty that I didn’t leave a tip! Next time we will go to College Town. Hopefully we will have the experience that we are used to getting.
The place was filthy. The girl who works there must have known the people she was helping because she was talking to them like she wasnt at work. She then left from behind the counter and didnt take our order. She went to talk to the 2 men more. Another employee had to come wait on us. One of the other girls working kept calling the girl talking to the men telling her its not her break time. They need to clean up the counters in there and maybe warn the girl before she looses her job.
Awesome fresh food - made the way YOU want it (no is not an answer you here from them; eg: Want 2 types of meat? Yes sir you can have that. Extra chips - sure!). Delicious! I love eating here - its one of my go-to spots.Also they have one of those really cool super soda machines that makes like a thousand different types of drinks and has a touch screen.
Sadly I agree with most of the reviews on this page now. The place is just really gross overall and it is obvious they rarely clean in. All of the plastic bins you see the food in are old and yellowed and it is just really not appetizing. It is a shame cause the food cost is not bad for what you get but I will not go back since I am scared of getting sick from the food. The food itself is just a worse chipotle, if you are looking for a quick lunch there is much better options in the same plaza.
Place was a mess, literally no clean tables and absolutely nothing in the whole place was wiped down. Food is ok. Used to be better. The workers were nice enough. I assume theyre short-staffed. Not fond of having to use the back door to get in. Its nowhere near the parking lot. It was dark when I left and the path from the back door to the parking lot is not well lit. What happened to Moes?!!?! Things are falling apart!
Yay, Im a fan! Is the perfect description of Moes.Obviously they welcome you with a warm welcoming, WELCOME TO MOES (who doesnt like to be greeted)?!!?How I describe Moes for someone who has never been is... Subway but Mexican Style LOLTheir menu is extensive with creative American twists on Mexican food. The quality food is fresh and with abundant of options and you are able to make any variations you want - no extra charge. The serving sizes are HUGE and at a beyond decent price!What makes Moes unique is they give you free chips with all orders :O Oh and to top it all off and my favorite!!! They have the best free salsa bar around :DGo get .... WELCOMEd TO MOES ;)
My bottom line: I have been going to this Moes for about 15 years. This Moes used to be great, but is now filthy and poorly managed. I recommend visiting a different Moes, such as the one in Pittsford.As stated, I have been to this Moes hundreds of times. I love Moes. But this one has gone downhill quickly, and I blame the management. The restaurant has been filthy ever since customers were allowed to dine in again. And although many of the employees are working hard, I regularly seem to find one or two employees just standing around. I worked food service for many years...get those people cleaning!On my last visit, I was sold a drink, only to find their soda machine was out of almost everything! There was WATER, ORANGE SODA, AND SOME OTHER NON-POPULAR BRAND. NOTHING ELSE! This isnt the first time that this has happened to me at this location, but this was the worst. Why sell me a cup if you have nothing to drink!After all of my years of buying food here, I am done with this location. I might check it out some day in the future, to see if things have gotten better, but there are much better options in the area, and much better Moes to visit.
This was my first time at Moes! I thought I would try the Southwest Grill Stack, wow, it was great. They let me pick what I wanted on it, by the time the had cooked it on the grill, the thing was 3-4 inches high. I added a medium queso to go with the free chips, a great choice, loved the queso. I could only eat 1/4 of the stack, split the rest later with my boyfriend for dinner! We both enjoyed it very much!
Everytime I go to Moes I am always very satisfied. They have never gotten my order wrong, their queso is amazing, and their tacos are my favorite. I cant name very many places that my wife and I can eat, feel full and content, for half the price we would pay anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this as your lunch or dinner spot today!
I like the new trays - metal - which give way more room for the food and makes eating easier. I wish they had salsas out, but I understand thats basically a buffet, so probably not allowed under current restrictions. It would have been better if they had offered even just hot and mild at the register. At least I bought the guac for my chips. Also, I love sautéed mushrooms in my tacos and Stacks (formerly known as Wrong Doug). Maybe suggest that to corporate?
I ate there 2 days ago and I got food poisining, my stomach hurts from eating their burrito bowl, probably due to the large basket of tortilla chips served from the huge dispenser thats been sitting there for 2 + weeks. I regret going there, and avoid it as it was my first time there. Eating their food made my stomach hurt, and non-stop going to the bathroom.
Stopped for lunch & quickly regretted it. The employees had no interest in being there & had no problem making that abundantly clear. The service was excruciatingly slow (how is that possible at a walk-up food bar you ask? I didnt know it was possible either), and 2 employees literally fought over who had to run the register because neither wanted to do it. The final insult? The self service drink machine was out of 95% of the options... I finally gave up & chose water over Hi-C. I wish I was kidding.
Tables and floors were FILTHY, with Covid seating restrictions there was NO CLEAN TABLES to sit at leaving us to select the LEAST DIRTY and wipe it off ourselves. An absence of greeting and courteous staff made the visit (our first) decidedly our LAST. Poor grade for a business dependent upon pleasing every customer entering.Sorry we couldnt enjoy it more.
Service was poor. I got a bag of chips without any salsa after specifically asking for some. I believe that regularly going in at lunch and seeing the restaurant team working of massive to go orders is the culprit for poor service and attention to detail. Advice to other visitors if this chain.....check your bag before you leave and eagle eye your order preparation.
This place was so gross. Bathrooms were disgusting and unsanitary, (feces overflowing in women’s bathroom, counters were dirty and mirror was filthy.) there were dirty tables everywhere ( we we there at 4:30pm. There were few customers, so they definitely had tome to clean) food all over the floors, salsa bar was low on salsa, dried salsa everywhere indicating no one had cleaned the area in a while. Dirty hand prints all over the walls. Staff were really unfriendly. Asked for onions and the girl ringing us up completely ignored me. Ordered 3 of the kids meals, they did not give the cookies. Lazy slow employees. Music was blaring. Just really unsanitary.
This place is nasty. Everything in it is nasty. Not sure how it can stay open. The one girl was nice, the other was not happy at all and very short. Very unpleasant experience.Chicken was overcooked and other ingredients dont taste fresh at all. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
Lets be honest Moes has great food. Todays food was great however the atmosphere ruined it. My wife and I were having lunch and there was an employee talking very loud swearing every other word. Literally said the N word at least 20 times within in 5 minutes. All of the other customers looked at each other uncomfortable by the situation. Im not sure who was in charge but they didnt do anything. It was very unprofessional and even though the food was great it ruined it for us.
Excellent food but I ordered something for delivery and part of my order never arrived. I called Moes repeatedly but no one ever picked up and DoorDash person had no clue as this was after shed left that I realized food was missing. She said that theyd been incredibly slammed at the restaurant. Sorry, but If I pay for something, I expect it to get to me.
Employees showed no motivation. On moes Monday had one employee making food while two others messed around in the back. One female employee stated I hope all of these orders are to go because the dining room us closed . Whether or not the dining room was closed there was no signage stating that and the employee stating it was quite rude in doing so. Additionally employees had a negative demeaner at the point where I did not even want to ask for extra items because they would seem so distraught that effort would have to be put forth. Honestly if you are not interested in your job do not work there. Dont make a great restaurant terrible because you and your fellow employees are lazy and have no drive to perform at a basic level.
Managed to get me and my friends some light food poisoning eating here the other day. Normally good service and high quality ingredients however the chicken was cold and chewy. Seeing as that was the only shared ingredient I think we found the culprit. We all got sick that night with what felt like the worst knot in our stomachs, followed by rapid and relentless evacuation for the next six hours. 😓
Very poor service. They dont even greet you anymore. Bad attitudes of many workers. Some were wearing street clothes so I wasnt even sure who worked there. I ordered a party pack it didnt have any tacos wraps in it. What a rip off!! When I tried to call the phone just rang and rang. Very disappointed in the whole place.
Being in the middle of a pandemic, the 2 food line workers wore their masks with their noses out, were short, not welcoming & semirude. The the restaurant was vile! There were layers of grease and dust on the machines, the protective screens had spray marks, greasy layers, I was getting wafts of a weird odor even with my mask on. The food was incredibly salty, the onions had a sour aftertaste. I will NEVER step foot in this location again, & openly share my experience. I felt bad for the cashier, it was her 2nd night and she looked quite uncomfortable. The uncleanness bothered me most and half wearing the masks, especially now, in this horrible 2nd wave! 🙄
Love Moes! Unfortunately on National burrito day they werent prepared staff wise so when you ordered online you waited a heck of a lot longer for your order than anybody who just walked in and got in line. I almost had to walk out without my food since I had an appointment to get to. I spoke up and they quickly made my order. I really appreciated that. Felt bad for the people behind me though. poor planning on their part but I still love their food
This is by far the filthiest Moes in the Rochester area. The booths are all cracked and destroyed, one of the doors to enter is broken (fire hazard). Food/chips ALL over the floors, the floors dont look like theyve been mopped in Months. Idk how the heck this one is still in business but I wont be back. Absolute pigsty.
We have been here a few times and the food is always good. However, the customer service at the Henrietta location is rapidly declining. The staff, including management, always acts like it is a bother to take our order. Lots of eyerolls and sighing, it feels like a paying customer is the biggest inconvenience to them. Dining area and bathrooms are dirty. Soda machine has like 4 options to choose from. We wont be coming back to this location.
If you have ever been to a Moes you know what youre getting into. There is plenty of parking immediately in front of the restaurant and nearby. Ive never had an issue with them, but it seems like some employees couldnt care less about the job they are doing. The food is pretty good for fast South West style food.
I have came to this place a few times and while the food is always great and most of the staff is amazing there is one female with red hair that always has a horrible attitude to customers and her coworkers, cursing and talking about customers to there faces. The first few times it happened I ignored it and so did family members because everyone has there days. But she has acted this way multiple times that I have came in and she really ruins the experience for people.
This is my sons favorite restaurant. He always orders a double steak stack with extra meat and he loves it! I enjoy the vegetarian salad and they give unlimited veggies. The salsas are fresh and delicious. The tortilla chips are fresh and crispy.this is a good place for a quick lunch that is ok with special orders..
The first couple of people behind the food bar were friendly, but the lady behind the register kebt making loud comments about how she was tired, and she wished they closed at 7 pm (it was about 6:45 when I was there and she made eye contact with me while she said this). Right after she said that, more people walked in and she said oh, look more customers in a very snarky tone.The cashier also did not give or offer me my reciept (HUGE pet peeve of mine).After I got my food I went over to the side bar to get some salsa to go with my chips and the salsa bowls were either mostly or almost empty.I would have given this place a 4 star if not for the cashier throwing passive aggressive attitude.
I arrived at 1:25pm and three other people walked in. One employee said Welcome to Moes. The crew and Manager where busy talking to themselves the whole time while we where all in line. We still managed to get our food pretty fast. I have been to lots of Moes and this was definitely an older one. Not run done looking but very out dated. The manager on duty was wearing blue jeans. Working at Moes for 3+ years and in management you should be more professional looking then the rodies!
Nice to hear WELCOME TO MOES! Close talker... I generally rate this restaurant five stars this evening was absolutely the opposite children screaming yelling and giggling (that was the employees not customers) restaurant was a mess the food was substandard they didnt have romaine lettuce we always get a close talker. The server was scraping the barrel for black beans three tubs sitting on the counter full. Reading the reviews I see Im not the only one that has experienced the decline of this restaurant.
We should have known something was wrong when we didnt get the traditional greeting. But we kept going. Watching your food made in front of you can go two ways - you can be excited or discouraged. When your server slaps handfuls of food haphazardly onto the burrito, with the disdain usually reserved for cleaning up garbage, its discouraging. Well add to that mix the fact that they were out of steak and the rice was way too spicy; the chips were cold and unsalted.Then we hit the dining room and there wasnt a clean table (or seat) in the place. A lone employee cleaning up seemed to have the same enthusiasm for his job as the one behind the counter.Used to like this place. Wont come back.
I ordered and had delivered by door dash. It was 30 minutes late and my order was not correct. They failed to put items I paid extra for on my bowl and did not include queso that I paid for as well. When I called immediately the girl was extremely rude... told me she was very busy then hung up on me!!!! When I called back it just rang! I won’t be ordering delivery anytime soon! Management should be embarrassed of her!
Food is always great!! Too bad they spend so much time shouting out Welcome to Moes and not enough time listening to what the customer wants. The people preparing the food ALWAYS rush and hurry you through the process, which causes mistakes. If I catch the mistake and they have to backtrack to correct it, they always act annoyed. I actually drive to a different Moes many times because I love the food but not the attitudes.
We usually visit the store in person, but decided to use a delivery service and our order was not correct. I called the store and spoke to Jared a manager and he totally went out of his way to correct our order and get the delivery service to bring it back out to us. He made the order himself and did a fantastic job and turned a disappointing experience into a great one. Excellent customer service and the food was delicious!! Thank you Jared!!
The food was good but the condition of the restaurant was disgusting. Apparently no one cam clean or restock the restrooms. Even after being told the ladies room does not have any toilet paper, 20 minutes later no one even stepped in to check or atleasrlt restock Mens toom was disgusting too. At least there was soap in dispenser to wash your hands...
Service here is terrible. Placed order online. Got there 25min later. All they had ready was our chips. They forgot about the rest of the order so I had to wait for them to make it. The whole time the employees were goofing around and working pretty slow. Get home w/my order & only 1/2 of it was correct.
The food was just ok. Nothing special. Staff was not very welcoming.. no greeting when we walked in. One worker was sweeping right by our booth while we were eating.. gross. She was too busy listening to music on her headphones and texting on her phone.. in between sweeping.. while hanging on the booth next to us.. waiting for us to finish.
Food was mediocre at best. Lettuce tasted like bagged, chlorinated lettuce. Workers were fighting amongst each other right in front of us while we were ordering. They were borderline rude to us. One workers jeans were fallong down past his butt. We did not feel welcomed to moes. So disappointed
Terrible location, holy smokes. Skip this spot. Horrible service and staff. So different than an other moes in food portions and quality. While I also appreciate street fighter, yelling tiger uppercut in my face as you make my burrito is not appropriate. Staff does not want to be here. Place is dirty
Ordered the Wrong Doug thought it was missing the crunchy shells it was a challenge to eat. Turns out they were just soggy. I was really hungry so I ate it anyway but the filling spilled out (seemed like it was missing ingredients too but idk) the service was good otherwise and the portions were llarge.Iwould definitely order again but not online.
This location is terrible. The staff is poorly trained, so poorly trained and disrespectful they have literally ignored my requests and tried pushing me along without making eye contact. The dining area is trashed and gross, which also resembles the energy in the building. The food is always dry and tasteless as well, its amazing this place is still in business. Avoid at all costs, go up the road to Qdoba or Chipotle and get a much better meal for the same price.
5 of us at work ordered take out. Got to Moes and was greeted as usual. Place was very clean! The food we ordered was ready very quickly. (And was delicious!)However, as the order was done and I was getting ready to leave the Manager came out with the order slips and checked the orders for accuracy (Which is a great idea!). He noticed I had two full drink cups in front of me.When I first walked up, I told the nice young lady who was getting the order together that I had two drinks included. She handed me two cups so I could get them ready. I had not realized that one of my Co-workers ordered a kids sized drink. The manager said One of those was supposed to be kids sized I said oh Im sorry I didnt know what size they ordered I just was given two cups. Manager replied Well, we dont just give things away for free around here. Its too late now! And whats with the large drink cups in front of you? I definitely dont see those on here!. I said Oh I put my salsa cups in here so they wouldnt spill in my car. He replied Well you cant just take things, I have to count every cup. You need to put all that salsa in a paper bag. He made me put all the salsa in the bag and took the cups back. (Hopefully not to be used for another customers drink!) I felt like he accused me of stealing and treated me disrespectfully - which the cashier gave me the cups in the first place. I understand he, as a manager, is responsible for all the product but he could have approached it very differently, especially for someone picking up a $40-50 order. Simply explaining the cup situation and offering me a bag to put the salsa cups in would have been sufficient. At least the food rocked! All the other employees were awesome!
I love Moes. I have eaten there at least 50 times in the last year. That includes their cattering to my office. I showed my wife this place a year ago and she and I will go there for dinner occasionally. The burritos there are huge and you can make them how you want. My one complaint would be that I would like them to offer a spicier sauce to put into the salsa in the burritos. Finally, the service is ALWAYS fast and easy to deal with.
The food is always good, and very fresh! You always feel welcomed here. Staff is very friendly and helpful! The prices are comparable to this type of restaurant. Fresh food fast! Definately not fast food. The chips are made fresh throughout the day as needed. I recommend this place.
Been here several times that any problems. Just went on a Sunday and was very unimpressed. Maybe there wasn’t a manager on but they served extremely burnt chicken. The whole tray like that. By the time I noticed I didn’t think it was worth it. I just couldn’t believe they wouldn’t have pulled it and Made fresh. Not returning.
Wow, what did I even walk into. Not only did the employees have to stop gossiping loudly with each other before taking my order, they interrupted me a couple times so they could comment on the sports game up on the TV behind me. After spending money on two drinks, the drinking machine was almost COMPLETELY EMPTY. The -only- options were diet soda, and this light sports drink. No juices, no normal sodas, it was a waste of my money. The chips in all 3 of our orders were stale.The guy with red dreads was one of the rudest people Ive met, and asked me about my order (without even looking at me) and then straight up interrupted me to yell at the TV again about the game. The woman in the line before him put almost no cheese on the meal, because the cheese container was just about empty...so instead, she decided the tiny bit that was left was enough, instead of taking 2 minutes to bring out another cheese container.The girl working the register was so rude, acted like talking to us was a bother, then didnt even give us our drinks. She walked away, and we stood there - the girl I was with was like uh so none of us get drinks? and the woman just walked back and handed us a cup and rolled her eyes.Complete waste of money and time. I dont know whats going on with this place, but your staff is awful. I wanted to ask for a refund, but with as rude and inconvenienced as the staff was, I figured it was less hassle to just leave and go next door.
Dont have a soda machine if you dont know how to refill it. Went in for lunch today and our only drink choices were diet sodas and zero sodas, no lemonade or basic coke or sprite. I informed the staff at the counter, he tried to refill it, failed, then walked away. The food quality is always great at Moes but their customer service at this location is terrible.
We go to Moes every Monday The homewrecker burrito with any toppings including a medium drink is $6.99. Monday is the only day you get the free drink with your meal I recommend the Mt Hope Ave or the Monroe Ave location. The Jefferson road location is noisy and not very clean
Moes is by far my favorite of the southwest joints (salsaritas, qdoba, chipotle etc). Enormous helpings of chips (you can ask for more!), free salsa, and a diversity of menu items that is lacking at chipotle. Plus, the moe Monday combo is unbeatable! I think kids eat for free on Tuesdays or something like that. Great place!
Food was okay. Service was terrible. Unfortunately, the employees seemed to be having a bad day. We had to ask for ingredients several times and the items had to be passed back down because they were pushed down before ingredients were added. It wasnt busy so I am not really sure why they were in such a rush. This happened with both of our meals. In the end, we didnt get what we wanted.
Just had Grubhub deliver to my hotel...my food is missing half of the ingredients i ordered on the request menu they supply!! With no salsa...cilantro...lime...crema...might as well have gone to taco bell...or Qdoba...as least they season the rice beans ect. Disappointed...
We have a pandemic going on and it’s bad enough that the employees wore their masks under their chins but not wearing gloves or washing hands between touching money and food is unacceptable. I will not be visiting this location again, but the health department likely will be.
We go to moes once a week and unfortunately, they always assume I am paying for my coworker. If I’m paying for someone, I will tell you. Never assume, it makes everyone uncomfortable. My coworker ended up paying for me. When I said something, she became defensive instead of apologizing.
I love moes, been to many of them. But this particular one, every time you go, they skimp you like no tomorrow. Today, my taco was barely half full, where at other moes they fill you up. I asked the guy to give me just a tad more rice (which rice is super inexpensive) he gave me a nasty look and gave me maybe 5 grains more, no joke. I recommend moes, but not this one.
All Moes (at least all the ones Ive been to) are fairly consistent in food and service quality, so if youve been to another one, expect this one to be basically the same, so you can stop reading now. For everyone else...The menu is confusing and the names of the products are lousy, but youll get used to it after you go a couple times.If youve eaten at Chipotle, expect similar overall quality. Vegetarians will probably prefer Chipotle, while those with a history of saying no tomato everywhere will probably prefer Moes. Everyone else will probably like both (or neither).If youve eaten at Taco Bell, expect much higher quality food, more of a subway-like experience when ordering, and a higher bill.If youve had a taco, burrito, or fajita at a casual sit-down restaurant that doesnt focus on mexican or southwest food before, you can probably expect slightly higher quality food, much faster service, and a lower bill.If youve had a taco, burrito, or fajita at a casual sit-down restaurant that focuses on mexican or southwest food before, you can probably expect slightly lower quality food, but much faster service and a lower bill.If youve never tried a taco or burrito before, Moes is a good place to try your first one at. Jefferson Rd location is horrible. There is multiple issues everytime I go. Including empty salsa bar. Missing items from order or the order being completely wrong despite me ordering online so all they have to do is read the receipt. Would give 0 stars if I was allowed.
Don’t ever order delivery from here. They messed up my order and then they didn’t even give ANY salsa after I called and asked for extra salsa immediately after ordering online. Then I called after getting the delivery and they told me “tough luck” and there’s nothing they could do. Not good food, not good service!
This location, according to google should be open until 10pm. o got there at 9:30 and it was closed. Open sign lit, but doors locked and lights off. If youre supposed to be open until 10, stay open until then. I just drove 30 minuets to get to this location because its one of the only ones open this late. Never coming back to Jefferson road moes
These employees could not care less about being at work. Sad to see I’m not the only one who experienced it by reading the other reviews.Three times visiting and the experience was sadly the same each time. I swear, the employees were told by management not to smile.
Pulled three 2 inch long kinky gray hairs from the salsa and no one seemed to care. The staff asked What do you want me to do, throw the whole bowl out? The manager said We get that complaint all the time. I get it that mangoes have fiber ... but hair?Now lets add in the half empty bowl of food they served and the dirty facility ... bad day in Henrietta.Go to the one in Greece. Clean. Friendly staff. A full bowl.

2021-12-17What happened to Moes??? Quality has gone way down hill, food was so greasy and not that warm. None of it tasted fresh. This location is dirty, greasy, and nasty. Serious overhaul is needed. Seats were filthy with years of ground in dirt. No one was out cleaning the dining area, utensil or salsa areas. If I get COVID I’m not gonna be happy with them. Staff needs friendliness training too.

2022-05-06Got some Moes to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Over $40 worth of food. Heres what we got. My son ordered one stack. We ordered chips and salsa with each item. We got maybe 1/3 of a bag of chips. Just enough for my son with his queso. Dont think bI will go back. Not worth the money.

2022-07-27Rough. Service acted like it was chore to serve us. Even supervision was rough. My burrito blew out the side of the shell when wrapping and even though the staff noticed it nothing was done about it. Food was subpar too. My wifes stacker was dryer than the past month in Rochester. The amazing drink machine was out of everything but coke too. This will be our last time here sadly. Used to be a favorite.

I dont know if it was cross contamination or what- but it is extremely painful and really annoying to spend your entire day glued to a toilet 😭. I didnt even finish my meal because there was a hair in my bowl. Its just disappointing. Havent eaten anything else all day just Moes- we both had steak so were thinking it was the meat.

2022-06-13Moes used to be top of my list. This time we were the only ones there. The staff seemed preoccupied with their cell phones. The food was awful, ended up just throwing it away. The inside of the restaurant was filthy. I wont be returning.

2018-09-13So this is not a place Id normally write a review on because to be honest I go to these type of places when Im on the road. So today I walk in, and the meat tofu I ordered was low so they put a new set on.... which in my kind doesnt happen at a lot of places its kinda youre SOL, out of luck, but they tell me to wait theyll put a new batch on for me. *thats rare* okay so Im waiting for burrito and a mistake occured, they didnt fight me on it just immediately said lets make you a new one. Its nice when you see a place thats kinda the modern equivalent of a fast food place have customer service so close to the home. Crew members were great especially the guy in charge of the chips and guac. All in all good crew! Thanks for the great experience!

2022-07-11I placed a mobile order and my pick up time was 7.18pm. I waited there till 7.30 and didn’t get my order. I tried to talk to the cashier about it and an employee yelled at me that it’s still being made. She was really rude and unprofessional.
