I would give them 0 stars if I Could.One of their ambulances ran my husband off of the road with my kids in the car. The ambulance driver didnt even stop. He literally kept going. Mind you the ambulance was not on a call and didnt have the sirens on.We called the office about 5 or 6 times and talked to a few supervisors. They literally gave us the run around and never contacted us. They did not care at all.I guess it was ok for one of their workers to run my family off the road smh. I am absolutely disgusted by this company who apparently are suppose to save lives!!!

On two separate occasions I waited for over one hour to be picked up at St. Peters Hospital by Mohawk Ambulance. My father was being discharged and they were late both times. The first time they arrived about one hour late but did do a nice job of helping my father and they were very polite. The second time I waited for an hour and then was told they would possibly be arriving in another twenty minutes. I opted to drive my sick father home in my own car. Mohawk seems to be very unreliable, although their ambulance crews are very caring and professional.

My baby had an allergic reaction and they came quick and were so sweet with our girl. She’s only one so she was interested in all their equipment and they were so gentle and sweet with her! Thank you guys!!!! You were the best!
