I started shopping at a dealership in Schenectady where I had a terrible experience. I’m so thankful I was encouraged to try again at Mohawk Honda! Alex Hernandez listened to my concerns and wishes and found me the perfect car to meet my needs. He handled everything seamlessly for me and made sure I was convinced that I had the transparency and honesty I’d been missing at the first place, patiently answering all my questions along the way. Brian in finance helped me to settle on a deal I could be satisfied with, and Todd Brandt did a great job showing me around my new vehicle and making sure I was comfortable before driving off with it. I couldn’t be happier. A five star rating for each of these guys, and I would highly recommend this dealership!
Kern is an incredible salesman. He thoroughly answered all my concerns and worked with me through the entire process. He was very patient. If I could give Mohawk Honda more than 5 stars, I would!Todd explained every possible feature on my brand new car and he was also incredible.Yes, the process is stressful and it will make you frustrated and probably want to cry in the bathroom but Mohawk Honda definitely has the best sales-personal around, everyone I encountered has been super friendly and they always make you feel welcome.

I purchased a lease last year. Brian was an excellent sales man. He wouldn’t accept anything but my being completely satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. I know I could have gone somewhere else to have what was done a bit less expensive but, I feel if you are going to invest in a car, take care of it properly. I believe that going to Mohawk Honda for maintenance is taking care of it properly.Where else does the person who sold you the car come out to the repair waiting room and chat with you. It’s very reassuring.

My wife and I have known Mark Ellis for awhile now. He’s a great guy who always has your best interest in mind. Our family needed a bigger car and there was no choice in going back to Mark a second time. Mark worked tirelessly to get us a car that made sense for our family and financially. We ended up trading in the car he sold us 3 years ago for a new CRV which we absolutely love! Without Marks effort we would be in a much worse situation either in a car we simply settled on or paying more than we wanted. From beginning to end buying my new car was an easy process. Everyone you encounter here is friendly, professional and helpful. My salesman was Jake and financing guy was Justin, both were a pleasure to deal with. I also had a good experience with delivery specialist Rhandy who showed me all of the car’s features before I drove it off the lot. I like that they give you time to look at their selection before approaching you. For me that makes the experience less stressful. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I was in last month for a recall on my A.C condenser and while that was being rectified, my service advisor informed me that the tech said my back pads and rotors were low and and in the red and should be replaced. The quote was for $528 plus tax. I declined the brake job and brought it over to my mechanic a couple of days ago. After dropping my car off, I received a call a couple of hours later from my mechanic asking if I could come back. When I arrived he brought me over to my car and showed me my rear brakes and said there is absolutely no need to replace them. He said they have at-least half their life still left. He could’ve easily performed the job and I would’ve never known otherwise, but that shows you what honesty is. Mohawk on the other hand is dishonest and would’ve took $600 from me without any hesitation. I have the paperwork from Mohawk stating the brakes need to be replaced and would be willing to show it to a manager but I will not hold my breathe in waiting to hear from one. How many others have fell for this dishonesty at Mohawk??

We recently purchased a Honda CR-V from Mohawk Honda. It was, honestly, the best experience weve had so far purchasing a new vehicle. Mark was our salesman and he really made everything hassle-free. He also called weekly to update us on the car we were waiting for. (Covid shortages) Michael, the gentleman from finance that we worked with was also great. I cant emphasize enough how refreshing it is to quickly get through all the paperwork and get on with your day. Todd also did a great job of showing us all the features of our vehicle and accessories that we could add to the vehicle, should we choose to.Id also like to mention the dealership was clean and well-staffed. We were greeted quickly when we arrived and a manager introduced themselves before we left. It was just a really refreshing experience overall.

Special shout out to Prince Ramnarine, Delivery Specialist, for his knowledge base and information sharing with me as this is my 3rd Odyssey (my trade-in was a 2006 with over 219K well earned miles on it), and the newer technology is very impressive and Prince did a great job explaining all the new features!Also great to work with Gold Star Class sales team Mike and Brian.Cant wait to upgrade my 2005 Civic, but might wait til it hits 200K miles!Thank You Mohawk Honda!!

I cannot recommend Mohawk Honda more if you are in the market for a Honda. The staff was incredible and made the entire experience of purchasing a new car seamless. Starting with sales and ending with the tech guy both Dalton Krogh and Adan Feliciano were fantastic and enhanced an otherwise boring and tedious procedure. Always attentive with communication and transparent with pricing, I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience.

This is my second time working with Mohawk Honda and it’s been a great experience both times. My first car was a lease and Camren was awesome with getting me a good deal. He kept the trend going with my second car—this time I decided to purchase new. The dealership was upfront about vehicle shortages so the wait time would be longer than usual but they kept me updated and I was able to get my new car within a month or so. And props to Todd for giving me a rundown of all the new knickknacks I have to work with and answering my questions! It’s definitely an expensive holiday gift to myself but worth it!

For a first time buyer, I couldn’t have been more nervous to purchase a vehicle on my own. I’m a college student so this was a major buy. However, I couldn’t have been more welcomed with open arms at Mohawk Honda. Alex Hernandez was a fantastic advocate all the way through. He took my wants and needs into great consideration and I have him the flexibility to do so. I went in for a test drive and he was incredibly thorough with all of the features the car had. Financing through them was also a breeze! I was offered grate rates and discounts throughout the whole process and it was EASY!! Sondra was also fantastic helping me through the paperwork and not leaving any questions I had unanswered. I love my new car, and I had a wonderful experience at this dealership compared to others in the area. The other thing that spoke volumes to me was how many employees took the time to congratulate me on my purchase! I brought my vehicle in per Honda to check the engine light that may be related to a defective part they were extending the warranty on. They checked the light and determined that it was not part of the defect that I was directed to the dealership to check. Unfortunately they informed me they would be charging me the hourly rate for doing the diagnostic check on the engine light.This seemed strange since Honda had directed me to the dealership to check for a problem with a vehicle they produced. I asked the Service Advisor Ian OConnor if he thought this was fair and he quickly got upset and rude. After much brooding he brought over his Manager Mike Heely (sp) who told me he would split the payment with me. I told him this was fine but that I still felt like it was unfair. He was immediately condescending and laughed me off. He said maybe if I brought my vehicle in for service (I originally purchased it there) he would feel differently. I was with my son so I didnt protest, paid my bill, and left. As I left Mike and his fellow employees stared at me laughing and shaking their heads.All around a poor experience.

Mohawk Honda took my deposit with a financial agreement in place for a 2022 Passport. Awaiting for its arrival, I was called and notified of a jump in price of $225 a month for a LEASE. They claimed the money factor had increased 600% in 3 weeks. However when I called other dealerships to inquire on current money factor rates on the same vehicle, I was told by numerous other dealerships, that those money factor rates had not been released yet. This was obviously a ploy to get me to increase my payment substantially for their own pockets. Very unprofessional and shady dealership.
Mohawk Honda contacted us re:a vehicle they’d taken as a trade-in, knowing it was the one we had been on the look- out for. Ally was our sales agent. We had a seatbelt and airbag issue on the trade after our sale. This was not a Honda however Ally advised us to bring it in for service. My first time there— I was directed and informed what to do and what to expect. Fortunately computers were compatible - issues resolved. Efficient, professional, and dependable. Had an appointment, confirmed via text, hired a babysitter, drove for an hour to buy a van, and the sales guy wasn’t even in today. An other salesman did greet us after a little bit and sat us down where we were ignored by EVERYONE. Nothing more frustrating than watched 4 people share a video at the front desk while we wait. We purchased a car from Mohawk Honda recently. Izaak was assigned to familiarize us with the cars functions. He answered all our questions and he was efficient with our time, but did not rush us. He knew the car inside and out. It was a pleasure working with Izaak.
I usually go to Mohawk Honda to get my oil changed. I recently learned, after getting my car inspected, that my dip stick was broken. The metal stick was missing. I didn’t touch my dip stick after my oil was changed last at Mohawk Honda. When I called to complain they told me to come in and they would take a look at it. I told them that I wanted them to see that they took out the metal part of the dip stick if it broke off into my car. They claimed that on the last oil change one of their mechanics must have seen that it was broken and then fished it out with needle nose pliers. This was NEVER stated to me at my last oil change. I had to figure out that my dip stick was broken from my mechanic who did my inspection. I was extremely disappointed that this information was not communicated to me after my last oil change. They did replace the dip stick for free. I will not be coming back here for any service in the future as I cannot even trust them to communicate with me regarding something broken in my car.

Do not bring your car here to get detailed they lie on the prices and point fingers and say that wasn’t in the paper work as needing to be done.They don’t even hand wax or polish your car to do a paint correction like they say.We basically paid 250 for them to run our car threw there automatic car wash they have in the shop and interior cleaning.And when we went to pick the car up the engine bay was filthy door jams weren’t touched basically everything they said they would do they didn’t so we made them get the spots they missed and we had to wait an additional hour for that.Giving 2stars because they took 10% off the bill but it should have been more in my opinion!! I will never take my vehicle here again to get detailed.Complete rip off!!!
Mark Ellis made everything so simple and easy. He made sure to find me exactly what I was looking for, even the things I didnt know I wanted. Adam showed me all of the tech and safety features in my car and answered all my questions thoroughly. 10/10 recommend, go to Mark and you will not be let down!!

This place is full of pushy salesman and even more aggressive sales managers. If you are filled with anxiety about dealerships this one will fulfill all your worst dreams about buying a car. I’ll give them 2 starts because my mother still purchased the vehicle and she’s happy with the car itself, but the sales staff is ridiculous. Unless they’ve got a car for a price you can’t pass up, maybe go to a different dealership.

I recently leased a 2022 Honda HRV from Mohawk Honda and it was the best decision I made. My salesman Evan Z was very helpful from start to finish, customer friendly, and knowledgeable. Detailing are bad to much shop for nothing 2 time in a row they mess my car paid for it and dirt left inside and out and they playing like is ok will not recommend to no one to bring the car for detailing it all pshhh un real

Wow, it was expensive!! But also, they had disconnected the battery and when they reconnected it, they didnt enter the code to get the radio to work. So, I had to make a special trip over there to have them reset the radio and (yes, first world problems) I drove around all day without the radio because they didnt do it.Another thing, and I dont know if this is due to the temperature, but the dealer where we used to take our Honda (we just moved) always gave the car a quick exterior wash with EVERY service, regardless of price; and this one was pricey and the car could have used it!
Usually the experience is great. Everything they did for the car was great. It was when I went to go pay. I had a coupon for 10% off and could find it. She said it usually for oil change. I said yes I know I got one. I felt I was being pressured to hurry up so I said I’ll pay . Next time I would probably look through all the Emails till I find it

I would never go back to or recommend this dealership to anyone. There were young adults working and just didnt want to help at all. They never showed me a car or anything. Just picked a random car for $20,000 and said my payment would be $600 and that was it. They totally disregarded me and just sent me packing. Guess if your not spending big bucks they dont want your business.

I bought a new Honda CR-V here on Thursday. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Excellent experience!1/19/2022. I just took my car in yesterday to be inspected. I got an appointment for that same afternoon. I was able to get there earlier than I thought and they were able to get me in a little bit early, too. It took the expected amount of time to do the inspection, but it didnt seem that long at all. They checked to make sure if I had any questions (I didnt). Could not have been easier!
I had my car detailed and wasn’t to impressed . They should pay attention to the small details . Left dirt in console compartments in my 2020 Honda Civic . Maybe better training for the employees that detail the vehicles .

I went to waiting room had some coffee. Saw my salesman Luis groom another big smile. Work was done earlier. The work entailed pulling my back seat out to replace a part. They took all the personal stuff I had out neatly and placed it back neatly. Treated my as if it was their own.I do no ot live close but it’s so worth the trip to service my Honda they are fantastic. You can really appreciate it when you shop somewhere else for your other car and not get the friendly professional knowledgeable staff that Mohawk is. (My regret is not buying and serving all my cars with Mohawk)Update: my trailer lights were not working. Picked up our 2018 Accord yesterday. The car looked absolutely incredible. Our experience from the first day was very very good. Allie A helped us out right away and got us into a couple of cars even though the dealership was very busy that day. The dealership did a great job doing whatever maintenance was required on the vehicle, and doing the Honda checklist to allow extending our warranty. We are treated first class and to be honest we recently bought another Honda from a different dealership and the other dealership could not compare. With all the worries today about safety and exposure to germs, the showroom and entire building had been setup to address my concerns, the car was clean and sanitized as well. Was shopping for my daughters first vehicle and storpped in at Mohawk Honda to see if they had any vehicles that fit our criteria. Mark Ellis Jr was our sales person and he was great to work with. No high pressure sales. Mark worked to find possible matches and we ultimately found a perfect a car.Mark handed us off to Tyler in Financing who was equally great to work with. Tyler took us through lining up a loan, got the paperwork wrapped up, and handed us to Lindsey. She was great and took us through the features of the car, seeing up the phones and was just happy to help out.The small personal touches made it a great experience and we will definitely return in the future!

Luis was amazing to work with and listened to everything I said and my parents said. I went in to buy my first car, not really sure exactly what I wanted, but Luis knew my budget and helped me stick to it. While I was test driving, he was also helping my parents and giving them information on hybrid models—we kept him very busy! He made sure I was happy with what I chose for my car and for that I’m so grateful. I picked up my car yesterday and Todd went through all of the buttons and features in side the car with me and he too was extremely helpful and patient with me when I had “just one more question.” John, in the finance department was also very patient and very good at his job. Upon driving in to the Honda garage, I was met by an employee to let me know to pull up and someone would be right with me. Two minutes later a young lady came over named Megan, and was very gracious and sweet and helped me fill out paperwork and told showed me where to sit while my vehicle was being worked on. When it was ready she came out to get me & my car was already to go. It doesn’t matter what they did to my car the service there was so wonderful. Kudos Mohawk Honda!!! The staff at Mohawk Honda are fantastic. The whole idea of car shopping really was a turn off to me. These folks were so pleasant and patient to work with the entire experience was painless and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Beyond happy with the new civic I’m leasing, and got a great trade value for my old car! Mark was extremely helpful with explaining different options and helping me understand and feel confident in my decision! Mohawk Honda has the greatest selection of cars locally. We have purchased two pre-owned Hondas there and have been very happy with the experience both times. Upon entering Mohawk Honda, friendly staff members greeted us. We did not make an appointment, but they were able to accommodate us anyway. Alex Hernandez worked with us. He was very knowledgeable about the cars they had available. He was nice and easy to work with. We were super happy with the Honda CRV we ended up getting. It was a great value. We plan on returning to Mohawk Honda for future car trade ins and/or purchases. They really are the best around!
This was my first purchase at Mohawk Honda. I bought a used truck and I must say that Ill be going back to them first, for my next vehicle. The only thing they could make better would be the waiting time for delivery of the vehicle. That waiting time, is at every Dealership Ive ever been to. I had my car miss... handled and repaired by another car service place. They couldnt even figure out that they caused issues with my car. Mohawk took care of it; it took a while due to issues being extensive, corrected all of the issues they could find, working with me on the fly as we learned the extent.My advisor even helped me expedite my paperwork as I was getting into crunch time for me to be elsewhere.Professional all up and down the line, competent though I expect it from a dealer, and prompt. It cost me more than I would have liked, but less than I feared and I can ask for no more than that.Would recommend highly.

Very good service, polite staff. The invoice for the my oil change had a 35$ charge along with the labor and parts charge. Not sure what that was for. Overall a very good experience.
It is rare to find a Business so overly concerned with the comfort and concern for their clientele. Mohawk Honda staff are very much upbeat and positive throughout the entire buying and delivery experience. Atter getting home with my new automobile, all of my questions were anticipated in the follow-up information provided, and the communications from my sales representsative are very thorough and helpful. I highly recommend that anyone looking for Honda Sales and Service should start with Mohawk Honda and save themselves a lot of time and concern. Lastly, I love the Family feel and ambiance that every employee shows to their co-workers as well as the clients. I would want to work there with them to enjoy the security and care of others.
Happy with my Honda Accord from Mohawk Honda...but not especially the sales or service team. Everytime I came here for service, there was always an extended wait, an issue, or an attitude. They offered me $1500 less than Carmax when it came time to sell my Accord that I bought new from them...pretty lame... over all = ok

He was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond as needed. When we finalized a deal our time in the dealership was less than an hour total! Peter is a super star in action in your Service Dept. I was told to come in as a walk-in as appointments were 2 weeks out. This was my first scheduled maintenance as I had purchased the Honda Fit in January and it was a top notch experience.I was treated to an oil change and a car wash! And the expert staff found a nail in a tire and was able to repair it, saving the new tires which came with my purchase in January.All I paid for was a partial tire rotation and tire repair. I tried to tip the nice gentleman who had the car cleaned thoroughly, but he refused, saying to donate it somewhere of my choice.Again, Peter handled this from start to finish and I was out in about 1 1/2 hours, during which I had breakfast at Olivers, which, unfortunately, is closing after August 29. 😪The atmosphere in this Service Center is really professional and welcoming all the way. 5 STARS 🌟 IS NOT ENOUGH!

Had a great experience buying a car here, which is not always the case when buying a car at an Auto Dealer. We traveled over 100 miles to look at a car here, rather than multiple local dealers in our area. Heather in the Internet Sales Dept has been in touch with me for the past 12 months through e-mails, maybe once every 1 or 2 months. We could not get a deal done last September so when we were ready again, I contacted her to keep her up to date. We sent an inquiry about a car we were interested in and Alex R. got back to us a short amount of time. Down we go Saturday morning. Looked around outside at multiple cars, without anyone bothering us. We go inside and there is a nice friendly staff that greets you at the door, no waiting around for a Salesperson. We got hooked up with Alex, drove around in the car we were looking to purchase , came back and started the deal. No BS negotiation, the prices are marked and very competitive. Done deal!(Also got to meet Heather finally; without her, we would not have been down.)Lindsay (?) takes us outside to explain any/all the features of the car while Alex works to get the Insurance Co. on the line to get ID cards. Trouble. We cannot get in touch with the Ins Co to get cards so its looking bad. Alex offers a solution to hook us up with a local agent and though skeptical, we will listen. Trouble averted and we are switching all of our Auto/Home policy to Conner. Off to Tyler the business manager who gets all the paperwork ready, gives all of the options available with NO OVERT PRESSURE. Then, all the papers are signed, plates are on and we are done. Mohawk Honda is the BEST place to get a car. There is no Grey areas. They check everything when you are there. I purchased my car there. So when I go for service they already know what was done and has a better feel for what will soon needs attention. That way I wont get stranded. I really appreciate their repair shop. Mohawk Honda is hands down the most professional, most courteous, and most accommodating dealership in the Capital Region. My Chevrolet lease was about to expire and I decided leasing was not for me. I reached out to Mohawk Honda and within a few hours, Carli, my salesperson greeted me via text with different vehicles within my price range. Carli worked tirelessly with me via text and email to make my deal happen. I just leased another Odyssey! This time I went to Mohawk Honda it was such a pleasant and easy process. From the moment that I was first greeted by our friendly salesman Jake, and conversations with John (the assistant sales manager) I never felt pressured. 2022-01-31I just picked up my new pilot today, and I could not be happier.. Evan Zwahlen is an awesome person to deal with .. he found me the car I wanted and kept me informed as to when it would be here. He is very informative and so easy to deal with. I had to be somewhere , at a certain time today, and he made sure everything was done quickly, so I would be on time. This is my second lease from Evan and I will lease or buy again from him If possible.Adan Feliciano my delivery specialist, showed me everything in the car and how it worked.. he made it as simple as possibly so I could understand, and he did an awesome job.

2022-01-03This is my 3rd Honda Pilot from Mohawk Honda, I went from a 2019 Honda Pilot LX to a 2021 Honda Pilot Special Edition to this beautiful 2022 Sonic Grey Special Edition. Everytime I go to the dealership I always feel welcomed and my sales guy Luis VIP MAN always goes above and beyond. The car I wanted was not available on the lot when I first visited Mohawk Honda, but was expected within weeks. Jake kept me informed of the anticipated arrival date. It was a pleasure doing business with him. When the car arrived the Delivery Specialist, Todd Brandt, met with me. He paired my phone to the car and reviewed all the features with me. The thirty minutes he spent with me saved me hours of later reviewing the manual. 2022-04-07Jake Doyle at Mohawk Honda is the best person to consult with for your new (or used) vehicle needs. Jake listened to our family’s needs, helped us get a great trade in value for our existing vehicle, and helped us special order a new CR-V seamlessly. The transaction took little to no time or effort on our part. Jake and the Mohawk team took care of everything from financing, to transferring plates over, updating my insurance binder with my P&C broker and other paperwork. I also threw Jake a last minute curveball to have a hitch package put on the new CR-V prior to delivery. Jake got it done before I picked up the new vehicle. When it came to making my decision, I knew that I could trust Jake to be there for me every step of the way. Jake is very experienced and has his customer’s best interest in mind; That is evident. As far as time in the dealership to close the transaction, I was there for less than an hour and a half or so.
