This was our 4th move in 15 years & for all, we had Molloy Bros. move us. George came each time & quickly assessed our needs & gave an accurate quote, I always liked that he gave great suggestions to help with the moves. Each time the customer service from the office was outstanding & this time Hope was amazing, she is so calm & willing to assist in any way even to the point of calling after her work hours were completed. As for the actual move I cant say enough. Juan & his crew of Marcello & Tito were fantastic. They arrived on time, quickly went through the house to confirm what was going on the truck & then got to work. They wrapped each piece & took care to place them on the truck. I have a few antique pieces & Juan was so careful & even repaired one of them. Who does this in this day & age? They worked so hard, never took a break & when we got to the new home, were so incredibly patient in placing each piece where we wanted it. I have recommended Molloy Bros to friends in the past & will continue. They are fair in their pricing & very professional, but when men come into your home & treat your treasures as if it is theirs, it speaks volumes about the company & the associates that they have on staff. I got a new job down in North Carolina from Long Island and needed to move pretty quickly. I was recommended to Molloy Bros. from someone I knew. I just want to say between the pickup and the drop-off, they were incredibly professional and polite. Extremely hard working and time efficient! I was initially given an estimate by George, who also was very polite and professional. He always assured me I could call him with any questions. The Molloy Bros pickup was right on time and done very quickly but also with care! After my stuff had left my place, Hope was in charge of my next step. Hope was very helpful every single step of the way. I really recommend her! My stuff arrived in NC in great shape with nothing broken. Once again, the movers were extremely efficient and well mannered. I really do recommend their services.
I can’t say enough about the friendly, smart, helpful and energetic service we received during our recent move from Long Island NY to NC. Hope in the office was terrific; patient and assuring in a manner both kind and sincere. Here’s a copy of the email I sent her about the moving crew that picked up our stuff on a ridiculously rainy day. I’m talking downpour, and soaked to the skin.“Dear Hope:Just want you to know how terrific the crew was today. Kevin, Seema, Kevin’s daughters and the two young men, the whole crew were great. Hard working, friendly, cooperative with each other. I can’t say enough about how well everything went even with it basically pouring rain the entire time. Please pass it along to Kevin and to the bosses.”On the delivery, we had some confusion on our part moving from Public Storage to apartment storage, but Navin, who also goes by Kevin, and Seema were flexible and focused. All our stuff was carefully stored in a garage and a second bedroom once we moved from second floor to first floor after my wife broke her ankle the second day we arrived in NC. I give these two the high praise for their good work friendliness, and treating our stuff as if it was their own.
Just completed a move from Long Island to Charlotte, NC. The entire process from start to finish went exceptionally well. Everyone we dealt with at Molloy Bros. was courteous and professional from Jack our relocation consultant, to Kerri our move coordinator, to Dennis and Jose our movers. Jack and Kerri were always prompt in getting back to us addressing our questions and concerns. Dennis and Jose were punctual, kept us advised on all timing, and most importantly, took great care with our belongings on both ends of the move. Could not have been more pleased with the service. The move process can be highly stressful and the team at Molloy made it as painless as possible . Would highly recommend.
Our experience of Molloy Bros has been excellent. Our initial contact with Mark, who very thoroughly evaluated what the move would entail and explained everything, working with the coordinator Hope regarding details of cost and schedule. Everyone was easy to work with. On moving day the crew was right on time, worked quickly but carefully. They took care in wrapping each piece of furniture and art that was being moved. The office staff was extremely helpful and really made the difference in choosing this company. The moving crew worked a really huge, two day, job and got it done on time and with everything packaged nicely and no damage. The movers were on time each day and were professional and polite.We are really happy we made the choice to use this company.(Update) once we had moved I asked the company back to do an internal shift of furniture to clean up After our floors were redone. They sent a really good crew of staff who moved several rooms of furniture back into place after the construction. They moved, reassembled, and positioned several rooms of furniture in rapid order without even a mark on my new floors or furniture. Again a really professional crew here.

Molloy Brothers-Mayflower is the Best and the Biggest moving company. From beginning to end, I have to say they provided superior service. George the estimator was experienced and easy to work with. Hope coordinated the move flawlessly. She kept us informed and followed up accordingly. Alan and his moving team were professional, pleasant and very careful handling our large and heavy furniture. Each piece was meticulously wrapped and loaded. Upon delivery, everything was unloaded with no damage to our furniture, house, walls or floors. There was no broken glass, no scratches, chips or rips. Nothing was missing, not even the shelf pegs on the bookshelves. The movers were phenomenal and well coordinated. They positioned the furniture as we instructed and even re-positioned heavy pieces if we didnt like the configuration. We would definitely hire them again for our next move and would recommend Molloy Mayflower to anyone who wants a no-nonsense moving company who delivers - No pun intended. I could not have been happier with the service I received from Molloy Brothers from beginning to end for my move from New Jersey to New York City. The sales rep who came to my house to give me an estimate, Adam, was on time, informative and provided an estimate with excellent detail and instructions for getting my house ready for a smooth move. Diane in the office was great to deal with when it came to scheduling the move. And most importantly, the CREW that came to move my household was second to none. They were careful, professional, thorough, and a total pleasure to work with, particularly Omar who organized the move flawlessly (including having to carry my couch up four flights of stairs in an NYC apartment). I would recommend Molloy Brothers without hesitation. It was an excellent experience that exceeded expectations from beginning to end.
It was a pleasure working with Molloy Brothers Moving & Storage. From my initial phone call of inquiry, to the estimator who came out to my location, pricing and finally the moving crew and the move itself was flawless. I was particularly impressed with the back office and the movers themselves with their concern for my comfort and their concern for my possessions. they were extremely attentive to care of my belongings. The arrived on time and quickly went work wrapping and moving the furniture. Before I knew it they were unloading the furniture and asking for directions as to where we wanted it placed. the were extremely courteous and polite. I dont even think they took a lunch break.They were finished within the window of time that we estimated it would take for the move. We have all heard the horror stories about moving companies and additional hidden charges etc., well let me assure this was not the case with Molloy. From the initial call to the follow up calls after the move from Hope. There were no scratches, breakage hidden charges etc. I found the entire operation honorable and above board. I heartily recommend them without any reservation. I especially appreciated The constant communication from Hope. She kept us apprised of when the crew would arrive, called to make sure everything was going according to schedule and finally the next day if there were any problems or complaints, of which there were none. The movers that came to my home were exceptional and extremely professional. They were neat, showed concern for my needs, and moved all of my furniture quickly. They were kind, courteous, and did an outstanding job taking care of my belongings and helping me get settled into my new home. I couldnt be happier with my move and they really made it happen!4/17/19I had to move again this year, and when I went to hire a moving company, I didnt think twice about hiring Molloy Bros. again! Very nice customer service that started off a great experience. The Molloy moving men were professional, respectful, thorough and NICE. They wrapped each piece of furniture and handled everything carefully. They made sure screws stayed with the piece it belonged to. My painters were still finishing up when the movers arrived at my new home. They made the chaos less overwhelming. They listened to direction perfectly and moved the furniture in around the painters. They were great!
Molloy recently helped me move an elderly relative from NY to Florida and it couldnt have gone more smoothly. The assessment in NY by Mark Shelley was quick and accurate, and he was extremely responsive to questions along the way. Hope Kroez was fantastic in helping to coordinate the actual move and making sure my aunt felt comfortable. And Joel Martinez and his crew were terrific - responsive, accommodating, efficient and kind. Overall great experience and I will definitely use them again!
Upon calling Molloy bros, I received a very professional quote from Jack Rose who explained the entire process to both my wife and I. We did entertain other quotes that not as efficient as Jack.We Chose Molloy Bros and we were off to the races.We then were contacted by their office by a terrific and professional coordinator (Kerri) she also explained and help set up the dates which were very acceptable.On moving day the truck and men were on time and extremely accommodating. I had a great experience working with Hope from Molloy Bros. Moving. From the in-home estimate to her follow-ups leading up to the pick up and delivery of my furniture, she re-assured me every step of the way. The crew that I had in New Jersey was phenomenal-they were quick, efficient, and friendly. In Chicago, the crew was also very personable, and willing to help us organize things exactly where we wanted them before leaving.
We used Molloy Bros for our move last week and I would highly recommend them. The whole process was very smooth, and Jenna my scheduling liaison was extremely helpful every step of the way. The movers were very quick and took care to make sure nothing was damaged and everything was set up exactly how we wanted. Also, Jack who came over for the quote was very helpful and thorough. He gave us an accurate quote and didnt try to get our business by overpromising how long itll take. I will use them for every future move (hopefully well never have to again)!
I highly recommend this company...I worked with Hope to get an initial quote and decided to book with them to help my mom move out of her apartment. Hope was extremely helpful, always answered my emails addressing all of my concerns and showed genuine care in making sure all of my needs were met. The moving crew were fantastic. They showed up on time ,very professional and efficient. they broke down furniture and reassembled it at the new location very quickly. The move was from queens to Suffolk County and they were finished in a little over 3 hrs. Great company and great service.
We had our move on 12/27/18. We spent all day 12/26/18 packing and still had things to pack the next day. We were pretty overwhelmed...and then Molloy Brothers arrived. Alan and his crew actually complemented us on how well we had packed our things. He and his crew were professional, courteous and great to work with. As soon as they got to our apartment they talked to our Super and knew exactly what to do in order to rig the elevator for our use only. They spent the morning carefully dismantling and packing our furniture as well as putting our hanging clothes into hanging boxes. When they arrived at our new home with our belongings they asked what rooms each box/piece of furniture would go in as they entered the house and put them where we directed. When they were finished bringing everything in they moved our bed (a California King) three times so we would be comfortable with it and would not have to move it again. They were so good, I snuck out during the move to get more $ so I could tip them more than I had anticipated at the beginning. Our rep , Hope, called before and after the move to check on everything which was also re-assuring and helpful. I hope we do not have to move again any time soon, but when/if we do it will be with Molloy.

We also utilized their services for transferring utilities and mail. Everything was well packed and protected and the transition from one home to the other was done timely, efficiently and respectfully. Everyone at Molloy Brothers was an extreme pleasure to work with. They coordinated my move with the utmost professionalism. The moving team and their manager were very courteous and diligent about every detail of my move; especially since it included three separate drop offs. They exercised extreme care with my home and personal beings. The whole process was executed in a timely fashion (finishing early than projected) and every item was deliver without a hitch to its desired location. My co-ordination and communication with Hope was very good. The three person crew lead by Mike arrived as scheduled and completed the packing and loading in a very professional and expedient manner. I was given a thorough inventory list of my items going into storage. Molloy Brothers did a great job packing us up and moving us out of state. The crew treated us as if they moved their own parents/ family members.update:our things remained sealed up in the carefully packed boxes from Mayflower for 5 months in our apartment while our house was being built.I was part of the packing as Dennis and his crew showed me how each precious item was being carefully wrapped. (so that unwrapping would be easier) We didnt check our boxes as we were moving again to the house. Why pack twice when such a careful job was done! My husband and I were so delighted to see ALL our items make the trip to our apartment and also survived us moving them little by little to our new house. No breakage at all. The professional packing was outstanding and to see our new house set up with so many favorite family items was amazing.Thank you to Hope and Dennis
My experience with Molloy Bros. Moving was excellent from the estimator Maureen, to Hope in the office and Robert my mover. I moved furniture and other belongings from a large home in NJ to a storage unit in Colorado. Robert and his crew were right on time and made quick work of loading the truck while taking care not to damage any items or the house. They even arranged to deliver some items to my daughters home in Denver and the rest to my storage unit. Their expert handling of the move resulted in everything going smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Molloy Bros.

Jack estimated my move perfectly, Jenna was my coordinator who helped me through every question and concern with ease and of course Louis and his crew his whole team took care of my items, from packing fragile items to putting each box in its desired place at my new home! Their pricing is excellent with NO HIDDEN FEES OR POP UP FEES! Everything is laid out and explained from the beginning.A special thank you to Jack, who gave us the initial estimate, Kerri, with whom I spoke to many times, and Ricardo and his crew who moved our home. Kerri always got back to me in a timely manner (via email or phone call) even for the smallest of questions. Just moved from New Jersey to Florida and engaged Malloy for a full pack and move. The driver and his son, Dave and Ty, were absolutely fantastic to work with. They clearly cared about taking care of us and our belongings. The packers did a good job as well as we have had nothing damaged. The entire process from the estimate to the final unload went exactly as planned and everybody from Marie that did the quote, Hope that was our move coordinator, to the packers, and especially Dave and Ty did their jobs in a professional and courteous manner. I can honestly say that our load and unload days were the least stressful days of the entire move thanks to Dave and Ty.

Amazing service! Hope stepped us through the entire process and kept us updated all along the move. When the movers came to pack, Denis and his crew did a terrific job. They showed up early, packed everything with care and worked quickly. It was so efficient. Were moving from New York city, which can be quite challenging! But Molloy Bros provided excellent service and did fantastic work.

My move was a bit tricky in that I had a small window time to reserve the elevator in my current building and my items were moved across states. Molly Bros was absolutely outstanding in all respects regarding my needs and their process end to end was flawlessly executed. Moreover, the company assigned a dedicated client manager who kept me in the loop and was there to answer any questions from pre-move preparation to delivery. Lastly, the folks on the ground were highly efficient and friendly making the experience quite pleasant. I was beyond satisfied with Molloy Bros, well done!

From start to finish I could not have been more happy with Molly Brothers Moving. The price was very competitive. They under promised and over delivered. The movers actually showed up early. They finished the move in less time than was estimated. All items moved we wrapped in blankets then shrink wrapped. They took better care of my belongings than I would have. I highly recommend Molly Movers without any reservations.
Moving made easy ! Jack gave us an estimate one week before our move. Very kind and polite. Jenna coordinated it all with a friendly and helpful nature. Tim and Brian packed us with efficiency and care the day before the move. Our four man crew moved our entire house in less than one business day and took great care to get each item into the correct room. Even placing rugs before they set up furniture! Two days after the move, Molloy hauled away all the boxes and trash. Looks like we have lived in the new place for years. Absolutely incredible, efficient and pleasant from start to finish!
Molloy has moved us twice over the past five years. Our initial contact with Hope was efficient, pleasant and right on point. for all aspects of the moves.We used the storage warehouse since our initial move and the experience has only been positive. After almost five years of having our furniture in storage it was time to send it elsewhere. The warehouse crew emptied the vaults and readied our possessions on time and as requested. Best Moving Experience!!!! I was recommended to use the molloy brothers moving company from a friend and all my expectations were met and exceeded. After quoting a dozen companies and reading countless reviews, Im so happy I picked Molloy Brothers!! We moved from a small apartment, stopped at a storage facility to pick up large pieces of furniture to move into our new house. On a day that reached a 100 degrees the movers were early, efficient, professional and packaged my items, like furniture and TVs with expertise. The move was exactly the amount of hours they estimated and they had smiles on their face the whole time. The moving gentlemen were very polite and were appreciative of water and snacks we gave them on a hot day. The estimate was also very professional, as the company sent a manager to my house to assess the items that needed to be moved so their estimate was precise, and it was! I paid exactly what they had quoted me for the quoted time. Jenna, the lesion, was in constant contact with me and answered every question I had, always with a cheerful and loving demeanor.Extremely happy with this company and will use them and recommend them to everyone I know moving near or far!

Having moved from Long Island to New Jersey four years ago we called Molloy Brothers Moving when we were moving back to New York once again. We called Molloy because our initial move using them went so smoothly and hassle free. After getting a very reasonable and accurate estimate we were thrilled to find out that Diane, who was so helpful during our first move, was once again our moving coordinator. Our packers- Tim and Kenny (who coincidently were also our packers last time) and the movers were absolutely the very best. They worked fast but carefully, were courteous, professional and made sure that all of our items to be moved were moved without so much of a scratch. In addition all walls and floors were completely padded so there was absolutely no damage to our house. I usually do not take the time to write reviews but Molloy did such an exceptional job I felt obligated to do so. Moving is a major hassle but Molloy Brothers movers truly took all of the stress out of it. I couldnt recommend them more highly.
I honestly had a really great experience with Molloy Brothers. The couple who came to me to pack before the move were very sweet and very efficient. I think they were Brian and Katelynn, but... Sorry if I got that wrong. Excellent packing. Nothing broke. The team who moved me were also really good guys. I wish I had their names. All Hispanic. Really nice guys. Very efficient. I just let them get on with their work and they did a great job. Again nothing they brought in blanketed was at all damaged, and no damage to the apartment into which they brought everything. And SPEEDY. Phew! My total came in well below my quote. Hope, who helped guide me through each stage of the move, is wonderful. Great communication throughout the process. Im not new to the moving game, and Id say Molloy Brothers is one of the best experiences Ive had from start to finish.
I just moved into a co-op building and hired Molloy brothers to make sure everything went smoothly. I was recommended from a friend who had moved into a building recently as well. I could not have done it a better way! The experience from start to finish during this stressful time ( not knowing when I would actually be ready to move ) and last minute timing was over the top accommodating! The crew that day was so efficient and fast I didnt have to worry or do a thing! They even made two stops for me since some of my stuff was at my parents home. We recently moved across the country and would like to share some of our experience with Molloy Bros. Our first contact was Gavin who came to the house and explained the whole process, then he did a walk through to begin the estimate. We checked the appropriate permits on DOT and also found very little in the way of complaints. Gavin returned some weeks later and we refined the schedule and fine tuned the process and our work lists and packing techniques. Molloys website is chock full of useful info along these lines and Gavin was very helpful in our learning curve. Once we were semi formal we met Diane who smoothed out all the squint print and made the entire ordeal manageable. Diane was always available to answer questions and offer tips and advice. Next we were paid a visit by Steve the manager, he did another walk though for confirmation and to finalize fees and make sure we were on track. On packing day Driver Doug and co-pilot Norma came along with the Brooklyn Boys, Jose, Mel and Rich and set to work and didnt even stop for lunch! The next day loading was complete a day early. Off they went! We met up at the new house a few days later, right on time. The weather was challenging but Doug and the local crew made it all look easy, quite impressive indeed. Im not sure Ill ever make another move like this but if I did I would hire Molloy Bros again without another thought.
I had an excellent moving experience with Molloy Brothers Moving and Storage. The entire process was stress free and professional. My furniture was well wrapped and protected by the pickup crew, delivered on time and in perfect condition. Special thanks to Diane for being an excellent point of contact, keeping me updated throughout the process. It is a pleasure to work with Malloy Bros.
Yesterday I moved with an exceptional team of movers. They were consummate professionals, courteous, and worked so carefully so as not to damage the walls, floors, or any of my items. They were also so pleasant and accommodating for all of my requests. I was so impressed and pleased with the move -- they made a very stressful process seem easy and manageable. I will be recommending the company to all friends and family that move in the future.
We went with Molloy Bros for our NYC to Long Island move after reading reviews for several different moving companies. They were not the cheapest quote we received, but were worth every penny. Our crew showed up on time and got right to work, treating our belongings with respect. We had more to move than we initially expected and the crew accommodated without any issues. They even helped us re-assemble our couch once we arrived and fixed a dining room chair that had been broken before their arrival. Highly recommend.
Molloy bros did an incredible job with our move from Manhattan > NJ. They were on time, professional, and incredibly efficient. Loaded up our 1 bedroom apartment in just about 30 minutes and took great care with valuable & fragile items. They were patient with us as we tied up loose ends with our landlord as we moved out/handed off keys & made it over to NJ (1 hour 20 mins) quickly and without any issue. Really happy with our move! Would hire again.
I must say that it saddened me to read other reviews on Yelp that stated people had a terrible experience with Molloy Brothers. Our experience was quite the opposite. The movers were respectful not only of myself and my husband but our belongings. They wrapped and moved them with care. We have many antique pieces that they took extra care with and each arrived completely undamaged. In addition, any piece of furniture that needed reassembling the movers did expeditiously. They cleaned up after themselves and left us feeling very much at home! I would recommend them to anyone planning a move in the future.Maureen C.
My experience with Molly Brothers Moving was a very positive and satisfying experience. What I could not pack Jack and his crew did for me. It was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was most challenging due to all my fancy wine glasses and closets full of dishes. Im happy to say all arrived in S. C. safely due to Jacks careful packing. Molloy Brothers/Mayflower Movers is the way to go. I would reccomend them to anyone especially Jack and his crew.
Everything went so smoothly considering the terrible rainy conditions. Your team headed by Adrian were awesome. All the guys worked so hard. They were courteous and professional and made sure all my furniture and prized possessions were well taken care of. Nothing was broken or damaged. My husband and I were very pleased. From the first meeting with Chris who was a true caring human being, clearly careful with details, and offering practical recommendations from his years of experience that would make the move go smoothly, to his going above and beyond to help me during the process, to Kerris prompt, considerate, and practical follow-up on everything, to the professional teams that moved me out and then in at destination, I was SO glad I chose them over other movers. I literally had 3 weeks to pack before the move date and I was stressing more than I realized. Our Sunday, May 19, 2019 our furniture showed up on time. Jack, Fredrick, Terrance and Chez did a fantastic job. They really worked very hard getting all of our furniture into the house and set up. We had approximately 200 boxes that they had to bring into the house and were careful to put them in the appropriate room which included 8 rooms. They were all very courteous and respectful and easy to deal with.Hope is fantastic to work with and communicated with us every step of the way to be sure that the move went smoothly.So happy with the service. We would highly recommend Molly Brothers to anyone we know who will be moving in the future.Our moving crew (Allan, Omar, Nhiya, Chavez, Richie and Panther) were the best. They took their time to be sure all items were wrapped, packed and items were cataloged. The staff, Mark Shelley and Hope Kroez were amazing. Hope even called the night before (on a Sunday) to confirm the move and ease our minds and alleviated the stress of the move. I would highly recommend Molloy Bros and their staff and movers. The military hired Molloy Brothers to handle our move to Europe and they were FANTASTIC! We had one crew pack and a different crew move our items and both were extremely fast and friendly. Despite traffic in Manhattan, they were on time and out of the apartment before 1pm on both days. Communication before and after was great. We are a military family so we move A LOT, and I have to say we were very happy with this company. Thanks again!
I used Molloy Bros for my move from New York to Arizona and they were great! They treated my furniture and other belongings respectfully, wrapping and cushioning everything delicately. The guys are also helpful. They helped me to unscrew my television and boxed it (with my box), something that I should have done. Unpacking in Arizona went smoothly also, 1,2 3 and they were all done. They were flexible also for my Saturday delivery. Thank you Kim.It is really better to pay the professionals than to get a cheaper job done by a novice. Could cost you more!I would use them again.
This is the only moving company that you need to call. Jack, my sales rep, knew exactly what I would need for my move and he helped make packing easier for me. Hope, my coordinator, was there for me every step of the way. She answered all my questions, and alleviated any worries that I had for the day of my move. She was very kind and patient and after speaking with her, I knew that my move would go so smoothly. And it did! My movers, Roberto and his crew, was beyond wonderful. They were quick, they were very careful with all my belongings, and they were extremely polite and kind. They made sure before they left my new house, that everything was where I wanted it to be. I could not have asked for a better team than the Molloy Brothers. I will always recommend them to anyone I know that is planning a move. My move with Molloy Bros was excellent from start to finish. Marie was extremely responsive during the estimate phase, always pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Diane responded reached out to me right away when I asked for some help via their website. And, the driver Jack was the best! He kept in contact with me, provided with me helpful tips and information and took great care with my things. He even brought me coffee on the morning of the unloading and wiped up my floors on his hands and knees before leaving.My only complaint was that a few of the men were on their cell phones a lot, but I have let Molloy Bros know and they are taking care of that with the appropriate supervisors. That said, everyone was pleasant and nice to deal with.

As in any move preparation is the key. The 4-man crew that moved my household belongings were excellent. They were polite, professional and careful. In addition to being quick they managed to find the safest way to move the furniture and bulk items without damaging anything. I would recommend Malloy Bros based on coming in below the initial estimate and the 4-man crew that moved me.
The service my family and I received was exceptional, phenomenal, outstanding, and magnificent! We recently completed a move out of state, and it went PERFECTLY! I hardly EVER get to use the word perfectly when describing an experience, so it gives me great pleasure to do so today. From the moment the crew showed up, I knew we were in good hands and that this was money well spent. They arrived promptly, ready to work, and with all the necessary materials. They loaded everything quickly and efficiently. Delivery was just as smooth; even more so, because they unfortunately had to contend with the cable technician and and alarm system specialist who were there at the same time (totally unintended). But like the true professionals that they are, they NEVER ONCE complained, or made any excuses to delay the unloading of our belongings. They got right to work with the same speed and efficiency as they did when they packed everything up. Not one item was damaged. Not one item was missing. NOT ONE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Molloy Bros. Moving and Storage to ANYONE looking to move ANYWHERE ANYTIME!! I also have to give a shout out to the office staff as well, for such impeccable follow up! With customer service skills such as these, this company will be around for as long as they want to be!!!
From the beginning of my contacting Molloy Bros for my move (only 8 days prior to my move date) I was treated with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. From my first contact with Allison, who helped me through my initial request, to Marie, who came by and helped me walk through what would be needed and providing me a binding estimate, to the move team - Bob, Selena (sp?), Eddie and Edmond (especially Edmond, who coordinated the move so well expertly and patiently deconstructed and then reconstructed some of my pieces), the move went perfectly and without incident. The best movers in the country hands down. They helped me move from NJ to Georgia. To be honest I was very skeptical at the beginning because of some of my previous experiences with other movers. However Molloy Bros. proved why you should always opt for premium companies rather than trying your luck with cheap s**t. Right from the beginning all the employees of Molloy was really helpful and trained professionals - estimator, co-ordinator and last but not the least the on-ground crew - all of them were exceptional in their own fields. Moreover I received my delivery within a week which is unheard of in such a long distance delivery. All in all I would recommend Molloy Bros. 100% to anybody who prefers peace of mind than saving few pennies.
Moving coast to coast is a daunting thing but thought I made a good decision to go with May Flowers (Molloy Bros). I talked to 20+ moving companies and ended up using them even though their price point was higher. Overall thought the service was worth the extra money - no damage (my computer monitor cracked but think it’s because I didn’t pack it very well), accurate delivery window (which was very important for me), fast service, nice staff on both sides, no hidden cost (very important!! Be careful of the companies that give you a ridiculously low quote and pushes you for a deposit to lock in the time, do the math and you will know it’s not possible to just pay that much to get your stuff moved long distance). Hope K was my coordinator, she’s very sweet and patient with all my questions, made sure that the process was seamless and gave me updates whenever needed. Would highly recommend them!
Molloy Bros. is the best moving company we ever used. The movers were so nice and extra careful. They are extremely knowledgeable and very well prepared, everything went so smooth and easy. All my valuables and fragile items arrived safely. The equipment they used was very clean and they handled everything as if it were their own personal items. Hope from the home office was very kind. She explained how the whole process would work. Even though they were more expensive than other movers, I despised to go with them, perhaps just a gut feeling?! Steve, the main mover and his crew were awesome. Very polite and helpful. Malcom loves dogs and even put my pup at ease. The same crew loaded and unloaded my apartment. Unfortunately I was the first one on the truck and the last off.I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

From the cheery receptionist who scheduled our estimate to our great moving crew (Jackson, Ivy and Pete), we had a good experience with this move. On the day of the move, the crew packed up the things we needed from our Long Island home and moved us into our Manhattan apartment more quickly than had been estimated. Notably, they were very careful in packing our artwork including a massive 78x78 canvas! In our apartment, they really helped us settle in by placing our things exactly where we wanted and they lifted existing furniture to slide our rugs underneath. By the time they left, taking all the packing materials with them, we didnt have much left to do!

One of the best moving experiences I’ve had so far. I moved cross country from NY to WA and despite having a small load everything arrived in its original state and accounted for. Additionally, I had a small window to make it all happen and Hope was the best logistics coordinator. My father moved from one state to another. Dennis and Jose did an amazing job. I was very impressed with there care and professionalism. When we arrived at the destination we found two rectangles wrapped i an armoire that was moved. In it were two pictures. They must have slipped down the back of the drawer. Dennis must have retrieved then when they moved the furniture and took out the drawers. I was so thankful they took the care to find and wrap them. They were efficient and went above and beyond. So appreciative of the excellent service.

From the first visit with Jack Rose the experience was GREAT the moving team was on time the day was rainy and the team finished on time charging me only the agreed upon $$. Molloy moved us from Long Island to South Carolina, and from beginning to end it went off without a snag. Beginning with our salesman George, who couldnt be more knowledgeable or helpful to the crews who moved us out and in. Hope and Jade in the office were also amazing and always willing to help. We even needed for them to hold our belongings for 2 weeks and they arranged to do it without making an issue of it.John headed the crew in South Carolina and he was amazing. Both crews were neat and friendly. I had heard so many horror stories about moving I was worried, but Molloy was amazing!!!

Not only the best move experience I have ever had, but one of the best service experiences I have ever had. The pre-move service and communication was impeccable with a virtual tour of my current apartment, boxes and tape dropped off in advance and constant calls to make sure everything was going as planned. The move itself could not have gone any better. The movers were beyond polite, helpful and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done right. And there were no accidents. We were very pleased with Mike and Ivan’s work ethic as they covered/wrapped up/loaded furniture in NJ and then delivered/unwrapped/and stored our furniture in a self-storage unit in PA. They were knowledgeable and meticulous as they carefully moved our belongings; especially a huge, one piece, antique corner cupboard containing leaded glass. They were prompt in their arrival at both destinations and very personable to talk to. We highly recommend them and Hope, our move coordinator!
The office is easy to deal with. The appointment was easy to make. They came on time. They are efficient, clean, helpful, careful, etc. What Else can I say? I have antique furniture. They were very careful and everything arrived intact. They made sure everything was where I wanted it and I could not have asked for a better crew. Abe was great with signing me up and putting me at ease about putting my stuff into storage. I gave only 4 stars because there were a few minor damaged items once they arrived at my new home. They were efficient and on time, handling my one day move from Long Island to Connecticut with ease, finishing in 6 hours, and that includes driving time from the island. My experience with Molly Bros. was excellent from moving my furniture to a storage facility in NJ and moving it to Florida 3 months later after purchasing my new home. My furniture arrived earlier than I expected it. Working with Hope, Marie and all the movers was great. It exceeded my expectation.
From start to finish Malloy Bros treated us the utmost professionalism and care. Jack Rose estimated the job with total accuracy and gave us the flexibility we needed to tailor the move to our circumstances. The movers handled our belongings with care and were so friendly. However, the star of the show was our customer service rep Diane Gaines. She was fantastic throughout our numerous changes...in the end our move went from NC to AZ. With patience and professionalism she took all of our calls with a positive attitude and answered all of our questions. She took the brunt of our changes and couldnt have been more responsive to our needs. She truely cared about us and single handily made a very difficult situation bearable. This was our 7th move and by far our best experience.
My moving process was beyond efficient from my very first conversation with Diane arranging an asap move from the NYC area to the capital region. The entire moving team were kind, friendly, and worked in tandem preparing all of my things for transport, as well as helped unpack at my new place, including suggesting were to place furniture, which i appreciated. Working with Molloy Brothers Moving made the usually stressful process of moving not stressful at all.
We used Molloy Brothers for our recent move from Westchester County, NY to the Rochester area. Jack was helpful and informative and provided us with a very accurate quote. Our move coordinator, Diane, was also very friendly and accomodating. We had to change our destination location several times and they were understanding. We used the packing service - the crew arrived on time and worked the majority of the day. They missed a few small items, but overall did a professional and satisfactory job. The movers arrived the next day on time and worked in difficult circumstances (lots of stairs and high temperatures) efficiently and professionally. Our delivery, which was a few days later, went very smoothly. There were no hidden charges or surprises and they showed up when promised. I would definitely recommend them.
I would first note that our driver and mover (Jack) was wonderful, hardworking and conscientious. He was a pleasure to work with and cared about us and our belongings. I would give him 5 stars. However, the overall experience was not good. We waited to the last day of our move window, and almost had to exceed that. There were no movers on site when Jack showed up to unload. We managed to get one local person, but it took all day with me having to help to get the truck unloaded. Better and advanced planning on securing a crew was needed. Because of the good work of Jack, our items arrived undamaged. I cant say enough about Jack as a driver and a worker.

The team of 3 that I had were so quick, and efficient, while also handling every item with care. They were happy to do everything and always asked if they had any questions before putting items away. Id like to thank the entire Molloy team for their excellent service on all levels. Im living in Switzerland and I needed to have things moved from Huntington, New York to Salt Lake City. By emails and phone calls, the team made it happen. George is a great guy to work with, so professionnal and efficient. Hope was the go between which made me feel at ease as I always knew what was going on. And then, there were the movers themselves, who took very good care of everything and were very flexible with the time that the things needed to be delivered which was such a relief for me. This is the second time that I have been in need of a moving company to go across the country and I continue to highly recommend them.
They made the move so effortless, I didnt have time to give the review because I was able to get right into my new crazy life! I cant begin to explain how amazing this entire team is and we have to start with the fearless leader -- Hope. The name is perfect because we all know moving is one of the worst things in life we do and Hope makes it manageable and dare I say enjoyable?! I have used them 3 times and always tell everyone to use them and I couldnt imagine even thinking about anyone else.Now, moving to the actual moving services - first the packing - this is the WORST part ever and the team at Molloy Bros makes this a dream. I dont have to lift a finger. They take care of it all and what I think would take me weeks (ok - months) they do in less than a day - and far better than I ever could. I wish I could remember their names (ask Hope and shell know). They take care of everything as if they were packing the house for their own grandmother. Its worth every penny.Part 2 - the moving. Ivy Avila lead a team of the most professional, kind and friendly men. What they accomplished in one day was amazing. And in my case, my things went into a storage unit - like a well oiled machine they loaded it all in and made sure everything was safe and secure.While I know Ill have to move again one day, I can honestly say I could never imagine doing with without Molloy Bros. I trust them to take the best case of me and my things - always.
I worked with a nice lady named Hope for my complicated move from the East to the West coast, and everything went flawlessly. It started with the invoicing, then moving out, coordinating storage for 3 months, and moving in to the new house. Hope was with me from start to finish for about 4-5 months, and she also called to check in post-moving in. The moving crews on both sides were polite, and careful with my houses and boxes. The moving crew in California was super-careful because the entry way and stairs were narrower. The foreman mentioned, watch the doorway multiple times, and they also placed a cloth over the rail on the staircase to avoid scraping it. Overall, some minor stains on the furniture (from storage, nothing I cannot handle), no damage. I feel lucky with this experience because my past moving experience were cheaper but unpleasant and fraught with post-moving issues, like, damages to the doorway, black streaks on the walls. People like Hope and the moving crews improved my experience, and I would highly recommend the Molloy Bros company.
The professional at Molloy did a perfect job with our move to Florida. Starting with George who came to our house and provided us an estimate for our move and provided advice on packing until Steve and Malcom arrived a few days later at our house we did not have any issues. We were fortunate to have Hope as our move coordinator who provided advice and answered all our questions. Steve came tour house with Malcom and Bruce to pack and move our household goods. They were so careful, we have no concern that our goods would be arrive inn Florida in perfect condition. Now as we unpack everything is perfect.When you use Molloy I suggest you request the team that moved by household goods.
We used Molloy Bros for a significant and complicated move from NYC to Toronto, Canada. They did a great job throughout the process from the estimator, to the move organizer (thanks Hope!), to both sets of movers and the driver. At a time of stress Molloy put us at ease, providing us with all the necessary info about the complicated process, etc. We have moved many times over the years and this has been our best experience to date. We would definitely use Molloy again!

I want to thank you and everyone involved in my grandmothers move from her apartment in Brooklyn to my parents home in Miami. My 90 year old grandma needs our constant care and this move was an emergency and stressful for all concerned. However, this company was so friendly, helpful, accessible and reliable, that under the circumstances things could not have gone more smoothly than they did. My contact people in NY, Diane and Bill, were exceptional. Diane was utterly reassuring and understanding, and Bill was expedient and did an excellent job.My mother (who also has difficulty getting around and uses a walker) especially wants to thank the two men who arrived at her house in Miami with the furniture. She says they were so nice, respectful, kind and hard working. They made a wonderful impression on her.Moving is not cheap by any means, and a cross country move can come rife with mishaps, especially in the winter. In spite of the fact that I scheduled the movers literally the day before Thanksgiving and a big storm, there were no slow downs, delays or problems. This company came highly recommended to me from a family member who moved from NY to Texas, and Im relieved I listened to her and chose them. They even moved my grandmothers 50+ year old piano from the 6th floor with care.
I had 2 crews for my move. It was pouring rain most of the day and these guys never slowed down. As for the movers I would highly recommend them. As for the movers I would give them five stars but for the estimate I need to take at least one star away. My estimated cost for the move was significantly more. If I didnt move a lot of the boxes myself it would have been even more. There needs to be a better way to fine-tune these estimates or a little give-and-take in both directions. Overall everyone was pleasant to deal with.

I just didnt know how good.In an industry rife with bad experiences, Molloy Bros. was a breath of fresh air. My expectations were exceeded from my first contact with Sandra on pricing and initial scheduling to the unflappable Diane, who was flexible, accommodating and comforting with the particular needs of moving my 89 year old father from LI to Brooklyn Heights, to the courteous, helpful and quick moving team led by Juan.The challenges of moving into a high-rise building with one working elevator and a limited time frame, situated on a narrow street with little parking on a rainy day is the ultimate test of a companys expertise. Molloy Bros. came through with flying colors.I would gladly recommend this company and would be happy to hire them again.
Loved the service they provided and constant comfort of knowing they cared and keeping us updated with our pick up and delivery. Great prices and quick packers. We moved from NY to AZ and 2 men came and packed up an entire 1/1 apt in a couple hours and loaded their truck. Everything seems to come to AZ safely but we will know once we open. Have the security of knowing we have several months to claim any damages so it’s good and we are happy with Molloy Brothers!
We had an excellent experience using Mayflower. The movers were phenomenal!! We had a lot of items, and every item made its way to our new home. The movers were very professional. Additionally, it was a very hot day with no air conditioning in either location, and the movers worked right through it. We also thought the price was reasonable, which of course was a big help after closing on a home.

When we were looking for movers we didnt realize how many scams were out there. Everyone gave us false prices and information. Then we called MAYFLOWER and set us up with Marie. She is the most down to earth tell you how it is person. We love Marie. She came to our home and literally put down everything that was coming with us. She gave us an exact quote and time frame when our stuff would reach. Then we were contacted by Ms. Hope. No matter if I called or emailed she was there. She is very kind and understanding. On the day of, the MAYFLOWER movers came on time and packed everything that was going in the truck in a record breaking 2 hours. I have never seen that kind of determination from movers. Thank you Mario and crew. Then we met with the driver who was bringing our stuff to us Mr. Gentry. This man is so understanding and down to earth. He got us our stuff on the 24th of December. The best Christmas gift we could ask for. Mr. Gentry and crew unloaded and put everything where we wanted in 40 minutes. We love you guys. The best and nicest group of guys I met. If I had to move again I would only use MAYFLOWER and highly recommend them. They know what they are doing.

Juan and his crew were top notch professionals. We were moving myelderly mom from Queens to Long Island. They were on time (early,actually), fast, efficient, and very respectful towards my mom. We had long distance move (from NJ to TX) planned in June. We have 4+ bedroom house so had 14K+ lbs. After 3-4 full days of research, we decided to go with Molloy Brothers. And that was the best decisions we made. (in fact, my wife made).We had heard lot of horror stories about long distance move. But Molloy Bros. made things much easier. Kim, the co-ordinator, did great job keeping us updated. The driver and his crew (Joel) showed up on time. They took great care of our furniture and house. Nothing was damaged during loading process. Tehy delivered the good in 4 days. Other than few things, everything was delivered in excellent condition. Their charges were bit more than others but in the end, it was totally worth it.I would highly highly recommend this company.

Overall, we were content with the moving process from NYC to Florida and we would recommend Mayflower/Molloy Bros. Everything went fairly smoothly, but we also recognize that moving logistics are complicated and that a lot of things can go wrong. We hired Mayflower/Molloy Bros to help us pack and transport our household items, and they were fairly organized. Everything was packed and delivered in a relatively timely manner: packed one day, picked up the next day, and arrived at our destination a week after pick-up. We were given an ETA of 5-16 days from the day of pick-up, so we were happy that we did not wait so long. There were a few things that could have been better. Our packers were a bit too hasty with the packing. We found a couple of unpacked items hidden behind boxes after the packers left, the biggest being a desk lamp, which we ended up packing ourselves. We were also surprised to find during the unpacking that piles of dishes were packed together with no paper in between instead of wrapped up separately and then packed. There was plenty of leftover packing paper, so that wasnt the issue. Fortunately, none of the dishes arrived broken. It didnt seem like any of the movers we received quotes from thought it was important to pack items in their original boxes, which we disagree with. If customers want something packed in its original box, make sure to communicate that to the packers. We left the original box for our stereo next to the stereo, and they packed the stereo in a larger box with other items, and shipped its original box empty. We wish some of the packed boxes had more meaningful labels because it took us a while to locate a few essentials like silverware. While communication was generally good, one hiccup when the driver arrived at our destination in the morning and we were waiting for him was that he did not realize we ordered a shuttle in order to navigate the narrow roads leading up to our apartment. Fortunately, it only took a few hours to get a shuttle and return to our apartment with our stuff, and another few hours to unload.
These guys were great! On time, fast, polite, friendly, courteous. Anything you needed they got it done and then some!Update: The same crew came back later in the week to move all of our items throughout the house after having floors refinished. They were clean quick polite. Just as great as last time. Another 5 stars to you guys.Thanks for everything!
Wow I thought going with a big name company for only moving 2 towns over was crazy and expensive, boy was I wrong!The professionalism of the driver and 2 helpers was outstanding and well worth the money! They were soooooo courteous and very careful with the move from my old house and into my new home. Nothing was damaged during the move and both houses were not damaged at all.They work very safe at all times. Which is an asset to the company and home owner. I would definitely recommend Malloy brothers to my friends and family if they are going to move!

The professionals who moved my home did so efficiently and with particular care for the numerous antiques i owned as well as my baby grand piano. They were attentive and put the furniture exactly where i asked to have it placed. They worked tirelessly and also were very careful to not scratch the walls. I highly recommend them.

The whole team was very helpful. We moved across the country without a firm move in date or location. Danny and Jade both worked to make sure our belongings arrived safe and sound when we finally secured a place. During the estimation process Danny was incredibly helpful and stopped by our house multiple times to get the estimate right. Amazingly he guessed the exact number of boxes we needed. The team that packed all of our fragile items took extreme care and everything showed up in California a month later in perfect condition. Would recommend.

Fast forward over a year later.....Well the wedding was this past July, and we closed on our house just a few weeks ago. The set arrived just as perfect as it was when it left my childhood home bringing back the perfect memories along with it.Thanks for your hard work in setting everything up and taking good care of the set.
We overall had a great moving experience. It was difficult to arrange a driver to bring our items from NY to KY, but Jack was great! We had excellent packing and moving crews also! We had a damaged end table, and a missing box of personal items that are not replaceable, thus the 4 and not 5 stars. Would move with them again.

They were one man short but made up for it and got us out in time. Hope was our coordinator and called numerous times to be sure that all was going according to plan. The move in was just as good. I just dont know how they did. The company adjusted the price due to one less person. This is the ONLY moving company that I would recommend - Interviewed 4 other companies before choosing Molloy Bros. Enough said - dont think twice.
George McDonald, I hope I spelled that correctly was the most professional of all the moving consultants I met as I was planning my move. He was honest, sincere and not overly aggressive. This made it an easy choice for me.Hope Kroez was a pleasure to work with through the actual moving process and the team of movers were very cautious with my furniture throughout the move. The team of movers made me aware of every crack, scratch or other deficit in the furniture as they moved each piece which was very helpful .

These guys were great! I moved from my parents home in Nassau County but all the furniture was in Queens (my grandmother passed away and I was using her furniture) and then needed the truck and crew to get the remaining boxes in Nassau County from my parents home and then help me move into my home in Suffolk County. They helped me with everything in terms of where to put the furniture, were extremely careful with anything fragile and were extremely patient as it was a chaotic day. I owe this company everything and give them 5 stars.

Not a happy customer...buyer beware, sales pitch deceptive - made us believe our move from NY to PA would require 2 crews, 2 trucks and 2 days; guess we had prepared ourselves so well - it only took 1 crew, 1 truck, 1 day... effort didnt match PRICE! Shop around, learn from our mistake - go with a company that allows YOU to save (credit) if job is over estimated, otherwise THEY laugh all the way to their bank.
What a wonderful experience, we found the gentelmen who did the estimate to be very fair. We found dealing with Diane Gaines a very wonderful experience and a very understanding and capable and compassionate woman. The packing crew lead by Timmy McAllister was fast and efficient and careful and wonderful to work with and last but not least the moving team headed by Adrienne and Hector and their crew were careful, and polite and very efficient. We hired this company to move our furniture from Ridgewood NJ to Toronto Canada. They were the highest cost and seemed quite professional. We were promised a delivery date between July 17 and August 12. It is now August 12 and we understand that our furniture is still in NJ. We are chasing them on a daily basis with little to no feedback from them. Not a recommended company. Rob Isabelle
A tale of damages, lies, and lost items.Molloy Bros was perfectly accommodating BEFORE I committed to anything--in fact, the positive Google + reviews led me to believe they were reliable. However, my experience was HELL.1) My movers were running 6 hours late to come get my stuff. Kim Davis, the coordinator, had no idea and would not return my phone calls.2) Despite paying for additional wrapping for my furniture, this was not completed, which led to many items arriving damaged.3) My stuff arrived 7:30pm on the final possible day it could have arrived without my receiving a discount (once again, Kim would not communicate with me on the progress of my shipment or respond to emails in a timely manner)---boxes were in horrible condition as they had not been handled properly at any stage!4) The final movers were in such a rush, they LIED that a certain item was there, hid a broken table, and poorly arranged my storage items so that in a week many boxes were collapsing.I suggest finding a service where you have more control over how your items are handled, and most importantly with more professional and honest employees. In summary, AVOID MOLLOY BROS.
We had a move this week that was quite complicated. Our crew headed by Adrian we’re incredible! They rolled with the punches, never acting the least bit ruffled and proceeded to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of! They were also so well mannered and eager to please us with every detail. Would definitely use them again!

Last week Malloy Bros. moved me from Queens, NY to the Albany area. Moving is always a stressful situation. Everyone I spoke to or had any contact with at Malloy did their best to take the stress away. Chris took care of my estimate and worked with me to get the best deal possible.Kerri was my office contact and she was great, always available to answer my questions. The moving team: Chavez, Alan and Roy were fantastic. Every piece of furniture was wrapped and taped in blankets. Boxes flew out to the truck. They had the entire contents of my apartment loaded in less than 2 hours. They unloaded and put the furniture exactly where I wanted (and moved it when I changed my mind). The china cabinet and bed were reassembled perfectly. Not a damage or scratch to anything. Best of all they were friendly, funny and amazingly efficient, no wasted time or breaks in between. When looking for a moving company it seems most reviews contain scary stories of damaged goods, non-reponsive office contacts, goods held hostage for additional payments. Nothing like that with Malloy Brothers. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I hope to never move again but if I do I will definitely be calling Malloy.

I recently used Molloy/Mayflower to move my brother from assisted living in NJ to assisted living in CA. I couldn’t be in NJ for the estimate or pickup, but Molloy handled everything very well by phone & email.Tenasia arranged the in-home estimate by Marie. Marie phoned on the day of the visit, and sent a detailed (and reasonable) estimate the same day. Hope completed the contract by email the next day, gave me projected pick up and delivery dates, and kept in touch by phone & email from pick-up through delivery.On delivery day, Fernando (Suddath Relocation Systems of San Jose) called in advance, and his team showed up on time, brought in, arranged, assembled etc., and finished within 2 hours.Everyone involved with the move was very professional and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend Molloy, Mayflower & Suddath.

I recently moved from a 2 bedroom condo to self storage as I haven’t found another home to buy yet. Hope told me she was going to send her best crew. Chavez and his crew were great. They wrapped up my furniture to protect it while in storage. They loaded the storage unit the way I asked so I would have easy access to my stuff. Excellent professional service - careful to check and record that some of my ornaments were already chipped! before they packed them. Very courteous. Helped to empty one room at the beginning so that I could put my cats there while they worked. My belongings were successfully sent out of storage to my new address, and unpacked well.
From the moment we met with Mark Shelley to get an estimate for our move, we had a wonderful experience. He was accurate and professional and gave a computerized estimate. The movers were prompt, professional all the way around. Clean, well mannered, polite, introduced themselves, very business like. They took care of our movepromptly and expediently.
Great team, Came Saturday morning around 8am and moved my whole house with 8 hours. 4 guys were very personable, worked well with my family and even joked with my kids. They were appreciative of the lunch we provided. I would def. recommend.

This was the easiest move I ever had. I had the best people helping me all the way to Florida. Mark helped me decide on the best way I should plan my move. Had a 4-bedroom move from Queens NY to Albany NY. Crew arrived and got started by 7:30am. Loaded by 9:30am. Arrived at new location and started unloading by 1:30pm and were done just after 3pm! We recently moved from Rockville Centre, Ny to Boca Raton FL and used Molloy Bros Moving and Storage. All three (3) crews (packers, NY movers and FL movers) did a great job. We had a few minor issues that Mayflower handled immediately and to our complete satisfaction. very happy with Molloy and Mayflower.
Great service for the right price! After receiving some astronomical quotes from 2 other companies recommended by friends, I went online and found Molloy Bros and they were fair, courteous, and did a great job! I got an in-house consultation and George was so helpful- we will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to all who ask!
They were efficient; careful of furniture and walls; knowledgeable about maneuvering in tight spaces; and strong men!! The added bonus was that one of the gentlemen was a big help (design wise) in placing the larger pieces in my new home (since once in place I couldnt move them).I would definitely recommend Molloy Bros.
The Molloy Bros. staff arrived right on time and were amazing. They used drop clothes to be sure not to damage any flooring and treated all of our belongings with care. They were in and out of a 5 bedroom house in less than two hours! Well worth the money spent. Thank you Molloy Bros.!
We moved from NYC to Miami in June 2015 and had a very positive experience with Molloy Brothers and their subsidiaries. The possibility of misunderstandings when you involve different teams of people is greater, however, the Molloy staff were clear and supportive. From the estimator, to the coordinator at Molloys, to the loading in NYC, to the coordinator in Miami, to the unloaders in Miami, our experience was beyond our expectations. We were overseas and returned the day before we were to receive our shipment. The coordinator in Miami contacted us, well informed about our travels and backup plans. In addition to the logistics, the whole shipment arrived intact. The cost is is more than their competitors, but well worth it. Molloy were highly recommended by friends who also moved from New York to Florida earlier this year.
We could not have been more pleased with our moving experience. Your workers were courteous, professional and clearly experienced. They worked tirelessly on a very hot day and smiled the entire time! They treated our furniture and personal belongings like they were their own. We would recommend your company with no hesitation!
We had, and have, a terrible experience. Beside, the original person that gave us an estimate, which was a very precise gentleman, we happen to think, everything else was, and is a total disaster. I do not suggest anybody to use this location of Molloy Bros, although nobody contacted us after the initial bad survey we gave to the headquarter. Maybe in an other locations they are professionals, this one disrupted our life, totally. Terrible experience nobody should go through this, and pay thousands of dollars. No loading list, that they had promised to email after after 2 days of loading the trucks , and no unloading list of our belongings. We happen to believe people, and believed them.Especially the unloading list, as there was a young lady writing every box number down on a booklet, promising, that we would receive that list, in 2 days again. Now they are saying that they do not give any list, beside the estimate list. We were lied over and over since December 2018 to today. They wrapped only a few pieces of furniture, and they had plenty of blue blankets, but they did not used them, they piled everything, in the storage units in DC, the way they wanted, instead of placing furniture in the back, and boxes the way they were told, and they were given a design to how things had to be unloaded, PLACED METRO HEAVY SHELVES over Riedel glasses boxes marked VERY FRAGILE (RED TAPE). Some glasses are part of a very special collection, which were pointed out at the time of the estimate.The actual workers, were working very hard, but no directions or management, with this end result. We now need to hire a company to remove both storages in new 2 storages and pay around $4000/5 additional plus the $10500 paid to them.Not counting the aggravations, and the time ..., and the toll taken on our health, AS NO LOADING LIST WAS PROVIDED, only an estimate. Upon asking, over and over, the loading list ,and unloading list, they first tried to sell us the estimate list as the LOADING LIST ASKED, thinking that we would buy that, but on that list that they sent, pretending to be the loading list, we noticed items ,that after the initial estimate, we had donated or recycled at the Southampton Waste management unit, upon asking an explanation to how those items could be on the loading list if we had donated them, i that had to be the loading list indeed in her opinion , now the lady in charge of our account begun with the story, that they do not provide a loading and unloading list. Had we not recognized the donated furniture, she tried to sell us the estimate list as the loading list.Since one person was doing the list at the home in the Hamptons, upon loading , with some kind of I pad, we believed he would provide us with the loading list, as he said he was doing it the morning after, and email it to us, or in 2 days bring it when coming to the storage units in DC. The person that had an the I pad placed stickers on each box, normally they give you a beginning number and an ending number, , in order to know how many boxes were in the trucks, NOT IN THIS CASE. After they suppose to lock the the trucks with a lock, and upon delivering they get opened by the client, not in this case., All our packages, ALREADY professionally packed ,were marked outside, with description of content, some with pictures outside the box, and we placed red tape, for glasses and china, blu tape for boxes needed immediately, therefore to be placed in front of the storage unit. They are the experts, they supposed to know how to be professional movers. We did 3 move from Europe and ONE from Palm Beach, and everything was done perfectly, a few broken dishes or glasses, but perfect. Now the lady in charge said that we had to direct them, as she cannot find any other excuse for her negligence. Excuse meeee??? We have plenty of proofs of this disaster.
I want to compliment Molloy Bros. and two individuals in particular: Wesley the driver and Hope Kroez the office go-to person. My 3,000-mile move from NY to California went perfectly. The packing, the transportation, the contact throughout the process, the timeliness of delivery, and the unpacking and setting up in my new home, all went incredibly well. Both Wesley and Hope are models of friendly professionalism, a combination as rare as it is wonderful.Herbie
If I could give 10 stars I would. I had 3 very polite, courteous, neat guys show up to my home to do a temporary move out and Move back in again. They were very careful with my belongings as well as super fast. I had anxiety leading up to the move as I was sure something would get damaged. Well nothing was damaged and everything was put back exactly the way I had it. Highly recommend!!!!!
Everything went smoothly with the move - Juan, Tito and Marcel were AMAZING!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! So unbelievably fast and efficient - I have never seen such an incredible crew and I have moved more than 20 times in my life! And they were really nice too :-)

2022-07-02I just moved from Brooklyn to Suffolk county and had to put a majority of my stuff in storage. Working with Molloy Brothers was a fantastic experience. LeAnne was my coordinator, she was responsive and incredibly helpful. She offered great suggestions for keeping organized with what was going to my new home and what was going to storage. These made moving day a breeze. The moving crew worked quickly and carefully. They used great care with all of my furniture, diligently wrapping and boxing the items that required some TLC. I will be using them again for my next move and highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

2022-01-25Jack and Bridget were exceptional and very helpful. The movers worked very hard - seemed to be good people...my only comments would be - the movers should more sensitive to items marked as fragile - as they handled our fragile items the same as all other items and I am concerned about whether any items were damaged when they put the items in storage. In addition after they finished their work they should clean-up their refuse.

2019-08-19A great interstate moving experience. I was on the receiving side, and all I can say is Dennis and Jose are moving professionals. All items arrived in perfect shape after having been carefully packed and loaded on the truck. Upon arrival at the destination, the items where carefully loaded into a storage facility where they will be kept for the next six months or so until new home move in day. The items are well positioned in the storage unit should we need to locate a particular box or item in the interim.I highly recommend this service from beginning to end. Id like to thank all at Molly Bros / Mayflower for the excellent service, great communication and attention to detail. I recommend them to all.

2022-02-03The movers were good except one. And hes name Philip Brady. Phil as he goes by is a chain smoker and he left more then 30 cigarette butts in front of my home. He was told by his supervisor to come back and pick them up. And he said Im not going to do it. Next time pay by credit card. If I had did I would have help the payment until he came and clean up his mess.

2021-06-01We recently used Molloy Bros to move from Long Island to Tennessee. I would highly recommend using them for any move.First we had Jack come out and walk through our house and provide us a quote. Molloy was not the cheapest quote we received, however their quite was binding. Other companies estimated the weight by looking at what they saw while walking through the house. If our total was above that when the weighed our belongings the price for the move would go up. We liked that we knew exactly how much the cost would be with Molloy.The 4 man crew that loaded everything up did an amazing job. They arrived and walked through the house with us as we showed them the rooms. Then they all started packing up the truck. They were completely done with our 4 bedroom house in about 4 hours. My wife and I did most of the packing beforehand, but the crew did tie up several tools we had and wrap them in blankets to protect them.Molloy held our belongings in storage for about 3 months while we were between houses. Again, the price quoted for storage was binding so we knew what we were getting for that. They also prorate the last month based on the number of days you use which was nice.Our belongings arrived soon after we closed. The two movers took care to keep our new home clean while they were unloading the truck. They asked where each room was and would put the boxes in the correct room based on the label. The whole unloading process took about 6 hours.After unpacking we found only 2 dishes were broken, and so far we have not found anything that was missing and not delivered. We are very glad that we went with Molloy Bros, they made the process easier and took great care of our belongings.Thank you to Jack, Jade, and both crews who had a hand in our move

2018-06-05Molloy Brothers helped us move out with little pain and stress, and helped us move back home with little pain and stress! Everything was wrapped and protected professionally when it was removed—quickly, I might add! When the guys brought it all back, they placed everything where we asked them to and assembled beds, etc. They were sensational!Our mediator at their office, Hope, kept us updated on costs and timelines and then went above-and-beyond to lend a sympathetic and calming ear when we spoke. I got a free therapy session in the bargain! We were thrilled with the service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

2019-11-06Molloy Brothers did an excellent job packing and storing our belongings. Once we were settled in our new home they delivered quickly and efficiently. Steve and his crew delivered to a site with no sidewalk yet, in rain and increasing wind. They hustled. Every box was put in the correct spot. It was wonderful. Everything - everything!!! - arrived intact. Molloy Brothers made the whole moving experience as easy as possible. Thanks to Hope for coordinating the move and staying in touch over more than five months of storage and then setting up a delivery much sooner than we expected. I recommend Molloy Brothers wholeheartedly.

2021-02-12I moved in the end of last year. I worked with moving coordinator Jack Rose and he was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he coordinate my house, but also my parents house and we combined together in one huge truck. I did two moves with them over the summer. He was extremely organized, patient, and kind. The move went extremely smooth. I just now got into my new home and nothing was damaged. I am very impressed. Everything was perfect from NY to our new home in CO. I am incredibly happy and fortunate to have worked with Jack and Molloy Brothers and highly recommend them.
