I love this restaurant! They have good quality drinks and food here. This store they have poke, sushi, fresh juice, smoothies and milk tea. They are very popular in the neighborhood. And also because of the good location, it is really good to grab a cold drink in summer and hot drink in winter when I am on my way. Btw, they have a second store located on the 40st and 7th Avenue. They prepare more hot soup and noodles there. Highly recommend people to check it out. Spicy beef rice noodle is my favorite.
Really tasty poke bowls (although the sauces are a bit heavy/mayo-like - would be great to add a Greek yogurt version). Overall, a good lunch spot tgat I highly recommend.
Absolutely love their spicy beef noodle soup!! So spicy & flavorful; and it portion is huge! I ate half for lunch, the other half for dinner.
Ordered take out with UberEats last night. It was so good I came in today for brunch. They were able to pull up my order from the night before. Nothing is too much trouble to the lovely staff here. The food is great quality and reasonably priced in my opinion. 5/5
Had the No 4 Hong Kong mango bowl with glutinous rice balls, and it was delicious and refreshing. However, the portion was small.
Great drinks and pokebowl! Absolutely love the Cheese Foam Strawberry Green Tea ❤❤ perfect mixture of sweet, sour, and salty. Pokebowl is amazing as well. The employees are all super friendly and helpful. The environment is also very student-friendly and perfect for studying and/or doing homework. Perfect place to come to after a long day.

Great food! Great set up and service. One of the best poke bowls I have had. I made my own with tuna, green tea so a and variety of mix-ins and toppings. Also side of Kano salad. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

Delicious little sushi place. I had the sushi burrito and I got 2 proteins and a smattering of toppings and mix-ins, and everything was less than $12 including tax. The sushi rice was delicious; great vinegar level. Very fresh and clean inside with quick, friendly service.

Lovely little shop. Unique drinks and dessert options.. Prices are very reasonable as well. I got a green tea that was filled with fruit.. So yummy 😋. The cup even came with a spork attached at the side to enjoy the fruit salad in the cup after drinking my tea!
A new amazing place for parsons students. They have student discount, which is 10% off on first item, 20% off on second item and the rest of items. Open space and Cozy with a lot of choice of foods and drinks, is the best place for meeting especially when you have met with your classmates. I ordered moment special poke bowl and lemon green tea, all the food is very good. Also we can found craft coffee Its a great moment met and shared our experience with our friends at this place.

Had a really bad experience. The staff was really friendly but the smoothie wasn’t fresh, the egg waffle was burnt, tasteless and dry (after I had to wait 15m to get in btw). For such a price tag, I would advise you chose another, better, place
Momentea is good place to seat and read a book. They have salads, juices, coffee, poke and teas. The staff are very friendly. I had the mango yakult. I didnt need too much sugar. They do have decaf coffee. All the food are fresh. Stop by to check it out.

I used to come here for a fresh poke ball. I spent 5 minutes standing in front of a worker that ignored me and would not take my order or direct me to where I should place it. I used the same counter area I was used to order from. Dont go there, they are not interested in customers now.

MomenTea is THE place to go to if u wanna hang out with friends, grab interesting drinks or have a quick meal. The owner is incredibly welcoming, so are the staff. Their specialty drinks are innovative, tasty and memorable. I like to ask for their recommendations when I visit. They know their menu so well and therefore can always surprise me with great suggestions. Their ingredients in the Poke are incredibly fresh as well. I’ve always been so satisfied with my visits!
Their slushees aren’t blended in the slightest, even though it took forever to make

The owner here is just the nicest person in all of the bubble tea shops in Manhattan. I brought my bubble tea club here for our beta launch event and we had an absolute blast. We are looking to host a future party here given the amazing drinks and service. They also have a poke place right next to the bubble tea area. What else could you ask for? Great place. One of the best ever in NYC.
Maybe more like 4.5 stars, will need to go back. I had a kale berry smoothie and a poke bowl. The smoothie was very hearty and healthy, just could have been a little colder and more smoothed for my taste. The poke bowl was delish (had the Hawaiian one I think?) but would have loved less rice and more of everything else, portions just seemed slightly off.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Accessible entrance and seating.They have a high common table and a few normal tables and I believe have WiFi so you could work there.Will be back.
The fish portions for make your own bowls are very tiny leaving you hungry and unsatisfied. I dont think they serve close to 4 oz portions of fish, a standard you get at other QSR! Even that isnt enough, should be 6oz to 8oz!! Though the ingredients are fresh and a little better in portion size. The staff is very friendly however I would skip this place for lunch or dinner unless you are looking for a very very light meal!

There is a huge selection of cheese teas but theyre quite expensive in my opinion. Usually milk teas are around $3.50-4 for a medium but its $4.50 for a medium here. The service was great though and the milk tea was well done. The packaging is really cute but I dont know if I would buy it again in comparison to other stores.
This morning I was craving for pho but I was running out of time so I came to momen tea.Unfortunately it wasnt the greatest experience with them and will not return because all the drinks I have ordered was not that great along with poke bowl.The drink area theres two workers but actually only one is working and the other one no idea what was he doing. The girl was busy running around to make the drinks but the guy was just standing and smiling. When it got busier he started to help out.I dont know how this place has really good reviews but Everyone please dont trust the reviews because I regret it a lot today for making my trip to there.I ordered two super fruit oolong tea, cheese dragonfruit tea, mango yakult, passionfruit party. The drinks I had today was cheese dragonfruit tea with rainbow jelly. All the drinks I had ordered was terrible. Some of the drinks were watered down and no flavour to it.I prefer just go to mogee tea instead. Their drinks are freshly made unlike this one use powder and syrup to their drinks.There poke bowl station there is two guys working there. One of them has a smile but the other one was giving angry faces which really was turn off. And their dessert on the menu I highly dont recommend. Its not worth that price & just too sweet.Their spicy tuna bowl comes with chunk of tuna and poured spicy mayo on top. Other places their spicy tuna are chopped up and looks delicious but my friend who at the spicy tuna bowl had said to me it should be better than this.Overall it wasnt the best experience I had with them.

Nice location by the Sunday stop. I was greeted when I came in and was nicely surprised by the good selection of milk teas. Bubbles were extra though. Their menu looked interesting and will have to try when I go there next time

Three months, I am back, I like Poke Bowl, but the mediocrity of fish and sauce is too heavy, still no change, this is the nearest Poke place in my office... I like this place. But this is not very good, but I will give up this place to do a better one;Dont believe in their food preparation, the fish is tasteless and the rice is not cooked.
Taro boba was good! Ordering kiosk is a bit confusing in navigation and placement in the restaurant. Staff were helpful.
They got my order wrong and just overall were very slow. I’m allergic to sesame seeds and the person working still put them in my rolls.
Honestly for the sheer amount of options and high quality of the tea this is one of my favorite Bubble tea chains in the city. For the most part real tea is used, its not grainy or powdered. They also serve light food options.
Once I was finally able to get my poke bowl ordered and had sat down to consider how terrible of an experience it was yelling over the music and having to point at the menu at items my server seemed to be unfamiliar with, I watched the next customers in line all struggling the same or worse. One man had his two sushi rolls made into some monster combination roll and promptly stormed out of the restaurant. Id avoid this place.

Im addicted to MomenTea, it is a great alternative for people that dont like coffee but want some caffeine in the mornings.Cheese Strawberry is my favorite. So glad they have a location close to my work! Best boba tea in NY for sure.
I created my own bowl, with ahi tuna and salmon in ponzu fresh sauce on a bed of brown rice with an embarrassment of toppings. Price was $10.95 for 2 proteins before tax and tip; not bad. It was more than enough for lunch.And I also tried Cheese strawberry, Its a very thick foam floating on top of my fresh strawberries. Definitely try it out if youre in the neighborhood

What a find!! This has been on my list to try out a Hawaiian Poke salad. I got the Ahi tuna and salmon bowl.I asked them to put a spicy sauce.the sauce is beyond the world amazing!!! Do get heavy spread of it in your salad and you won’t regret provided you like your salad spicy. I’m a fan of poke bowls!!

Poke was a bit warm, which I expected for it to be a bit cold and fresh as I have tried in other locations, woman at register rolled her eyes when I was paying for the and explained I was paying for those with me. Day after resulted in upset stomach. I love Poké but this location right didnt live up to the hype. I researched to go and felt horrible after going. Wont come here again .
The beef noodle soup was flavorful and warm. The service was spectacular, everyone was friendly and helpful. Great way to end my NYC trip.
Very disappointed in what felt like intentionally poor service. While the cashier was adequate, when I double checked with the individual who made my drink that it was non-dairy, she said “I don’t know.” When I asked what they use in the non-dairy drinks, she said “I don’t know. It’s a pre-packaged mix.” Pathetic service, disgustingly sweet drink, and overall a bad experience.
The price is not any lower than a normal rest, but what is, is the quality and even lower the service.
Great customer service, and very varied menu. The strawberry green tea and the lowest sugar rating was perfect (its often too sweet).
Excellent experience my lunch was superb, beautifully presented and tasted so yummy. Courteous staff clean bright atmosphere. Eat in or take out. Will be back soon.

2021-12-14I got the taro milk tea, and it was pretty good. The boba wasn’t the consistency that I typically like, but it was still decent. The waitress at the front counter was kind of rude though, so that could’ve been better.

2022-04-15Review is only for my Iced Taro Milk tea!As soon as I got it l, I drank up the whole so quickly. I should have ordered large size.. It was very good! The staff were kind and polite. Only one thing is that I wish they use paper cups instead of plastic ones!

2021-08-07I got the strawberry green tea with cheese foam, 50% sweet. Im not sure if it was a mistake or not but if this was truly 50% sweet Im concerned what the 100% sweet tastes like. Its probably one of the sweetest drinks Ive had in a long time. And even though they say they use fresh strawberry (which it seems like they do), it feels like theres also a lot of strawberry syrup in it which makes the oversweetness worse.I also feel like it could have been colder - it was barely cold at full ice.

2022-03-19They advertise fresh fruit tea but it IS NOT.It is fruit flavored SYRUP. The only fresh fruits are in the smoothies. I would give it less stars for deception but I returned the tea for a plain tea and it was granted.This review is based on false advertisement as I have not tried anything else.

2022-04-23Came in to get food was pretty excited about it until my two year old peed her pants so I asked if I could use the restroom just to change her pants and the lady told me absolutely not. I understand it’s not open to the public but dam she could have gave me some curtesy since it was for a child and I was paying for food. Never coming here again.

2021-05-29The place seemed very clean and the staff were very friendly. Most importantly, the boba were delicious. I ordered the honey green tea with milk cap/cheese foam and boba, and it tasted exactly like the boba I had back in Vietnam.
