They also own Bing Luxury LLC. They’ve done nearly nothing since we moved into our apartment. Contacting Code Enforcement today and having an inspection done. It seems we’re not the only ones getting shafted by this shady company. The shower broke almost a month ago— no one has come to repair it. They actually hung up on me when I told them I was considering contacting a lawyer.

Very disrespectful!! And not accurate, me and my girlfriend went here to sign a lease to and they had us speak to 4 different people who gave us 4 different information and the opposite information such as “ do we need a credit check we have great credit so if so it’s no problem “ ( there response - no ) 2’d person we spoke to then wants us to fill out paper for a credit check and things of the such , who all worked together , when I tried speaking to the lady who works in the office calmly and respectfully about my irritation to the situation she totally slammed the door in my face it’s all on camera there they have cameras that have video and audio and now they won’t even allow us to sign a lease or anything they lost out on 1000+ a month just because they can’t do there jobs correctly and then don’t want to do anything for us because she was un able to have a civil adult conversation adult to adult , , I don’t think the business is bad but the people who are representing this are absolutely not good people what so ever !!! Absolutely disrespectful , absolutely I have video proof as well because I’m someone who likes to record any type of interaction I have with people I do not know !! I will be reaching out to the hire ups !!!

A few friends and I leased an apartment that was being renovated and furnished by this company. our contact person Michael was always fairly difficult to get into contact with. we signed the lease in December to be able to move on June 1st. when we visited again in January they had the microwave and fridge and oven set and in place but not yet assembled. I drove two hours form home on June 1st to move into my apartment. Michael had another one of his coworkers meet me to give me my key. I walked into the apartment and it looked exactly as it did when we saw it In January. no furniture, and not even a doorknob on the front door, and my roommates room didnt have a door. the oven didnt have a cable for the outlet. the fridge wasnt put together. the windows were poorly done with spaces between the frame and the walls. I called Michael and he wouldnt answer. he ignored my friends and I for so many days. he claimed that due to the pandemic the furniture was unable to be ordered and that there was a lack of workers to finish things like the doorknob and holes and cracked paint in the walls. there was also no laundry and he claimed his company would reimburse us to get our laundry done at a laundromat. we threatened to cancel our lease since it was technically already broken because he andMonaco construction failed to uphold their end of the contract to have it furnished. he said for each day we were unable to move in we would be reimbursed. he said hed be going by the next day to start working on it with a few guys. I went to check a few days later and nothing was done. we canceled our lease and asked for our money back. he once again was difficult to get into contact with. finally I had to call the office and spoke to a lady who was shocked at what was going on and we finally got out money back. told him I still had the key to the apartment and he hounded me until I was able to drop off the key. The sad part is, it wouldve been such a nice apartment to live in if they had figured it out. TLDR: dont ever rent an apartment that is owned by this company. Dont get any services done by this company. you will be sorry.
