They were quick to get in my car that desperately needed to get new brakes and rotors for the front and rear, and an oil change. Laura called me and explained everything I needed. She was incredibly understanding and when I arrived to pick my car up, she showed me my front and rear rotors/brake pads so that I could understand why my car was making the noises it was making. This location has accommodating and helpful employees.

Come check these guys out!! Was in a jam and needed a tire mounted. Marco was super friendly and knowledgeable letting me know about all options. John (service tech) had me in and out in no time!!!UPDATE:Never balanced the ONE tire that I paid them to have replaced. So I had to pay someone else even more money to do it right. The gentleman at said place told me it definitely should have been done by the dude who did it at Monro. Believe the bad reviews

Amazing and cheap service here. Have been here on several occasions getting my tires put on my rims and they’re always quick with it, and at $25 a tire to mount them it’s a good deal. Will definitely come again for everything I need for tire work.

Ordered and scheduled an appointment for tires online, received a confirmation call the next morning to verify information as the tires had to be brought from a sister store which was appreciated. Even with Saturday being busy, car was serviced for tires, alignment and rotations in good time and staff was friendly. Thank you

I had the most incredible experience at Monroe in clifton Park. I was extremely lucky to have Brett Scelzi to be at the counter as I walked in. I was having problems with my muffler and had an horrible experience else where and for months not being able to resolve the issue which became extremely stressful.In less then an half an hour the issue was fixed by Brett and his team. Brett went above and beyond something I dont come across anymore, I am truly grateful for him.Unfortunately I had a very bad experience there a while ago and now I will be returning with all of my services Brett made a huge difference very friendly and welcoming atmosphere with complete trust in your vehicleThank you very much

I came here to have brakes and rotors installed along with an oil change performed. The service was top tier as I was kept in the loop of the work being done. They were very professional and helpful. If I lived in the area I would be coming back here for services for my car.

Had a positive experience at this location. I had my own summer tires that needed to be put on and they got me in the same day. Service was quick and price was very reasonable.

Car starting to have feint chirp. I brought the car in and got an oil change and tire rotation. Chirping did not stop, brought car back in to have them look at it. No one explained to me what was going on, I had to ask. Turns out they stripped a bolt on one of the tires, they ordered a new one, and to get it to fit, they start cutting pieces of my back plate off to make new bolt fit. The back plate is there to protect the rotor. And no one addressed me on this, I had to ask when I witnessed them using a saw on my car. In the end, they did not find the problem but only created two problems, a stripped bolt, that they did replace, and a ruined back plate, which they did not. Then they charged me $80 dollars for the damage done. Can anyone justify this? I will not be spending my money at this shop, again!

Team was great! Requested oil change and tire rotation as the first appointment. Marcus scheduled and executed as promised. John who was the tech found and repaired tire leak based on his experience. WELL DONE!!
