I first saw Dr. Ben in August for Tear Trough filler and I am still so happy with the results 4 months later. So much so, that I booked another appointment while I was in town for the holidays for some baby botox. Dr. Ben said that was all that was necessary for me, after asking him about it during our first appointment, which really made me feel like I could trust him. The staff is absolutely amazing and so welcoming and Dr. Ben really takes his time to explain the process and listen to your specific concerns. I will make an appointment any time I come into town from now on!
I really don’t write reviews as much but just let me start by saying WOW!! I actually originally was trying to get an appointment from Quatela plastic surgery but they couldn’t do a time before my trip. Honestly I’m really glad that I came here rather than Quatela DR. Ben was amazing very friendly staff everyone was so nice I was really nervous and anxious because it was my first time getting anything done. The moment I started talking to Dr. Ben all my worries went away I had minimal pain and my non surgical nose rhinoplasty came out amazing like I loved it. My lip fillers felt so uncomfortable but as day passes by they look better and better I love my lips now. But if you are thinking about getting lip fillers get the rest of the day off because it was really painful after that I didn’t have any bruising and minimum swelling. I got a Botox eyebrow lift but it still hasn’t show he told me it will take couple days, and the price I paid for all that blew my mind so affordable and such a great service I’m so pleased. I can go on and on forever but I guess that’s enough.
I’ve tried many different treatments in the past to improve skin ruddiness and reduce the melasma and spots/bumps on my face — and I finally one that works miracles. Micro needling (using the rejuvapen) with Kayleigh improved my skin texture and reduced redness and discoloration on my face after just one visit (seriously!) Sun damage is disappearing. raised patches of skin are gone, and that brown shadow above my lip line is barely noticeable now. I just completed treatment 2 and can’t wait to see the results! I’ve been coming to Monroe MedSpa for 2 yrs and I absolutely love it. I met with Michelle In 2018 for a Botox/Dysport consultation and she has been treating me ever since. I’m also a client of Lindsay. She has given me the most beautiful brows with her microblading services. I get so many compliments on my brows! I am currently in the process of getting my chin area treated with Morpheus. I trust Dr. Ben and his staff implicitly. MMS is a fun and inviting office. The entire staff is so friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.
I love Michelle at Monroe Medspa! She made my first Botox experience just perfect. She looked at my face and knew exactly what was bothering me, and she fixed it so quickly and easily. I didn’t even feel the needle at all, really! All of the staff were also very nice, and the house is beautiful and very clean. I’ll definitely be back.

I just had my first experience getting lip filler from Miranda and she did amazing! With the the help of Dr. Ben Tracy they were able to give me exactly what I wanted. My lips look so naturally plump, with the perfect amount of volume! They were also able to accommodate me on my last minute decision to get cheek filler that came out amazing as well! My cheeks look perfectly countered yet so natural. Miranda was so comforting and she made sure I understood everything I needed to know during the procedure, and what to expect after. Today I went back for my follow up for Botox I recently got 2 weeks ago. Everybody is so sweet and caring. I absolutely love this please I will continue to go back. My first time experience at Monroe med spa was nothing less than phenomenal. My appointment was for a lip filler with Michelle, who I highly recommend!!!I was extremely nervous at first because my last experience with lip filler at a different clinic was not good at all. I told Michelle about my past experience and she took it upon herself to make me as comfortable as possible. Like she does with all her new clients, she did an thorough examination of my face. She assessed the symmetry of my face/lips, how my lips move when I smile, including any deviations of my lips. Most importantly, she listened to my concerns and expectations of how I wanted my lips to look like. My top lip was paper thin compared to my bottom, and I also had one side of my bottom lip slightly lower than the other. Which always bothered because it gave me a crooked smile.Michelle is an artist because she fixed everything about my smile that I was embarrassed about. From the moment she started talking about how she see’s everything she does as her art I knew she was passionate about what she does which was very reassuring.That being said she will NOT let you leave until your results are perfect and you’re completely satisfied with your results. She’s so thoughtful and easy to talk to and I would highly recommend anyone to go to her for any cosmetics. I’m also a medical provider, dental hygienist and physician assistant. So coming from a medical background I would trust myself in her care.Thank you Michelle!!

After looking at a few other medical spas I decided to go with Michelle at Monroe Medspa and I’m so happy I did! This was my first cosmetic procedure and she made me feel so comfortable and at home. I had a consult for lip fillers and she explained everything in detail to me and made sure to answer any questions I had. I felt so comfortable with her and her ability that I went ahead and had the procedure. Thought the whole process Michelle made sure I was doing okay. 10/10 would recommend Michelle. This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it!! The doctor I had was great, explained the whole process to me and made sure I was comfortable! the appointment itself only took at most, 15 mins and I didn’t feel a thing! When checking out the girl was amazing and gave me a discount which saved me $150 and put me into a drawing for a facial as well. If you’re looking for work done, I highly recommend checking them out :)

Christy is amazing ! I drive 2 hours to get my lips done, botox, and hydrafacials and it is 100% worth the trip every time. Where to even begin...I can’t rate this place, and Michelle specifically highly enough! I first went in w a few issues- wanting Botox for the first time, thinking about eye filler as my face had suddenly change significantly, and most importantly, having my lip filler fixed.I had lip filler overseas four times, and the last was botched. I had filler migration in my top lip and was extremely unhappy. Michelle took the time to assess the situation, set my expectant come up a. Game plan. Long story short I am extremely happy with the results!On to the eye filler- which I was terrified about. Michelle explained this wasn’t necessarily something I’d need to do, and lead me in another direction. She was honest about what I should and shouldn’t do, and I left looking like myself again.Cannot say enough how much I love and trust Michelle with my face!
I had the best experience today with Sam. I went in a little nervous but Sam totally put me at ease. She made me completely comfortable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Sam recommended Restylane Defyne for my lip filler and they look absolutley amazing. Both the Botox and the lip filler was virtually painless and I swear my lips look better as the hours go by! I’ve been seeing Lindsay at MedSpa for brows, skin treatments and products, she is amazing! She has been able to control issues that my dermatologist tried to for years with no improvement. More recently I saw Christy for the first time, and she was also super knowledgeable and awesome. I had my first appointment today at Monroe Med Spa. I was really nervous because this was my first time doing anything like this! I was immediately put at ease the moment I walked in the door. The atmosphere was very relaxing and everyone was extremely welcoming!I had my consultation with Dr. Ben and Jen. They were both very friendly and answered all of my questions/concerns that I had. I really appreciated the fact that they listened to my skin concerns and recommended that I start with minimal treatment, because this was the best option for me. I was even able to get my treatment done today, which was very convenient. I highly recommend Monroe Med Spa!
Dr Ben is simply amazing!!! I have been going to him for few years now for my lip filler and botox. I have a smaller upper lip and Dr Ben uses the botox to do a lip flip and juvederm to make both the top and bottom lips more full. He always consults with me how I want my lips to look and does the perfect job every single time with minimal to no bruising! The atmosphere is also great! Everything is clean and all of the staff are so friendly! You are treated like family here. I highly recommend Monroe Med Spa and Dr Ben!!

I truly love the team at Monroe medspa. They’re sweet, caring, and great overall. I received truSculpt last summer and did see long term results.Unfortunately it was extremely painful, and hurt afterwards for well over a week (which isn’t normal). I also was not able to get up to full temp for this process.Also a large session includes 6 panels and I could only fit 4 on my tiny self. Slightly disappointed.

I moved from Boston to Rochester and was looking for a med spa, since I have used botox for more than 10 years. My first experience with Michelle was professional, and the results were good. Several months later, I returned and had a terrible experience. She did not clean my forehead before injecting, and on the first injection appeared to have hit something. I felt immediate pain that lasted for 2 full days. I had a black eye that was so terrible I couldnt leave my home. I write this a week after my appointment, and I still cant go out since my eye looks like I was in a fight and lost. I called to tell them my experience, and while polite, they implied I was lying and told me they never had a complaint about Michelle before. All I know in more than a decade of botox injections, I have never had such a bad experience. I will not return.

I just moved back to Rochester and was so worried about finding someone to do my Botox and fillers. I found Monroe Med Spa and booked an appointment after NY started to reopen with COVID and I could not be more impressed with the practice. Dr Ben does incredible work and made me feel so comfortable going through my facial concerns, the procedure and pricing. I got my Botox done and my forehead has never looked so glowy, and the dosage was so accurate, I am so happy. I was going to someone before who made me feel like I needed to add more than what I needed and I had the exact opposite experience here — extremely consultative and no pressure. The spa is beautiful inside and they’ve done a great job with Covid procedures, temperature stop and hand sanitizer, and texting from your car to get let in at your appointment time. If you’re in Western NY and starting off or looking for someone awesome you need to go here. Best experience!
I booked an appointment for a lip flip and I wanted to cry from my results. Never did I think I could get these results from Botox. I ended up booking another appointment for lip filler and saw Christy both times. She was absolutely incredible. Explained what she was doing from beginning to finish and was very gentle. I will continue to keep coming back not only bc Christy is amazing but the staff here make you feel like family as soon as you walk into the door. Thank you Monroe and Christy!
I love Dr Ben! I have been to see him regularly two years for botox. Every experience has been positive and given me results that were better than I expected. Dr. Ben always explains every procedure and I have confidence in his knowledge and skill.
This past week I had the pleasure of visiting Monroe Med Spa’s new Buffalo office. I recently moved to Buffalo from Rochester and was so so excited when they opened this office. At this visit I had face contouring done. This involved filler in my cheeks and chin. Dr.Ben and Jen both walked me through this procedure and heard all of my concerns. After the procedure was over I was beyond happy with my results. They simply are the best in WNY. I am feeling you get now than I did 5 years ago!

My experience at Monroe MedSpa was better than I could have expected! Naturally, I was very nervous to try any botox or fillers for the first time but Christy was so comforting and understanding of my concerns and took the time to explain the process, answer my questions and tell me exactly what to expect. Both procedures were so quick and easy I went back to work right after having it done with no pain or bruising. Both Christy and Dr. Ben are amazingly talented and really care about their clients. I went to the open house with a friend tonight unexpectedly. I was so impressed with all the staff. I won a free facial by Lindsay and she was amazing!! Dr. Ben took time to talk to me about Botox that I’ve been nervous about getting and was great. Didn’t try to over sell me. I’m now going to be a faithful customer. My first ever experience with Botox, and Christy was great! We discussed my goal, she thoroughly explained a plan, and outlined the expected outcome. I was scheduled for a 2 week check-up, but cancelled because all went exactly as Christy had spelled out. I met friends for dinner night one, and unless I told them, none of my fiends saw so much as a spot or mark from the needles. I will head back when I need the next treatment!
Dr. Ben is beyond passionate about his craft, and it shows through his superior attention to detail and his phenomenal results. The location is modern, clean and extremely inviting. Dr. Ben will help to calm any nerves you may have and throughly explains each procedure and what to expect. Definitely recommend him 1000 times over. His nurse Michelle is just as wonderful, and will make you feel right at home. It’s impossible to leave without a smile.

Had a great experience. Dr Ben is a great listener- he does great work. Lip filler and dysport are my favs. He won’t disappoint! Also his shop is quiet, private and really comforting. Really love that he does payment plans and promotions monthly. He is informative giving plenty of information for post procedure. Last but not least he was easy to make an appointment with- I texted the number provided on his website and got in that very day.
Lindsay is amazing! I had the microblade procedure on my eyebrows that were originally uneven and patchy. The end result was absolutely perfect!! She did an amazing job making them even and symmetrical!
I travel almost an hour just to have my services completed at Monroe Medspa. The entire environment; from the facility, the staff and even the background music renders a welcoming and energetic setting. I have had procedures completed by both Dr.Ben and Michelle. The level of comfort and trust that they provide are enough to set any mind at ease; and the results are always nothing short of amazing! I will never go anywhere else for my treatments!

I have gone to Dr Ben a couple of times to have my cheeks filled ! Also a lip flip! He is the only place in Rochester that knows how to do a lip flip! Don’t waste your money any place else his Botox works ! Definitely can’t wait to see him again ! I am having Botox , lip filled and I am getting eye filler ! Update when back again this time christy did my lip filler , Botox ! lip flip! Dr Ben is so busy but always says hi ! Very friendly office! I might add monroe med spa is the only place in Monroe County you have up to 30 days if you need a touch up of correction . I can’t say enough good things about monroe med spa ! Listen... All the people that work here are amazing. GREAT personalities ... I drive almost two hours BECAUSE They are friendly, professional and are great at what you do. They don’t make you feel any type of way but RELAXED and at home. Whatever concern you are having they will do their best to try and get the results you want. I recently went to see Dr. Ben Tracy at Monroe Med Spa and had an awesome experience! I had filler injected under my eyes to get rid of my “tired” eyes. HE DID AN AMAZING JOB! I had instant results, no bruising, and it was a great feeling waking up looking refreshed a rested! I HIGHLY reccomend him. My only complaint would be that I wish I didn’t wait so long to have this done :)

I went to Monroe MedSpa to get botox for my 4th time. I had tried botox 3 other times at very well known high end places and was disappointed each time, usually received too much botox freezing up my forehead and unable to move my eye brows and dropping my brows too much. MICHELLE did an amazing job on my forehead, smoothing out the fine lines all while still having movement in my eye brows. I highly recommend Michelle. Before the holidays, I decided to treat myself to a hydrafacial package at Monroe MedSpa. I kind of regretted it at first, it was expensive and I thought for sure I wouldn’t notice a difference. But after 2months and my 4th treatment, Michelle has completely changed my skin! My skin is naturally dry and rough with an uneven complexion. My skin now is so smooth and hydrated I can’t even explain the difference! I haven’t worn foundation or even powder in over a month! People ask me all the time what kind of foundation I’m wearing and I love telling them—“I’m not wearing any.” I invested in my skin and it has completely paid off! Thank you so much!!

Although I was very much looking forward to the results, I wasnt looking forward to the procedure (Im terrified of needles!!). After just 10 minutes with Jen I was completely at ease. She just has a way about her. Between Jens skill and tools at her disposal, the procedure was basically painless (for you chickens ou there like me). I am just thrilled with the results!! Ive had botox in the past, it was painful and the results were mediocre at bestNot this time!!! Im looking forward to trying vivace microneedling next..Jens made me braver. 2022-07-28Savannah is my go to person for all of my beauty injections, I was so happy to find out she is working at Monroe MedSpa! Savannah does my botox and most recently, lip injections. She uses a very gentle technique when administering the injections and creates beautiful symmetry with each treatment she provides. I am always satisfied with the outcome and continuously look forward to my next appointment with her! She goes above and beyond to give me the most personalized experience. I enjoy speaking with her on different treatments I may inquire, she is very knowledgeable and professional along with her fun personality.

2022-08-19I had Sculptra done in my face by Dr. Ben and am so happy with the procedure and results! I had no bruising after! I also had 3 micro needling sessions with Alexx and love how it changed my complexion; so much smoother! They are very thorough in explaining the procedures and aftercare! I highly recommend them!

2022-07-15I’ve been coming to Monroe Medspa for 3 years now because I had some deep smile lines that have bothered me for some time now. Dr. Ben and his staff have always been so kind to me every time I come. Dr. Ben goes above and beyond to please the customer as he has done so with me. He takes the time to listen to me talk and share what I would like to have done. They were able to add fullness to my creases while still making me look natural. I fully trust him and his team. I’ve gotten a few of my friends to start going to MMS and they all have said nothing but good things. As a skin expert myself, I know I’m in good hands. They brought my confidence back.

2022-03-22Christy is phenomenal! She answered all of my questions before the appt, during, and after! She listened to what I wanted and gave me lots of good advice! She was super quick with the injection and extremely accommodating with times! I had some concerns a few days after and without hesitation she got me right in and took care of me! This was the first time I had a lip filler,or any injection for that matter and I will definitely be back for some more! Thankyou Christy!
