This place sucks they will treat you like a speacel people but when they start getting your money then they true color comes out and the manager she suckes how you gonna put people out after your power keep going out in your room and the one of the guys come to your room look for a breaker box man ant no breaker box in no room they in the basement how dum is that and its a lot of noise in the hallways sometimes but you get blame and saying its you making the noise and then that call your room and tell you that you have to move so what Im saying dont come here to stay no one is gonna be happy staying cause it evil here by us being people that love the Lord we know what we main when we say its evil here please stay away from this place. I like the place me and my lady stayed there and thinking about going back the staff is nice I mean of course your going to get rude people if you act out or seem disrespectful never once had there problem
Needs upgrades. But if you are here extended stay you can fix things like minor.The pool is nice. And the towel service is nice.
Came here in a pinch waiting for a home to be ready and they really helped us out even when we came with no notice and pretty late after looking at other places. Would highly recommend

The good ol Monte Mario Motel...I lived there for a month in 1993...and the place looks like it hasnt changed a bit in almost 30 years.
Love the people the pool and the best comforting place love the beds

2021-05-21I love it I stay here they work with you if your struggling also will take the shirt off there back for you wonderful management rooms are big and clean.... they also have efficiency at great prices they let you do whatever to the room decorate it how you like it as long as your room is clean.... wonderful service

2021-08-25If I could leave less then 1 star I would. Staff is extremely rude and will find any reason to non-renew or cut your stay short if they dont like you. Other guests are nosy as well. Avoid at all costs

2019-05-05I lived n worked here and if someone says that they are not running a good clean place.. That is a lie and the staff here treat ppl well and Jill is a beautiful person that helps alot of ppl out to get stabbed in the back for her helpful ways. So dont believe the lies told or written about this place unless you have facts

2017-09-22I want to give This 0 stars but I cant and still be able to warn people about This place. This is one of the worst motels in the capital district. My husband and I stayed there as weekly paying tenants and every time we went to pay our bill it was more than it should be and when my husband confronted the manager Jill about this issue he was simply told we do math differently here so...... They let any weekly tenant basically run the front desk and collect other residents money and if any paperwork was messed up by these people running the desk the tenant is held responsible not the person working the desk. We were once told that we forged one of THEIR reciets and was told we had to pay the money difference. The manager jill is very rude and the housekeeper that was working there was on parole and selling illegal drugs from her cleaning cart. STAY AWAY!
