Great service and superior quality over other local furniture stores. My sales representative, Sam, was very patient and helpful during the entire experience. I spent hours choosing pieces and then fabrics and both Sam and the other sales staff and management went out of their way to assist me and make me comfortable. It may be slightly more expensive but you get what you pay for. I will definitely be going back.
Fabulous experience. Peter was super helpful and helped me find the right fit for me and my budget. I was actually able to get a much better mattress than I thought Id be able to afford because they suggested a way I could save money that I didnt even know existed. They could have taken me for a ride, but they didnt. They were honest and I got an amazing mattress.Delivery was on time and professional. Highly recommend!
MY mattress journey was very stressful untill I went to Mooradians. I am so happy I did NOT go the bed in a box route, knowing they just do not hold up. I went to Old Brick and Raymour also. Mooradians by far had the best service, extremely friendly, not pushy, and the most knowledgable. Bill the owner as well as two others in the store helped me. They carry the best, Simmons Beautyrest Black, this is what I wanted. I have back issues, sleep issues etc. I am not an easy mattress buyer to deal with! They were so patient with me and I ended up with the top of the line beautyrest black! Stay off the internet, youtube because all you see is bed in box reviews that get credit etc.. Go to Mooradians and stay with the best brand that has been around the longest! Simmons! Thank You Bill for all your help!! Everybody was so extremely nice through the entire process! I am excited to buy again from them in the future!
I found that the initial experience of buying a mattress at Mooradians was okay but then I had to do an exchange and thats when the experience became unpleasant. I exchanged an expensive mattress for a less expensive one and I was told different prices and return policies depending on whom I spoke with. There was no uniform policy. I spoke with the business office and then with the owner who would not credit me with the correct amount and so I lost about $200 in the process. Mooradians say they pride themselves on good customer service but I strongly disagree. I tried to work it out with the owner through texts and email exchanges but nothing got resolved. I have bought furniture here in the past but after this experience I will never do business in this store again.
Mooradians provides extraordinary customer service! We have purchased many pieces of furniture over the years and most recently a recliner chair for our sunroom. There was an issue with the lever mechanism and they sent a a very courteous repairman who was able to replace the cable on the spot.We had another issue with the seat cushion and Mooradians was very responsive to resolve the issue. The ordered the part from Norway and when it arrived they dispatched two courteous gentlemen who picked up the chair and returned it after the repair. We are super happy with the products and the service they provide.
My husband and I were furniture shopping and stopped in to Mooradians on a whim because we saw the “SALE” sign on the window. We were greeted by Dave, who gave us wonderful customer service. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The delivery was just as smooth. We will definitely be going back again!
I have ordered furniture from Mooradians twice and have purchased three different pieces. While it does take quite some time to receive the furniture, most pieces are customizable so you can pick fabric type and colors. Nick was super helpful and even gave us his personal cell number as we had some questions when we were deciding about sofas. He kept us up to date and stayed in touch throughout the entire process. If you are looking for good quality, modern, fairly priced furniture then go see Nick at Mooradians.
This was our first time shopping with Mooradians and all around has been a great experience. Their customer service is very helpful and they have replaced an item for us that came defective without a ton of calls or even having to beg. They stand behind their products and it shows.
Quality furniture, with custom order possible. Knowable staff that dont try to sell you. Update after taking delivery of the furniture. Only order three pieces ($13.5k) the door on the hutch was missaligned. It was noted at delivery. When I call the store and spoke with the owner he tried to blame the level of my floor, even though I told him it was new construction. It was condensing, and unprofessional. Will never step foot in the store again. You are forwarded!
Wonderful company to do business with. I had a problem with a purchase and was so upset andDisappointed. Howevever, working with owner Dave and staff at the Clifton Park location I wasTotally treated with respect and all the help they could give me. DO NOT buy from here! Warning. They were late with the order, didnt return phone calls, then damaged walls when they finally did deliver.Owner Bill Mooradian first said his guys didnt damage the walls. After I told him the house was new, and I had pictures of the entire house from a week prior, he finally offered to send someone to fix the walls. The guy he sent was more than 30 minutes late, when I pointed this out to him on the phone he replied do you want me to the job or not. Needless to say I hung up and had to get back to work after waiting over two hours for him to come. I called the owner again and he spoke over me, yelled, told me his guy was only 10 minutes late and it cost him $100 to send him. His company was late with the order, damaged the walls, and didnt come in a timely manner for repairs and he tried to berate me. Bill Mooradian is a liar and tries to intimidate customers if they tell him what his company has done wrong. His employees were the ones not returning calls, failing to communicate the furniture would be late, damaged the walls, and were late for promised repairs. Bill Mooradian then yelled and tried to intimidate me as a customer. I spent more than 4 thousand dollars there and was treated this way. Dont let it happen to you. PLEASE DONT GO THERE
I am giving the experience only 1 star because no one let us know that the couch we were purchasing actually had down filling in it and my husband is allergic to feathers. We did find the info in very tiny writing on the description sheet--but this is info I think should be pointed out. The feathers are constantly coming out and I am concerned about the future of this couch--it was not cheap.
We purchased a leather sectional from mooradians along with the optional premium five year protection plan by guardian protection products In September 2015. In February 2016 the pull cord used to actuate the non power recliner broke inside the conduit. I contacted guardian protection to begin the warranty process and promptly provided them with all requested documents. After a few weeks of not hearing anything I contacted guardian who told me that they were waiting for a response from mooradians. I contacted the service department at mooradians who apologized for taking so long to respond and was told that the part was in stock and that they would provide the necessary information to guardian to finalize the warranty repair. On April 4 I received a letter from guardian which stated that that the part would be shipped to me directly from mooradians. After two weeks I contacted the service department at mooradians to inquire about the part. I was told that it was going out that day. As of may 2016 I have yet to receive the part and my recliner is still not functional. When I have contacted mooradians I get excuses as to why the part hasnt shipped. Given my experience with poorly constructed furniture, lack of customer service and follow through and their extended warranty service I simply cannot recommend purchasing from mooradians. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere for your furniture needs.In response to your response. I purchased the couch august 2015 it was delivered in September 2015, and the pull cord ripped in February 2017. It has been since march that mooradians has been neglecting me which is longer than 4 weeks.I was assured that at the time of purchase that the couch was of exceptional quality, otherwise mooradians wouldnt sell it. I state this because the pull cord which was used daily broke 16 months after delivery. Thats poor quality product.Your CSR neglected to contact me for a week after I reached out to them to inquire the location of the part that I was told you had in your inventory and was being shipped from your location direct to me. It was only once I called again that your CSR began to take action by ordering the part which would add another 7 to 10 days to receive . It is not my fault that your CSR didnt obtain a tracking number, and without you being able to provide that tracking number you cannot prove that you shipped the pull cord. That is why I personally came to get the part to avoid any further delays.In this scenario mooradians has caused both delays in the repair of the couch. First while not providing guardian with the requested information in march and secondly in the shipment of the part since April.Please do not attempt to call what I received good customer service. It was now been 3 months since my couch broke all over what Ive been told by your CSR is a $10 part, which to put in prospective I paid mooradians $199 to cover?
I was so excited to find the table I wanted. Place the order, gave the deposit, was told 6-8 weeks. Well we are 3 weeks beyond the 8 week point and NO TABLE. You would think they would have given me a courtesy call to say that the shipment was delayed but NOPE. I’ve called 4 times only to be given a different delivery date oh and to be told that I’M AT THE MERCY of the manufacturer. No sir, I am not at anyone’s mercy!!!! You are at the mercy of my 37 year status with American Express who promptly issued me a credit for the table that was never delivered. It’s unfortunate that you have such high quality furniture with LOW quality customer service. Next time I’ll go to Raymour & Flanagan. The quality may be lower but the service is higher and hey at least my family will actually get to eat around the table as opposed to imagine how it’s going to look when it finally arrives.
We purchased a new sectional sofa with the cushions degrading within 4 weeks of owning the sofa. They came out and replaced the cushions with thicker cushions which took about 3 months to degrade. Our sofa looks like a big disgusting unmade bed. We then decided to purchase a corner piece because the chaise section looked the worst. When we got that the cushions were so degraded we were sitting on the framework of the new corner piece. Our response from each of their employees all the way up to Bill Moordian, with Salesperson Cel being the most belligerent and oppositional was that the couch was meant to have that sloppy look I was livid. They will not refund any of our money, they will only knock off some money if we bought a high end sofa. We paid $2500 for this sectional. Please pass this along to everyone who might consider shopping at Mooradians, they are the worst and dont stand behind their product.
Horrible customer service. Said they would refund my money for a mattress. Then 4 days later told me the wound not refund only store credit. The manager I spoke to was rude and condescending. I would never ever shop there again. NOT THE PLACE TO GET FURNITURE OR A MATTRESS, THEY DO NIT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD.
Myself and a couple of families in my neighborhood have been without power since yeaterday afternoon because of this place...they were delivering furniture to my neighbor and then attempted to squeeze the delivery truck through a driveway thats almost too small for cars....THEN when people watching told them to stop, one of the professionals began yelling, cursing, and threatening women..police even were called on him...They knocked the National Grid boxes off of the side of the house and voila! No power since yesterday afternoon...I am expecting Mooradians to pay for any spoiled food and share in hotel expenses....unbelievable....If I could give negative stars, I would ..
I honestly cannot stand the way the sales staff follows you around. They are on you when you enter the store, and even when you tell them you are just browsing, they continue to follow you around...I want to look at what you have, if I need help, trust me, I will ask.

2022-05-11Sales staff wasn’t pushy or hovering the entire time. Overall easy and great experience. I didn’t feel like I got ripped off at the end of the day like I’ve felt at other furniture stores in the past. Delivery team was in and out super quickly and put the dining room table exactly where we wanted it. Shout out to Sara our sales person for being great.

2021-07-10Great experience at Mooradian’s. First, the sales staff is heads above other furniture stores I’ve shopped, and the store itself is beautiful. Mooradian’s is all quality furniture at affordable prices. I went after my previous living room set from Bob’s literally fell apart. Peter the salesperson was amazing and showed me a few different options, and helped me make the right decision for me on my new living room set. He didn’t pressure me and I didn’t get the most expensive option, but I love my choice and it’s perfect for my apartment. So glad to have a good furniture store owned by a local family in our area!!Delivery was perfect too. The guys - especially Adam - were really careful not to scuff anything and were on time and super professional. 100% all around and highly recommend!

2022-08-03Purchased an entire bedroom set including a mattress set with additional mattress cover warranty, the delivery team was terrible and the guys smelled like cigarette smoke and cat urine, and they almost broke the bed while attempting to put it together incorrectly before I stopped them. We have hated this defected Simmons Beautyrest mattress since we bought it, have had nothing but trouble getting any help from Mooradians, and were finally told that since the mattress is missing a tag that was NOT on it when it was delivered, the warranty is void. We will not be purchasing anything from Mooradians in the future. The customer service is completely unsatisfactory. Id recommend taking your business elsewhere.

2022-01-05Terrible customer service. I ordered a couch in April. Every time I call they tell me they will get back to me. No one ever does. Once again today after calling three times they give me another date. This time December!!! Also no apologies or sympathy! ONCE again no couch until now mid February. no apologies no offer of a dicount. its been since last May!!!

2021-03-10Emily our sales person was the best, every other aspect of our experience sucked. We are now 7 months into waiting for our couch. Best they could do was lead us on month by month and wave a 70 dollar delivery fee.....wow thanks, Pandemic aside if I had known it would take this long woulda kept my money. Even a manager made the mistake of guaranteeing us a date which we quickly surpassed. Made many plans expecting this couch in which one was getting rid of our own based on their most recent claim that it was going to be here.

2021-06-13The staff at this location is very unorganized, and sort of rude. It took us 5 months to get a couch that we were told would take 2 months tops. When it came in it was missing something, after another few weeks the missing piece came in. They delivered it and it was actually the wrong item. At delivery the staff waited with us for about an hour (delivery staff was very kind and helpful) talking to the store and they told us it would be a week for the other piece. That was over a month ago. Now I called them because they clearly forgot about us and on top of that many of the biggest things that happened did not match their notes in their system so that was a little frustrating. Very unorganized all around and again not very friendly. Their slogan should be “over promise, under deliver”

2020-03-01We have bought furniture at Mooradians for years because the quality is always a notch above the other stores. It is worth paying a little more for furniture that lasts and everything we have gotten over the years still looks great. Today we had Emily help us and she was outstanding. She knows the products and was patient as we mixed materials and patterns together.
