They always take good care of me. They never make me feel like they are trying to sell extra services, only what I need. Many times Ive brought my vehicle there to check on something and they recommend no action (verses doing a job that does not need to be done to make extra money). Always treat me like its more important to have me as a long term customer.

Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy.When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me and was very nice.I was offered a shuttle, but I waited for my vehicle in a clean comfortable environment.They replaced an 02 oxygen sensor, performed a NYS inspection and put my NYS registration sticker on my windshield. The wait wasn’t too long and the cost was very reasonable.The service was excellent! I highly recommend Moore’s Tires.
This is a great place for automotive work and tires. Friendly, honest people that do great work at reasonable prices. I have gotten tires here in the past and have been bringing my vehicle in for other work/repairs more and more often now.
You dont need an appointment to get tires on. Call to see if in stock. They are a great company. Been buying there for years. Just expect a bit of a wait. They are busy because they are excellent.

Moores lost a customer today because of terrible customer service.The last time they did an oil change, I asked for a regular oil change and was charged for synthetic. I thought it was a random mistake and they refunded the difference so I didnt think much of it.Today i had an 11:30 appointment for an oil change, snow tire install, inspection and alignment. When I dropped off my car, the woman said it wouldnt be ready until the end if the day (5 pm). I verified that I did indeed have an 11:30 appointment but was told since I was dropping it off, it would take longer???? The woman said that maybe they could have it done by 3 pm. She asked what type of oil change and I said, regular.Thankfully, it was ready around 1:30. I paid and then realized I was charged for synthetic oil AGAIN. When I mentioned it to the same woman who asked what kind of oil change, she snottily said, It is what is recommended and what we put in your car last time. I replied that it was put in my car last time without my permission and I was issued a refund and she rolled her eyes and said, Here we go again!Horrible customer service. Im pretty sure its illegal to charge for something the customer did not agree to, but the attitude is what drove me away. It ia utterly inexcusable to treat a customer that way. Never going to Moores again.
Nice people, but after my second time going here I will never buy tires from them again. My first visit, i bought new tires (the cheapest ones they have), they were great, but they reinstalled the wheel weights incorrectly and caused a slow leak. I needed a second tire shop to tell me the problem.With my second car, i bought 4 new tires ($600 total), drove the car home, discovered I needed a wheel balance (i guess they didnt do it?). Went back and they balanced the wheels free of charge, how nice of them. Drove home, still wobbling... took it to get second opinion. Turns out they dont know how to do wheel balancing, nor did they change my valve stems (which says they did on the receipt). Will never go back again.2 stars because they passed inspection even though my parking brake wasnt up to standard I had a cracked windshield.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They let you Know of any problems they see on your vehicle and let you know what it will cost to fix it. I have been going here for years and have always been happy with the quality of service.

I have taken my car to Moore for nearly all repairs since moving to NY. They replaced my power steering pump when it went out and have done a great job of regular maintenence. Like a great repair shop, they also know their limitations and recommended a specialty shop when needed so that I do not incur unneeded cost. I highly recommend this group.
Knowledgeable staff, good help. FIrst time in, appointment was on time. I came to get a set of 4 tires, they pointed out that I needed a tie rod. I chose to replace the tie rod myself, and came back for the alignment a few days later. Good help both times. Note: the lug nuts were over-tightened on the wheels I had to take off for the tie rod replacement, so I specifically asked them to loosen and correctly torque all the lug nuts when I was in for the alignment. they did that graciously.
Great for if you work next door at Lockheed.The staff is very friendly, and they definitely dont try to screw you over (e.g. you need to replace your blinker fluid kind of scams)I would go to them every time if I didnt live so far away.
This is the place to get Tires . They are a wholesale tire dealer with a full function service department. They tend to treat their customers fairly and are not out to scam anyone. Though they are full service, there are some services that they cannot complete.

Im sure Moores is good for truck tires or standard car/SUV tires but I took them 19 performance wheels and had them mount run flat tires which was a mistake. I was warned when I bought the rims 4 years ago that they can be bent when mounting the tire. I have never had trouble until I took them to Moores. The vibration in the car started after the visit so I had a company come out to check the wheels and 3 of the 4 were bent. Moral of the story, dont take them non-standard passenger tires. Cost me 485 dollars to undo what they did. Lesson learned.

I had brakes and rotors done in May of 2018, today my car is in another garage that is telling me brakes and rotors need to replaced, the rotors that were supposed to be new are totally rotted.
They just raised their price for tire changes. It cost $78.00 to have my winter tire changed over to summer tires.

2022-06-23Lousy service. Waited at a shop 2 miles away for tires to be delivered. It took 2 hours for them to arrive. If I was told that in the beginning I would have picked them up myself.

2021-12-08Went to Moores to have four winter tires put on that I have already purchased prier. .After four hours of waiting for them trying to fix a tire pressure sensor that was damaged, they told me to just drive it and it should start working again. As I walked out to my 2018 dodge ram there was hand prints on the truck and brush marks up and down both sides of my truck from there employees. I went back in to tell them about it and got very little response.Well the sensor never did work again and I toke it to a dealer to get fixed correctly.They found the wheels was moved to different corners of the truck and had to be reprogrammed and the sensor was broke from changing my tire.Eight hours of my time and a day off of work I finally got it fixed a month later !I highly recommend that you do not take your vehicles there, very poor service !

2021-03-18I recently purchased four brand new tires on my 2020 ram 1500 limited. I was recommended to go to Moore’s tire service because they had a reputation of doing good work and having good service. After going out to my vehicle I was walking up to it and from 20 feet away I noticed the right rear rim had three gouges in the side of it. Went in and talk to the manager and was told they were there that I curved the tire. Not true! They had excuse after another. I talked to Kyle he said he had pictures of it before they did the work which basically means nothing to me. I went to two other tire shops in the all said the same thing it was caused from not putting the plastic guard on before trying to break the bed down. If the tire had been curved it would’ve been at an angle these gouges were straight across the rim. Not happy so I spoke with Kyle he said he was going to send me the pictures that day and never did. Another customer came in while I was waiting for my tires and said his rims were scratched up as well. I would not recommend going there because if they damage your vehicle they do not except the responsibility so now I am out $500 for a stock 20 inch blacked out rim. I have called numerous times and nobody returns my calls!!! It’s pretty disappointing because they got me in within a couple of days the guys at the front desk were very courteous and explaining everything to me and getting me the tires I wanted.

2021-11-20I will definitely not be a returning customer! besides for my cooper tires that I’m pleased with (that any other shop would sell) I’m disgusted by the service they provide. My wheels were torqued to about 1500 ft/lbs it was a wonder they didn’t break my wheel or the bolt itself, one of the bolts heads was rounded off and when you show up for a rotation it is emphasized that it is free and the quality of your service is reflected on that because I kept getting pushed further and further down the list even though it is a first come first serve basis. My experience is shared by many people in the area I have been speaking with they are known to over torque wheels and break studs/bolts and I know someone who was in the same morning I was to have a rotation done and he was too pushed back 3 hours past arrival time. ONE STAR!!

2021-10-26They did a good job on helping me with a tire crisis I had with my truck, half hour before closing time, they still hooked me up. The tire ran over a nail about a week or 2 later, and they replaced it with a brand new one.

2021-05-09These guys are not trustworthy. Half mile down the road after leaving there my side step on my truck fell down and started dragging on the road. I called them and they claimed it was like that when they pulled it in the garage. They broke it and put 1 little zip tie on it and didnt tell me about it. They said they would rewind the video and get back to me which they never did. Do not go here. They will mess your vehicle up. There very rude too. They also take a long time to get the work done and expensive.
