Amazing Vets office. Everyone there is professional and friendly. They always insure your pet is as comfortable as possible and answer any and all questions. Their staff, and everyone who work there are A1.
DVM Norris and her assistant saved our 11yr old cat Sox. My wife and I were certain our cat was not going to make it through the weekend. We took him there on a friday afternoon and by saturday afternoon he was noticeably better. Now on thursday he is almost 100 percent. We are extremely satisfied with the level of care given to our cats. Thank you so much Dr Norris and staff for your kindness and compassion.

Only place that would take care of my birdies!! (basic care though, serious problems have to be sent to Cornell university)Nail clip, wing clip, beak trim, weight etc. Can be done here for birds. I would reccomend this place for all bird owners!! ❤

2022-05-19We are new to this practice as we just moved to the area and I absolutely love this vet! They take such good care of my 3 dogs who are all older and have various problems and the service is phenomenal. It is always super easy to renew my dog’s prescriptions too. Love them!

2021-12-26Dr. Kerry Norris is the best! She takes great care of my puppy, and has made herself available to me on weekends in the case of a vaccine reaction. Highly recommend!!

2021-10-22I really cant say enough about the staff here.I rescued a litter of kittensThey were very sick.They took time to care for them sometimes everyday.Its been a long hard road for these guys and the staff here guided them through it all..im very thankful for them they were so good to the kittens and me..I know that without thier guidance they would not have made it.Ty for all you do and going the extra mile for the animals and thier ownersLove BowieDreamerAnd little angel Joel

2021-04-12I cannot say enough good things about this place. They are so kind, they tolerate my millions of calls and questions and concerns with grace and patience, and they care so much about my pets. My pets return the affection, too - no one dreads going to the vet in our house. When I have an emergency, they ALWAYS make time for my pets without making me feel like Im causing trouble for them. As an added bonus, their amazing care does NOT break the bank - they are super reasonably priced. Its a win/win all around!

2021-01-28The best vet Ive ever met. Everyone is compassionate and excellent at their jobs. They are knowledgeable and experienced, and you can tell the vet here honestly cares about animals. Im so thankful I found this place and will continue to bring my animals here. Thank you for all you do!

2021-10-27I needed a vet quickly and they squeezed me in for my fur baby ...They are so accommodating and polite...Kerry was honest and informative...Even though you prepare yourself for the worst case scenario...you really arent prepared in your heart ..She was honest in her assessment..informed me well of what I could do .she even gave me some options as far as meds until I was ready to make the decision.but, I knew it was selfish of me to prolong things because I didnt want to let him go ..she put me as ease in that I was doing the right thing by him ...so just a few days passed and we did the knowledgeable thing by him Oct 8 th 20201 he went peacefully with the help of our vetThank you so much it was greatly appreciatedPs..Dr Stearh in union springs also was as ease and pleased when I told him that I brought him to you ...he highly recommend you and said you r very compassionate knowledgeable in your professionThank you againTrettons mom

2019-08-30We are new to the area, and have been only once for our elderly dog. Since then, we had to make the hard decision and they made the task as bearable as possible, with compassion and caring. I highly recommend then for the life of your pet. Dr Norris was wonderful to us.

2019-09-01This place is awesome. Dr Norris is compassionate, caring, and so wonderful to her patients and their owners. We had to put our dog down. She was so wonderful to put Dusty and to us as we grieved. She and her staff were wonderful!
