We had a phenomenal experience with the entire team at Morgan Manhattan. Customer service was top notch from the initial site visit with Jimmy, through scheduling & logistics with Sveta to a seamless day of move with the entire crew of Kevin, Greg, Alhaji, Leon, Jose, and Gerard. A special thank you to the moving crew who were not only professional and efficient, but also extremely kind and caring throughout the entire move.Having moved several times in NYC, I can confidently say this was the best experience we have ever had. Hands down we would recommend their services to anyone looking for moving services in the future, and we will no doubt be using them for any and all of our future moving needs.Thank you again for a wonderful moving experience.

10/10 would use again.After some horrible experiences with other movers servicing Litchfield County and Greenwich, we decided to move our business to Morgan who came highly recommended.The experience was seamless and the entire team did a great job communicating promptly about options and timing, and working with us to put a package and price together that met our needs. June, our coordinator, and Maurice, our lead mover were especially wonderful and took extra care to ensure our antique decorative screen was packaged carefully and moved with caution during a heavy rainstorm.

I used them for decades, but what a disaster the last move was. They had a truck load of our furniture in storage for years, they admitted they mishandled it, did not keep inventory lists current. so were all wrong. They apologized for their mess but we never could agree on which items they had of mine, and advised they needed a month to deliver. We had to hire our own movers to go get our stuff because of MM incompetency.I dont know whos running it now, but my experience was unbelievably disorganized and horrible. Dont even think about using them. Find a company that is modern, digital, organized and honest.

The most unique experiences happen from day to day. Not one client is the same. The company handles itself well with clients employees etc. The devotion that one has to have with this company has to be within. You must want to be here. Staff is professional and caring. I say that cause of A PERSONAL!experience. As far as the owner...I tip my hat to you. For over 30 years, I kept furniture, many books, and sentimental artifacts from my parents, and their parents, at Morgan Manhattan. They were all kept safe and dry, and there was never a problem accessing the items, as needed. I never felt a moment of worry about these things, and I did a lot of travelling, when I was younger. The prices are fair and the location was very convenient. I was very relieved to be able to store these items, without concern for so long. Rarely does a service hit on all cylinders... from scheduling our move, to the price, to the execution, to the follow-up, all were exemplary. The men who moved us couldnt have been more professional. They all came to our exiting location, introduced themselves and then I watched in amazement as each article of furniture was carefully wrapped in padded blankets, shrink-wrapped and carefully loaded onto a dolly and ferried down the hall and into their truck. We had a very tricky move in which required climbing three flights of steps to enter the building, and they to carry each piece up a stairwell, to its final resting place. The total cost actually came in less than estimated, and we got a refund! These guys get our highest marks for total professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
