Very nice place to have a great family time. But have to face a little treble if you’re a outsider. Because it’s a private beach park for the cove residents. So outsiders are not welcomed there. But after entering the park you feel like it’s (trable) worth it. I would love to go again, though I know the bitter part.
Beautiful place to visit. It was awsome to see the sunset. Good place to go on a romantic date. No bathroom tho, under construction. Street parking available. Parking lot is only for residents or permits holders. Take your short if you want to swim.
So peaceful, vast, beautiful, quiet and just an amazing view and walk. It has beautiful Hilly trails with a beautiful landscape and a great workout! Perfect location to see a beautiful sunset!
Great place to sit, walk or, see the most beautiful view of CT. Special spot referred, by long time residents as, lovers lane, it has a gazebo. Great place to get engaged. Its at the end of the beach area, benches situated through out the path. If you want a work out, there are plenty of people out early running, walking doinh some form of exercise. Several roads, trials and stairs lead to the picnic area. During the month of July and August, free concerts are held and they dont disappoint. Plenty of free parking. But, must be a Glen Cove resident, during the summer. Non-residents are welcomed in the park after 6pm. So, concerts in the park are attended by residents and non-residents. Great time had by all. They even have nice picnic areas with grills, YES!! Leads you there, its on a hill. Lots of benches with beautiful views of the water and boats across the way, simply beautiful, worth repeating. Snack bar by beach so if youre handicapped the parking lot and lower grounds cater to someone using a cane or a wheelchair. The further down you walk, there is a challenge for the physically handicapped, it would be the mounting hills on your way back up.

2021-05-19Its pretty nice, you should visit. Its vast, few miles of beach sand. No you cannot swim here but you sure can walk in the water with your shoes off. Its nice for picnic, on the hill over looking the water, and then you can walk on the beach for a chance to see horseshoe crab with one or two little ones behind it. You cannot go on the rocks, per town rules but I wish you could.Park close at Dusk everyday.I wish Google Map would let me add panoramic pictures, you would see everything better.

2021-08-13Loved the beach experience. It is rocky getting to the water, but was not crowded and pleasant to enjoy the sand. Walking paths were wonderful.

2021-11-04One of these most gorgeous underrated parks in Long Island. Unfortunately, it’s permit parking and for residents only. Nevertheless, it’s completely worth going too.

2021-07-26It’s a very nice place to visit in this neighborhood, but sadly it’s only limited to the residents of Glen Cove. So if you want to visit then bring someone along.The view of the sea is amazing and it’s a nice spot for fishing as well.For Instagram lovers, you can get some insta worthy pictures at the corner of the sidewalk. It will come out really nice.

2021-07-20I really liked this spot. It was a random find and I hit it just right - as the sun was setting. One of those hidden gems on Long Island. Im glad I took the time to seek it out.

2021-02-21Nice place, good to go all season. Very close to queens. Nice river view . Great place for hiking near city . I recommend to go in summer. Fall is also beautiful. It takes only 30 min from queens. If you want to go in winter make sure u dress warm . Because it supper slippery. There are a lot of seagulls will amaze you. You can go with family friends and kids . Highly recommended
