We had Mosquito Joe spray our property this past Friday. We had Chris spray out property. Chris was very professional and very knowledgeable about the product. We are definitely considering doing the yearly program.
Always on time. Reliable. This is our third season using Mos Joe. We use the organic treatment bc of our dog. I can say we can enjoy our time in our yard. We never have to use anything additional to ward off mosquitos. We are completely satisfied

We just started using mosquito Joe this year since we saw our neighbors using them. I have not been bitten or seen 1 mosquito since we have been using them. Chris was just at my house spraying so i know when i get home i wont have to worry about mosquitoes.
Had a rough go in the beginning with not getting the proper service, then Technician Chris came and completed the service. Guy was a complete gentleman, extremely professional and righted the wrong. Was going to cancel my services, but because of him I’m not!

I have to say this is the most unprofessional service I have used. I have been a customer for 2 years and after the first year of mistakes and miscommunication, I decided to give them another chance. I am sorry that I did. Had two technicians come to my home and didnt do anything. I have a RING camera system and they knocked on my door, and had no interaction with me. I was in my backyard, as it is 70 degrees and sunny out. My windows were open to my house as it is a summer day and they had the nerve after 5 minutes of being at my house to leave a door knob hanger with the handwritten message windows and pet outside, so we cannot spray! Please call the office if you have any questions. No date, time or technician name to report about either. I was furious!! If they saw the pet outside, they would have seen me!! They did not call or annouce that they were here. They made ZERO attempts to communicate. Had they shouted or announced they were out front, I could have easily removed myself and my pet from the yard and closed the 2 windows I had opened. What an absolute digrace. Shame on the technicians who could have been so much more professional. How dare you make people pay for a service and then get lousy unprofessional people to represent your company. I would not recommend this particular branch of Mosquito Joes. Horrible way to do business. I regret giving them a second chance.

We are so excited to get it and to be able to enjoy our backyard. Our son has used Mosquito Joe for the past two summers and we have been impressed.

Mosquito Joe is the best! Pasquale came to spray today and he did a great job. Very friendly and listened to all our needs. The office is great if you need to reschedule. After being a long time skeptic, I decided to go with Mosquito Joe after reading a friends review. This service has been a warm weather game changer and I wish I would have done it sooner. One example of the great service they provide - today Zach serviced my property. He called about 15 minutes out, asked if he should knock on the door (This is an amazing question for someone with dogs!) and arrived right on time. He worked efficiently and thoroughly. Really glad I signed up.
I have used Mosquito Joe in the past. I enjoy entertaining in my yard with my guests and not the pesty uninvited ones lol! My technician James is professional and let’s me know when he is in and out. Would highly recommend this service!

Jobair and Andrew were my technicians today and after having used MoJoe for the last three seasons; I was unfortunately having second thoughts about the service this year due to seemingly lazy workers but that was completely changed after these two gentlemen worked my property this morning. You can tell they take pride in their work and were well coordinated to be both efficient and effective. I hope to see more technicians like them in the near future.
Our technician Brian was so great. This was our first time using a company to help control the insane amount of mosquitoes we were seeing around the property. Brian told us what to expect and answered any additional questions I had on the day of service. Truly professional individual and business.

Jerry came this morning to spray and was very friendly and accommodating. I hadn’t let my dog out yet, so asked Jerry if he could wait a minute or two to start spraying. He said no problem! All the technicians that have come this season have been wonderful!

Since we have been spending so much time at home this summer we have been outside using our backyard. Prior to using Mosquito Joe, my family would all have to put on bug spray or spray the yard and patio each time before sitting outside. We have 3 treatments so far. The first two were amazing. You immediately noticed the difference. No bites. The 3rd treatment for whatever reason was not as effective but I called and true to your guarantee our yard will be retreated tomorrow. Very happy with the service and responsiveness of your staff
We are going on 3 years using Mosquito Joe. Before we hired them, we could not be outside our house ( both front and back ) during mosquito season. I worked as an exterminator for 5 years, I never knew of anything that would treat mosquitoes. The service is great, and has allowed my family to enjoy being outside again. Not sure why there are any negative reviews. If you have mosquito issues, call them immediately. Thanks guys.
Always pleasant and thorough. Joe and Luis are great techs. They always text when they come and when they leave. We have 4 dogs so ringing the bell and knocking are not an option. They definitely take care of us.
We used their service last summer at the recommendation of my cousin and we were very pleased with the results. There was only one time during the season where we were still seeing mosquitoes after a treatment and they did come back to respray after I called them and the second spray did the trick. It is a little pricey but it works so we feel it’s worth the money, and they do offer discounts for certain packages which helps offset the cost. Overall we are very happy with the service, as the year prior we couldn’t even sit outside without being eaten alive, and now we can enjoy our outdoor space comfortably.

Christian and Zach came out to my property and carefully inspected the area before spraying. They only sprayed in the areas that we specified and were very careful not to spray near the vegetable garden, bird feeder and deck areas. Good responsive company and supportive. Didnt give 5 stars because we still get bit. After 3 sprays it should be 95% mosquito free. We are at about 75%. Its a great improvement but i had to call for a booster spray a few times already.

This is an awesome service! We haven’t been able to use our outdoor space for years. The mosquitoes were eating us alive before sundown! With mosquito joe we’ve been out all summer past midnight without bugs!!! Love this service!!!
THE WORST!!! Mosquitoes are back in less than a week. The company refuses to come back and service without an additional payment... ITS LIKE THE LOOK AT THE WEATHER AND SPRAY JUST BEFORE THE RAIN AND REFUSE TO RESPRAY FOR FREE!!!... In regards to the reply my husband setup the appointments so you wouldnt have my information on file. I WISH I WOULD HAVE LOOKED AT ALL THE 1 STAR CUSTOMER REVIEWS THAT YOU JUST SO HAPPEN TO NOT HAVE ON FILE 🤔... They want you to have at least 3 sprays for the product to work... the summer will be OVER by the time they finish and so will mosquito season... avoid this company at all costs! Useless! Don’t waste your money. Did not notice any reduction in mosquitos even though they claim a 75% reduction after the first treatment. Don’t expect them to stand by their product either. I called and told them the spray didn’t help at all and they wouldn’t do anything.
I do not know why didn’t call them before. It really works! For the first time ever we have been able to be in our yard without worrying about mosquito and flies... yes it scares those away too! I totally recommend mosquito Joe for their competitive cost, effectiveness and the excellent customer care. If you love to spend time outdoor, this is a must!
I was turned onto MOJO from a good friend around the corner, after she was bitten up by my pool.....I called Mosquito Joe and immediately was set up with an appointment within a day. I signed up for a package which now gives me peace of mind through October. I can honestly say that within a couple of hours of them treating my property(which sits on an acre) I already notice a HUGE difference. THANK YOU MOJO!!! My parents hired Mosquito Joe and the first time they came it was supposed to rain I said to the kid if you spray and it rains will it be a waste and he smirks and says well the company doesnt want us to tell you that but yes it will. So I told him to come back another day. The kid came back 2 days later and sprayed and within a few hours I literally felt like I was getting more bites then before! They came back few days later to spray for the second time and I said to the guy I feel like I got bit more and his response was that they get agitated and really aggressive after you spray and then the next day theyre gone. The next day we had a party and just let me tell you I had more bites then ever before. Before they came and sprayed I actually feel like I got bit less. Almost like what he sprayed attracted them. They are giving my parents one last spray for free. The guys they sent either put Chemicals in wrong or its complete BS and doesnt work for everyone.

This is the worst company you can ever deal with. If you still have issues after they spray or it rains after you spray they will not respray when you still have a ton of mosquitos. They do not honor there customer garuntee one bit. Instead they tell you to go use another company. They also bill you for more then the service is every month. Very dishonest I would not recommend anyone ever using this company. They also hire kids and put them out there with no masks inhaling the chemical very sad. Want a good company use I now use a different company very professional and they actually get the job done. Shame on you for how you treat customers as well as workers. Again stay far away from this company!!!!! Also to there response I was a customer for over 3 years and this is how the treat people. Don’t let them fool you. They don’t honor there garuntee and won’t respray like there supposed even after torrential rains. Lastly there very disrespectful on the phone and they charge when they want. Watch your bank account.

This place is fake I got a spray done twice I was told that 1st time 75 % and second time 95 % mosquitos will be gone which is not true my backyard got worse then it was. And they made a excuse saying it’s high season time such fake people.

2022-07-08Every technician I’ve had come to the house has been wonderful. The job is done thoroughly and quickly. They let me know if they see any areas of concern (I.e. standing water areas) and help me keep our yard mosquito free. Anytime there’s been a concern, like more bugs after a spray, they office staff has been extremely responsive and sent another tech out to spray again. This service is worth the money!

2022-07-08I just signed up and had my first spray this morning, so I can’t give an accurate review yet! But there is 2 things that stood out to me. Two technicians were here, one wore a mask and the other didn’t. So that made me think, so both of them have the same solution in their sprayers? And they were doing the same thing! Spraying the grass. And it rained last night into the morning and everything is soaked. And I thought to myself, why would we spray if the place is soaking wet! Will the spray still work? But I am not a professional in this field. I will write back in a few days to see how it goes! I am hopeful it works and excited to not be bit by TICKS, red spiders, red aunts. Those are my issues over here.

2022-06-15Rob & Dylan always take the extra time to make sure my pets are inside as well as that we know when they are starting and finished. Very polite and efficient. The staff are also very helpful when ever you need to reschedule or have questions. No fleas, ticks or mosquitoes in my yard for the past few years of using them

2022-05-25Been using them for last couple of years and had no issues. Expect this year last service the technician didn’t do a satisfactory job so I called the office and explained my concerns and requested not to send this technician to my property again . Operator apologized and another technician was sent (Chris) who did an exceptional great job . A month later (today ) the original technician from last service came again which I was not going to let him service my home. Called the office spoke to Liz ( manager) she apologized for the mix up with technician and Chris was sent back to my house who again did a exceptional great job . Have requested to have him again as he knows his work and addresses my concerns. Will see what happens on next service,. Hope to see Chris again !!

2022-07-06We have just had our property sprayed by Mosquito Joe . The technicians, Brandon and Mike were very nice and explained everything they were going to do .They were very thorough and did a great job . We are very happy with Mosquito Joe , from the ease of calling for treatment , to how quickly we were able to make an appointment, and with the treatment itself . Would highly recommend them !

2022-07-08Chris was efficient and extremely respectful of the property. Were big fans of Mosquito Joe. Ive turned friends and family on and theyve all been satisfied with the service. Getting bit is a thing of the past. We live in Oceanside right by the canal. If they can handle our house, they can handle yours as well.

2022-06-06I love Mosquito Joe! This is my 3rd season with them. Before MoJo, my backyard not even usable. The mosquitoes were ridiculous. Now, my yard is like another room / I am able to be out there all summer long. Thank you to Johleek who did a great job!
