I was all over the place looking for an affordable Suv. They had lots of cars in Stock. My credit was kinda bad but they helped me all along and they approved me in about 20 minutes. Amazingly I was able to drive home same day with plates and registration. Dont expect a big office and sales persons with suits and ties but u will get ur moneys worth and they are very helpful and simple and down to earth. I felt like I was at a place that I can trust. I truly recommend this place to anyone thats looking for a great deal and service. They also hooked me up with an extended warrantee. I am very pleased with the outcome and had a great experience. Will come back again for my next car and will recommend everyone I know.
So I intentionally waited 6 months to place a review to increase accuracy. I am financing a 2004 BMW and after a week, i had to return to fix the locks of the car. The button for the window didnt work and they had to get back to us with a new piece. 4 months after, the check engine light was on and luckily, an uncle of mine is a mechanic who detected that the muzzle on the car was loose.Conveniently, a day after my warranty expired, the transmission slipped. I called Mount Eden Motors and they said there was nothing they can do. My car just got towed, my mechanic said its about 5,000 to fix and this problem was most likely from before I bought it. Ive spent more time and money investing in a car that I thought I would enjoy. There are a thousand and one used car dealerships in the Bronx and this one shouldnt be one for being thieves and liars.LOL, the response from the owner is hysterical and inaccurate. Stating that a BMW transmission costs no more than 2,000 is completely a joke! If this is what she believes true, imagine the quality of the cars shes selling. I posted that review as an accurate review. Shes upset for having a bad review and cannot accept responsibility. I have posted several great reviews, those deserving of them of course. If an owner such as this one has to post such remarks, obviously goes to show their lack of professionalism. Sincerely yours, an honest reviewer.
I had an awesome experience, no agency could get me approved for a car,they did everything they could and got me driving out with my car. I would definitely recommend.New update: This is the worst place you can purchase from, all they do is lie i purchased the car 2 weeks ago and now that i took it to a mechanic there was alot of things wrong and when i went back to this dealer noone wanted to help they give you the run around and blame all the damages on you, mind you i only have 2 weeks!!!! With the car.....BEWARE!!!!
They were super friendly and able to help me finance my first car! I am so happy with Mt Eden Motors ,I look forward to conducting more business with them. And it’s my nieghborhood dealership! How much sweeter can it get?Had to eventually take these people to court to get my money back for the lemon I was sold. The guy named Ray was giving me the run around and the lady malainia was trying to play stupid the whole time. Then even tried to get me to bring way more money to get another vehicle other then giving me my money back when i requested it. Took over 4 months to get my money after waiting to go to court I had to serve papers to the marshals office to go after my money because they still refused to give it to me. They took over 60 days to let the loan company know I no longer had the vehicle which was within the first 30 days but the criminals and crooked so they tried to make it stick to me and my name so they wouldnt have to put it back on the lot. I GIVE YOU FAIR WARNING MOUNT EDEN MOTORS!!!
They dont sell good cars, dont repair there dont change parts of the vehicle, services is very bad, the owner is a fully sheee , I recommend nobody baying cars fron this places mt eden auto sell,
Just came to purchase a BMW from MOUNT EDEN MOTORS.When I walked in immediately I was acknowledged. And the dealer was dealing with a current customer.Immediately I was viewing the car.We walked in the office and the deal process Was sweet. He definitly wasnt trying to break my pockets.But the important part is I walked in at 530 left at 630 insured and registered.Thanks again.I appreciate your help.
There services was second to none. Excellent staff, and they were very understanding. I gave them a rating of five stars, because they were not trying to sell me just anything. A staff member took the time needed to show me in detail each car i asked to see. I would recommend them to anyone.
I went to Mount Eden Motors to purchase my2014 BMW X6. Ray, Melina and Aziz helped me from the minute I walked in there until the moment I drove out. The only reason I give these guys 1 star (I wish I could give 0 stars) is because they made it easy for me to receive financing for a vehicle but be prepared to pay the $75 fee for the process. I wish I would have checked the reviews on these guys before I purchased my vehicle because the negative feedback is true. I bought my vehicle April 5th of this year (2016). Ill start by saying that I should have known better than to purchase the vehicle after a couple of red flags. First, they wouldnt give me the VIN number so I can do a carfax claiming that the vehicle has never been in an accident (when I checked afterwards, its been in 2!). Second, they wouldnt let me test drive it unless I put down a $1000 down payment which is the first time Ive ever heard of that. They promise a 6 month warranty but after 2 days of driving my van, the check engine light came on and I noticed that the A/C didnt work. When I called, supposedly Haidar wasnt there and never called me back. I had to go there in person and surprisingly Haidar was in the office. He told me that I had to go through the warranty even though it was only 2 days ago that I had purchased the vehicle. The warranty has a $500 deductible for EACH problem. Meaning I would have had to pay $1000 for them to fix the problems even though I only had the car for 2 days!! I had no choice but to agree to use the warranty because he wouldnt help me. I had to wait a week, only to get my van back and the engine light came back on 3 days later and the A/C still didnt work after paying the $1000. Took it to Autozone and its an o2 sensor. When I went back to complain that the issue were still there, he said that I would have to go through the warranty again because I shouldnt expect to get a perfect car when its used!!! These guys are scam artist and ripoffs!!! I only post this to warn people...PLEASE PLEASE DONT FALL FOR IT!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR DEALER! Im looking into all my legal options but I want to save the next person the disaster Ive gone through. $7000 down the drain......
Great people in this business everything went smoothly and both parties are pretty excited for getting this deal done. Walked in and drove out within about 1-2 hours. All paperwork n plates transfer done on spot. Great experience
I was excited to see the 2007 grand Cherokee they had listed on the site, when I got there I got approved for a great loan which was great. But! after a week with the car and after already investing 500$ on the lights and new radio the engine blew up!. Yes it literally blow up on the highway, smoke everywhere. I called them for towing and apparently my warranty didnt kick in yet. I called to return the vehicle but due to the mileage I bought as is I cant help by blame my self for this mess because I didnt do my research on the vehicle but I got no help for the dealer and nether the warranty. it was a hectic battle between the two. I ended up paying 5000$ for a new engine (5.7 hemi engine) and replacing it. I would never in my life even if they were the last dealership on earth recommend buying from there
I was very pleased with their service they had a wide variety of cars to choose from at very reasonable prices I was able to walk in and drive home with the car same day they helped me get insurance and plates I definitely recommend them based on the service I got and the quality of the cars they have
Bought a lovely pre-owned Jeep Liberty here. Great selection of cars in excellent condition and very reasonably priced. Our salesman, Haidar, was a delight to work with. Will definitely buy from Mount Eden Motors next time Im in the market for a car.
Not a good dealership!! Beware!! Stay away at all costs!! Manager who posts here on google maps talks back to customers who are trying to say their experiences! No manager should treat a customer like that! He blames the customers for cars breaking when yet his cars are all trash and should be in the local junk yard! I am not coming here again!! Very rude and unprofessional! I cant believe there are so many negative reviews because of the manager back talking the customers and how the cars are in really bad shape! Also beware that they do the bait and switch where they tell you the car your looking for is there and when you go there its not there and want you to get a car that they want you to get! Bunch of crooks!! What kind of a car dealer is this that the manager blames the customers when though the customers are always #1!!! O lawd I can write a book smh yes I got approved n yes I love my car but the service is ridiculous the references I gave to them they called n harassed the people about a paper THEY forgot to have me sign oh but thats not all then once I sign the paper n think everything is fine now they wanna take the car to be serviced they had my car the whole first day I bought it plus the next y wasnt the car serviced already?! Smh now as Im writing this review they have my car being serviced MIND YOU THEY HAD MY CAR SINCE 930 this morning its now 154 pm n Im still waiting smh this is my only issue with them I would recommend them if u have a tremendous amount of patience n dont mind the run around bs smh #NeverAgain

WOW .. MY STORY...I saw the ad for a cadillac escalade on the website for a good price. According to the kbb it was pretty reasonable price.. I called and texted no answer. So i decided to check it out. I drove 40 min after working night and got to the dealership. I saw a guy inside a trailer office. I told him I am here to look at the escalade. As soon as he heard it he said if you pay was we will give you a break(what an old sales pitch). That was the first thing he said. Now I asked him where the car was. He told me that was one of his employees car and it was not there and told me to wait. He send the so called employee(name is mike) to me. Mike asked me if i had a trade in. I said yes. a bow 325xi. He gave me an ok price for trade in. Then I asked him if he could give me the escalade for an amount he did not say anything at that time. He said he will tell his son to bring his car. He called his son. Then he told me it will take 2 hours or more.. which means maybe he took the car to shop to fix it or clean it or some.. not sure... what ever... he asked me to go there on a date and when i called him before i went he did not answer.. attempted many time no answer... i still went there just to see what is happening....The suv was there but they said mike had to be there, they did not let me test drive it they said a price and trade in price and told me take it or leave it.....what was that???then i tried calling mike... he said come tomorrow and we can talk and asked me to call him before i go.. I called and he said he will call back... he never did so i called them....I agree with many people.. you go see a car there.. do not negotiate and make sure u bring a mechanic.. they might ask you to down 1000 to test drive....not professional.... unbelievable..... i deal with many dealers.... i assure you they are fake..... they are not trust worthy...who ever trying to purchase make sure you get it with warranty.. if you ask them to give you warranty they will not pick your phone call or either they wont sell it...after all this i called the office once and spoke to the receptionist.. she said she will call back asap.... never called.. so i called her again she picked up and hang up on me.... yes i am mad.....which means they are selling lemon ... i am reporting them to consumer affairs....watch after my review the owner will put his review saying blah blah blah....Sorry for the long review... but i had to write it.....Just wanted to help another citizen.....FYI: ...Always asks them to give you carafe.......check the cars inside out........ deal and take the car out on same day or they will drag you there for nothing for weeks....

I went here and i have no complaints at all i have the worst credit and melina and haidar took time out to guarantee an approval. i would refer EVERYONE to come here you will not be dissapointed. they also inspecte my car and i drove out next day it waa an amazing experience.

THREE MONTHS IN AND THE CAR HAS TUNS OF PROBLEMS WHICH THEY PROBABLY KNEW BUT ANYTHING TO MAKE MONEY. BEWARE, THE PERSON THAT SOLD US THIS CAR ALL LIES, LIES, LIES. They said they would return part of the money and to date they have not returned anything to everyone who sees this message, the people here if they allow it, they steal my money, they have stolen $ 1,000.00 from me, they do not care just for the clients economy They worry about getting the most money to finance the car and then they will tell you that the bank does not approve the loan so that they keep the money, people this place is not recommended if you go there, what happened to me alone can happen to you. Ray and Marcia attended me and gave me a very good and efficient service from the moment I entered the business until when we drove out. Very good service and delicious coffee. 2022-03-20I purchased a mazada cx7 from there not even 24 hrs later the car breaks down on me. I requested for a new vehicle couldnt get one I asked for my refund back they never gave me one back. Currently in the process of a lawsuit against them highly recommended not coming here they will rip you off and not care about their actions. By far the worst used dealership I went too.P.s. they buy broke cars from the auction and try & fix them too be halfway decent,also they make fake inspections so the vehicles could be sold on there lot.

2022-04-08This place sells very bad cars they buy from auction. They only try to fix what they can and sell the cars in worse conditions. When you buy the car after one or two days all the problems start. That happens to me a year ago with a doge car I bought other there. I’ll never recommend this place to nobody at all. Never

2022-04-10The BMW Purchased started out with misfire issues within days. Brought it back and was told the mechanic was out.... so I had to wait. Then the wipers were no good. Small issue. But after driving it to Pennsylvania it was burning oil and I had to pull over 2x and put 4 quarts to get me back home. Took it back with the check engine light. Icing on cake was the power steering pump was cracked. Noone was available to help me. I took it to a BMW service location and they told me that the vehicles computers had been switched out. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!! Scheisty. The NEW MANAGEMENT is a plot to get people in the door under a new name.

2022-05-04THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE BIGGEST JOKE EVER.I GO TO SEE A CAR THAT THEY TOLD ME WAS THERE AND READY TO GO.THE CAR WAS MISSING THE FRONT BUMPER HE HAD TO USE THE A WIRE TO OPEN THE HOOD THE CAR STARTED WITH CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON WITH SEVERAL OTHER LIGHTS AND I BEG THEM TO TELL ME EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CAR OVER THE PHONE THEY TOLD ME 10-15 TIMES THE CAR WAS IN GOOD CONDITION AND READY TO GO.THX FOR MAKING ME SPEND 30$ ON CAB FOR NOTHING..

2019-06-20I honestly wouldn’t recommend no one from buying here, we got a car there literally 5 days ago and 2 flats already and no one is taking responsibility for it, we rarely drove the car due to work; And when we contacted them we was brushed off. They also don’t fully inform you when you get the car, they only tell you bits and pieces or that everything will get situated once all the paperwork is already done. I honestly feel like if we was informed correctly regarding everything with the car and their dealing with the contracts with the cars we would’ve had a better experience.

2015-10-19I agree 100% with Prince. I truly do not recommend anyone to buy from here. I went in to look at a 2005 Honda Odyssey which it was over priced to begin with and the dealer wanted me to give a $75 processing fee just for a measly credit check something that could be done for free. Im sure they pocketed that money. They have a sign out in the front saying if you have bad credit no problem however they do not work with you nor do they try to find some type of approval. Instead they wanted me to give a ridiculous $3500 down payment for a vehicle that was over priced at $8000. I found it to be totally absurd for someone to even try to extract $3500 from a customer when you could easily go to an original Honda dealer and drop that amount on a brand new car. Well at the end I was glad I got up from that chair and just walked away. The feeling I got was that they were trying to bamboozle me. Just be careful with these people.

2016-07-19I recommend this place 100%! If youre looking for an affordable car in good condition visit this place. They have great customer service especially the manager. We couldnt pronounce his name so he told us to call him H. He sat with us both and was very detailed and honest about every little thing and gave us a great price. I would definitely go back again in the future.

2021-01-23How the hell is this place still in business. Beware. Half of these good reviews have been posted by the owners and friends of the owners. They sell lemons. I learned it the hard way. The definition of sleazy car salesmen.
