My primary care Dr. Beaubrun and her nurse Michael deserve 6 stars. The best of the best. They are too good for this location. Maybe the staff is getting Covid fatigued (WE ALL ARE) but today at every turn, this place was gross. and has taken a notable decline over the last 9 months. Rude symptom checker in the lobby, only one person at the desk upstairs (who does not look up as a line of patients - a few older who have trouble standing - continues to form.) But the worst was the lab experience. As someone mentioned long wait with no communication (despite it being completely empty when I finally got in) and a gag-reflex-worthy, dirty treatment room complete with blood and urine samples in abundance in plain sight and an open very full hazmat garbage. All that time waiting with no patients, you cant even shut the garbage or put samples in one of the other rooms? Very disrespectful of patients and bad representation of some wonderful doctors.
I have been with this physician group as a patient since 2014. It has been a joy having so many of my care givers in one place. I am very pleased with the care that I receive. It is easy to get an appointment compared to some other practices that I have been in. The staff is courteous and friendly. My doctors nurse Michael is a consummate professional, personable, and compassionate. Some of the physicians are not as personable but they deliver great care. I like having all of my health records in one place and I can more easily stay on top of whats going on with my health. I have recommended them to my spouse my family and my friends and all of us are receiving great care.
I don’t know where to start, I’ve been out of work since July 30 2020. Due to my mom passing, day after my birthday. I needed FMLA form filled out and also involuntary disability form . Appointment was scheduled for August 17 to see Dr. Kimble, when I arrive at Brooklyn heights. I think I was there no longer than 20 mins. The appointment was so fast. I asked my doctor to please complete all forms. Low and be hold I had to call again , all forms were not filled out. I’ve been calling and calling and calling FMLA form is still not filled out. I just had another death in my family. My brother died August 22 2020. I am suffering from anxiety and depression because of my sudden lost. I was told to seek Psychiatrist help which I did my first appointment is September 2 2020, I have did everything asked of me to do. I don’t understand why these forms are not filled out properly and I always have to go through the run around. My job is in jeopardy because forms are not filled out properly and sent back at a timely manner. I really need to change mount Sinai because I’m not getting the help I need!!!
The doctors nurses staff even billing folks are all great, everything is clear, efficient, appointments simple to schedule and for the most part when I’ve been there for appoints there’s little If any waiting time. Convenient location, MyChart is easy to use. Plus the views are wonderful. I have been going to Mt Sinai Brooklyn Heights for about 7 years and happy to have such a reliable group of healthcare experts. Thank you all for keeping us healthy and taking care of us!
I recently visited Mount Sinai Brooklyn Heights Radiology Department for an Ultrasound & Biopsy. Everyone, from Galina who made my appointment, Simone the Radiologist, Dr. Talati who performed the procedure to all the staff both upfront at Reception & back stage as it were, were all lovely people. Highly professional & made me feel comfortable at all times. All the procedures were clearly explained to me & I am now well on the mend. A big thank you to all the staff at Mount Sinai Brooklyn Heights!
Weve had a terrible experience at Mt Sinai OBGY and Dr Eddlemans ultrasound practice in particular. No complaints with the technicians / nurses but the back office is dreadful with no respect for patients time.So far weve been in twice:1) the nuchal translucency test - my wifes 10am appointment was delayed for two and a half hours.2) we had the early anatomy scan scheduled for last friday. on thursday they called to reschedule the appointment. we moved it to this wednesday. then on monday we were charged for a no-show for the friday appointment and were informed that the appointment hadnt been moved. they then rescheduled again for wednesday, but when we just went in for the appointment it turned out it was double booked again and we were unable to get the scan (the awesome lady doing the scans offered to do it during her lunch break to fit us in).Its also incredibly hard to get through to somebody if they dont call yoou first. The number on the MyChart website takes you through to someone who apparently doesnt even know who Dr Eddleman is! Total fiasco!
I have really messed up health requiring lots of visits to many doctors. Ive been nothing but pleased with the caring, attentive help Ive received from the doctors at the Brooklyn Heights offices. My main doctors are at Mt Sinai in Manhattan; I was relieved to be able to start coming to this Mt Sinai satellite so I could keep all my records in one place and have everyone on the same page, plus have a primary care physician (my GP) who is just plain awesome. There is nothing ghetto about these offices, either. Beautiful views of the city while you wait. As a walk-in acute care patient, Ive never waited more than 20 minutes to see someone. Staff has always been helpful and understanding in managing my myriad appointments. What I am thankful for this year is that I have doctors I can depend on.
This place is so frustrating. In regular times, its nearly impossible to make an appointment within a 5 week window so if anything is ever pressing, I just end up going to Urgent Care. Now during COVID, I called and was supposedly able to make a telemedicine visit for today. When I got online for the visit, they hadnt even entered it into the computer and had to reschedule. In my old city, I had a great relationship with my PCP and it really helped my medical care. I need to find a new PCP in Brooklyn.
I have received very good medical care here from my PCP and a specialist whom I see. However, the difficulty in scheduling appointments by phone or online is enormous. The MyChart system does not allow for scheduling anything other than an annual check up. The staff answering the phones are often less than helpful. When I call to schedule an appointment with my PCP, unless I am requesting my annual check-up, the staff tell me to go to Urgent Care! Urgent Care is not a substitute for ongoing care by a PCP and should only be used for urgent matters. The atmosphere feels akin to a big box store or a corporate entity.
I am surprised at the number of negative reviews. I am sure each doctor is different, but the pediatric department on the 17th floor is wonderful. Every time I call they are courteous and helpful, I have never had a problem getting an appointment that works with my crazy schedule, the staff in the office are incredibly friendly, and the nurses are great. I am also very happy with the wait time and have never had to wait more than a few minutes after my appointment time to be seen. They are also good about getting school forms filled out quickly and follow up to make sure everything is received. Street parking in this area is difficult, but they have a garage in the building and public transportation is very close.
My wife had a high fever for 2 days so I brought her to the urgent care. We were turned away because they didnt have any doctor for the urgent care. The staff was very nice but I dont know how you can run an urgent care and not make sure that any doctor or nurse practitioner is in to see patients. We ended up having to go to CityMD down the street so we didnt waste the $20 on the parking garage downstairs.
I had a 10:30am appointment with Ariella Nouriel GYN. They are very inconsiderate and rude. I got a call at 10:40am while looking for parking in the busy area of downtown BK. I was asked if I was still keeping my appointment and I said yes that I was looking for parking for a while and the receptionist said “ok no problem”.Got to the building at 10:50 and I apologized to them I drove from Queens and couldn’t find parking in the area they told me if I wanted to wait I can do that but it wasn’t guaranteed if I was going to be seen (why didn’t she tell me when se called that they couldn’t see me anymore”. I knew I was late so I asked “do you know how long 1 hours, 2 hours?” just because I parked in a garage. Receptionist said she wasn’t even going to ask the doctor and that if I want to wait all day it’s on me. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was completely calm. The receptionist acted the most disgusting way. It’s unfortunate the way this hospital treat their patients but yet they are happy to charge insurance $$$$ for any little questions you go ask.
I was able to see Dr. Passias only once for a well visit. When I needed sick visits, the doctors were unavailable and I was forced to go to urgent care. It’s unbelievably frustrating, because when you’re sick is when you need a doctor most and the doctors can’t see you. It would be so nice to be able to build a relationship with your primary care doctor and these doctors are too busy to do that for their sick patients.
Been a patient here for a few years. It seems every appointment is a problem. Must be agency staff because their customer service skills suck. Appointment center is ghetto. Eye doctor suck and thinks she is special. Who hired her? Never a manager or administrator on site to troubleshoot issues, I guess their on vacation too. Policy, money no good service.
Horrible bureaucracy. Have been seeing their pediatricians (who are great) since our doctor was at LICH and it never ceases to amaze me how challenging it is to make basic appointments and reach the doctor. If you’re willing to put up with it to ultimately have a good doctor then go for it, but if you want to do business with a functioning organization this is not for you.
Went to see Dr Robert Alperin for my asthma since my primary care doctor was not available that day. He downplayed me having asthma and rolled his eyes whenever I told him my symptoms. Worst of all, he refused to give me an asthma treatment during my visit because I “look better than how I feel”. I’ve suffered from asthma for 26 years and never had a problem with receiving treatment while in the office. To top it off, I forgot to ask him and the nurse a question so I turned back before leaving the office area and I caught them talking about me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
No professionals available. 5 months to PCP appointment. Urgent Cares only purpose is to make as much money as possible by doing the least amount of work, no laboratory test because everyones goal at this facility is to avoid professional responsibilty. Still in pain. Nothing accomplished by todays visit, except cost of showing up. The irony is my PCP is on the same floor as Ugent Care. Mount Sinai does not care about anyones health. Better services are provided at NYC Health and Hospitals.
While they are relatively competent, you get the feeling that this is a corporate mill. You get decent care but its not very personal. Also, they didnt spend a whole lot of time with me. Many of these hospitals have set up neighborhood centers without paying attention to the small personal details that make you feel that you not going through an assembly line.
Got to my appointment for a slipped disk thats causing me excruciating baxk pain 13 minutes late due to traffic. I tried calling ahead to inform them Id be slightly late multiple times to only receive a busy signal (because having one line that doesnt accept messages for a huge medical center is apparently how Mt Sinai does things). Then I was told after I sat down and filled out the paperwork that the doctor was too busy and wouldnt be seeing me. The medical irresponsibility and disrespectful scheduling practices of scheduling so many people that you could have someome travel with a painful and sensitive back injury for no reason instead of calling them to reschedule is astounding to me.
Front desk staff and nurse assistant were pleasant however I will not be returning to the doctor I saw today. She was rushed and seemed more annoyed by my pain and discomfort than concerned. She showed an obvious lack of respect for the staff she worked with, which also seemed inappropriate in what should be a professional environment.
Upon falling ill during business travel, I had to visit an urgent care facility for treatment. I had never before been to an urgent care, but figured I would be shoved in a crowded room full of madness and sick people.Upon arriving, I heard one of the secretaries say they were short staffed that day, so I figured “Oh great. The doctor will probably see me for 15 seconds, throw some medicine my way and run me out the door.”While the nurse who first saw me probably had never won any friendly awards, she was pleasant pleasant enough. Dr. Irani, however, was wonderful. She was kind, personable and took her time. She asked questions, listened to what I had to say and provided answers without acting annoyed and without trying to rush me out the door. In fact, once I told her I was from out of town, she gave me a few suggestions for things I could do nearby while waiting for my prescription to be filled. Also - there’s a pretty breath-taking skyline view from the rooms.I most likely won’t be back in this neck of the woods and need urgent care (knock on wood) but if I do - I’d without a doubt go back to this location.
If you want to see the worst of an expensive, impersonal corporate medical experience, try this group. You are sent from place to place, and at each place you start from scratch with appointments and wait — even for something as simple as drawing blood. The doctors refer between themselves and aggressively follow up to make more appointments — but once you actually see a doctor they wont return a phone call — not even to deliver a diagnosis. That was my experience. Do not go here. Some of the individual doctors may be fine even wonderful, I cant say. But taken as a whole, in terms of customer service and care, there is something wrong here.
COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE AND INCOMPETENCE - DO NOT COME HERE. **EDIT** As you can see they responded to my post below. I filled out their form a week ago and they havent reached out concerning my post, but HAVE sent me multiple text messages about issuing and paying the bill for my visit. Which theyre still asking to be paid for in full, by the way. **ORIGINAL POST**: I dont know if it was the doctor or the management that horrendously mismanaged my care, but it doesnt matter. When I visited, I was promised that my lab results would be given to me within a few days. A few days passed but I didnt get a call or see results online. This was concerning because there are a few possible causes of my symptoms, so the lab results would be crucial in figuring out next steps for treatment. I sent a message in the portal and also called the office. They said theyd send a note to the doctor. Shocker: no one ever reached back out. I have followed up every few days for the past THREE WEEKS and didnt get a response. Finally, I received a call back today from someone who claimed the doctor never put the order in for the lab test, but was not confident and could not get their story straight. I have never experienced something like this before and am absolutely appalled. Please look for ANY other option before coming to this office.
Dr. Elbirt was great. However, if I ever left a message for the MD or tried to get lab results the office was useless. I asked the MD if she ever got any messages from me and she said no. There is no MyChart service or email to contact the office/doctor. Also, they do not accept GHI for blood work, so you have to go to Quest. At Quest the office had not filled out the order properly. My daughter still does not have the results. The office has no record of them.Dr. Elbirt has left the practice and I see why. It is really too bad as they could be a huge service to patients in downtown Brooklyn.
Not a good experience and not seen and will not be rescheduling with them. Managed poorly with little focus on good or quality customer service. I have left one star because my mom taught no one is worthless. But this group came close. I have multiple ortho and health issues and have limited aility to ambulate with a cane. We were running late for a 12:10 PM appt. due to traffic and I called before appt. time and was told there is a 15 minute grace period for patients if I was not going to be there by 12:30 to call back but that it was ok to come. Once in the building went to the 18 floor and looked around and there was no staff and a sign which offered Urgent care or Primary Care. I followed the primary care sign as I had a preset appt. and not for Urgent Care. After wandering around fr several minutes someone asked where I was going and said I was on the wrong side of the floor. They redirected me to the area I needed and when I arrived a young man saidyour appt. was 12;10 pm. I explained about the traffic and having been told to come ahead and he said he was going to speak to nurse and directed me to sit down. After approximately twenty minutes a nurse came out to say she was Dr. S Hassans nurse and they cannot see me today. I explained to her what the person answering the phone said and she said I am not certain why anyone at the call center would say something like that since they should not have told you you would be seen there is no grace period. It is not easy for me to walk more than about 10 to 20 feet and to get to the building and go through the lobby and walk to the wrong area as the markings were not clear and to be met with less than pleasant and clear communication. I have no problem as a nurse/health care professional with the MD needing me to reset because of late time arrival. But that could have been said over the phone. The excess and unnecessary pain I am experiencing because of the less than clear and thoughtful communication did not need to occur. Needless to say I will not be returning to your Cadman Plaza facility and I will not only not recommend it I will let anyone I know not to go because of the poor quality of customer service and honesty in communication. Hoping none if your family has =to go through what I have today.
Had a horrible experience with this place. I have severe lower back pain hurts the most when I sit and went here to get help. Dr Arielle Fenig is a horrible doctor. She said my MRI was perfect and she never seen a MRI so perfect. It was almost as if she didn’t believe my back pain. She used to work in Brooklyn hospital but guess she was fired and moved to Mount Sinai. I can’t stand her. She was no help at all for my back pain. Instead of trying to help me with the pain she kept glorifying my MRI results being perfect. If you go to this place do not go to her. She’s horrible
Horrible pediatrics practice in every way. 1) they mismanaged our kids vaccines, letting them fall behind 2) they run at least 15 minutes late to 100% of appointments 3) they failed to merge our prior pediatricians records with Mt Sinai despite mentioning it several times over one full year 4) our primary doctor always calls our younger son a girl because they entered the record in our first visit as female and the doctor cant remember his patients
I see three excellent women doctors here: Dr. Seigel for primary care, Dr. Fenig for pain control, and Dr. Dweck for my eyes. I was referred to a cardiologist, and hes in the same place, as is the lab. It is very convenient to have them all in the same place, and it enables them to talk to each other when necessary. There is also a way to sign in and communicate by email with doctors (mychart) and all my doctors respond the same day. Ive never had to wait long, everyone is friendly, and theres a great view from the 18th floor. It took a long time to get a first appointment with Dr. Seigel as shes very popular, with good reason, but now that I am her patient she fits me in as needed. Dr. Fenig seemed a bit rushed and brusque at first but now that I know her, I trust her greatly. The nurse who works with her (sorry I forget her name) is also lovely. As I have a few health problems, Im very glad to have found this place.
The secretaries are terrible. Doctor Silverman herself is awesome, but the secretaries make you wait for an excruciatingly long time before checking you in because they make you wait on their behalf. They are also incredibly rude. One of them physically shushed my boyfriend when he was trying to leave from their office. Naturally, he stormed out at this without saying or doing anything, and they were laughing amongst themselves and called him violent. I found their behavior to be nothing short of disgusting and even disturbing. But their wait times are what is absolutely making me reconsider this location and try to go see Dr. Silverman at her Manhattan location.
Treatment was fine - but two months afterwards I got two bills, despite having paid in full at the time of the service. After disputing the bills and being told that they were on hold while they reviewed by documentation that I had paid, I just got a collections agency notice today. So be very, very careful about using their services.
I had lipid panel blood test and didn’t get a complete results. When I tried to get the answers, no one was responsible. I will never go to this Mt. SinaiBrooklyn Heights again. I would rather go to Queens facilities. My. Sinai keeps expand the branches with low quality facilities. I don’t even want to give a star!
Called day before appointment with gastroenterology to see if there were any restrictions as far as eating. Took day off for appointment only to be told after showing up that the appointment was canceled because the doctor was scheduled for the hospital - no courtesy call or message. Completely unprofessional.
Im writing this review as I sit here in the waiting room watching EVERY SINGLE PERSON get called to see their doctor except me. My appointment was over an HOUR ago, and nobody acknowledged they were running late etc. to at least give me a heads up. Finally, I walked over to reception and asked about my appointment, which was an hour ago, and was told were running behind - no apology, no nothing. NEVER COME HERE!!!!!!! I will not be back.
I get all my treatment at every mount Sinai in the city. I wanted to move my obgyn services here to make it more convenient to go to my appointment since I live in Brooklyn. They told me they dont take Medicaid Medicare and Fidelis. They said they only take private insurance. What is going on smh Gentrification took over mount Sinai! I am not happy this is unfortunate because I always brag on mount sinai. This is horrible!
Scheduled to see doctor. Met with doctor. Has some concerns but instead of doing the blood work themselves, you are sent to the other side to Urgentcare, which is crowded. What is happening when a damn doctor or their nurse cant take the blood you need. They use to do it, other doctor offices do it but here...no you need go to the other side to urgent care.
This place is an absolute joke. The staff have lost or misplaced my medical records three times, and every time I call Im transferred to 4-5 different people and nobody seems to know what is going on. I cannot believe this place is associated with Mount Sinai, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
I have the pleasure of having the Doctors at this medical Centre as my Primary Carers..They are Excellent Doctors who are very professional and Caring. The Staff team of Nurses and Administrators are also very Caring, kind and Efficient. I definitely feel I get the Best of the Best care from the Doctors and Staff at Mt. Sanai.
I love this location, its staff and the quality of care I receive from everyone. The peaceful and lay back environment and its breath taking view. Im very satisfied with its outpatient attention and its online response to my concerns.Thank you to Mount Sinai Doctors for your dedication to our community.
Dr. Michael Kim bed manner is the worst. Dr. Michael Kim is quite loquacious and never listen to the patient. He always have available appointments, because he is the worst.Google his name. He has a medical malpractice lawsuit on going, and not paid a cent. Run... run from Dr. Michael Kim like a thief in the night.
Im okay with my doctor, but the service desk is incompetent. I was transferred 8 times, two of which then spent a good deal of time complaining about people being transferred to them. The call was dropped three times. Im also fairly certain everyone there types with one finger. DO NOT go here.
This is basically hospice care... you are in the waiting room so long you feel as though youre going to die before you are seen. Showed up with a bloody hand earlier today. Waited 2+ hours... still not seen. Was literally told the office was experiencing a technical issue. Left without being seen and went to a place on Montague street where crumbs used to be. In and out in 15 minutes. DO NOT GO TO MT SINAI... WAIT TIME IS INTERMINABLE BECAUSE URGENT CARE JUST USED FOR GAPS AROUND LAB AND PRIMARY CARE APPOINTMENTS. GO ANYWHERE ELSE OR JUST CUT OFF THE LIMB.
Watch out for this place! It has Mount Sinai name but is managed by WestMed as as such is poorly managed. Due to the ill experienced management not qualified for their titles, the turn over rates from physicians to techs to even front staff is high. Oh, not to mention a radiologist who can not read all studies performed. On the exterior it may appear all is well but internally its flatlining.
Service seems to have gone downhill here since they opened. The doctors are great but the front office staff are getting more and more unprofessional every time I go. It really ruins the whole place because it feels like a clinic. ALSO THEY DONT ACCEPT GHI IN LAB - YOU MUST USE OUTSIDE LAB WHICH SUCKS.
Would give the call center 0 stars if possible - they are the worst, are nasty, will not use common sense (you can literally call back after forgetting something and they will make you re-confirm every piece of personal information about yourself over again) and you literally have to beg for help when scheduling appointments!
The organization of this medical group is beyond terrible. I love my doctor but the experience of making/changing appts, check-in for appts, the irritating non-functional app they try to get make you use that’s good for nothing, their lack of flow or coordination between doctor requests and getting tests done, or even a blood draw is MADDENING, partially because it seem so basic and fixable! It often takes multiple requests and multiple follow ups to get anything done properly. It’s like there is NO common sense with their management or staff. Like none of their administrative staff is trained or maybe they’re just lazy people who can’t be bothered. It’s a shame because I LOVE my doctor but can deal with the stress of trying to see her.

2022-08-13One of the worst run medical organizations I have ever interacted with. While most of the doctors I have seen here are good, the administration of organization that if you have a serious medical or chronic conditions, you should look for medical support elsewhere because they really do not care about ensuring you get treatment.I had a cardiac episode in Feb, which was highly unusual given my health and age. I have been trying since Feb to get an appointment with my primary care physician since Feb. to get a full work up to see there are some changes in my health or endocrine systems issues. My appointment as been canceled three times now. Each time its canceled, I go to the back of the line. Now, its maybe sometime at the end of this year or next year. When I complained about the constant reschedules, delays especially given my health concerns, I was told it would be escalated to management, and someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. That was 9 days ago.

2022-08-17Signed up to see Dr. Coun for a physical. Showed up early to appointment only to be told it was cancelled by me? two days earlier. Not so. An admin later told me it had me scheduled for a 15 minute follow-up appointment instead of a half hour physical so the computer dropped me. No notice, notification, email or phone call. Woman at desk and then the admin told me Dr. Coun also leaving to go to Manhattan in a few weeks, but no indication of this on appointment website. I see why NYU has such long waits for their doctors nowadays. This place was substandard.

2022-04-29Doctors are fine but the support systems are terrible. Several years ago I injured my foot and took a taxi to the facility. They could not see me because the Xray machine was down and suggested I get an Xray elsewhere and come back. Since I couldnt walk, I took another taxi to NYU Langone ER nearby where I was quickly seen and treated. My granddaughters doctor needed lab tests. The following day I took her early in the mornng but there were no walk-in appoitnments and we were sent to another lab (walking disance but inconvenient as my granddaughter was had swollen feet). Both situations were semi-urgent and it was disappointing that Mt. Sinai doesnt seem to run a first rate operation. I can not recommend it to others.

2022-06-26This place appears normal but will find unheard of ways to over charge you!I made an appointment for an annual physical and they were booked up, but based on Dr. Christine Wus positive reviews elsewhere, I thought it was worth the wait to go to a seemingly highly rated doctor. Since Id moved to a new neighborhood, I waited the months to see this doctor in my vicinity. The physical seemed normal, Id taken the first opening theyd offered which happened to be on valentines day, and Id called in the time leading up, to see if there were any cancellations and they could see me sooner, which they couldnt.Afterwards I received a few referrals from the dr and had to go have my blood work done and a mammogram. I asked for Dr. Christine Wus thoughts on my mammogram and she would only say its normal. I pointed out that it was different than my previous one and that there were notes from the radiologist, she would not provide any thoughts, an assesment, or medical expertise, just that she could refer me to a specialist. If shed at least acknowledged that she read the notes and thought they were significant or insignificant, that would provide me with something to go on! Im not a trained MD, she is! Maybe its minor but she would not say anything one way or the other, so Ill have to go to a specialist for some real medical advice. On top of the lack of expertise, I received a bill for $660! I was told that my physical included things beyond the scope of a physical and they charged me for 2 visits! I only managed the one visit, I did not have 2! And, they charged me for going in on a holiday!? My Blue cross pays for an annual physical, I should not have to pay as well! I did not ask her for tech support or to style my hair, so what was outside of the scope of a physical? It was a normal physical and I barely received the medical feedback I expected from just a physical! I called and they said theyd send my case for a review. I called my insurance and they said that they of course dont pay for 2 physicals when you come in for 1 visit! In the meantime, my blood work came back and my cholesterol is over the range for high, about 100 points above optimal. She just sent me a note to eat more fiber, less corn syrup and exercise at least 30 min a day. I already bike everywhere (over an hour a day) and exercise. I stopped drinking sugary sodas regularly over a decade ago. I may have a genetic predisposition to high cholesterol but when I try to discuss my extremely high cholesterol with her, she wants me to make another appointment! I cant get any advice from my physical without another appointment! So I have no medicine to take to lower my cholesterol.Meanwhile, theyve reviewed my bill twice and now have sent me another bill for $660, for my double physical because they consider 1 physical to be 2! I definitely wont schedule a tele-health call, who knows what theyll charge for that!? What did I get for waiting months for this appointment, no helpful medical feedback on my condition, some referrals and a bill for $660! These people are not doctors, theyre parasites!

2022-07-16Don’t expect them to answer the phone. I had a blood test and needed to call back the next day, nobody ever answered. So pretty much took a test to never know my results

2022-02-11Every other time I call, they cant find my doctor on file and sent me to urgent care. When I made a well visit to establish a new doctor, the doctor could see that I did have a doctor on file which was still part of the practice. The $250+ Five minute appointment was billed to my medical savings account and when I called the billing department to redress the situation, they did nothing.

2021-09-19I ended up having cardiac issues on Friday 9/17 and initially went to CityMD on Montague St. There was a long line outside, so I walked to Mt. Sinai on Cadman Plaza. Much better experience! You can walk into their Urgent Care. I waited about an hour before seeing a doctor, but I my experience there was great. Both the tech and doctor were very thorough and gave me a bit of a tongue lashing (which I needed) to take better care of myself. The doctor urged me to go to the ER since they do not have in depth cardiac capabilities. I listened and went to the ER. I am forever grateful to Dr. attending who really seemed to care. If I ever have any urgent care issues, I would go back there in a heartbeat.

2021-11-30They keep cancelling my appointment. Then want to reschedule 3months from the previous date. They dont really check you. You can diagnose yourself, the will give you a prescription with out a blood work.

2021-09-15Absolutely horrible with scheduling and wait times with no consideration at all for the patient. I waited over two hours for my appointment. The entire time other patients were complaining about having had appointments canceled, rescheduled etc and long waits with no explanation. I asked for a status twice and was told I would be next only for someone else to be taken in. At some point the quality of the physician is irrelevant as the treatment at the first point of contact is so subpar.

2021-02-09No problems here. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Little to no waiting time on the phone. Everyone in the office was super friendly and accommodating, unlike most medical offices. The doctor I saw was very sharp and professional. There was a little bit of wait time which should be expected, but for an annual physical, blood work, and a vaccine I was in and out under 2 hours.
