I had surgery here and it failed all because they didn’t put nasal splints

2021-08-23I have an appointment at 8:30 for swallowing test I came around 8:00 early, I told the receptionist I have a swallowing test in 10 union square and she check and say not you don’t have an appointment here a told again please check because when they did the confirmation they told me clearly 10 union square but anyway I follow her directions and went to 310 East 14 street then when I came they say not your appointment is not here unfortunately all staff for both places not check the information correctly and they say go to 380 2nd Ave 9 th floor again then they say the same your appointment is not here it’s 10 union square but at least very polite the 380 staff print for me the information and Finally go back to 10 union square the radiologist staff excellent!

2020-01-29Waste of time. His staff didnt call to inform me that he wasnt a surgeon. I specifically stated I was going for a tonsillectomy consult and again no one informed me the wast able to do this. I was brought in under false pretense and the doctor even said he wouldnt bill my insurance and even refunded my copay. Low and behold he billed my insurance, got paid and billed me again for my copay, WTF! Horrible service. I promise I wont just make a scene I will give you a Broadway musical. You messed with the wrong person on this.

2020-09-30Yes, you sometimes have to wait, but once you see the staff they are very professional. Dr. Culang got the correct diagnosis and Sandra de la Pena (sp) is a great audiologist and I got the best hearing aides. Recommend

2020-03-03Receptionists and INT department are the worst. I was trying to get a medical record from Seth Lieberman’s assistant. I left her over 6 massages but I did not get a return call. Also receptionist are incredibly rude and they yelled at me for no reason.

2018-12-06I scheduled an appointment, as a regular clinic visit. Doctor David Culang, did not provide the bare minimum diagnostic testings, and further failed with his diagnosis, which forced me to suffer for weeks, until my next scheduled appointment with a physician who is not an ENT, yet, detected an infection and put me on a course of a 14 day antibiotics. My visit lasted less than 15 minutes with Dr. Culang, nonetheless, with no treatment plan, no bare minimum tests, nor professionalism, but, only, a sarcastic tone expressed by Dr. Culang I was sent away, confused. Yet, my nightmare did not end there; as Mount Sinai had the audacity to double bill my insurance company for, both, a regular visit and a hospital visit, even though my visit was, clearly, scheduled and explained to me, as a regular office, specialist visit. What is so mind boggling and so disturbing is that they had the audacity to bill my insurance with a deceptive information, for doing nothing at all during my visit.Stay as far away as you can from this establishment. This is one of the most horrid experiences I have ever had visiting a doctors office. As not only did the doctor fail to diagnose, care, perform, and render the bare minimum and proper treatment, but to add salt to injuries - the establishment (Mount Sinai) had the audacity to, shockingly, submit a double claim, entailing a large amount of money, under what is, clearly, deceptive, classification, to my insurance company and got paid. Run!!!!!

2019-01-22I spent about 4 min with the doctor after waiting an insane amount of time. The staff tries to circumvent insurance, add charges, and have clients over pay. Think twice before going here. I have been dealing with billing for almost a year now and have never had an issue like this before with any other health care provider in my life.

2020-02-21The staff is unprofessional and GHETTO. They dont answer phones, their messaging offices will literally hang up on you mid sentence after youve been on hold for over an hour. Laziest hospital staff Ive ever come across.

2017-08-23I cant rate them because they are impossible to reach. I went to ER on Saturday and Ive called twice a day during business hours since to try to schedule a follow up as directed. My call always goes to an answering service and no one calls back. I can only assume an office management failure. Ill try again today and then go to my regular ENT specialist if Im still unsuccessful. Ugh.

2018-04-04I find the staff here very professional. Dr. David Culang is an amazing Dr. He is very intelligent, attentive, friendly and caring. I feel that I am in good hands with him as my Dr.

2019-05-05The receptionist was the worst ever. She picked up your calls and hang you there. When she spoke to me, she gave me hard time and did not make appointment for me. Wasting time with such bad service. Never come to this hospital.
