Disappointed . Young daughter possibly has a broken ankle and was essentially turned away and told go to the ER or Potsdam . Too many patients and even if they could see her they have no pediatric devices .
Absolutely amazing in every way! The wait was minimal, the staff was amazing, and I was out of there in less than 30min AND STILL FELT HEARD! The Dr was hilarious too which is always a nice change to very serious medical staff. Im so happy I found this office in Massena. Being new to the area Ive been hesitant to go to the Dr for anything. The staff here changed my view in that entirely today. THANK YOU!!!
I have been going to Mountain Medical since they here right from the beginning!When I can,t get oin to see my Dr. I always go here. The service is excellent. All the girls at the window are so friendly and really care how you are feeling. I have never waited past 15 minutes. The Doctor is VERY good and knows what he is doing Dr Greg and Cherly!!! They check you thorougly and give the medications that are needed. I wish I could have them as my Primary!They all excell in Massena there and treat you with respect. You are not a number there. I just cannot believe the negative comments! This place and all the staff are excellent!!!!!!!
Got my covid test done here. Waited 7 days without hearing anything before calling them, was told that they had my results but had not reached out to me because things have been crazy around here. That would have been nice to know a few days ago so I could have enjoyed Thanksgiving with my family. Just go to a real doctor.

On 12/28/20 I went in to Mountain Medical to get a note to go back to work. I had a previous negative COVID test on 12/23/20. They told me I had to have another test done and once that came back negative I could get my return to work slip. On 12/28/20 I got a rapid strep which was negative and another COVID test. On 01/01/21 I received a phone call from Mountain Medical letting me know my COVID was negative. Since then I have repeatedly called and left numerous messages regarding print offs of my results and my return to work slip. Last night on 01/04/21 I received a call from Terry at Mountain Medical letting me know my COVID test I had done on 12/28/20 was positive. I explained I received a call on 01/01/21 stating they were negative and she then stated that they just came back today(01/04/21) and it is positive and that PH should have already notified me. Made no sense to me since they JUST came back then why would PH already have the results and the fact that they are over a week behind in contacting people. Terry said shed email me my results. NO email was sent. I called this morning at 9:00am 01/05/21 and Mary told me my results were not even in yet that I should not have gotten a call on the 1st or the 4th. She wasnt sure why Terry wouldve called me. At 9:30am I received a call from Mountain Medical letting me know my results were in and I was negative. So on 01/01/21 I was negative, then 01/04/21 I was positive, and now today 01/05/21 I am in fact negative and I would be getting my results via email. And here I sit, 12:10pm and still NO email has been sent. All three of these results were from my initial test I had done 12/28/20. If I was a betting man, I would bet they called me with someone elses results. And here my wife missed work and went and got a rapid test done, because of Terrys phone call last night.
I have had to go there on holiday weekends,twice. They are very kind, and accommodating. So glad they are open when needed. Thank you

I just moved here and dont have insurance yet. This place was a dream come true. Todays visit cost me $75. My prescription cost me under $25. The Nurse Practitioner seemed to really know her stuff. I was in and out in about 90 mins, with no appointment. Ill definitely be back. The Nurse Practitioner even paid special attention to my lack of insurance, and made sure she didnt prescribe me anything too expensive. She knew many alternatives.
Needed to be tested for possible covid, made it the safest fastest way possible. Thank you.
Who is in charge of this place? I went for a COVID test today and not a single staff member, including testers, had appropriate PPE on. N95 masks should be a bare minimum, not cheap surgical masks.
This is by far the worst clinic. Do not give them your buisness. They say to just come in and when you get there they tell you to schedule an appointment another day. Then it takes 2 hours to get through 3 people even though your test takes only 7 minutes at most. Even finished paperwork before others.
All of the Staff are friendly and willing to listen.
Terrible service! Receptionist is rude and inconsiderate! The doctor did nothing for me and I recieved a $127 bill because they incorrectly verified my insurance. I do not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off sitting in the emergency room!
Been here since 9 am now 1018 and still waiting to be seen. They took us in a room but no Dr yet
Sick for a week and a half so i decided it was time to go to the doctors, he gave me cough medicine.... 3 days later im still coughing up stuff all day and now i have a fever again. going to a real doctor now, dont waste your time here.
Good have went 100 feet across the street to the ER and received faster, better service. Thats not saying much

2022-07-18I always use Mountain Medical when the need for smaller but none emergency room visits arrive. Examine was thorough and professional. I received my diagnosis and my prescription was called into my pharmacy. Excellent service

2022-01-15Despite being horribly swamped, overworked, understaffed, and treated poorly by many people the staff at Mountain medical took excellent care of me. I went in this morning for a Covid test and while it wasn’t the fastest thing that I’ve ever done I have no complaints. They were efficient and worked as quickly as they could and I have my results in a timely fashion. Thank you all and please don’t let the haters get you down you’re doing great

2021-11-30The nurse was so disgustingly rude to my son and I. Not once did she make him feel ok or comfortable. Instead she rushed me to hold him down to get him a covid test and told me over and over to hurry up. I get that they are busy and need it to be done in a certain time but this lady was so rude I cant believe she has a job here. It covid testing every one knows it hurts and other places Ive been had made my son feel better about it but she did not. She walked out and immediately rushed us.

2021-10-14My healthcare is through the VA. I went to Mountain Medical in Massena, NY to get a COVID test after seeing the testing for all on the Google search results. I called ahead to ensure that testing would be done and if it was free. I was told yes to both questions. However, that was not the case. VA healthcare not in their network; test would cost $132. Testing for all in actuality is testing for people who can afford it. The best part.. the worker hung up on me once I indicated that I could not afford it.

2021-04-14My first visit today for a covid test and the girls were very nice. They explained /walked me thru the whole process. The doctor who tested me was great and he had a sense of humor. I will definitely come back in the future. Thank you
