Taru Thompson was wonderful to work with. He sold my house in 3 weeks and helped me buy my new house at the same time. He made everything very easy to navigate and was always available and helpful I wouldn’t work with anyone else!
Going through the home buying process would have be far more stressful had it not been for the hard work of Norris team. My agent in particular her name was Tiffany Daniels, and she was astounding. Hard working, a tough bargain maker, her tenacity is unmatched. She has great connections and was a valuable resource on my team for the past year. The world of real estate is a tough environment but with a person like Ms. Daniels working for you, you cant fail at getting the home of your dreams. If I had to either do it again or find another home in the future I will be coming back to Tiffany.
Tiffany and Norris were amazing, punctual and ALWAYS answered the many questions I had. I am first time renter in my own apartment so I was extremely nervous and didn’t know how the process goes. They were very helpful and were always in touch to answer my questions and follow up. They helped me move in days earlier and get me my keys on time. I’m really thankful for all the help and highly recommend them if you want a quick and fast rental.
Move NYC is a great company! As first-time home buyers, my boyfriend and I were unfamiliar with the purchasing process. However, our real estate agent Aureole Blanding was extremely helpful in explaining how everything works and getting us the answers we sought out. Additionally, Aureole is a patient and personable individual who made our journey enjoyable. We first met her in January and she had stuck with us until our closing in early September. Along the way she noticed the types of features we liked and disliked and proactively asked the seller’s side clarifying questions about building amenities and maintenance without us having to ask. Also, what was a huge plus for us was that Aureole was very responsive at all hours of the day. Even when we sent late night texts of a listing that just hit the market, she responded within a few hours and reached out to schedule viewings that worked for us and our busy schedules. Aside from Aureole, we also worked with her broker Norris on our applications and the process was very smooth and quick. I would recommend Move NYC!

I’m writing this review to encourage anyone that is looking to purchase or sell a home to avoid using Mr. Taru Thompson from Move NYC real estate as your agent. I recently sold my parents home with Mr. Thompson representing the buyer. Not only did his incompetence, as well as the attorney representing the buyer, lead to a four-month delay in the closing, my own agent had to constantly follow up with him to ensure the process was moving forward in a timely manner. His unprofessionalism was on full display on the date of closure when he showed up so late for the appointment for the buyer’s walk-through of the property, my agent had to conduct it herself with the buyer. Even after showing up to the house after the walk-through was started, he still arrived over an hour late to the actual closing (apparently running personal errands is more important than arriving on time). To make matters worse, he displayed no remorse for his actions and didn’t even bother to apologize. If this situation was this stressful for me, I can’t imagine how the buyer felt as her teams’ incompetence lead to a four-month delay before she had the opportunity to go home. I would recommend that anyone looking to sell or purchase a home should avoid using NYC Real Estate at all costs and specifically, Mr. Taru Thompson.
I had a pleasant time working with agent Taru. He was very responsive, and helpful ( building credit)I was able to finally close on a multi-family which I never thought was possible because he helped me think outside the box.Even with his multiple business endeavors he always put me and my girlfriend first and we forever be grateful thanks Taru ,God Bless 🙏🏽
If I didnt get the the help that I got from Move NY Real Estate, LLC I would still be looking for an apartment to this day. Norris James was awesome is being responsive and assisting us with being able to find a perfect place to call home. 2021-12-16I had a great experience using Move NYC Real Estate. From my first interaction with Norris, I felt comfortable, as he walked me through the complete process. He then had a meeting with myself and Anthony, where they both listened to my top priorities that I was looking for, for my first home. They sent me a few houses that met my family’s needs that night. I am happy to say that my husband and I closed on our home yesterday, and it was the first home that they showed us. I totally recommend them. Anthony was amazing!

2021-02-26Both Tiffany Daniels and Norris James were a pleasure to work with. Tiffany was extremely responsive. I would show her a house, she would contact the sellers agent that day and we would visit the house the day after. They always assured me that I would find a house that I loved and they helped me get it ! Even when I started to slow down in the search process, they would send me the new listed properties and follow up with me to make sure I didnt want to see any other properties. Tiffany and Norris would contact everyone involved in my housing transaction to ensure that we would close in a timely manner. I truly appreciate both of them and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

2021-05-21Tiffany Daniels was/is absolutely amazing. I was apprehensive about relocating to a new borough, especially during the pandemic but Tiffany’s knowledge of the neighborhood settle my concerns and I am glad I made the move. She is a compassionate professional that actually responds to emails and returns phone calls. I have recommended her to a number of my friends/co-workers and if I choose to relocate again in the future, Tiffany will be the ONLY broker I contact.

2021-10-11I would highly recommend Jeremy Williams as a realtor. He was so diligent in helping me to find an apartment and scored me an amazing rate. I was in town for one day and he showed me over 6 properties all within my budget. When I returned home across the country, he sent me videos of units so that I would be comfortable picking an apartment without seeing it in person. Ultimately, I did choose an apartment based on the videos Jeremy sent me and I am ecstatic with the results. I’m so thankful to have been helped by Jeremy!

2022-01-25Gloria was very warm and responsive to my partner and I through the home buying process. She was knowledgeable and constantly looking for new and and better things we may have missed, and when we decided on the place we wanted, she was in our court.
