Been going to Dr. Ben for over two months now and I can say that for the first time in 3 years I am back-pain free. I’m thrilled with the service he provides and I’ll continue to go until he banishes me 🤣🤣🤣 OH staff? Phenomenal!
If you are looking for an excellent chiropractor, I cant recommend Dr. Ben enough -- he is knowledgeable, honest and friendly and takes his time to make sure you are well cared for. The rest of the staff is also wonderful, from the massage therapists to the office manager, Lucy, who always has a smile on her face and makes you feel welcome. Every time I go there I walk out feeling great, like a weight was lifted off my shoulders!

Dr. Ben and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and organized. Ive been going there to treat pains from an autoimmune condition, and I always leave their office feeling like a new person. Dr. Ben is an excellent chiropractor and he is thorough in finding tense spots. I very highly recommend getting massages with Venus as well. She uses several techniques and can get through the toughest knots. Move Well truly lives up to their name!

The best team of Chiropractors and wellness center in NYC. This is my first time ever visiting a Chiropractor. The deep tissue massage and adjustment treatment will leave you feeling like you are walking on clouds. The doctor and entire staff was excellent. Definitely coming back!

Dr. Ben is the best chiropractor Ive seen. He has helped me more in the last 4 weeks than anyone has in the past. He identified the causes of problems instead of just treating the symptoms. I have been coming here for my chronic pains for years. Unlike my previous chiropractor, who did the same set of adjustment mechanically, Dr. Ben does the adjustment according to the condition of my muscles and the position of my bones. So each time is a bit different and right to the point. Also, the massage therapy before the adjustment not only warms up my muscles but also relaxes them. Plus the stretch exercises afterwards, I always feel like a new person when I leave. Super-friendly staffs and minimal wait time perfect the experience. I highly recommend this place for people with muscle pains like me!
I was running late and the staff was so kind and understanding! I got a 30 min massage and then seen by the doctor. First: the physical therapist was phenomenal. She knew instantly where my neck pain was coming from. She was right on point with identifying the areas in my neck that needed the most attention. Secondly: The doctor spent at least 15 minutes identifying my symptoms. He was able to figure out what I was feeling and immediately carried out stretching exercises followed by a couple of adjustment. He was patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. I left completely relaxed. Defiantly an amazing place! With an amazing staff!

As always, I had a great appointment with Dr .Ben and the MoveWell crew. In fact my muscles/joints are feeling so well that we are giving spreading out visits a try to see how I do. The staff is always excellent and friendly.

Everyone is super super nice here. They know you like a friend. Its easy to schedule or cancel based on your own schedule, especially suitable for those who have a fix work schedule. Doctors are professional and knowledgable and give you treatment based your own will combined with their prescription. Highly recommend it!!
The staff is very nice and warm. I went to this place with open arms, when I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed that I was not able to find a doctor that could help me or accept my out of network insurance that was very pricey. They were ready to help and I felt relieved after my first visit with the doctor. :)
I have been coming to Dr Gruen for the past year and hes great! I was in a ton of pain before and now its like Im a new person. Dr. Gruen and the rest of the MoveWell MD staff are great with their patients. I will suffer the long commute to continue coming to this practice. Highly recommend!
Really glad I decided to go to Move Well MD after checking out their yelp reviews. Lot of attention to detail and felt I was being heard. I have had the best sleep in 2 years now that most of my pain is gone. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I had excruciating pain in my shoulder went to many orthopedists who would only inject me with cortisone. I heard about the new stem cell process. Dr. E. Tzanidrs then injected me with stem cell. I now have 95% relief and am able to sleep at night. He is a very courteous and compassionate physician.
I went to a chiropractor that said I was FROZEN! Dr. Ben!!! Unfroze me. Effortlessly! Everyone there? Amazing and got me in quick. Highly recommend.

I have herniated in my C5 and C6, he did adjustment even I was not too sure because I did not had any symptoms other then just little stiffness, after the adjustment everything start to went down, am in so much pain and all the possible symptoms you can think of i am having now.I wish I would not have gone to this place, my life would have been so better.

Michelle is a sweetheart displaying a warm, winning, and wonderful personality as she offers her therapeutic back work. 2021-11-11Ive been a regular patient at Move Well for over 6 years. Dr Ben has truly helped me stay in good physical shape well into my 40s. Any aches and pains are immediately alleviated as a result of my weekly visits. Ask about the acupuncture, its been a great addition to my routine.The best part is the staff. They are super friendly and make you feel like family. Theyre the best! Six stars if I were allowed 🌟

2022-02-11I have been going to Move Well since a couple of years now. They are amazing at what they do. Dr. Ben has magic in his hands. Which is also why, I drive an hour and half to go see them. I have tried other chiros in my area but nobody comes close to how good Dr. Ben is. Everyone at the clinic is super nice and are always very welcoming. Definitely recommend!

2021-11-11I have given a previous review on Yelp, regarding the amazing service here! I came in in January for major shoulder and arm pain from rock climbing. The office and the staff were and are amazing, accommodating, helpful, kind and fun. Every time I come in, its like Cheers, everyone knows your name. I dont come as often anymore since I am basically all healed. It is such a pleasure to come here and the reviews are obvious that this is the best PT office in NYC!

2019-01-25With many from the jujitsu community looking for relief from pain I was blessed to find a practice with multidisciplinary techniques and services for all my special injuries.As a patient I can attest to the benefits of Move Well MD services first hand its my weekly treatments that keep me in the game. With Chronic back, neck, and knee Injuries because of daily training I might not make the month with out Move Well.Dr. Ben and the staff are the best I feel like Family every time i come to the office. My first visit to the office was almost 2 years ago because of a sever neck crank during sparring i couldnt look to my right for almost 2 weeks. So I tried Move Well for relief because it was in the area and thank goodness I did. After the first visit I already had almost full range and mobility of my neck. I went back two days later for a second session and I was brand new and ready to get back to training. If Your looking for pain relief dont look further you wont be sorry .

2021-11-30Move Well MD is a one stop shop for holistic chiropractic care. Dr. Ben is fantastic as well as all of the team members there. What’s best about this office is that they offer multiple different pain remedies from adjustments, massage, acupuncture and injection therapy. I have been going since early 2019 and even after a move I find myself still making the trip into this office bc I know I will get the best care there.
