This was the best service I have ever received for my 8 year old refrigerator. The techs were knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts and returned two days later to expertly perform the repairs. I am beyond impressed with Mr. Appliance of Clifton Park!
I literally spent and wasted $127 for a service call for the burners on my oven with this company. The repairman was not even in my house for a half hour. He told me it needed 3 different parts. Yes, he could have ordered the parts, but it wasnt worth the price. The quote was for over $800. This appliance place is overly expensive. I could buy a new oven for the same price. Either way, dont spend your money on this company. Its a total rip off and a waste of time. Instead, when you do purchase a new appliance get the extended warranty instead of calling this company.
Mr. appliance was very responsive to my request for issue with our oven. They provided us with an appointment the following day and sent a text confirming along with a picture of James who would be coming. James texted he would be there shortly and showed up on time. Very friendly and professional. His partner Rich came and they proceeded to identify the the issue and how to repair. Highly recommend this company and their employees
Technician showed up within the scheduled time. He was polite, friendly, and quick to finish. I waited three months with a broken oven before I called, only to have someone at my house the day after I called then have it fixed within 30 minutes of their arrival. I highly recommend them.
The tech gave me options and what was worth repairing and what was questionable cost wise. Very professional, clean work, spot on in pricing, and even with parts ordered the repairs were done in a week. I like that a text shows you the photo of the worker and a narrow window of when to expect them rather than make customers wait all day. Reasonably priced. They are my new go to people.
The tech arrived well within the arrival window. He was courteous and got right to the task. He diagnosed the issue, took care of it and cleaned back of fridge. He made a recommendation on how to improve it’s efficiency. He cleaned the floor of dirt from fridge, and that was it. Bottom line, he was prompt, friendly and thorough.
Unscruplous. I spoke to Mr. A today (the person who schedules service) about a specific refrigerator repair and was advised that, if I ordered the part, they would absolutely do the repair - in fact, my ordering the part makes it easier for them. I then went ahead, ordered the several hundred $ part, and called back to schedule the repair. The owner, Ed, picked up the phone and said he didnt care what his employee told me or that, relying on his employees representation, I paid for the part, and despite that his company has a history with the brand and is listed as an authorized service provider, he had no interest in repairing that brand anymore. Completely left me hanging with no conscience for the situation they put me in.A company with no regard for customers is not a company people should take a chance on. Go to All Brand Appliance in Melrose, Kens Appliance in Clifton Park or Earl Feiden or Marcellas in Schenectady.
Ed the owner was very responsive and did in one hour what another company had been working on for 6 weeks. Jim the tecnician arrive on time and was exceptional in the repair, he was personable and professional. Would reccomend 100% that if you need a repair this is the company to call.
Ed was very professional when taking my call, and diagnosed the problem from my description of the situation. He set up an appointment for Craig to come repair my washing machine the very next day. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future if I have the need of their services.
I found Mr. Appliance to be responsive to my needs and interested in what was wrong with my oven. The technicians arrived when they said they would and were able to immediately diagnose the problem. The part they ordered fit and corrected the problem. The technicians were unfailingly polite.
Mr. Appliance did a great job of repairing my refrigerator, despite the pandemic interrupting parts delivery. They stayed on top of ordering the part, checking many vendors over several months. When the part did arrive, they were able to install it immediately. They also were able to help after they left when the control panel went into some weird state. They were great - from Stephanie to Craig to the owner!
The service provided by Reggie at Mr Appliance was hands down the best service I have ever received for a household item. Every part of the transaction from calling to make the appointment to the follow up was professional, kind, and courteous. They were able to make the appointment quickly and showed up promptly when promised with ample notification. I loved the companys process of sending the name of the technician along with a picture of who to expect showing up at your door. They wore booties over their shoes to avoid tracking in dirt and mud which I found very respectful. The job was completed efficiently and well with plenty of explanation in laymens terms of what he did and what to expect. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repair in Clifton Park and surrounding areas. I feel safe knowing that if I encounter any issues with appliances in the future I know just who to call.

When another appliance repair company was 2+ weeks out to troubleshoot our washer, I called Mr. Appliance. Not only were they professional and responsive, a service technician was at our home the next day. An estimate of repair was provided, parts needed were immediately ordered and our washer was back and operational the day after the parts were received. Great communication from Mr. Appliance through the entire service and repair process!

Jason was very knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with. He explained why the work on the water in the door on my fridge may or may not continue to work. He also said the work was not able to be warranted which made sense to me- the unit is no longer manufactured.I highly recommend this company for appliance repair.
After a very terrible year I came home to a broken dishwasher and it was the last straw.Thank God for Jason Hernandez! They were able to fit me in the day I called and the repair guy, Jason, was right on time. He listened to the issue I described and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. I have contemplated calling Mr. Appliance for a while. After reading reviews and then having Mr. Appliance drive by me on the Northway, it was a sign to make an appt. I made an online appt with ease and found an appt time that worked for my schedule and was only a couple days from when my issue arose. i received a friendly followup phone call and email to confirm my appt. Just this part of the process was professional and friendly. On the day of my appt, my repair technician called me to discuss my issue and wanted to check in with me to make sure he could address the issue most efficiently and effectively and gather additional information if it could helphim with the repair I needed on my Kenmore washer. James A was my technician and he gets five thumbs up! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 He was friendly, professional, considerate and knowledgeable. When Mr. Appliance was on site, I mentioned another issue I had with my dryer and he was able to fix that too. I called Mr. Appliance yesterday and today, less than 24 hours later my oven is fixed. I couldn’t ask for a better guy. I was extremely impressed with how professional James was. He wore booties into my home so he was very respectful. He diagnosed the problem and was able to make the repair. Most techs would have ordered a new part but James found glass in the pump of my dishwasher. He could have told me I needed a new pump but he didn’t. He was fair and honest which unfortunately is not always the case. Thank you!

AWESOME in every sense of the word! Ann was the amazing. I called on Monday to have the oven in my stove repaired and asked about installation of a new dishwasher I purchased. She scheduled a technician to come on Wednesday and I was surprised to receive a call from her on Tuesday saying there was a cancellation and the tech was in the area and would be able to come in a little while. James was the technician, and we couldn’t have been happier with his work. He had the part he needed in his van and got our oven working in very little time. He also assessed what needed to be done to install our new dishwasher and Ann scheduled him to come back the next day. He arrived at the promised time, and if Home Depot had sold me the correct junction box he would have been able to install it. What really impressed me was how he went above and beyond to try to find the part right then, but unfortunately I had to order it online from Home Depot. The part arrived on Friday (4th of July weekend) and when I called Ann she scheduled him to come back on Tuesday after the holiday weekend. He came out and completed the install and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. Their rates are very reasonable and the customer service and installation expertise was excellent. If you have read this review because you need help with your appliances, call them first. You will not be disappointed.

The technician, James Albert, was very good. He fixed the problem (dryer timer knob), and honestly discussed options if the knob broke again: the cost of replacing the whole timer mechanism on my old dryer versus the cost of buying a new dryer. I appreciated being presented with no-pressure options. I will definitely call Mr. Appliance for any repairs I may need in the future.
We called Mr Appliance based on recommendations of our neighbors on our community Facebook page. They were able to schedule a mutually convenient time and the technician even came earlier than they had said he would! He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The part came in three days later which was surprising what with all the delays in shipping etc right now. He came the next day and installed it. We are very happy with the service we received.
My Samsung Residential Refrigerator was not keeping food and drinks cold. But the freezer worked perfectly fine. Mr Appliance sent there Ace Repair man Craig. He was quick to diagnose the problem. Said that he sees it all the time. All the evaporator coils freeze up with Ice and then the fan stops blowing cold air etc. Craig ordered the necessary parts and installed one week later. He also recommended I install new drains in back of the unit because he sees frequent backup from plug lines. All jobs were done quick and efficiently. Craig was very clean and worked very professionally so as not to make a mess. Made sure he wore slippers over his shoes so that he did not track dirt on the floor. Both my Wife and I are very pleased with the work performed by Mr. Appliance and there whole team from Craig, the Woman on the phone who set up my appointment to the Owner all are very, understanding, professional, and through. Very responsive. Rich showed up as scheduled with the part needed. He was friendly, professional, and personable. We had a little trouble finding the water line to the refrigerator in the basement, but he located it behind the suspended ceiling, and everything turned out great. Checked everything for leaks or any other problems when he was finished, and it was a first rate job. Highly recommend this company.

I received constant text communication about the time slot as it got narrowed down. Regginald was courteous, professional and did a fantastic job. My new Speed Queen washer (1.5 years old) had been a nightmare until my first call to Mr.Appliance. The Customer service representative listened to my saga and was able to service the warranty work for the next week. I received several text and email reminders and updates, one with the reps picture.The service representative, Craig, arrived on time,put down a floor mat and booties.Even though the nightmare continued with Alliance Laundry Services, Craig and the professionals at Mr. Appliance kept me informed and were supportive throughout the 6 weeks it took to fix the machine.I wish they would consider including Glens Falls as part of your service area.The Best!
I tried several appliance repairmen before finding Mr. Appliance. Every one of them told my that my appliances were too old (theyre not) and shouldnt be repaired (the should). I finally called Mr. Appliance, who sent their repairman, Rich, within 48 hours of making the call. He correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and a week later, made the repair. I was at my wits end with my appliances, and was nearly about to purchase brand new ones. Mr. Appliance and Rich saved me thousands of dollars. Highly recommended.
This is my second repair experience with Mr. Appliance having called them about two years ago to repair our washer. I was a happy customer than and I am a happy customer now. From the start, contact with this business was positive. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and able to provide me with an appointment the next day. She clearly explained what the charge for the service call would be if I decided not to make the repair. On the day of my appointment, I received a text announcing when the serviceman would arrive along with a picture of him and his first name. Rich, who was very pleasant, diagnosed the problem, informed me of what the charges for the repair would be and explained he would need to order the part but expected he would be back to complete the repair by the upcoming a Monday. He did in fact return on that day. One year’s warranty is provided for the repair. Can’t say enough about Rich’s professional service and recommend without reservation using Mr. Appliance for all you appliance repairs.
Initial contact was friendly and customer oriented. Appointment was scheduled quickly to address issue. Follow-up contact was made by company to confirm appt, informMe of who the Assigned Technician was, with a photograph to identify him. They took all precautions with regard to aafety, we’re timely, identified needed repair, and went over it in detail with me and associated cost before proceeding. Repair was timely, professionally done, and done at a a very reasonable expense. Extremely happy with service and will use again if needed.

The tech showed up and could not perform the job and he was unprofessional and rude to me the customer. He told me they could not fix the problem and may take a few days to get the part. When I requested he ask the owner of the company or try to see if anyone else had the part he told me “your not going to set the terms” I called the owner who said maybe they can get the part tomorrow and fix the problem and to wait for them to call me back. No phone call. I called them and asked the owner than said they are not charging me the fee and are not going to fix the job. He listened to his tech over the customer and I feel and believe this is a racial biases decision.
Our fridge stopped working and Mr. Appliance sent Jason out the next day - he was able to repair the fridge for a lot less the cost of a new one! There was another issue about a week later with the fridge that Jason did not catch because it was very rare and no codes showed up - they sent out Rich the following day and did not charge us for any of the labor on two more visits for the second fix. Parts were ordered and installed quickly. These folks are friendly, competent, and professional all around from every phone call to every visit. Would recommend!
Our service man, Craig was on time and very professional. He was very respectful of the covid protocols.He diagnosed the problem with our washer within minutes. He said a power board was needed and would need to see if one was in the office. He left and came back within a couple of hours!He provided fast and excellent service. The cost was very reasonable as well. We will definitely call Mr. Appliance again and recommend them to our friends as well.
Very pleased with the service provided. They were able to respond quickly. Sent a picture of the technician and while they gave you a window of time to expect service they sent a text during window when they were on the way. This is the 3rd time I have used them. Both technicians were professional and personable as well as neat and tidy. Will use again and recommend.
Very disappointed with this service. Easy setting up an appointment. Spoke with representative on the phone, gave them make and model of fridge. They scheduled an appointment 48 hours out - ok fine that is prety speedy. Repairman comes to the house to diagnose and fix and indicates he is not an expert with this type of fridge (GE). This information was provided by me however, on the initial intake call and yet they sent someone who literally showed up personally, looked at it, and said yeah this is broken, but I cant fix it you need to have someone else come. That cost me $110. For literally a guy to come, tell me what I already knew and then say he couldnt do jack about it and if I wanted them they could send another guy to do some diagnostics for another $350. I mine as well have taken a $100 bill out of my pocket and ripped it up - because thats the level of service I got from these guys. So no, I would NOT recommend this company.
I was thoroughly impressed when I called the office and explained what our issue was with our range. The woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I hung up feeling very comfortable with the company. Craig and Reggie showed up on time. They were very professional and went to work straight away. Craig explained what he was doing to diagnose the problem and he had the part on hand. My range was fixed within a matter of minutes. Very friendly and professional and again, I felt very comfortable with the service professionals. I highly recommend this company.
Reggie just came out to fix our dryer (which was making terrible sounds), and he was absolutely wonderful. Courteous, knowledgeable, timely and generally nice to interact with. I went online and scheduled my appointment on Monday, for Thursday morning. I received a follow up call from Molly asking for some additional details (ie model number) and confirming the appointment. I then received a text yesterday with a two hour window for today and then another text when Reggie was on his way (both included a photo so I knew who to expect). He arrived, diagnosed the problem, explained the expected cost to repair and then was able to repair - and an hour later my dryer was up and running! The cost of the service was more than fair, and the quality of the customer service was exceptional!! We will be sure to use them again for any future needs, and you should too!Thanks Mr. Appliance!
I am very pleased with my recent experience using Mr. Appliance. Stephanie is great on the phone and clearly communicated expectations. Unlike other providers, the techs were primed for my dryer repair as they had the needed parts on hand. The techs (Rich and Jason) were professional and respectful and had the requisite knowledge to diagnose and complete the repair on the first visit. I definitely will use them for future appliance repair.
Great local business; good experience working with both staff on the phone to book the appointments and with the service professional who did the work. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and the ice maker is working great now! Plus, work is guaranteed for a year, which is good, too.
Water was not going into my washer. I called Mr Appliance and the owner Ed answered and had the repair person come the same day. James, the repairman, fixed in in no time. I am so pleased with the professional and friendly service James performed today. I will use them from now on whenever i have an appliance break.
Craig was the technician assigned to our case. He diagnosed the issue on his first visit, ordered the necessary parts to make the repair and got it done.I will never use any other repair service for non-warranty work. In my experience they show up on time, work neatly, and charge fair prices. What more could you want?
Our dishwasher suddenly stopped working and I called Mr. Appliance for help. They were able to send someone over same day to take a look. They even sent a photo of the rep and timeslot. The rep came between the timeslot and was very professional. He helped us discover that the dishwasher had been leaking and the board was no longer working. Rather than try to get us to replace it, he let us know the board would be just as expensive as getting a new dishwasher. He gave us a few recommendations on what dishwashers to avoid and those he thought were high quality. I would certainly use them again.
Exceptional service. Our technician Reginald was very polite and diagnosed what was wrong with our stove almost immediately. Reggie worked quickly and cleanly which I really appreciated. He was also kind enough to explain what the problem and explained how he was able to resolve the issue.
Very professional right from the first phone call. Craig Cook was excellent and fixed my problem that All Brands did not. A complete diagnostic was conducted and had to replace the temperature sensor. All Brands did nothing but take a hair dryer and thaw the coils. Took my money and ran!
Mr. Appliance was a lifesaver. We had recently moved into a new condo and had questions about several of the appliances, which were all different brands. The technician was able to test each one that we had questions about. He reassured us that most were working within specifications, and ordered the part to make a repair on the last one. The follow up appointment to install the part was within a week and was completed quickly. There was great communication and no hard sells. Truly a pleasure and I would recommend them to anyone.
Superior customer service from the cheerful, efficient woman who answered the phone to the awesome repair techs who solved the fridge/freezer breakdown in about an hour and had the part on their truck. And get this: they emailed a photo and number of the repairman the day before AND about a half hour before the actual appointment; how great is that?! Highly highly recommend!
I had a problem with my wall oven not heating properly. Thought it was going to be $$$ to fix. Craig re-calibrated it and Ill see if it did the trick! My dryer (20 years old) was making odd sounds. Craig replaced belt, pulley, and rollers. Works like a charm! Totally professional and mindful of mask wearing, etc. to keep everyone safe. Would recommend using Mr. Appliance!...and Craig. Great response time and very quickly identified the problems. Washer parts were more expensive than a new washer so ultimately did not repair.Would definitely call again for service. Repairmen were professional and their office personnel answering my phone call was extremely helpful in finding information required before visit.
I just wanted thank Mr Appliance and especially Reggie for his professional, excellent customer service and his quick service getting my oven back up and running. In less than 20 minutes he had the oven open, problem diagnosed, fixed and put back together. Reggie and George came in to diagnose and repair a terrible screeching noise my dryer was making. They had the issues diagnosed in less than 10 minutes, and had the parts on hand to repair. They were very honest and open about what needed to be repaired, including other parts didnt need to be repaired, but that could fail in the future. They offered to replace those as well, but advised given the age of the unit, it may be better to replace it altogether when those parts ultimately fail. Very professional, courteous and COVID conscious. I would definitely recommend them.
We had an excellent experience with Mr. Appliance. Stephanie who answered my call was great, she got all my information and I had an appointment the next day. I had been without a dryer for 2 weeks so I was very happy to hear this. Rich, our technician was amazing! Very kind and considerate and even put up with my rambunctious dog and 3 year old! Craig was the tech that serviced my washer. Very nice man, professional, was able to diagnose the problem, and do the repair. I have a GE washer, turns out the computer module needed an upgrade. It wasnt spinning when it reached that part of the cycle unless I had a very small load. More expensive than I hoped it would be. Conscientious of Covid safety, even brought a rug to wipe his feet on before walking through my home. Id recommend this company.
We are very happy with the professionalism of Mr. Appliance and will definitely use them again if/when needed. The receptionist, Stephanie, was so nice and helpful and our service man was quick and efficient. They tried their best to get us the service time that was quick and worked for our schedule. Highly recommend! My washer wasnt working and I had laundry to do for a trip to see family for the holidays. I contacted Mr. Appliance and received the best customer service from beginning to end! The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my washer was working in a tight time period so I could do laundry before my trip. They did a great job! A happy mistake! I had an appointment with anther company for my washer, although they still hadnt confirmed a time. I went to google to look up the number and ended up calling Mr Appliance in Clifton Park instead. Stephanie was very professional and made arrangements for a service tech to come within hours. Not only did she set the appointment but also confirmed through a text and called to tell me he was running early.Steve came to my home and immediately handed me a card and put booties on before entering. He was very professional, explained everything to me and absolutely showed that he knew what he was doing from start to finish! The price was reasonable and the customer service was A+. The heating element for our dryer needed to be replaced but after a little dismantling the technician Rich also noticed that the belt was going bad along with the pulley that makes the dryer tumble. Luckily all of the needed parts were in the Mr. Appliance van. Relatively quick service(less than 2hrs). Mr. Appliance charges for the job not by the hour so there was no need to dilly-dally like others might. Thank you! Definitely a 5 star job.
From beginning to end, the whole process was smooth. Craig showed up at time scheduled time. Deduced the problem and gave me job price.Fixed dryer problem. Left work are clean. Due to Covid-19 issues, when he arrived he was gloved, masked and booted up. Would recommend this company for any appliance repair issues.Great job. Very clean & efficient and reasonable priced.

Was initially skeptical (mostly because I had never heard of them), but the tech that showed up was very capable and had no reservations explaining what they found and what it meant, and there was no pressure to push any kind of repair. I was very happy with the whole experience and will definitely look to them for my future appliance repair needs.Communications with the firm were also very good--they called prior to the tech showing up and emailed a picture of the technician as well as confirming the time.
My husband spoke with Ed when our setting an appointment so that they had a good idea of the problem with our freezer was. Our technician Craig was very timely, professional and courteous. Craig explained what the issues could be as to why our freezer was now working and how he could potentially fix it. He estimated the cost with us before he started the repair. My dryer stopped working after a power outage I had used this service once before and automatically thought of them again they were awesome enough to fit me in their busy schedule the next day!.. Very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Appliance. They repaired my washing machine and dishwasher. Company was very communicative and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I have no problem paying for good service and value, received both from this company.
I just want to thank Mr Appliance and everyone helping out… I can’t speak highly enough of the service. On top of that and certainly most important the repairs were done quickly and without problems. I’ve had other companies help out and seem never to understand what the problem is in the first place. My Maytag dryer for a long while didnt have enough heat to dry my clothes in one cycle. I had to repeat the cycle 2 or 3 times. It has cost more to run as a result. I called Mr Appliance of Clifton Park and within a couple days a service tech arrived. He explained to me what could possibly be the problem. He checked the vent and said I had good air flow. So he ruled that out. He opened up the dryer and determined I needed a new coil. While he had the workings of the dryer open, he cleaned out lint that had accumulated inside. He had a coil with him but unfortunately it did not fit my dryer model. Within 2 days he returned with the proper coil and installed it. My dryer is working like new. I have used Mr Appliance to repair my dishwasher last year and it has worked without issues ever since.
I highly recommend Mr. Appliance! They were extremely professional from the initial phone call made, I spoke with the receptionist and the owner who were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Our technician Rich was also top notch. He replaced an igniter in our gas oven. Instead of ordering the special order item which was costly, he used a universal igniter which works the same and saved us several hundred dollars! So thank you. We have found our new appliance fixer business!
Tech spent a little over an hour to clean out a clogged dishwasher line and $195 bill. Zero parts. I do not see $150 an hour being a reasonable rate for an appliance repair. It is a $400 dishwasher to begin with. I take fault for not discussing rate before agreeing to the appointment but still feel that the rate is a rip off. Buyer beware and please find out the rates before you have them do work for you.Update:After a bumpy experience with the repair the owner called us the next day to apologize and come to a solution to the problem and breakdown of communication. Customer service really was taken care of the way it should be and I appreciate that. Even though the experience was bad to begin with they did the best they could to make it right.
Great response to request for service on our Electrolux Dishwasher.I spoke directly to the owner and he explained costs of services right up front. I knew who was my technician as they sent an alert with a picture of him and thought that was great. When Rich, the technician arrived, he was polite and very informative on what he was going to try and accomplish. When all was said, the cost of repairs were more than we were willing to spend on an almost 10 year old appliance. Rich was concerned as well that the way it was looking that we would end up spending even more because the issue and fixes may cause other failures. We ended up just paying for the diagnostics and are going to buy a new Dishwasher. Great service, great advice and we will definitely call them again for any other appliance services.
Excellent customer service. Called Sunday night to leave message and they called me 830AM to schedule appointment. They texted me a picture and name of technician and a 2 hour window of when theyre coming. Got another text when they were 30 minutes away.If youre looking for a quick turnaround then this is the place.Steve was our tech and he explained everything in detail. Your technician, Craig, seemed to know exactly what the problem was with our refrigerator/freezer. He went about the task of installing the new part in an expeditious manner. We were able to get a same day service call within hours of calling, which was definitely a plus.
I found Mr. Appliance on Angies list and called and left a message late Thursday night about my Kenmore Dryer. Early Friday morning I got a call from Sabrina and she set up an appointment for me the same day! She is friendly and very helpful. She sent me an email with my techs name and picture and what time he would be arriving. Steve arrived even before the time stated and found the problem and fixed it quickly. He showed me where the problem originated and since the dryer came with the house he familiarized me with it. I am extremely pleased with the service! I will be recommending them and calling them again if need be.
I had a great experience with them. I have an odd ball pellet stove that I called to have them repair . Long story short . They were trying to get a new part for me and it didnt work out for them to do the work.However, I found them to be truthful , eager to help resolve the problem and had suggestions to help. I just had my dishwasher repaired by Rich Amann from Mr. Appliance. I dont recall ever having such good service. He was here yesterday, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and the job was complete by 3PM today.In addition to knowing his trade, he is extremely polite and very punctual. This is the first time Ive used Mr. Appliance of Clifton Park, but I certainly will use them again. When I contacted them I gave them the model number of my appliance and texted them a photo of the broken part. To my astonishment when the technician appeared he had the correct part and installed it is less than 15 minutes. He was on time and polite. I received his photo before he appeared and a notification that he was on the way. Really pleased with their service.
Called Mr. Appliance (Clifton Park NY) as our refrigerator stopped working. Their tech quickly diagnosed a burnt motherboard (never thought a fridge has such a big computer inside...).While promised to return in 1-2 days later, the guy (Steve?) actually returned the same day in the afternoon and repaired it.Great service and help !Recommended - if your appliances cause you any trouble.
Bosch Dishwasher stopped working. Craig arrived next day at the agreed time, and found the problem was a broken door latch switch. Craig didnt have the part on his truck, but the owner was on his way back from Albany, and turned around to pick up the part. Craig went on to another service call nearby. An hour and a half later the new part was delivered, installed and machine was working. Price is very reasonable for top-notch service.
I scheduled online for the following day when my refrigerator died during the COVID-19 lockdown. I got a phone call to review my issues and they new exactly what was wrong with it. My service person Andrew I believe showed up the next day and was very nice and quickly resolved my problems and gave me a overview of what the problem was which were due to a manufacturer flaw with the Samsung units. I recently needed a repair on my clothes dryer. I called Mr Appliance and spoke with Ed, the owner, and knew I was dealing with a professional and good person. Scheduled an appointment for the following day and his service tech Ed arrived promptly. After laying down a door mat before entering my house and putting on boot covers over his shoes, he quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me the parts replacement on his IPad and explained why they failed, how he would repair the dryer, and quoted the cost which was very fair. He had the parts on his truck and completed the repair efficiently. He cleaned up the lint inside the unit (which I never would have gotten to) and wiped out the inside drum, leaving it cleaner than when he arrived. I cant imagine a better service tech in the industry. I highly recommend that if you need an appliance repair, do yourself a favor and call Mr Appliance and you wont be disappointed!

2022-08-18After much research of various appliance repair options, I chose Mr Appliance and was impressed. They were responsive and professional.Their business process and communication was excellent. They sent notifications of the technician’s name, picture, and arrival time. The technicians (Craig and Ben) were both great guys. They were polite, professional, and they fixed both our oven and refrigerator/ freezer.

2022-07-22I have a beverage refrigerator that stopped working with no power. 2 techs arrived and diagnosed the problem as a bad board that would cost over $400 to replace if they could get one . Idecided not to repair it and ordered a new beverage refrigerator based on their professional opinion.This diagnostic service cost $120.When you call professionals in their field you can only assume that they know their business. After watching the techs troubleshoot the refrigerator I became concerned and had questions. After 2 days I plugged it in and pushed the on switch for the refrigerator for 15 seconds and it started working and has been running for days without a problem.Can you imaging the outcome if I had ordered a new board and paid for installation.

2022-04-28Had the pleasure of having Craig C. and Reggie B. come to the house to service a GE side by side fridge. Both gentlemen polite, professional, and a credit to your company. Repair wasnt cheap, but then again, nothing is these days. Being as it was an older model they couldnt run a diagnostic, or perform a forced cycle on the ice maker. Craig was forthcoming on possible issues/fixes and made it abundantly clear, being unable to run diagnostics, nothing was a guarantee. I appreciated the honesty, rolled the dice, and scheduled a repair. Just heard the first batch of ice drop. Would not hesitate to use/recommend your company in the future. 2022-03-27I don’t do reviews often but these guys are absolutely amazing! Called with a dryer issue early Monday morning. Helped me right away, actually listened to my concern and got me a appointment within two hours! James came out and had my 10 year old whirlpool up and running in less than 30 minutes. Parts we’re in stock on the van Couldn’t ask for a more professional and knowledgeable technician. I wouldn’t use anyone else in appliance repair.
