Mr. B is the best in the business. Customer service A-1, everything was simple and very easy. You would think that it would be a difficult process if your purchasing anything on the other side of the country or if not local. Chairs are emaculate and the shipping is not bad at all(7 days). First of all I am in LOVE with my mirrors! I mean I love all of my equipment but these L E D mirrors are amazing! All of the equipment I purchased is great quality!! Very easy and helpful to work with! Secondly, Scot! I have been talking to him during this pandemic on deliveries and working with me while my salon was getting construction and I felt like I was talking to my friend I knew forever, without even ever meeting him! I am truly happy with Mr Bs overall! If I ever expand again, i will surely be back!
I purchased two Seville chairs from Mr. B. Best investment in my new shop. The chairs were expidited to my front door, packaged very well, and extremely easy to assemble. I met Mr. Al at the IBS hair show in NYC. This gentleman and his company have so much experience in all salon equipment. I purchased over $20k in equipment so find someone I could trust was important to me. Their quality control exceeded my expectations. Directly from the manufacturer I had two chairs that had small defects, even though they were small Mr. Al took care of it immediately and without hesitation or questions. After that response, I decided to order more from Mr. Beauty because that fortified our business relationship. Last but not least, he gave me an amazing deal on everything.

This is a great spot! Right when I arrived Scot and Mr. B we’re standing there they greeted me right away and I felt very welcomed. Then they said browse around let me know if you have questions... it was nice to not be harassed like they do at furniture stores! When we were ready we started talking and Scot also advised up to check the showroom with all the new chairs which we did but we were still adamant on the vintage ones. Then we pin pointed exactly what style of chair then we picked all the details the color of upholstery, the powder coating, every little detail! I was so happy he listened to our vision and we got exactly what we asked for. Great service, great business can’t say enough good things. What can I say the all the guys at Mr.B especially (Al and Scott) are the real deal!!! Extremely knowledgeable and fair I ordered 2 special order barber chairs they were done a week ahead of time!!! Scott had his guys deliver the chairs to me about 2 hour drive upstate,he said they’d be at my shop at 8:30 am . they were there at 8:25!!!! Now that’s how you do it!!! I was recommended to Mr. Bs 8 years ago. He did my first shop and as I expanded into a second, bigger shop, they set me up with everything again. From the chairs, to stations, to the shampoo sink, they have it all. Their professionalism and service are unmatched. Buying Barber shop or Beauty Salon equipment is serious business. This is our livelihoods and none of us can afford to be throwing money away. This is where Mr. Bs comes in.Everyone in the position of purchasing a large order of equipment should do themselves a favor and call Mr.Bs first to get educated about the purchase they are going to make. Alan has been in the business for 40 years and their family longer than that. They know the business and products available to us as well as anyone in the US. They wont pressure you but will try to inform you of the best way to spend your money sensibly. We cant all afford the $3000 chairs. But they can direct you to the chairs that have done well in shops around the nation that sell for prices from $600 to $1000 that will serve you well.Theres plenty of chairs that sell for $350 to $550, but they wont last you much more than a year with any serious amount of traffic. Believe me, Ive been there and lost money as a result.In 27 years as a professional Barber Ive purchased Barber shop chairs on 5 different occasions and am preparing to invest again in the coming months. I made bad purchases on 3 of the 5 occasions, then I contacted Mr. B. After having a set of 5 chairs last only 1 year in the shop, I was glad to take his advice on a chair that was working for other barbers and seemed to be lasting 5 or 6 years. They worked great for me for 5 plus years with extremely heavy traffic of beef eating Nebraskan and large men, so I I couldnt have been happier.After around 2 years one of the pumps went out and in a matter of weeks there was a package with a replacement at my door. When you order your stuff from somebody youve never heard of in Asia via EBay or Amazon, youll never have that happen. Youll likely never be able to even contact someone to complain...They know their stuff. Theyre easy to work with. Theyre not out to rob us. And theyll likely match any price for a similar product out there. As a professional in this industry looking for quality equipment at fair prices, you cant beat Mr.Bs.

2021-04-14About 2 months ago my husband and I decided to take a ride out to Mr. Beauty Equipment from CT about an hour ride. I seen that my husbands friend J Majors used Mr. B so I knew it was good stuff. Well it was more than just good stuff, Mr. Bs is a family run business, we had the pleasure of working with Scot, he and his team helped my husbands dream come to life. Mr. Bs custom made each barber station from the ground up with the custom size custom color. They used they layout of our barbershop and let us know what works best. The barber chairs are Top notch. The customer service is %110 we text and called day and night like family,we never had to worry. They also restored my husbands 100 year old vintage barber chair! Pick up and delivered. It came out beautifully. I honestly cant say enough great things about Mr. Beauty Equipment. Thanks for everything!!

My man cave needed a certain look a wow factor and a barber chair fit the Description. After many hours on the internet I finally found the place. MR. 2020-11-02I had originally bought a barber chair from else where and came to Mr. B for a station. After being welcomed by Scot and given a tour around their warehouse I immediately returned the chair I previously bought because Scot was able to give the best competitive price! Between the covid 19 safety precautions, laughs and straight forwardness I was able to purchase the station I was looking for, chair and even a mirror! I was able to pick up my order same day because Scot went all out and waited beyond store hours for me. Now thats what I call great customer service. I will definitely be coming back and I already told everyone whos Interested in beauty equipment that I know to check them out !

2021-04-24Mr. B reupholstered and mechanically serviced my six year old Takara Belmont chairs that looked very worn after a lot of use. They did an excellent job. Chairs came back to the shop looking beautiful and working like brand new. Highly recommend.

2020-09-15I bought 3 Belmont barber chairs and 2 others that I had upholstered. They came out amazing and was very pleased with the results. I also bought 5 mats that are so comfortable to stand on. I will definitely go back for any other barber equipment in the future. Thank you Scot for the help.
