I was very happy with my service. My vehicle was finished in a timely manner and everyone was friendly. I will refer my friends and family to bring their vehicles to Mr. Tire.
Most people complain about expensive prices but overall you get what you pay for. The money is worth it and the time is not consuming. They worked on 2 different trucks of mines and I had no issues. Chris is pretty straight forward and honest. You cant beat it 👍🏽
Outstanding service, these guys saved me a day on my road trip to Niagara falls. First, they were open on memorial weekend and took me in without an appointment just before closing business, and second didnt charge me a dime and serviced my truck for free for being a veteran. Thank you for supporting the veterans!
Too often we are prone to comment on what has gone wrong or what has displeased us, moving here from California I was looking for place that offers complete services. I called around and decided to check out Mr. tire, Dean answered the phone and was very pleasant and indicated he could get me in right away for my oil change. Their Tire show room and service bays look well organized And their customer service was top-notch definitely will be back here for my tires and service needs. Definitely treated this new guy well and highly recommend.
My experiences with this mechanic shop is amazing. They really do treat me with respect and take care of me in the best way possible. The staff explains things as best as they can to me (I have little knowledge of car stuff) and helps me understand what needs to be done to the car. They have one of the MOST welcoming people on staff and friendliest. Kyle the store manager always takes care of me and what I ask to be done. I only trust Kyle and the Mr. Tire staff that can touch my car other then a dealership.
Excellent service and transparency about the whole process. I was able to see with my own eyes anything the mechanics were doing and I knew the potential price of everything before they even started. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Just Visited the location at 1715 Military Rd in Niagara Falls, NY, had the pleasure of meeting Dean and his staff. I came in for a wheel alignment, they checked over my vehicle for me to ensure all safety aspects of my vehicle were up to par as I was heading on a road trip the following day. They were very thorough and honest ! Great and fast service! Will definitely recommend this shop!

The guys at Mr. Tire in Niagara Falls, New York are the best. They treat people the way you should be treated.My son was doing my brakes and was unable the break loose any of the lug nuts. We went there and the dark haired guy with the beard told us give me 10 minutes, and Ill be more than happy to help you. He pulled it in and within 5 minutes had the lugs loose.Refused to charge us...just told us to have a nice day. You know where I will go to for my tire needs from now on?Keep up the great job guys, the company is lucky to have employees that care about helping people!!!
This is the best auto service place Ive been in years. Their prices is awesome And so is there service, and ibce5 something is fix you dont have to go back for the same problem. I love Mr. Tire.
We have mostly only gotten oil changes here so my review reflects only that.1. I always get an appointment within 2 days.2. The guy at the counter (assuming hes the manager) has been nice to every customer Ive seen him deal with.3. The job was started on time (my appt time) and was finished 20 minutes later.
I came in for an oil change, but at the last minute decided I wanted new headlights and an inspection. Dean went way above and beyond for me in fitting me in and finding me lights when none were in stock anywhere. He was extremely personable and patient with my fickleness. Definitely 5 star service!
Have always come here for oil change and repairs and it has usually been a good experience. Came in today after scheduling an appointment online and long story short, the man at the desk was incredibly rude and disrespectful toward me over a minor miscommunication. Our interaction ended with him saying he could not do the repair, which is not a problem and I never gave him a problem. I was nothing but polite to him but he felt the need to talk down to me, and it made me feel unwelcome. I went to another mechanic right after and he took the few minutes to kindly explain to me why he also couldn’t do the repair and gave me some advice on who to go to, could’ve been as simple as that. I never gave this man an attitude or any real reason to speak to me the way he did. That experience was so unpleasant that I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore. Some employees really lack customer service skills, so be aware of who’s “helping” you I guess, because I didn’t get much from them.
This place was amazing!! They was very nice and helpful with me. They made an appointment and have it to where people can walk in and get taken care of as well. The gentleman named Kyle, is the one that explained things to me and looked in the computer to get me the cheapest price for the part I needed and had it delivered right then and there, his mechanics took the old muffler off and put the new one on and was out of there within an hour. Gave me really great price and before they do anything to your vehicle they give you a free quote and go over what needs to be done, before doing anything, and like mine, they try to save whatever they can in your vehicle, so your not paying for unnecessary work and theyre reasonable and cheap, as can be for working on vehicles, lol. They even let me call around to see if I could get it worked in anywhere else for cheaper and they was my best bet, the cheapest. He even gave me the price that he buys the part for and not what they make customers pay for if they went to the store itself. I plan in bringing my vehicle back there anytime I need work done and recommend this place to everybody. Also side note, they have a sitting area inside with a big tv with lots of channels and give you the remote to watch whatever you want and have coffee machine n water cooler with cups and clean bathroom. Great place, reasonable prices, great customer service!!
Been coming here for 5 years and have always had outstanding service. My inspection and brakes this time around is no exception. Would 100% recommend this location over the others.
Visited for the first time today needing a tire repaired and mounted also an oil change. The tech Kyle that greeted me was very professional and friendly. (As were the other techs Lee and Nate) . He was super helpful and also told me the price upfront so there was no surprises at pick up . Honestly if hes not the manager he should be!!!! Theres not many places in the area that have good customer service like this ! I Definitely recommend going to this establishment if you havent already ! Thanks again Kyle, Lee,Nate !!!!
Great guys but the WORST service ever!! I had my alternator replaced in February, for all of February and March I kept calling them because my battery light kept blinking and and my car kept dying and the guys on the phone kept telling me we havent done an alternator since December Or January so it wasnt our garage maam took my husband in in March with receipt showing they did the work, they simply tested the battery said it was good and sent us on our way... After having to pay out of pocket for 2 other batteries and getting our car towed at our expense from NT Lockport and Buffalo we sent the car to another garage where they quoted me $600 because during inspection of the alternator they noticed and show me my husband and father the positive cord from the alternator through out the entire vehicle the cord was twisted and snapped at the end that entered into the alternator which couldve only happened when the alternator got fixed, now we dont have a running vehicle and Mr. tire is claiming it wasnt them even though they have done the only work to the alternator. I dont get why they cant stand by their work or at least give me my $500 in labor back so another garage can fix their mistake!!! Is it because I am a woman or mother??
Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, quick, reliable, affordable service with honest mechanics that dont just lie about things you need to have done to your car to make a buck off of you. Will definitely go back time and time again if I have any more car problems.
I just had the best service ever. My Nissan Pathfinder was making a weird sound, so I took it to Mr. Tire. The technicians took at look and gave me sound advise on how to handle it. Honesty is the best policy. I will bring all of my automotive issues right here! Thanks Alex! You rock.
The staff was nice at first but then I had to come back three different times because the first two appointments they didn’t have the part in. Both times they let me drive all the way there (and paid two tolls in the meantime) and then informed me about not having it. I asked if there was a way to confirm the part would be available before I came in and he told me “he has things to do” so he couldn’t call and confirm first. On my third visit, I asked if I could keep my car there overnight and they were blatantly rude to me and responded with “I suppose that would be okay” as if I was an inconvenience to them. The price was good and that’s the only reason I stayed. Never going back.
I had an emergency with one of my tires and stopped in. Chris was very professional and put me at ease. They took car of the vehicle in a way that i felt good about it and left knowing i was safe. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism. Highly recommended. Thank you very much to Chris and his crew.

I needed to get my tires replaced and decided that since mr tire has always treated me right, Id go and see how much itd run me. I headed down and got a decent price from Kyle, a very charismatic young man who talked to me like an old friend. He was joyful, smiling and didnt mince to many words. He helped me and told me exactly what I needed and even even reccomended oil change, which I took him up on. The service was quick and affordable, I will always come back to this store. In glad to see they have such wonderful and fast staff.

Made an appt for NYS Inspection, received confirmation and then when I went there, told Inspector was off. Had no problem wasting my time to get there and make arrangements. Would not recommend, could obviously care less about customer.

I had set an appointment for yearly inspection, when I got there no one in the front and the 2 mechanics were very rude to me so I left.
Long time customer but the last time i was here they were out of my oil so they switched it to synthetic not telling me that every time i get an oil change it’s gonna cost me twice as much. Also had to wait outside because lobby was full of people not wearing mask including workers, i would recommend getting your vehicles serviced else where.

I scheduled my appointment online, got a confirmed email within hours. I waited until the last minute and I was still able get a quick appointment. When I arrived it was a quick process to get my information in the system. I was all set in 25 minutes. The best part was no upselling of products, no guilting me into buying the better oil or convincing me that there were 20 other things that needed to be addressed on the spot. I came for a single service and got just that. I will be back for sure!

Some great people here. I needed a new tire, quick, so I could continue my road trip. They didnt have my exact tire in stock, and the warehouse couldnt ship one for another two days, but they tracked one down from nearby and had it brought over in a few hours.
Don’t go here at all. Customer service is terrible company is terrible over all. They charged me for new tires and put 2 different ones on causing one to leak. They use old and used parts in your vehicle and the management can’t manage for a thing. If you know what’s best for you and your vehicle you’ll go somewhere else. I called corporate they didn’t care one bit after I told them I wanted to get my proper work don’t at another location.
Terrible customer service, had 4 tires installed + alignment on our 2007 Honda civic (90k miles) and while the labour seems to be decent so far (no mechanical vibration) or issue with the wheels.However, we have to get the car professionally detailed after their mechanic sat in it. We keep our cars pristine and always clean, he could tell that from the blanket on the rear set where the tires were, instead there was oil and dirt all over the seat from his overalls, the door guards all covered in dirt and oil as well, interior carpet near the gas pedal dirty as well. The car looked like new inside when it was brought in and 2 hours later it was worse than a pigsty. He also took the car for an unapproved test drive, never asked us and I have never had a car taken out after an alignment, a low speed test wont show any wobble anyways, its highway that means something.As a car enthusiast and part time mechanic at home fixing everything up to tranny rebuild, motors, etc I can say i have never seen such dirty work and carelessness with a cars interior. I had to get this done because I cannot balance tires myself. After reading reviews here, I will have a local shop redo the alignment and check the torque specs on my wheels.So as a word of caution, maybe the service is ok, but the attention to your interior is absolute 0. I will not be using this location in the future.P.S. coffee machine inside says please help yourself to a complimentary coffee, the coffee pot has dissolved salt from the water that was once there many years ago, looks like it maybe operated many years ago. Cruel joke ?Overall extremely disappointed with their service, also took many hours to finish the work, almost 3 hours for 4 tires to be installed and an alignment.

Excellent customer service, Chris was helpful, and professional talking to about an emergency tire change/repair after I hit a HUGE pothole coming into USA. I took my ‘02 MB C320 to Mr. Tire for a new tire and without an appointment (thankfully they weren’t booked on Sunday morning) Chris was able to confidently portray his knowledge and gave me the piece of mind that this wasnt his first rodeo, he had my trust from the beginning and with that I thank you Chris and Mr. Tire GREAT JOB GUYS! The service is great all around. From the management to the mechanic. Been going there since 2008. Also Elvis works there lol. There an guy there thats an Elvis Presley impersonator.
Yesterday I went to get an inspection and an oil change Without them even talking to me they did a synthetic oil change so right there is a huge charge and then on top of that tells me my car won’t pass inspection without replacing a part underneath I sat there 2 1/2 hours waiting for them to get the part for them to charge me $520 and change it was just unbelievable I’m still dumbfounded I won’t be back and I’ve gone here several times never an issue

Call there phone rings for ever yesterday an today ..website and huge sticker in front window says open at 900 am so I go there and sit in driveway driveway for 30 mins next to a little old lady with nail in her tire an didnt now what to do ..told her go down the street to mavis service such here cant even show up for work or awnser phone great business!! Wouldnt the guy was not happy that I only wanted the oil changed.When I asked about a service having to do with the transmission serves he said they dont do it. The flyer that tell about the different services say the do offer it.

2022-05-09Needed tires before a cross country trip, they are the only ones to have the tires I needed in stock and price match with an online competitor. called them, they said to come right in and I was out in an hour. Beats having to wait a week for tires to come in from online and saved a good $300. I definitely recommend Mr Tire.

2022-05-08I called Mr. Tire about scratchy sound that was happening with my tires and they fit me into their schedule and fixed it for free! The guy there was super super nice and helped explain everything. 10/10 recommend this Mr. Tire.

2022-02-25I needed to get my car serviced and a friend recommended me to mr. Tire. When I got there I was greeted with a smile by a gentleman named Chris who took care of me and my vehicle right away...the service was great and affordable and I would recommend that anybody that needs any type of service done to their vehicle go to Mr. Tire and ask for Chris Bondi...he will definitely take care of anything that you need!

2022-03-06Do Not come here if you have custom rims … they bend/scratch the hell out of them when they mount them onto the new tires. staff is friendly which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1 .

2021-08-22This place used to have great service, but things have changed since the last manager left. Even the way they answer the phone and speak to customers. I have been a loyal customer for a few years. To day I was very distressed when I showed up for my appointment to find the store closed with the open sign still lit. I called Corp Customer Service and they were closed and was asked to leave a message, which I did. My day planned on spending almost $750 here and no explanation of the closure. If someone has the ability to update the IVR message on the phone or to communicate last minute appointment cancellations, this would have been great. The parent company needs to step up with its own policy reviews and be able to handle these types of items when their stores are open on Sundays.

2020-12-28I came in to Mr. Tire to get a quote on upper and lower ball joints. The quote was quite reasonable and I was looking for the catch. Dean was amazing to work with and came across very honest and sincere. He came across competent and offered me the best price for the best quality parts. I decided to give these guys a chance. I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of work and customer service. They not only put such care into my truck, but thoroughly checked other areas of the vehicle that will need future attention. In a world where you just cant trust any mechanic to be honest, I can say Dean has earned my trust. 2021-07-19Jordan at Mr. Tire, Niagara Falls, saved the day today. When a drive through oil change shop told me I had an hour wait for an inspection, when they didnt have a single car in their bays and six people standing around twiddling their thumbs or smoking, one call to Jordan and my car was being inspected within 10 minutes. In addition to that he was able to get my second car in for an inspection and an oil change right afterwards. What would have taken me 3 to 4 hours including wait time at the other shop, only took a little over an hour of my time at Mr Tire today, thanks to Jordan and his co-worker. Thank you guys. Ill be back, and I recommend you to anyone that needs service on their vehicles.
