They will lie to you in order to get you to buy something. These guys are real slimeballs. Go online if you can. Everything is ten times cheaper online when it comes to vape products
** Selling counterfeit mango juul pods **Unethical and overpriced.My friend bought me a pack of mango juul pods from here yesterday for $35 that ended up being fake. As soon as I opened the pack, I saw juice leaked all over within the transparent packaging. In comparison to authentic mango juul pods, the caps of the pods are noticeably more orange and slightly more rounded on the edges; there is a strong and fruity odor to them; on the exterior packaging, the image of the juul pods are slightly raised; and on the back of the packaging there is a black line underlining the barcode number along with a “-1” following the barcode number. All of these are signs of counterfeit juul pods so definitely watch out for them.In addition to this vape shop’s obnoxious $20 markup, the product was not even authentic. Although my only experience was with the mango pods, i wouldn’t rule out any other flavors for sale here being fake as well. Who knows what’s in them and I advise every future customer here to be skeptical and not to take a chance.

Pulling a fast one by charging double or more on certain items. Expect beer at a baseball game mark-ups. Make sure your phone is charged & youre cross-referencing prices. I purchased an item for $30 more than its worth like a jackass. Oh well...
Just moved to hicksville from massapequa & this is one of the best smoke shops around. From the friendly service to their large variety of product, you wont be disappointed 😊
I’m only giving it 3 stars because it’s across the street from my house ppl there are very chill n nice but I did go in there when I noticed they first open n they have a nice selection for glass but wanted 30-40$ more for a piece that I could get at the smoke shop by broadway mall for same exact piece but 40$ cheaper, other then that it’s a good place
Rip off! They mark up the ejuice and devices up to double the price you can get them elsewhere. I wont be visiting them again.
Sales guys were patient, helpful and informative. No pressure. If youre just starting out like me, this is the place to visit.

2022-05-17Way over priced on Kratom its half the price everywhere else same brands, i will say the staff is friendly buy thety charged me 30 for a 3oz remarkable herd that I paid $12 for at the east meadow vape shop on Hempstead turnpike, they charge way too much, but they are they only place open before I leave for work so when in a jam i have no choice

2018-12-16I keep giving the place a chance cuz it’s across the street from my house but I’m consistently disappointed. They never seem to carry new coils for new tanks even ones they sell. Depending on who is behind the counter you may end up getting charged way more for something. I go there about once or twice a week to get juice and I’ll leave with the same bottle sometimes for $8 sometimes for $25. On random days they suddenly have a credit card minimum and yet other days they don’t seem to mind. So I’m not coming anymore I’m just gunna buy online like I normally do. This place blows.

2019-09-09If your are looking to get overpriced products and ripped off, this is the place to be. Do not buy their CBD products they are all over priced and the source is sketchy and unknown. I was sold a 4oz bottle of Hemp and Flower topical menthol pain cream 1000mg cbd because i couldnt wait for my guy to ship from colorado. The guy told me it was 40z and its clearly labeled on the bottle 2oz but he said no no its double Thats about all I could understand this man was saying so i took it home because i was in pain. I paid $50 for thi. I contacted the actual company and im awaiting a response. i live 2 minutes from the shop and if the owner is reading this, you will be seeing me very soon.

2017-06-18Went in to find info about a vape starter kit, left with what I wanted and around the price I wanted to spend. He even helped with setting up my MOD so I wouldnt mess anything up. This is definitely my go to vape shop when Im at work. Definitely great people selling great products with a lot of knowledge of what they sell.

2017-08-07Buyer beware!!! Really didnt like the way I was treated. Even more annoyed because I bought a product and out of the box it doesnt work. When I walked back in to exchange it for a working one they said they cant help me and I have to contact the manufacture. I just spent $75 in the store and they just dont care. Will never return or give my bussiness too. Best shop around us Vaper Smoke in East meadow which is 2 miles. STAY AWAY!!!

2020-06-08I’m a local but they take care of me.If you treat them right there may or not have the real oil cartridges in the back in a box on the floor.Not sure the price but they have the good ones.

2017-08-11A total ripoff!!! I went there to buy a bottle of E-Juice, he tried to charge me $45 for a bottle that is normally $30. When I told him other places are selling it for $30. He then tells me he will give me a discount since I bought my mod from there the month before (he tells me $40 like I was getting a deal). They jack up the prices so much its makes me not want to go back. I am all about supporting my local vape ahop but not going back to this one! Good luck if you go there and dont know your prices, youre screwed. I found a really nice one in Hicksville that is much better and very reasonable without the upsale. Its a shame because this is 2 min from my house and is so convient.

2019-05-19Went in 20 minutes before closing time and he was on the phone and ignoring me. When he got off he said we are close soon, so hurry up. I asked if he had any tobacco flavored vape and he said he only had one kind for $30 and slammed it on the counter like a jerk and reminded me that hes closing. Its 8:45pm at this point on a Saturday night and they close at 9. It was obvious he didnt want to help me and wanted me to leave. I dont want to explain the rest.. the other guy just stood there. 2 guys, no one else in the store and they didnt want to talk to me
