Marc did a fantastic job fixing the screen of my Lenovo carbon x1 which had been shattered. He is qualified, responsive and works quickly. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, informative, friendly and helpful. I came in the other week because the fan on my laptop was making a lot of noise and was becoming a nuisance. I took the time to email suppliers to make sure he was ordering the right part. I came back and he fixed it and it works fine now. The service was priced fairly. Highly recommended.

As a tech myself they are very good in getting the job done. I sometimes bring my work to them when I have more than one job to do and have time constraints. The owner is very personable and knowledgeable about his work.

The place is clean and has light music playing. Its a very inviting foyer. There is an Internet cafe as well as a section where the gentleman does his computer tech stuff. He (Mark) was extremely professional and organized, which is rare for his like of work. He diagnosed my computer within 2 minutes and I was out of his store within 8 minutes, including payment etc. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to him. His prices were so amazing I was able to give him a tip because I expected to pay way more. Overall great experience, now I can do my hw and draft my fantasy team! 😃👍

I brought in my PS4 to him to change the HDMI port. I had already taken it apart, so I just brought him the motherboard and the new HDMI. I had already attempted to remove the old Port unsuccessfully. He was aware of everything. He charged me $100 for the job. I picked it up, put it back together and it still didnt work.My issue is that he made no offer or attempt to correct the situation. He was ok w charging me for work that did not accomplish what he was paid for. He was indifferent to the outcome.I would not give him my business again.
I went to get some advice and check the Diagnostics on some devices like laptops Dell and mac and he was very helpful with answering all my questions hopefully can get my Mac up and running again

My laptop motherboard died suddenly, and in 2 weeks Marc did the following:- tracked down and priced every distributor for the (rare) brand of motherboard- called the online store from which I bought it and tried to get me a wholesale, replacement, or distributor price- helped me find and confirm a new motherboard to purchase that would accommodate as much of the old RAM and hard drive as possible- installed and checked the new hardware, when it did arrive, in less than 20 minutes- charged me way less than his competitors would for impeccable work- dealt with me always with respect and compassionMRK is the very, very best.

2022-03-08Marc was very helpful, generous, and communicative when fixing my laptop. I needed to replace the battery and it took 3 tries to receive a part that worked (nothing to do with MRK). Thus, Marc did 4x the work by having to install batteries several times and he never charged me extra. He was very patient with my questions and concerns and now my computer is working much better. Would definitely recommend MRK for any computer repairs!

2022-07-20Marc saved my laptop, and saved my skin, from the impossible situation of showing only a blank screen when I tried to boot up. He did it all with a calm, reassuring, professional demeanor that immediately diffused the panic. And hes very easy to get a hold of: he has a physical shop, and you see him when you walk in, just like some old world tinkerer.Highly recommended.

2022-06-16I had issues with my laptops slow performance and failed booting when coming here. Vlad and Marc were very helpful in not only telling me the issues I had with my laptop, but suggested an upgrade with a SSD for a fair price that would help benefit the laptop in the long run. Repair was also quicker than I expected. My laptop runs a lot faster and with little rattle like the first time I bought it! I will be coming back anytime I have any issues with my laptop or any other electronics for repair!

2021-08-30I had an issue with my laptop and Google to find a place that I can go to get it fixed very quickly. I called MRK and was very pleased with the service from the telephone conversation to the actual fixing of my laptop. I was able to get my computer fixed in no time. I will certainly be going back once any problems arise. I would absolutely, 💯 recommend this place. Excellent customer service 👏 👌.

2021-11-02The hard drive on my work terminal fried suddenly. This place had a compatible one on hand and replaced it within a couple hours of me calling. I was in a bind and expected to get fleeced but the price was reasonable too. Professional and an absolute saint.

2021-01-05My 2015 Mac keyboard was busted and I needed it daily, so I went the route of making an appointment through the Apple site and went to one of their authorized dealers. To make a long story short, the authorized dealer wanted 1/2 the price of a new laptop ($400+) for a keyboard replacement so I decided to do some shopping around. I found MRK close by, which I had a great experience with and it was so much more affordable (for the same replaced keyboard)! Mark was super professional and it was a pleasant customer service experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to any of my friend and or go there again.

2021-06-04I know a fair amount about computer hardware, but when my machine failed in the middle of a work project and I couldnt quickly find out what was wrong, I started to panic. I am so glad I brought my machine to Marc, he is so friendly and knows exactly what he is doing and offers his professional services at a great price. When he isolated the problem, he even used his expertise to research possible replacement parts for me and brainstorm multiple solutions. I will definitely go back to Marc next time I need any help with my computer.
