The admin staff members are available, polite, and responsive to our requests. The caregivers are warm, friendly, attentive and compassionate. I highly recommend Mrs. G’s.
I have been working with mrs G’s service about an year now. The coordinator Cristina is helpful to me she let you understand how to travel to the patient address she’s amazing. I am an only child and needed help in caring for my mom. We are getting help through Mrs. Gs Services. I never used outside help before and was concerned with the unknown ...having someone I knew nothing about to care for my mom or did I make the right choice. I felt at ease after speaking with Raffael on the phone. He is a caring and helpful person who goes out of his way to make this a pleasant experience. He sent an aide named Heather who helps mom from Sunday - Thursday.... OMG is all I can say. Heather is the most caring aide ... the sweetest girl with a huge heart. We love Heather. Heather has a positive attitude and is always smiling. In my opinion both Raffael and Heather are an asset to this company. My mom gets different aides on Fridays and Saturdays and every aide that I encountered were all very helpful and caring. Raffael and Heather are the reason I would recommend Mrs.Gs Services

I’m working for this agency en trust me the one doing on call she’s really rude especially if you call with 3 hours notice that you don’t feel good to go to work!! She’s hanging the phone and she’s not let you explain anything!! I’m guess she’s wanna get paid without doing her job because why she’s get upset for? If you don’t like people get sick or you don’t understand that situation just happens so quick and be more professional whatever your name is

My mom has had people from here and they are just horrible. They hire just anyone even the homeless people. These aides are so poorly trained. They dont pay attention to details at all, dont know how to cook at all and lie about it, let their personal lives interfere with caring for my mom, and dont take any initiative. They leave her unattended to care for their own personal lives. I have aides that I had to call to get rid off cause of their careless behavior with my mom. I caution people to only use this service at their own risk. I am moving her as soon as I can somewhere else.
This agencys staff constantly tells lies. They are not accountable for anything that they say or do. Be very careful when talking to staff because its a great chance that what they are saying is not the truth.
Katherine crespo is a very good coordinator, from I came back to the agency anything I have trouble with ms crespo helps me. ,I wish they more like her in the work place and other agencies.

My mother needed a home nurse and i used mrs G. the nurse was horrible she was always late and very disrespectful. i would not recommend using this company

I am very grateful for the cordiality and professionalism of Miss Janet Medrano who, with kindness and politeness, attends me when I go through the office to get my gloves and my mask and observe that she is very professional with all the NHA or home attendees that we work in mrs G services. 2022-03-19Mrs. Gs Services LLC is an excellent Home Health Care Agency. They care about the special needs of each person. There is a very nice atmosphere. Working there for five years was a wonderful experience and I was lucky enough to be part of that team. I highly recommend working with them or receiving services from them.

2022-01-29Caring for parents is s deep learning experience. I went back to Mrs. Gs to secure a previously known Home Health Aide that was professional, human and compassionate. Mrs. Gs strong point is the emphasis in open and ongoing communication with clients, something a care taker and clients value. I strongly recommend this Agency.

2021-07-31The services rendered to my family was excellent, aids are attentive , empathetic and speak the language(spanish) which makes it easier for my mom to be understood. Transportation for the aids makes it a stress less experience for the aid and the patient does not have to worry that the aid will not show up. The office contact is excellent and professional. The coordinator is on point and goes above and beyond his duties. My mom always is in good hands and the aids also go above and beyond their duties to make it comfortable and gives the patient a caring sense of support. I highly recommend this agency as one of the tops in the failed of caring for the elderly.

2021-12-01This is a fairly new & bad agency. I was a aide here and the coordinator always messed up when placing me with a patient. For example if I weighed 100 lb, they’d put me with a patient that cannot ambulate on their own and needs a great deal of assistance and the patient weighs 150 maybe 200lb. I’ve been put with patient that I couldn’t work with because we don’t speak the same language. They give very little detail about who they assign you to but tell the patients that the aide knows everything that they should know before stepping into the home

2022-02-01If I could give 0 stars I would. Save yourself the heartache and avoid this agency. Rashidat and Gloria were terrible in every aspect and should not be working as aides with elderly people. The agency tried to find replacements but none were promising. No one knew how to cook basic foods and were not pleasant. Just avoid.

2020-06-04I have had the pleasure of working with Mrs G’s for the past two years. My mother suffers from Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. Most of the aids are loving and caring. We are blessed to have two live in that Are wonderful Gladys and Alessandra. Rafael the manager of Mrs G‘s is very helpful and will always try his best to accommodate my mom. It is a blessing to know that there aregood people in the world when the world is so upSide down right now!! My family believes in treating the caregivers that take care of your precious mother or father should be treated with respect and part of the family. Thank you

2021-03-30Ms. G is great and I witnessed it first hand. Through turbulent times and through this pandemic they are NYC greatest. The staff and employees have gone beyond for my family. Thank you Christy and your entire staff for treating my mother like VIP. They care when no one else cared. This Covid has changed better people for the worse or for greatest. M. G service is great and Glory to God. If you have a family member that needs to be matched with caring people try Ms. G. The staff are great and the employees are super. Home cook meals, communication is the keep and plenty of that. I’m thankful that I can go to work care for my patients and have a life due to the peace of mind I get knowing my mother is in great hands. Thank you! They are truly hero’s .

2020-07-25Christina , Rafeel and Lydia are my favorite coordinators at Mrs.Gs Services. They ensure that i always have work, and if theres a problem theyre swift at fixing it. As long as they remain with the company it will continue to grow. Just make sure when they give you the four hours you take it until they have bigger hours. Most consistent agency i have ever worked with. Big up to my COORDINATORS at Mrs. Gs Services. 100%

2021-09-10I recommend this agency! Throughout the pandemic the staff has been working tirelessly to ensure PCA services. Full PPE, their own testing site and all. They also offer 24 hour emergency on call services in case things happen outside of working hours.

2020-09-12WHAT TYPE OF HOME CARE BUSINESS IS THIS!! how does a home care agency that is suppose to provide care for our loved ones be so terrible. i called to ask question and they hang up or the best part is they stay on the line and dont say a word. Most of the aide are lazy... and often times if they aide called out they dont send anyone to replace the shift. I have to call out from my work to make sure my mom is safe. They need to shut down this agency.
