Thank you Toni in service for taking great care of me and my Type R! I wouldnt bring my cars to any other Honda service department. If you need assistance buying a new or pre owned Honda, reach out to Joe Marranzino! He is very knowledgeable on the brand and will make sure you walk out with the perfect car.
I would like to keep my name anonymous, so please ignore my page name. Anyways, I went to get my battery checked since I had gone to a different honda and was told it was fine but was having issues starting my car in the morning. The lady at the desk was rude and very judgmental. After letting me know that my car needs a new battery. She asked me if I wanted to replace it. I said no - reasons not important- this lady goes oh ok and walks away with the most judgmental face ever. Ignoring this even though it was unpleasant I follow her to get my keys. She hands the papers to a man and says she doesn’t want it. His response “she’s going to be left on the street”. I didn’t ask for anyones opinion I asked for someone to check my battery period. Since when am I obligated to get something done to my car. My father came in months before and always has an issues with the service department. Based off other reviews I can see I am not the only one who thinks so.
My partner and I took off work early to drive an hour and 15 minutes to see a Corolla here. When we arrived, we were informed the car was already sold and we had not been notified until arrival, even though we had made an appointment and kept in touch with the dealership. Incredibly unprofessional.
Peter L made the leasing process so easy and I was out of the dealership with a new car in under an hour!Chris in the financial office broke down all of the pricing and made it very easy to digest.Great team that made the whole process stress free. The service department staff are friendly and the waiting area is clean.Highly recommend Mount Kisco Honda.
Pete and the team at Mt Kisco Honda were an absolute pleasure to do business with. The buying experience was stress free and they even accommodated an earlier than expected delivery of my vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda or a quality used car or truck.
Pete Leahy!!!!!!! Best ever experience buying a car.... I just want to hang out with him all the time I want to just call him and ask him like what should I wear today....what should I have for lunch... because hes just that kind of guy he just seems to really really have his finger on the pulse of things these days... but no I wont do that Im sure hes very busy but I will definitely be coming back by a Honda from him.Nick Gonzalez
Peter Leahy was most instrumental in helping my wife and I find our next car, a civic hatchback. He went beyond the expected, and we know that he did it to help us, not for any personal gain. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car in these exceptional times. He is a gem in the Mt Kisco Honda family!Thank you,Stephanie and Jules Lippman
After losing a perfectly reliable and paid for Civic due to getting rear-ended and totaled, I was on the hunt for a newer Civic; after barely missing out on one at another dealer, on a perturbed drive home, my wife and I checked out Mt. Kisco Honda where I had seen another potential buy. After a productive meeting with Peter Leahy, a test drive, review of charges, and what would be needed, we were back within a week to purchase the car. A pleasant and most importantly, non-pressured meeting with the business manager, in which my overpay was handled quickly and efficiently, and voila, welcome newer Civic. I mean, this was as easy as it gets folks. Thanks Mt Kisco Honda!
This dealership will try to take advantage of the customer. The salesman was a great person and none of this falls on him. The MSRP on a vehicle was 26K, I called hours before going to the dealership to make sure that it was the correct price and asked if the price would change and was told that it wouldnt. We got there met Peter who was friendly and professional. When he walked over to the manager to get the numbers for the vehicle he came back with the price increased by over $6K. I questioned the manager which he tried to give me a class on economics. His reasoning was that vehicles were being made at a slower rate and the supply is lower than the demand. I wanted to trade my vehicle in which was appraised at 11K, I asked why my vehicle wasnt getting the price adjustment they were doing on their vehicle. My advice for anyone looking for a vehicle out there, dont fall for this. They will say anything to try and sell you an overpriced car. They will say things like its like this everywhere and impossible to buy at MSRP (or close to it) during this time which is FALSE. Dont overpay for a vehicle that in a few months will drop back down, this is benefiting the owners and managers of the dealership. If you expand your search and look at other dealerships ( I had luck in CT this morning), you will find the vehicle at a reasonable price. I dont expect the owner or managers at this dealership to understand how theyre impacting people because it seems all they care about is how they can make more money.
I went to the Mount Kisco Honda to purchase parts for shock absorber, they dont have in stock and need be special ordered. I asked if I can return unused items for this order. The guy in the part department told me that I can return and get full refund as long as the items in the original packages. I placed order and pick up the items later. After I am done the fix and went back the dealer to return the unused parts today, they told me that no refund for special order. It is really a bad experience that I feel been tricked. Not recommend this dealership.
In a world where you can now purchase a car in so many ways without even going into a dealership, I’d say it’s so much better and more worth your time to go in person to Mt Kisco Honda when you have people like Peter and Chris there on your team helping you. They not only get you a great vehicle (we bought a CR-V), but they deliver peace of mind, which is priceless. Thank you, Peter & Chris.
First time at Mt. Kisco Honda and I am very satisfied!! With the assistance of Peter L. my husband and I were able to get our cars. It was a quick process, service was great and Peter was very nice and friendly. Had I known about Mt. Kisco Honda earlier and I would’ve went years ago.
I have never had a better dealer interaction, nor a better salesman interaction! I purchased this vehicle from 400 miles away, Gabriel picked me up from the bus station, had the 2014 Honda Pilot prepped and ready to go, and it was worth every penny! It was the best price on the Internet, and Gabriel did not let me down in anyway shape or form. If you need a car go to these guys, and if you want a great interaction with the salesman get Gabriel! I would totally use him again, although it might be another 10 years ;-)
Nothing but Excellence at this dealership!I was currently driving a leased Honda Accord in which I loved but the lease was coming up and had to start looking for my next new lease. I was torn between getting another Accord or CRV. My husband called and set up an appointment with Peter Leahy. We went and was very impressed with his professional, courtesy, friendly and non pushy demeaner. He gave us many options and explained that due to the pandemic cars were limited. With this said I made my decision and broke my lease early and am now driving a CRV in which Im really enjoying and happy to have made the switch to an SUV. I want to give a big SHOUT OUT to Peter (sales), Nick(manager), and Chris (finance). Thank You to the Best Experience Ever!!
All great things to say about Mt Kisco Honda! Right off the bat, Peter was outstanding - professional, direct, completely no nonsense, yet still personable & a total pleasure to speak with. The finance end was also a breeze, as Chris communicated everything clearly and didn’t try to oversell me on anything that I wouldn’t truly benefit from. The entire process quick, easy, and painless! I got exactly what I wanted, and was treated with respect at every step. I couldn’t be happier with my own experience, and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys to my family, friends, and anybody else in the market. You won’t be disappointed!
Never did I have a better experience in all my years of getting a vehicle! I went in and knew what I wanted the sales men where very professional and made you feel comfortable and at home. They were able to make our situation work in all aspects will never buy from anyone else, they will definitely have my business for years to come!
Peter Leahy and the rest of the team at Mt. Kisco Honda went above and beyond to make my trade-in and overall purchase experience seamless and enjoyable. The level of personalized customer service provided is absolutely second-to-none! Pete is the man and I’m very, very grateful for his efforts and the efforts of each additional team member that helped make it happen. On a scale from 1 to 10, they get an 11+ in my book! Thanks guys =]
Very satisfied with sales rep Peter Leary who responded to our google search very promptly when we needed an immediate response.Financing proved complicated but Finance mgr.Chris resolved as quickly as possible given Honda Finance Co.Complications.Frustrating!Would definitely work with Peter again.Greg Thompson.
In a nutshell, I cannot stress how more than satisfied I was with the whole staff, at the Mt.Kisco (Bedford Hills NY) Honda dealership!! Very knowledgeable, professional and definitely going to be a repeat customer!!!!!! From the 1st greeting to the final signature, A+...... The cars sell themselves but the people there help you justify the purchase .... Keep up the Great Work......Best Regards, Tony C...
I just recently traded in my 2019 Accord for a 2021 Accord at Mt.Kisco Honda, and it is my pleasure to report that it was the easiest and most professional transaction in my extensive car buying history. My salesman Peter Leahy really knows how to make his customers feel good about the car their buying. Peter is very transparent and on point about the pricing of the vehicle your buying. He is going to give you Mt. Kisco’s best price without the usual back and forth nonsense. A true professional in a sea of pretenders. Chris, in the finance department deserves notice for his courteous and professional demeanor. Chris explained all the numbers very clearly and didn’t force me to buy anything I really didn’t want. I appreciated being treated with respect and not being harassed in the finance room. All said, you can’t go wrong shopping at Mt. Kisco Honda and if your lucky you will have Peter Leahy as your salesman.
So I just purchased a beautiful 2022 Civic Sport. Pete Leahy couldnt have been a more perfect person to put me in the car that I wanted. And Chris did an outstanding job with the coverage I needed for this beauty. My future cars will be purchased at Mt. Kisco Honda. Hal and his team are top notch!!!!
Had a great experience with Brian Galper when I purchased my car back in NOV 2020, he helped me figure out what car was best for me and was very helpful along the way. Returned to this Honda for my second oil change in July 2021 and had the pleasure of working with Brian again and once again he was very helpful!
I would give 6 stars if I could. Just an incredible experience from start to finish. Friendly staff, huge focus on customer satisfaction and just first class all round. Safe to say I am a Honda customer for life after my experience recently getting my new Odyssey.I gather this is the highest volume Odyssey sales dealership in the country, and it is no surprise why. Great car, great customer service, great experience all round. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership or its people.
By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The entire process was painless, seamless, and made taking delivery of my new Type-R so much more enjoyable than past experiences I have had. Brian Galper was my salesman and I highly recommend him for his outstanding communication and support throughout the entire process.
Purchasing a new car and dealing with dealers is an absolute nightmare. Many dealers, in my experience lack honesty and always play games.Going to MT Kisco Honda was a good idea and I enjoyed working with Peter to find our new car.Peter was helpful, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I would recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a car.
My wife and I drove 1.5 hours to Mt. Kisco Honda in order to pursue what we hoped would be a good deal. After working with Brian Galper, we felt assured that not only were we in good hands, but we were getting a great deal! Brian went out of his way to make sure our time wasnt being wasted, and helped us navigate the car-shopping process with full transparency and respect for our budget. Thanks Brian!
Brian Galper is absolutely fantastic. I was really fortunate to be matched up with him. Had an absolute nightmare of a time trying to purchase a new car from different dealers until I came to this place. From start to finish, they answered all my questions & helped me get started with my new car. He’s very knowledgeable & walked through my new vehicle thoroughly. Safe to say that this is the place to go if you want a satisfying & smooth experience.
Brian Galper is absolutely amazing! I’ve been coming here to service my old 2010 Honda Accord and was curious about leasing a new car. I was matched up with Brian in Sales and boy, did I get lucky!!! Brian went above and beyond anyone could ever imagine! He was patient, hard-working, personable, caring, thorough, very knowledgeable and he gave me the best customer experience I have ever had anywhere! And I have been leasing/buying cars since I started driving back in 1991! Everyone at Mount Kisco Honda is courteous, accommodating and flexible. My finance manager, also named Brian, was pretty amazing as well! And of course, I have been happy with the service end of things for all the years that I’ve been coming. I cannot recommend Brian Galper for sales and Mount Kisco Honda for all of your needs!
Called in later on Thursday to find out about inventory and they were quick and responsive went in and Peter greeted us at the door and helped us so much we appreciate your help in helping us get our new car every step of the way. Nick was a great help as well and we appreciated the wonderful service everyone at the dealership provided and they were wonderful with our kids ☺️Def recommend
I couldnt be happier with Brian Galper who sold me a 2021Ridgeline. After visiting several other dealers, it became quickly evident that Brians knowledgeable, trusted approach was the right fit for my personality. He was honest about the process, and gave me the information necessary to help me make an educated decision. Unlike car dealer stereotypes, I greatly enjoyed my car buying experience. The dealership is well run and Brian is real pro. Cant recommend him more highly.
Peter was very helpful during the whole process and so was mike, they did everything they could to personally make the experience of buying a car as easy and painless as possible. I highly recommend this place and Peter and mike!!! They seriously were great and got me home in a safe reliable car for myself and my family!!! I drove almost 2 hours to this dealership and would do it again and again! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!!
If I could give higher than a 5 star rating for my sales person - Peter Leahy (AKA Honda Pete) - I would! In the past I have dreaded walking into a car dealer - all of the back and forth and the time it takes - Id had enough. All of that changed when I met Pete Leahy. I was in and out in an hour and picked up the new Pilot for my wife the next day. Within an hour Pete got me a better price than any of the other dealers I spoke to. And on top of it, Pete is a great guy! Also, the Finance team was great and made that process smooth as well. I would definitely recommend Mount Kisco Honda and Pete Leahy for your next Honda Purchase!
Mt. Kisco Honda was amazing with me! I ran into a personal problem and they went above and beyond to help me get the deal I wanted and complete the sale!! I have been to other Honda dealerships and have NEVER received the care and compassion they showed me!!! If you are looking for a Honda dealership go to Mt. Kisco!!!
I have bought many cars in the past but have never had an experience this amazing. Brian Galper is professional, efficient and honest. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. I will never go to anyone else to purchase a car again. Thank you Brian for the best car buying experience I’ve had!!
I had the absolute pleasure of leasing a Honda Pilot from Brian Galper at Honda mt kisco. Brian made the process unbelievably easy and quick. Brian was incredibly honest and knowledgeable about each and every step and really showed he cares about his customers. I would wholeheartedly recommend this Honda dealership and Brian and I’m so excited about my new car!
Purchased a new Honda Black Civic Touring 2020 last week. The sales team of Phyllis, Chris(finance) and Hal was outstanding. Extremely friendly and professional. Very happy with the experience. Car needed an accessory added and satellite antenna needed tweaking, brought car back and General Manager Michael Gallagher jumped right on it and made it happen. The gave me loaner as not to inconvenience me. My car was returned without as much as a fingerprint. OUTSTANDING CAR OF MY NEW CAR! Kudos to the team.
BEWARE!!!!!!Last week I went through the car wash, my windshield wipes went on automatically so it messed up my wipers, I was getting ready to go out of town so I drove down the street to Honda Mt Kisco. I explained I was getting ready to go away so I needed them fixed ASAP, the lady behind the counter explained they did not have the part and would order to be in the next morning. The next morning I called and was told the part did not come in. I asked could you please call your sister dealer, in Greenwich? I was told no!! I said well when the part comes in can you call me to set up a time to get it fixed? She said Yes. Over a week later I have not heard from anyone at Mt Kisco HondaI called Honda of Greenwich, John in SALES picked up the phone, he asked when was I leaving I said this AM and told him my fear of driving 3 hrs without windshield wipers. He said call me when you are on your way, that he would figure something out. I did call him, when I pulled into the sales lot, John and another man came out with wipers within minutes they accessed the problem that it needed a new motor. John took the motor off the show room car and had it placed in my car and they worked!!!! I was able to go on my planned trip.I offered to buy the men lunch but they declined I was so very grateful that they helped me out in such a pinch. It makes me sad that I cant use the service dept at Mt Kisco honda which is so close to me and around the corner from my job, the service depts customer service people are terrible.STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM MT KISCO!!!!!Thank you to John and his coworkers who fixed my car!!!!Honda. @hondacustservice @hondamtkisco @hondagreenwich @hondacustserv
Im a young woman and was nervous going car shopping. I didnt want to be pressured into anything and didnt want to get screwed over. Mt. Kisco Honda was a good experience for me, and I never felt uncomfortable throughout the entire process. They were very upfront when it came down to the price. Peter helped me and was very friendly. There was a problem with one of my tires 30 miles into driving off the lot and they ended up reimbursing me for the fix. I am overall very happy with my purchase, and would recommend Peter any day! Thanks guys!
I cannot express how great it was dealing with Honda of Mt. Kisco, and Peter Leahy specifically. I called about 30 dealers in the tri-state region to get the best price on my new Honda Pilot and on the trade in of my old Accord. Peter worked hard to make sure that I got the best price on both. And when I discovered there was a false entry on the CarFax report of my trade in, Peter’s team promptly resolved it themselves. These guys have gone above and beyond to help me out, and they have a loyal customer for life!
I went to The Express service and The lady at express service her name is Tony Velena she had the worst attitude ever short story long I was bringing my car in because Honda send me a letter to my home saying that i had to bring my car in for service or I will lose my warranty The first thing that happened when I got to the express service counter the lady that supposedly was going to help me her name is Tony Velena I was like hey how are you I’m bringing my car in for two things one I told tony velena that I got a Oil change not so long ago and my car Dashboard ranch signal keeps popping up and Tony Velena told me go and take the car where I got the oil change and I told her I still have to Bring my car in because Honda want to check the car or I will lose my warranty and she told me with the biggest attitude go and take the car where you got the oil change at and she told me anyways there is nothing in our System saying that you have to bring your car in for Service but i have the letter saying that i do every time I bring my car in for Service Tony Velena never wants to bring my car in for Service is always something with her I told her pacifically where I toke my car to get to the oil change they did restart the dashboard and everything was fine until 3 months later The ranch signal popped up again. it was the same thing with the air conditioner and mind you the car is brand new every time I called to bring the car in it’s always something with Honda but especially tony velena her attitude is the worst she is super unprofessional this Location needs to do better
Ive always heard great things about Mt. Kisco Honda, however, my experience was far from pleasant. I spoke to a dealer named Peter and from the start he was speaking more directly to my younger brother than to me, when I had made it clear I was the one interested in leasing a car. After getting more information on the car, I had asked for the price difference between two trims on the vehicle I was interested in and after going back and forth he rudely refused to give me a price estimate because I declined going for a test drive prior to a price discussion. I was not treated with any respect as a customer and my family and I will no longer be considering Mt. Kisco Honda when looking for vehicles.
My husband and I had a great experience buying from Mount Kisco Honda. We were buying our first SUV and in doing our research, the sales staff was extremely helpful in teaching us all about the car and always checked in between the time we first looked and the time we came in to buy. We worked with Brian Durkin for our purchase and we would highly recommend him! He made the process extremely easy, relaxing and he worked with us on everything we asked for. Everything was very efficient and ran smoothly. They had the exact model we wanted in the color we wanted and Brian gave us a full tutorial on the car before we left the lot. All around a great car dealer and definitely go to Brian if you want a no-hassle, fun, car buying experience.
I was able to work with Mt. Kisco Honda sales staff from my location out of state. Every member of the team was friendly and very communicative. Even though I did not choose to move forward with purchasing a vehicle, the sales staff never made me feel pressured or put me in a situation where I needed to make a decision without having time for consideration. I would recommend purchasing your next vehicle here. One last point, if you choose not to purchase a vehicle, be sure to settle up any refundable deposit on site prior to leaving, just for all parties sake.
The dealership, and especially Nick the sales representative who was helping me out, was extremely professional and courteous. No games and no low balling. I left extremely happy after my purchase and will be definitely returning for my next vehicle, as well as recommending them to all friends and family. My Kisco Honda was the best experience with a dealership Ive had.
Went in for oil change and lube and came out hearing a loud noise. They forgot to put my air filter box back on. I had to reinstall it myself. I called to speak to the service manager and was redirect to the service writer. Never heard from the manager. I was a loyal service customer for both of my Honda’s. Now I avoid them. The service department has been on the down trend for a while. A service department should be working with their customers to maintain their car with cost and need as a major factor. They try to up sell you instead of basing it on actual need.
The employees at Mt. Kisco Honda are professional and friendly. Personally, I worked with salesman Lino R., and had a great experience. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and a straight shooter. I’ve had a lot of cars over the years, and this was by far the most straight forward experience I’ve had in years. I walked away with a new 2020 Honda, and a really great deal.To address some of the negative commentary, if you don’t come informed when making a business transaction, shame on you. Being offered water and coffee, and snacks along with a free teddy bear, is not my idea of a “great experience”. Not only will I return for future business, but I’m confident I can steer business in their direction. Thanks for a great experience guys.
After buying a used accord from them and being treated well by my salesman. I brought my girlfriend back to purchase another car than 6 weeks. She was buying a used car for her daughter. She found a nice used Civic. The salesperson, Lauren, told her to come bring her daughter to drive the car. She drove over an hour to get there and when she got there with her daughter she was told that the car was being worked on and they were waiting for a part that should arrive the next coming Tuesday. Lauren told her that she would call her and tell her went it was ready. My girlfriend called on Tuesday and twice on Wednesday as well as leaving a message for the Mgr. Hall. I stopped by on Wednesday evening to see what was going on. I was told by Hal the Mgr. that the car was sold. When I asked why she hadn’t been call, he said, “ I think she left a message.” I called my girlfriend to have her check again if any messages were left. No messages whatsoever. I went to speak with the general manager to point out the lack of communication. After telling him the story, I said “this is how you lose customers.” At which point, he stood up and said loudly and rudely, “Leave my dealership, you aren’t my customer any more!!.” I left the dealership thinking that this was certainly not the way that anyone should be treated. So, if you ever want to buy a Honda, don’t buy it from Mount Kisco Honda, it is run by a General Manager that is the worst at customer service of anyone I have ever met. Ever! Your money is better spent at another place.
From the moment we walked in and began working with our saleswoman Phyllis, we felt like she was working with us. She didn’t try to sell us a car above our means. Phyllis helped us find a car that was not only in our means, but also fit our family. If your looking for a Honda we highly recommended Phyllis at Mt. Kisco Honda.
My experience at the Mount Kisco Honda service department was as painless as possible. Drop-off was easy, and the service department was clean and comfortable. My service advisor, David Bruder, was attentive to detail and communicated every aspect of the service being performed on my car. He was responsive to my needs and concerns and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. His perfect customer service is the main reason I choose to have my car serviced at the dealer. The work was performed in a timely manner, and was to my satisfaction. My car is running like new. Hats off to the Mount Kisco Honda service department.
I have been to other Honda dealers before, But this was the Best Experience ever. Right from the start myself and my wife were treated like celebrities and our salesperson Alex Benaissa was incredible. He was honest and not pushy, he took his time to show us our vehicle and work with in our budget, and the test drive was also great, as he explained every feature and detail of the car. I am with out doubt going to return to them when the time comes and Highly recommend Mt Kisco Honda for your next car.
I just recently leased a new 2019 CR-V from Lino and friends at Mt. Kisco Honda and it was one of the easiest and comfortable experiences Ive had! Lino was so helpful and respected my preferred methods of communication while providing me with the best deals and information for my first car purchase. I will definitely go back to Mt. Kisco when my lease is up to look into getting another car from Lino. Such an awesome experience. I highly recommend Lino when working to purchase or lease a Honda.
Purchased a used 2013 bmw x5 back in November 2017. Cesar was excellent. They put a YouTube video up for me showing me the car. Solo test drive. Got me a second key. Even gave me $20 for gas when I drove out there first time and left my wallet at home, which I paid back of course. Will never forget this. You are a good man Cesar.
After purchasing my certified pre-owned Civic back in November 2019 I can’t say I’m anything less than disappointed in this purchase. The amount of issues I’ve run into in the short time owning this car is ridiculous. The rear brakes already need to be replaced, the tire pressure sensor doesn’t stay off for more than a week (even after putting air in all tires and patching one of them), and now the air conditioning isn’t working. From my experience alone I would never purchase another used car from here again nor would I ever recommend that anyone else would.
ProsCheap synthetic oil change by those who know your Honda best. Staff are friendly and helpful, willing to walk me through whats up with my car. Free loaners for overnight repairs is cool.ConsNote, this is a dealership, so they are charging a bit more for repairs for their specialization. I also am not a fan of their lounge, TV is always so loud, but I just turn that off 🙃
Transferred to a salesman I don’t remember the name of the of the sales rep. I called inquiring about an HRV and an extended warranty. Told me that was not his Deparment and continue to tell me to come in and speak with him, after making it very clear that I wasn’t interested in coming in right now that I wanted to speak to somebody about warrantees and refuse to allow me to speak to finance department. Was adamant to take my information so if I did call back he would get me as a potential client. I got news for you Mount Kisco Honda I called other Honda dealers that were more than willing to answer my warrantee questions. I will be going to friendly Honda and will advise our friends and family to go there as well. It’s a shame that a salesman can’t answer a question or get me to some one who can. I’m a potential client and this is the way they treat them that’s not the way to do business. I will admit I’m a little demanding but I was always Respectful and professional I was under the impression that the customer Is always rightupdate all your sales rep had to say was that he does not handle the warrantees and that the finance department does and finance manager would return my call when he was available. “which I never received” or i should’ve been transferred to his voicemail right then and there. In a professional and respectful manner. There would’ve been no issue, Instead it was I was bombarded with the demands saying I had to come in first and test drive and go over options before I could talk to the finance manager. In his eyes it was “pointless for us to be talking about that warrantee stuff over the phone”. After I made it clear that the warranty was the deciding factor on if wee where going to be interested in the vehicle. O and the reply from the dealer about it not be inconvenient or inconvenient for me is totally ridiculous. Not once did I ever mention any thing about being convenient or inconvenient for me. This just shows how disrespectful this dealership is. I understand there’s other customers. I guess this dealership operates on a high pressure sales tactics and it seems that I would be potentially interfering with his Commission. I guess this dealership operates on a high pressure sales tactics. However he made sure to take my information. When I was giving him my info I need a simple request that he does not call me throughout the day as I cannot have phone calls at work and to only have the finance manager call me. The salesman stated that “you called me I didn’t call you“
I had already shopped at other Honda dealers in my area. When I got you Mt. Kisco Honda, Alex Benaissa took great care of me from the sales process to the delivery of the car. It was a pleasure working with him to negotiating a great lease deal on a 2013 Pilot. Any hubby would be pleased. I have to tell you that he knew the Honda models very well. He even made sure I had a driver seat that fit me well and stayed at the correct height for me. I hope to work with Alex again in 36 months or sooner to get another great deal from Mount Kisco Honda. Be sure to ask for Alex when you visit the dealer. I am sure he will work hard to get you a Honda at a price you will be happy with.
Hi - I usually dont write reviews, but I did not have the most comfortable experience . Im purchasing a car this month. I found the sales person confrontational, pressuring me to answer questions I did not feel ok answering and basically talking down to me. A bit condescending as well. He really wasnt what someone who deals with people should be. Maybe it was my gender. I certainly hope not. I still want to consider a Honda so will be checking another dealer.
Needed a CPO Honda for my wife and it was simply the best. You need to know what you want and the price you will pay and all the finance options and then you good. Phyllis was fantastic and also Nick the manager. Even the finance guy was laid back and pleasant.. When we found a scratch on it they gave us a loaner and took care of it ,,, what can i say this is probably the best Honda dealership in the 50 mile area...and i checked them all out..will definitely come back here again...thx David
I bought a 2018 clarity after being told it was on promotion. For the most part the car is OK. The windshield wipers malfunction. When on, they open too wide - flying off the side of the car. Secondly, in the cold, the drivers window will roll down but NOT back up. So, have some plastic bags ready to cover the open windows on your 2018. (which is 400 a month, mind you) But STILL, despite these, I still had a nice time with the staff when purchasing. Heres the reason why this is a 1 star.HONDA FINANCING RUINED MY CREDIT THROUGH THEIR OWN MISTAKE AND WILL NOT HELP ME FIX MY CREDIT.After making 3 payments (444x3), i found out that my old cars account was still active. furthermore, Honda cashed the dealer check from my waived miles BUT did not apply it to my account. So all my lease payments for my new 2018 were being applied to my old leases mile overage - which, again, should have been waived. So, Will @ Mt. Kisco moved the money around for me and assured me he would handle it. And he did... ...sort of. He called me back to advise me Honda couldnt remove the charges because they were for a lease extension. (what? who asked for that?) So, once I had to verify up and down that i didnt request a lease extension (after handing in the lease), they agreed to move the money. After most of the money was transferred, Honda STILL DID NOT close my old account. Rather, they stated that after all the money was moved, I still owed $100 for my old lease (why? no one can tell me and they point me to the dealer) oh and... PLUS a $20 late fee. So $120 total. They also were nice enough to tell me that it already hit my credit and I would have to file paperwork through the bureaus over the course of the next few months to *try* and remove the negative hit, but they couldnt guarantee that it would ever be removed. So, here i am 6 months after my car purchase. I called the dealership but no reply. I regret this purchase, i wish i just returned my old 2015 and went ANYWHERE ELSE and will never work with Honda again. I would rather TAKE THE BUS than have these people ruin my credit. I was trying to buy a new house for my family. Now, my credit dropped into a new tier and Honda will cost me THOUSANDS in interest for THE REST OF MY LIFE. Shame on Honda.
I went to this dealership 3 times; twice for service, once to look at a car for kicks. I think I might keep coming back because it is entertaining how dishonest they are as a whole. The first time I went I needed a key for my Honda Civic. I went there and told him I wanted a valet key and they said they couldn’t do it they can only give me the full set for like 180 bucks or something, I told him that was unacceptable. They eventually did me a “favor” and offered to make me a valet key for $85. I come back and they charge me $93.The second time was outrageous. I went for an oil change. After leaving my car for which should be 30 minutes they told me that I had an airbag recall that needed to be done before my car was even touched. I said OK and left for a couple hours before getting a call. I was told that the oil plug was jammed in the oil pan and the tracks were stripped so I needed a new oil pan and my transmission was leaking and I would need to pay upwards of $1500 to fix. Mind you this came out bit by bit the story kept getting better I’ll save you the incremental telling of this horror story and just keep it to the brass tacks. I told them I would not be able to do that so I would need to take my car to my mechanic. They then tell me it’s undrivable, because they had pulled the plug out, after telling me it was jammed and they were unable to pull it out. They said that driving it would be driving it with an oil leak and would cause the engine to seize, So I had it towed to my mechanic and fixed for $80. My mechanic also confirmed that there was no transmission leak. I took it to another mechanic to confirm. Before leaving Honda in Mount Kisco I said did you at least take care of the airbag? The answer is of course not Despite the service people telling me they could not touch my car without taking care of the airbag recall. By the way my car has had its airbag deployed before, the airbag is not under recall, they were lying.Lastly I went there earlier today to buy a car. Salesman was nice, but when I talk to the finance manager, he was adversarial and offensive. When I showed it when I asked himAbout true car, he said he doesn’t bother with them because he offers better prices than true car. I proceed to show him and local dealer that has a better true car price than the offered price. He disparages the other local dealer and insinuates that the price is likely fraudulent. Furthermore he bragged to me about how great his service department is, Despite me informing him that I have had a couple bad experiences and have friends who also have experienced their Dishonesty. I feel like I’m missing something because I remember catching him in one more lie after I had left the dealership. It doesn’t matter stay away from this place like the plague.*** update*** contacted the sales manager who basically told me that they need to make a buck and that they can’t make everyone happy. He insisted on the integrity of his staff and let me know that he would speak with the service manager or Gm about covering the tow fees at my request. My request was denied and i am out the towing fee from mt kisco to my mechanic. While I cannot prove that mt kisco was responsible for damage done to my car, they absolutely misrepresented the problems and repairs needed. Avoid at all costs! Dishonest people!
I was helped by Cesar who was very professional with no sales pressure, and down the line from nick making sure my car which was a certified accord was detailed perfectly on delivery.the financing dept also went very smooth explaining all extras without sales pressure. I definitely recommend the team.
If I could make this review have negative stars, I would. First of all, trading in my old Honda CRV and leasing a new Passport took close to 8 hours. They were just rushing to get as many sales as possible and not closing the ones from earlier in the day.I was told that my old CRV lease would be taken care of when I leased the new Passport (love the car by the way). However, I have now had duplicate car payments taken out of my account only to find out that the lease was NOT taken care of as communicated to me multiple times at the dealership. I called the dealership and they are saying that wasnt the deal that was made.I will never use this dealership again. If this doesnt completely dissuade you, bring lots of snacks, a phone charger and plenty of things to do. Also, make sure you read the fine print and make them put everything in writing.
You can tell immediately about their excellent customer service. Cesar is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling and the bosses want a reasonable deal to go through. They are very competitive. I walked in at 430pm with a trade in, by 7pm I was driving the new car back to my house. I’m very satisfied and I strongly recommend them.
Everyone was great. Hal sold me the car and was really nice to work with. I ended up picking it up a day early and Hal was off. His partner, sorry forgot his name, walked me thru everything about the car. He was very helpful and patient. The guy ( again, forgot his name) that took our check and did all the paper work was super as well. All 3 guys were very nice to work with. Love my new, used car and hope it lasts for a long time. Thanks
What can I say? The 2017 Accord Touring was gorgeous...a test drive at 11 AM proved perfect. I was trading in a 2014 and was with my girlfriend who helped me by spotting the car at the Mt. Kisco dealership a few days earlier. We first met with Adam, an agreeable young guy who was the initial contact. Then we were given Nick, who kinda took over the transaction. Over a pretty grueling three hour period basically waiting at Adams desk, a credit check was run...my good credit score gave me a GREAT rate, one that I was ready to employ. Why it took three hours I have no idea. And after that wait, bad news...(at least thats what we were led to believe.)You see, I bought my previous car (the trade in) in CT, a state where the bank keeps the physical lien....but my car was registered in NY after moving back a few years ago. it seemed like this really shouldnt have been a problem, given the close proximity of the two states. It must happen all the time...But the sale had to be stopped, according to Nick, who painted a very difficult and complicated picture involving my having to go to the NY DMV, get a Lien transfer that would take several days, during which time the dealer would hold the car. This didnt seem right.I called my bank, the lienholder...a very large national company. The service rep listened incredulously...Thats just wrong...there should be no problem...that situation happens all the time.So we left Mt. Kisco Honda...after a stupid 3 hour wait, without a car and with a very bad taste...it just didnt seem right, and it wasnt. Heres why:Luckily, previous to Mt. Kisco, I had seen another car at a nearby NY Honda dealer that was equally attractive to me. Leaving Mt. Kisco thinking Id have to jump through hoops, I called the other dealer and asked him about the lien issue,,,but it WASNT an issue. What? Thats no problem whatsoever! We have out of state liens all the time! Your car is still available...come on down and lets see what numbers we can do.WIthin 30 minutes, I had bought the car. the deal was agreed on, signed and I picked up the car the next workday. Mt. Kisco lost a sale...Why?Today (the day after the sale) we called to talk to the manager of Mt. Kisco, to discuss the situation as the car was still being held for me. He did not return our call, (another example of shoddy, unprofessional service and behavior.) There was no misunderstanding, no confusion, just lazy, inadequate follow-through and lack of motivation and consideration. Never again.Go ahead, Mt. Kisco...explain why I couldnt buy a car because the lien was issued in a neighbor state. You lost a solid sale...what kind of outfit are you?Let the buyer beware...you guys are really something...and thats not a good thing.I just wish I could get my 3 hours back...(but love my new car from another dealer who knows their stuff.)You and Art C. are now friends
Im on 4th lease with Mt. Kisco Honda. From my 1st interaction with them 10 years ago through now they have always treated me like family. I tell them what were looking for and Cesar takes it from there and lays all the options on the table. I hace never experienced car buying/leasing so easily No B/S. Everything is taken care of. Also want to give a special shout out to Brian Durkin Finane Manager. He goes over everything makes the process run smoothly. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thanks You
BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!I had the pleasure of working with Brian Durkin (Sales & Leasing) today. Ive been watching prices, dealership websites and car buying circles for approx. 7-8 months. In the last 4-weeks I went to 3 Honda dealers. One in CT and another one in NY (both shall remain nameless). I was about to give up hope when by chance I found Mt. Kisco Honda (30-minutes) from home on a Google search.I feel completely fortunate to have found them, I called yesterday - arrived today and left with a 2013 Honda Pilot EX-L at an awesome price. I decided to finance through Honda with the assistance of Mike Gallagher. Both gentleman where curious, patient and extremely service oriented.I wouldnt hesitate in recommending this dealership to friends and family.
Mt.Kisco Honda is Horrible. After issues with my A.C condenser in my 2016 Civic not blowing cold air, I brought it in to be serviced. I was told that it was cause by rocks on the highway, and was a design flaw on hondas end (great explanation-- I ended up receiving a warranty extension and offer to reimburse from Honda corporate) . They invoiced the service at $850. They also mentioned that I had less then 1/8 of an inch of brake pads left and would need to replace my brakes asap. I decided to go to 2 different Honda dealerships for second opinions as my brakes were working fine. Both dealerships quoted the A.C service at around $500 and I was told by BOTH dealerships that my brakes were in excellent condition and were good for another 20,000 miles. great. thanks mt kisco honda.
This is the second car with Mt. Kisco Honda. Living 35 minutes away. I had no issue driving there the first time. But this second time around. I really couldnt make up there to pick up the new car. They made it happen and DROVE the car to me to do the delivery. That is service. Not to mention the price has always been fair and honest. The general Manager- Mike and manager, William are honest and go above and beyond 100%. I will be going back.
This is my first time writing a review but really wanted to share our experience. We have been searching for a specific certified pre-owned Honda for a month, visiting 5 dealerships in the tri-state area and talking to several more on the phone. I heard every sales line in the book and saw some pretty deceitful price adds, extra fees, long trips for a car that smelled like an ashtray and last minute calls saying they cannot deliver the car at the contracted price because their sister dealer owned it. Are you kidding me? You can not make this stuff up.I was left wondering why buying a CPO Honda had to be so painful. Then we visited Mt Kisco Honda and were helped by Isam Alsayegh. We were very impressed with his transparency and honesty. No gimmicks or games. This is the dealership to go to for the educated consumer who wants to be treated with respect.Thank you Isam and Mt Kisco Honda.
Three years ago I met Toni-Marie Dimassimo when I was shopping for a Honda. She made it possible to transact the deal in the most convenient and expeditious way possible. Shes knowledgeable, ethical, and when I was shopping for another car recently, I contacted her again. And Im glad I did; her experience and professionalism saved me money. Its employees like Toni-Marie that make the dealership standout, and how they earn my business.
The two people working at the desk Honda were absolutely TERRIBLE TO ME. My tire pressure light was on and I explained that I had road hazard/tire protection as part of my lease and that if I needed a tire replaced, they had the card and my account info to get payment authorized. The woman at the desk sneered at me and asked me what that was and where I got my car. I explained it to her and told her I leased from White Plains Honda. She didnt say anything because the man sitting next to her yelled over and told me to pay for the tire in advance and then the tire insurance would reimburse even though thats not how it works. I asked for my car and left and went to Mavis who knew what the road hazard protection was, greeted me with a smile, and didnt treat me like a nuisance. Second bad experience here and never coming back here again. Its easier to drive to a dealership doesnt treat customers like garbage.
Staff was friendly and attentive..mike the manager was great helped me out a lot ...really went above and beyond to get me into a car ...Peter was great as well helped me every step of the way... was very explanatory about all the features of my new car .. Chris was great too when it came to all the paperwork ... couldn’t ask for a better place to buy a car !! Def go see them you won’t be disappointed at all .. great staff ..clean environment everyone was very covid aware and did everything to make our visit feel safe and enjoyable .. took the pain out of car buying for sure .. would recommend this place to anyone !!
I would recommend this Honda dealership than all others. I went there 5 years ago and they were very professional to us. Usually, when you go to certain dealerships they get too involved with trying to out sell each other rather than taking there time to answer questions. The sales team were not over bearing with there sales deals in your face. The whole atmosphere was calm professional and you can talk to the sales rep, manager without the quick rush to sell a car!Excellent service; they certainly will see me early next year.
I was greeted by Joe Cicchelli in the showroom and within a 2 week time period, test drove the Honda Accord LX, EX and Sport Editions. I visited 3 other dealers in the area to view the colors on the Honda Accord Sport Edition and to make a comparison before making a decision. Joes style and approach (patience) made me feel very comfortable. It was a 2.5 week process but I finally purchased a 2013 Honda Accord Sport Edition in the color I wanted. I wanted to make sure that I was going to get a good price with the terms (color etc.) that I wanted. If you want to be treated like an adult in a professional manner and not get irritated with the new car buying experience, then I would highly suggest you see Joe to walk you through the whole process. They did not even have the car I wanted in stock but gave me a good price with very good service. Cesar also helped out on Joes day off and took me on a really great test drive. In comparison to the other Honda dealers and the Toyota dealer down the street, there really is no comparison to make. Go see Joe now and get yourself a car !
Bought my Certified Used Accord at a different dealer. However, decided to try MT. Kisco Service Dept.HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mt. Kisco Service Department. A++. Was treated like a King!Technician rode with me, Diagnosed the problem, and immediately brought into service to fix it.Also, had a great experience when I bought a different used Honda, a year ago. It was car buying made easy!
Went for an interview to be the used car manager and they are doing big things. The minute I got in a service helper taking out the trash was friendly and pointed me to parking. I walked in the building slowly checking out how the infastructure of the building is and it looked good. A service advisor told me where the show room is ( as if its not obvious enough). Good experience over all my interview was swell and the GM told me how much they are growing which really doesnt surprises me because honda is getting tremendously better products recently from the new CR-V to the safety features on any car on almost every trim.
For this service, replacing fuel injectors and the shift nob, on a 2017 CRV, I was very pleased. Took my car right away(had appointment), completed the service in stated time frame. Dave kept me informed on the progress. Overall, service went well. But, it did take 6 weeks to get the replacements parts.
We purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L, through Andrew Silfen in January of 2013. I had been shopping around many other dealerships and automotive brands for over a year, and had even been to other Honda dealerships; however, Honda of Mt. Kisco won out hands down.We had the pleasure of working with Andrew Silfen as our salesperson, he made us feel very comfortable, and I found him to be personable, funny, honest and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with his services, and would definitely buy a car from him again.David Feingold in the finance department did a wonderful job getting us a great deal on the car, with very manageable payments and the car is very well warranted. This was a great car shopping experience, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the market for a new Honda. I am extremely pleased with my Accord, for its ride, beauty, interior space and efficiency.I give Mt Kisco Honda, Five Stars, and I thank them for their services.Sincerely,Michael
Either I am naive or just been played or... just met a cars salesman that did not try to give me the usual buying a car at the dealership experience. Here is what happened to me this afternoon: I walked into the dealership, I sat down, asked for numbers, requested a little price shave, got it and signed the papers. From that point on, Bill took care of all the rest (including 2 or 3 agonizing put on hold and disconnect by the insurance call center) and I paid the man and got out with a great looking, awesome smelling new 2015 Honda Accord.I am happy and maybe he is happy too so what more can I ask for?
Simply put, this is the best Honda dealership in Westchester County, and is likely to be one of the best dealerships out of any manufacturer in the area. Unlike other dealerships in the region, they were willing to work with us on the price because they understood we had a limited budget, and that was the most important thing. The staff are well informed, well spoken, and dont try to stall or waste time. 5/5, would absolutely buy there again, and will certainly recommend it to anyone looking to buy or lease a car.
The service department, specifically David Bruder, helped make a stressful situation much easier to deal with. While I was driving my car all the engine lights came on along with warning messages. I called my hometown Honda dealer who was not very helpful. I then called Mt. Kisco Honda and was lucky enough to be connected to David who told me to drive right over, even though it was almost closing time, and they would take care of me. David kept me updated during the next 4 days regarding the repair to my car, he was pleasant, honest and accommodating. I would not hesitate to bring my car to this dealer in the future!
The service team at Mt Kisco Honda is first-rate. They have perfected excellent customer service, from the curbside check-in through completion, they were friendly and professional. And their treatment of an elderly customer sitting near me was patient, kind and beyond five star.
Terrible dealer well known for price gouging.Made the mistake of buying a 2016 Honda Pilot from these guys and it’s been a constant source of regret ever since. The car is fine but recently had an emissions light pop on so my wife took the car in to get serviced.According to them there were six faulty fuel injectors which cost $1600 to replace!! Half of that was labor. My wife needed the car for our three kids so had to pay and I was traveling for work at the time and couldn’t research relevant costs. This dealership has been repeatedly documented for price gouging on Facebook groups like Armonk moms and Chappaqua moms. DO NOT BUY A HONDA FROM HERE. Advisor Jake Mckenna and Service manager Steve Barbosa are crooks.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience in purchasing my CRV. Every single person went above and beyond in their effort and follow-through. And they care! A few examples: 1) My old car was dangerous to drive so a sales person drove over a half hour to pick me up from my home, drove me to the mechanic to get my car, and followed me back to the dealership. 2) They found the exact car I wanted from another of their dealers and brought it to their lot BEFORE the promised time (I had a last minute work conflict). Miracle delivery! 3) Best price around 4) No pressure, just nice caring individuals every step of the way 5) Every process was efficient (internet sales, financing, in-person sales, mechanic (getting rusty old plates off my old car) 6)Upon leaving, the salesperson realized that the Sirius radio was not yet activated. He took a picture of the cars identifier and made sure it was activated while I was driving away. Cannot imagine a better experience; they turned what could have been a stressful time into a comforting one!
Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. Tom Conti was my salesman and he made the process of trading in my car and buying a new car very easy and without stress. Tom listened to what I was looking for in a new car and was always police and courteous. I would definitely recommend Tom and this dealership to my friends and family.
My salesman, Dante Liberatore, was extremely kind and helpful with the entire process. Even better was the excellent deal that I received on my 2015 Honda Accord Coupe EXL V6. If you check trucar for pricing I got a deal beyond the excellent category. All in all I could not be happier with the purchase and I will definitely be buying my next Honda from them!!!
Deciding to buy or lease a car is a big decision in life. Finding an honest company that truly cares is a must especially when there are so many dealerships to choose from. If you are looking to buy or a lease a car from a company with good business ethics, that will work with you when factors out of your control occur and are overall honest, I would recommend going to a different dealership other then Mt Kisco Honda. While I myself didnt purchase a car from Mt Kisco Honda, I saw first hand from a friend how they are not a company one would want to do business with. My friend was put in an unfortunate situation in which they took advantage of to make a quick buck.Other dealerships expressed remorse for the situation and explained how they would have worked with my friend to remedy the situation. Mt Kisco Honda was unfortunately totally unwilling to do so.
Rachel Gershman….a big thank you for making my experience with the Mt. Kisco Honda dealership so pleasant. Your great customer service, courteousness and the extra mile you went to make my experience a painless one, was so refreshing!! You are a great asset to Mt. Kisco Honda!Thank you again.
The service Department is DISHONEST and rude. I purchased a Honda Accord. (I love this car.) Recently, the windshield fluid was not coming out. The motor functions properly. I called Mt. Kisco Honda. I described the scenario, including the fact that I purchased new wiper fluid and added it to the reservoir. The person answering said that there was probably some type of blockage in the tubing and that Mt. Kisco Honda would fix it, no charge, because the car is brand new and still under warranty. When I arrived at the dealership, the 1st the I was asked is, Where did you buy the car? This is a warning sign because some dealers are resentful and even revengeful when you dont buy from them. He said that many dealers use water instead of wiper fluid (REALLY!) and that was probably the source of my problem. He also asked me if I bought summer fluid or winter fluid. (REALLY, what a ridiculous question.) He said that they would have to remove the bumper and drain the fluid. I am glad I asked if there would be charge, because now the story was different. He said, You betcha! which I am sure would have meant several hundred $$$ easily. When I complained, the servied person named, David Bruder, responded by saying continually, Have a good day. Have a good day. I would point out, that if in fact there was a problem with the fluid, I could drain it simply by operating (spraying) until all the fluid was gone. These guys are NOT HONEST.
I dont like buying new cars. My Pathfinder is 10 years old and I was hesitant to get a new car. My past experiences included pushy sales people and mostly innacurate or useless information at the dealership. My recent trip to Mt. Kisco Honda changed my whole outlook on buying a car. I am giving Andrew Silfen an overall GREAT review and here is the reason why:Andrew Silfen made me feel comfortable and at ease and instead of feeling nervous and stressed, I enjoyed the whole process of buying a car.He is friendly and knowledgeable and was the key element that made me decide to buy my CRV. He is a gem and a great representative for the Honda brand.I love my car and I am very happy with the purchase. I must mention David, in finance. He was very friendly and helpful and also made the car-buying process a lot less stressful.Nilda Rodriguez
I visited the Mount KIsco dealership to explore the posibility of purchasing a Honda Civic with caution. I usually dont like car salesman, but this time my experience was very positive dealing with a person that was more abount my confort than about rushing me to sign the purchase papers. That person was Alex @ Mt.Kisco Honda dealership. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pleasant car purchase experience. Thank you Alex and god bless you.
Well Jim, you probably are totally unaware but getting a Type R is harder than getting a Dodge Demon. Toni-Marie was able to do the impossible and found one for me at a reasonable price. Great service and very friendly and proffesional staff....all deserve, not only a bonus but also Christmas turkey!Later, Ken Perez
I visited Nick Gizzo at Mount Kisco Honda to look at a used Honda Odyssey. Nick Gizzo was courteous, professional and honest throughout the entire transaction. After a lengthy review of my options Nick Gizzo convinced me that if I leased a new Odyssey that my trade in would pay for the entire lease agreement. He was extremely professional and worked on his day off to locate the color we wanted.Thank you Nick I will not hesitate to refer family and friends to Mount Kisco Honda and especially Nick Gizzo.
Walked into Honda early last week as I decided to give my teen sons my Honda Fit and get a new one. J P Krupper walked me through the process and I drove home with my new Honda Fit on Saturday. J P was professional and friendly and worked hard to get me the finance deal through Honda financial. Anthony was also very instrumental in helping me to purchase my new 2013 Honda Fit. My sons are thrilled to have my red 2009 sport Honda Fit to drive back and forth to school. Thank you!
Their work is good enough, but some of the employees are rude and unhelpful. On my most recent visit, I was told a replacement for a recalled part would take two hours. Actually took 24 hours, and I overheard an employee complaining about having to do the recall. Blame your company, dont take it out on the customer. At least be up front with the timeframe.
I just recently leased my second car with this dealer. I cant see myself doing business with any other dealer but this one. I did business with JP Kupper and I would like to continue to do future business with JP. He is friendly and very helpful. JP is the man to see.
This place has the worst costumer service, I was there today, and they guy who was talking with me, never did a effort to show me the car that I wanted, he was so lazy to show me the car in the parking lot, and also I request a list of accessories and details about the car and he just show me a magazine with general informacion. People like that and places like those make us decide to go to other places . Horrible people
I came in for my appointment for a steering wheel airbag recall and also to check a intermittent rough idle and cruise control not working which I was told on the phone no problem just bring it in but when I got there they said they can only do the recall and nothing else I meanwhile the girl wanted to sell me an oil change which I didnt because I still had 40% oil life leftand said I did not need it yet and she made a faceAnd while standing near the back I see the mechanic bring my car in and he runs over a tire which was in a overflowing pile I couldnt stop him in time but instead of him stopping he continue to run it over and scuffed the side of my molding when the car was finished I had the girl come over and look with me it was a tiny scuff but it wasnt going to make a big deal about it I figure I could just clean it off but how stupid of mechanic to keep going but overall terrible display of service Bryant salesman is excellent and thats the reason why I came there but I would never go back me while I went to Curry all smiles no problem took care of everything with no issues hes all covers on my car and carefully brought it in not running over tires and giving me snares
THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT OF THIS DEALERSHIP WERE UNWILLING TO WORK WITH A REPEAT LEASING CUSTOMER WHEN OUR CAR WAS STOLEN. THEY REFUSED TO HELP BUYBACK ONE OF OUR CARS. THE SALES MANAGER WAS RUDE AND UNWILLING TO NEGOTIATE AT ALL. I ADVISE ANY LOOKING FOR A NEW OR USED HONDA TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

2022-01-14Excellent buying experience. Peter did a nice job of walking me through the new pandemic car buying process. As a repeat customer I think they made an extra effort to find a vehicle for me that I would be happy with. Having frequented other Honda dealerships in Westchester, I am extremely satisfied with both the sales and service at Mt. Kisco Honda.

2022-06-10My family and I had a great experience working with Peter and his team at Mt. Kisco Honda. They were were friendly, respectful and most importantly honest and true to their word. Peter was very patient and took his time to work with us to best suit our needs. My husband and I did not feel pressured at all.The pilot we wanted was not available but Peter kept us updated and reached out when the vehicle became available. It was our first time there and we will definitely continue to do business with them.Even my two daughters love Peter. We came from Queens so he give us all the fun stuff to do with the kids while we were out there and the kids enjoyed it. Thank you Peter and team!!

2022-01-14Not a great business. Unfortunately their service and parts dept arent friendly at all... Everyone seems to be there for the paycheck rather than creating a good relationship with their customers. Cant wait to get my Tesla, Ill never buy another Honda again because of the expenses and terrible service like this...

2021-11-23Just bought a new Honda Insight today! Peter Leahy in sales was super awesome. He was courteous, never pushy, and let us drive 4 test cars before settling on the Insight. Nick, the manager was also great. Offered a very competitive price and made everything fall in place smoothly. Finally, Brian was super helpful with the financing and paperwork. Overall, best car buying experience. Great staff and service! Highly recommend Mt. Kisco Honda.

2022-07-01Thanks to Peter I now own a 2022 Ridgeline. I needed the Sport in White but there were none available in the region but one. Even though it wasnt at Mt Kisco, Peter still told me where it was located. He also checked in to make sure the process was going smooth and even checked in to see if I got it.Thanks Peter! I wish we couldve done business together but if Im ever in the market for a new Honda youll be the first person I call.

2022-03-29I leased a 2022 Honda Pilot over the weekend. My experience with Cesar, my sales rep, was great. Cesar is thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. Chris, who handled the financials, was also extremely helpful and nice. I also want to add that the manager, Mike, was a pleasure to talk, post-sale. I would return to this dealership for a future lease/purchase.

2022-02-03The entire buying process was very pleasant, stress free and smooth. Peter Leahy was very professional and knowledgeable of the car I was interested in. The car was delivered in the condition it was promised. Highly recommend Mt Kisco Honda and Peter! Thanks Peter!Kong-How Pang

2022-01-18Peter Leahy and Brian Durkin made my lease turn in very simple. Stayed on budget and the numbers never changed, got everything done super quick and I drove out in my new car in under an hour. I was very impressed with their service and will be back for all my Honda needs in the future.

2022-02-16This was the second car Ive gotten at Mount Kisco Honda. Peter Leahy, our salesman, was great! No pressure, helped us choose the right car, and the attention continued after the sale. He and Brian Durkin worked extra hard to get us in and out in a day.
