I agreed to pay over $600 for a deep house cleaning. The two staff assigned got stuck in traffic so I picked up breakfast as a courtesy and incentive to do a good job. Unfortunately they did a horrible job and I dont recommend Muffettas Domestic Assistants services - I will let the photos speak for themselves.The company offered to have someone come back, but eventually became annoyed when I sent evidence - which could have been used for staff training - of a job poorly done. My goal was to share my shock and frustration in real time but instead I was sent the following letter:Hi Lisa,We accepted that the cleaners missed areas and we offered to come back, you rejected that. We offered you a discount on the job which was accepted. We understand that mistakes are made and when they are made, we as a cleaning company strive to remedy the situation as quickly as possible so it does not linger. We offered you 5 hours of cleaning which you have not used and here we are, over a month since the cleaning, getting another email about the cleaning even though we have offered to fix the areas that were not cleaned properly or missed. Therefore we are sending you a check for $100 (screenshot attached) to apply to your next cleaning, with the cleaning company of your choice. We hope this resolves this situation.All the Best~The indignant tone of this letter was insulting, cold, and unwarranted - I will not do business Muffettas Domestic Assistants and I encourage you to think twice about it if at all.

I had Muffetta’s Housekeeping come to my home to do a deep spring cleaning. They are true professionals from start to finish. From scheduling the appointment to the people they sent to clean my home, They handled everything perfectly. Troy did everything he could to fit me into their schedule even though I called last minute.Then, They called after the cleaning people arrived to make sure I was happy with who they sent and how they were doing so far. The next day, they called to make sure I was pleased with their service. The people they sent worked non-stop and did a fabulous job. They did such an impressive job that my cousin, who was staying with me for a few days, called her boyfriend and said she wanted to have them clean her house for her birthday present. I was so happy with them that I decided to hire them to send someone to my home weekly to clean, which is also working out perfectly. I highly recommend them.

Muffettas Domestic Assistants did a fabulous job on cleaning an apartment I needed cleaned. It was a heavy duty job and the team at Muffettas rolled up their sleeves and did a professional and thorough cleaning. I am highly recommending not only their service and the quality of their work, but also the management at Muffettas and how they handled everything from start to finish. I was out of state at the time and i had to rely on them to manage the entire job and they were able to provide me with the peace of mind I needed. 5 Stars!

Ive been using this company for about two months now. So far, they have been excellent!They are always on time, easy to communicate with and they do a remarkably good job on cleaning for my Airbnb. They are very thorough with attention to detail, which as every Airbnb hosts realizes is of the utmost importance. After each guest stay, linens must be washed and beds made as well as every surface wiped down etc. I demand perfection and so far, Ive gotten it.

Muffettas service has been a blessing for my wife and I. They manage to keep the comfortability factor of a small cleaning service with the reliability of a large cleaning service. We use them to help run our airbnb and the guests time and time again have noted how sparkling clean the home is when they arrive. Muffettas even helps us with some of our more unique items such as restocking our coffees, smores tray, and bath items. They were willing to go above and beyond to fit our needs and we hold a deep appreciation for what everyone from the cleaning staff to the office staff do for us to help keep us as stress free as possible. These are truly great people working here. Highly recommend!

On her very first appointment at my home, Eva made herself acquainted with my cleaning equipment and with my way of doing things in no time at all. She even suggested areas of cleaning that I had overlooked. She was both very professional and pleasant to work with. I give her the very highest marks.

I met the crew in the morning, walked them thru the unit pointing things out. I then left to take of other things. When I got the call that the job was finished, I went back did a walk thru and was very pleased with the job. When the landlord did her walk thru she commented on how clean everything was. I would not have a problem using them in the future.

Excellent customer service experience,Mary is nice,very professional and highly organized. I used other staff members of the same company for general cleaning and organizing ..They arrived on time and promptly worked very hard to move many boxes to the basement and organize them in a logical way .I couldn’t speak enough of the high standards of Muffetas Domestic Assistants.

Use this service. Even if you think you dont need it, this service will renew your home and give new peace of mind. I am so happy 😊 I fought against my pride. This is a wonderful cleaning service. I will not call any other!
