My first experience with Mullens Appliance was excellent. In this pandemic era I met Russ only via telephone. Kenney installed our dishwasher; His service was outstanding !
I am beyond amazed and appreciative of the customer service they extended to me and my family. House calls and advice on how to remedy an issue I had with an outlet.I 100% recommend them!!This is what being an independent, locally owned business is all about!!!Thank you!!!
I had a Rinnai tankless unit installed to replace an old water heater. Hands down best experience that I have ever had with a contractor. Work done was very clean and additional supplies were needed but I was not charged beyond the estimate. They did more than was expected and the job was completed perfectly. If youre looking to replace and old water heater get a tankless!

2019-12-12All of our home appliances in the past 10 years have been purchased through Mullens and we wouldnt shop elsewhere! Highly recommend checking them out of your looking for a new appliance or need something repaired. Theyll take care of it!

2021-03-11I bought a used dryer today and in less than 4 hours, my dryer was delivered, installed, and they even leveled it and gave me advice on how to optimize my venting. The sales person was very nice and the delivery men were careful and thorough. My dryer is like new, and I couldnt be happier. Youre wasting time and money going anywhere else. 5* all day

2020-05-26Over the years I have purchased several preowned appliances from Mullens including a washer, dryer and fridge. Service was fantastic, delivery was prompt and professional. The appliances were clean and reconditioned to work like new. My used washer and dryer have been going strong for a good 8 years now. Great to keep these appliances out of the landfills as with knowledge and parts, they can be made new again.

2019-12-04We called Mullen’s for a dishwasher install after the Home Depot third party contractors left us hanging. Mullen’s sent someone out in less than 24 hours and they had our dishwasher up and running in no time. They were professional and extremely kind! Their prices are much better than the big box stores. I’m glad we found Mullen’s and will certainly call them again in the future!

2019-11-21They are super friendly!! They took the time to explain on how to fix my washer... looked at pictures of what I was trying to fix and even had the parts on hand! Highly recommend and super appreciative for their help. It made the last 14 hours of my struggle with a washer...much easier. Only wish I had called them sooner!!!

2019-10-10October 9, 2019 I ordered an electric dryer not fully realizing my broken one was gas, it was here when I bought the house. I did not have a 220 line so they came back with a gas dryer the same day. It was a difficult job to get the old one out and the new one in as I had a narrow staircase. There was taking things apart, re-assembling but they got it done! They went above and beyond and I am so grateful! Highly recommend this small business for their perseverance, thank you!

2018-12-29Sherry is great and very knowledgeable about appliances. Bought a gently used washer that looked like new for half the price of a new unit with a 90 day guarantee. Want to give a shout out to the two guys that delivered the unit...they were professional and conscientious.
