Recently a Munro employee named Chris refinished a kitchen sink at our home and did an excellent job.We can honestly state that the whole process, from visiting the Munro office to the completed work, was without problems and exceeded our expectations.
Very dissatisified with my tub refinishing. They should have come to the home first to evaluate the job not over the phone. Did not realize until after the job was done how careful you have to be with everything. Afraid to let my grandchildren take a bath at our house anymore.. Had problems with tub cracking after the job was done and was not given a very good response to our problem. The manager was quite rude. Unhappy with the results after they came to repair crack. Sloppy job and the cost was very pricey. Would not recommend them to a friend or family member.
Munro did a great job restoring my 1970s harvest gold bathtub into a modern white bathtub. The technician was prompt, courteous and completed the job in one afternoon with a minimum mess and disruption. I would recommend Munro for bathroom refinishing jobs.
I had my master bathroom remodeled almost three years ago. Unfortunately, I used a shoddy contractor, who was horrible to deal with from the start. He did such poor quality work that I still hesitate to show anyone my master bathroom! He attempted to coat my olive green, cast-iron tub, white, which he did prior to tiling the shower walls. As he was tiling the walls in the shower, after coating the tub, he proceeded to drop tiles and tools on the newly-coated tub, chipping the tub. He then did a patch job on the tub, and it looked like that - a tub with patches all over it! Eventually, the tub was nearly chipped away to green again. Munro arrived and, in a few hours, the tub looked brilliantly white, flawless, shiny and new! It now perfectly matches my sinks and toilet. The men who did the job were punctual, very pleasant, thorough, meticulous and very trustworthy. I highly recommend Munro and would not hesitate to hire them again - K. Cochrane (West Seneca)
I have lived with an old peach bathtub for years before a contractor recommended Munro Products. I couldnt be happier with the product and the professionalism of the technicians. Sorry I waited so long as it is absolutely beautiful.
This went under my sons Google account for some reason...we just had our bathtub and farmhouse kitchen sink redone. It is GORGEOUS! Staff was polite and professional. Our tub had pitting and divets, and the kitchen sink was down to cast iron, and they both look like new now! Price for both was very reasonable! Highly recommend this company and their work!
I couldnt be happier with the work Munro recently completed on my bathroom sink! The hard work and professionalism displayed by Chris exceeded my expectations. My previously cracked and broken sink now looks better than new.

We set up an appointment to have a tub refinished didnt want to go through a remodel and didnt want to use some of the other services out there Ive used them in the past they do a great job and it has a warranty highly recommend
Very interssting text message exchanges! Set an appointment to get an estiomate on a complete Kitcehn and bath renovation and more. Could not get the estimator to come to Walden Ave in Buffalo, first meeting was cancelled 10 minutes prior to the time then I had to reach out a day later and ask about rescheduling. It was asked of me to come home for lunch from my office which I wouldnt do and finally it was suggested we do a Saturday because the estimator would happen to be in downtown Buffalo doing a commercial estimate. My feeling is that this is purely a demographic decision. There are other suburban Buffalo contractors that will not coem to Walden, however this was different they said they would come! I never received the weekend call either!
Would recommend Christopher Hoca with assistant Trevor. They are excellent workers. Also, Keith DiGraff is also excellent. They renovated my mothers bathroom and it looks like it’s brand new!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Pleasure to work with!
Redid our tub surround and recoated the tub. They are very good at what they do. They came back to reseal the corners of the surround. Very detailed work. Would use them again.
They left a mess in the bathroom and out in the hallway.. They did a beautiful job on the tub though. But I thought they werent supposed to leave a mess like that. But I will say they were very polite and came in the time frame they said.

2018-10-08We did a our master and half bath with Munro and could not be happier with the results. Keith and team are great and very skilled. We have a large 4 x 6 walk in shower that had to be completely gutted. The attention to detail in building the floor and structure were amazing with nothing less than a perfect job being acceptable to the team.The cabinetry is top notch and the choices for wood, colors and counter tops are near limitless. They worked with us on the fixtures and specific parts of the job (what we wanted to buy and install vs what they normally do) so that we could save money and be involved where we wanted to do the work.Our master ended up being our dream bathroom. On a side note, we did 4 quotes on the master and Munro had the most flexible (and lowest) cost of the quotes. We immediately had them do our half bath and visitors who use it say Not sure how I can go home and face my bathroom now.Easily the best contractor we have ever worked with on a combo of precision work and good pricing.

2019-05-19They did a wonderful job on the kitchen. Diane at the office did a great job in keep open communication and update me on what was going on. I would highly recommend Munro for Kitchen and Bath remodel. I had two bathrooms done almost two years ago and they did a good job, so I decided to use them again for my kitchen.

2020-06-10I cant say enough about this company. They are such kind people and very professional. I needed the slide to my pool refinished as it had become real faded over the years. Thanks to them, my slide looks brand new! I couldnt be happier with the results. If anyone is looking to have a slide, pool stairs, hot tub or anything refinished, these are the guys to go to! 2019-04-23Our tub was originally blue. I purchased three kits to do the sink which was the same color, and two for the bath/shower. Two kits barely covered the tub and shower but I was amazed at how it came out. It was a hard tub to cover because of the built in features. I missed two tiny spots behind each side of the bar but it doesnt show unless you look behind it. They tell you not to expect perfection. I did the sink first, months before and it came out really rough looking because I went over it too many times trying to get it perfect. Since the bathroom is western/bunk house themed it actually looks good rough. Trying to get the tub to match was not a problem. It will drip no matter what you do. Go with it. I watched YouTube videos of other brands of tub paint and they appeared to be a nightmare. This covers in one coat, dries quickly and doesnt smell as bad as I thought it might, as long as you have a window and fan going and use the mask. I did this all myself and Im a 62 year old woman with painting experience but nothing like this. You have to work quickly so if you have a second person to help, that can be helpful but not really necessary as I found out. I cant tell you how this will hold up but I put so much layers of paint on the sink that it ran into the drain area gradually and we had to grind it out so that we could get the replacement drain cover in. It seems to dry very hard. Ive included pictures of the finished tub. They say make sure the tub is clean! I must have washed, sanded, scraped, etc. the thing at least double what they recommended because it took me so many months to finally do it but I know that paint doesnt stay very well on dirty surfaces sometimes so definitely didnt want this to chip off. When I couldnt find one of the bottles of hardener to my kit, I called the company and they sent one right away. Turns out I had misplaced it. They were so helpful and so gracious with any questions I had, Id give them 10 stars if I could. This beats replacing the tub any day. Especially since it isnt used much except for guests.

2019-06-24Munro Products came into our daughters house and turned a tired mess of a dated old bathroom into a New clean bright bathroom! They were clean and did a great job of cleaning up the next day. I recommend them for anyone who has a old dated tub and wants it to look like New.

2019-09-06I had my bathtub refinished about two months ago by Monro. The guys did an excellent job! My tub looked brand new! Today, I had a concern with a spec or marking on the tubs ledge. After the serviceman, Chris, did a little extra cleaning with a couple products, the spec was essentially gone and my tub was sparkling again. He answered all my questions and cleaned up well after completion! I would highly recommend the Monro company!

2019-11-07Munro Products changed my bathroom from 1980 to 2019. I had a green bathtub and sink. It took Chris only 4 hours to update my bathroom 40 years! He was on time, very polite, and had a smile on his face! He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I should have had this done years ago!

2018-02-15Munro did an awesome job re-coloring my upstairs full bathroom--it was LAVENDER--I chose the Laced Linen to get a contrast with my white tub which turned out amazing. Completely freshened and brightened everything up. A great alternative to tearing out perfectly good tile.
