I’m not sure what the negative reviews are for, as others have said - I think some might not realize there are 4 floors here (despite the sign that says this upon entry). I was greeted by a very friendly staff member, and was intrigued by the first two floors - which offer mostly comic exhibits (a lot of Marvel and DC) ranging from early 20th century through today. The third floor housed a lot of other interesting art and illustration that mostly hovered around early 20th century. Some haunting, beautiful images. The fourth floor has a lovely gem of a bistro (also adorned with artwork), and if I had the time I would’ve loved to stay and eat there. Overall, this a cool, quick spot to take in some illustration art!

A number of reviews are complaining about the small size of the Museum, and the limited collection. Theyre not mentioning two things: first, that even though theres only one exhibit room per floor, there are four floors. Second, the Museum has a rotating collection. If you check the Museums calendar, youll find out which dates to go to see an exhibit of Marvel Comics artwork, or one of 1930s pulp magazine covers, or classic newspaper comic strips, or the art of Batman. There are usually two or three different exhibits running at any given time.

It was alright. Online reviews and the website made it look like it would be a much bigger exhibit, but in actuality... It was just a small hallway of art.Dont get me wrong though, it was a decent exhibit and I enjoyed my time. I wouldnt go back though as it was $10 for about 30 minutes of my time (and that wasnt me rushing the museum).

Waste of time we came here and spoke to the person on the phone and asked if it was a comic book exhibit we paid our money and it was a small hallway and dining room with pictures of comics on the walls where is the space if you come here just say you’re going to lunch or dinner and you can see the whole exhibition for free. Took 5 minutes to see everything for 50 dollars.

This is not a museum of comic and cartoon. This is a dull exhibit of Morden illustrations. Very disappointing; a waste of time and money. Don’t go under this false pretence.

Seems to be the same as museum of illustration. The month I were there the focus was on illustration so not that much comics. (And no signs, hard to find the right place)

Very very tiny, which is a shame when youre going to see the art of such influential artists
