These people are a waste of time. I try to see an apartment to see if I am even interested in it and they give me the run around for 2 days. Then when I finally talk to someone the guy gives me an attitude. Way to go to get people to use your services. Especially for people who told you that they already have all there paperwork ready. This is the only realty company that I have ever had a problem with.

I went to this office recommended by a friend whom rented an apartment with than and I only have good things to say about this office and the people who works there . Ana Castillo was the person who i Spoke with when i first went to the office and one thing that i liked with than is that they dont ask for money to show any apartment like many other offices in Jackson Heights do , they do ask you to bring all your documents to make sure that you will qualify for what you are looking for and this is what i did . Wednesday was when i came in with my paper work and by Saturday morning i was signing the lease with the landlord lord for this great 2 bedroom apartment in Woodside . I do want to thanks this office for all your help and for the professionalism that you worked with me and i will recommend My Borough Realty for any person who is looking to rent an apartment .

Worst real state company ever!!! Literally, Get Out!!!, they took my paperwork and deposit money which was $1,500 to hold an apartment that I liked in Kew Gardens Queens after they showed it no me. After a week of me waiting to see which other apartments they were going to show me, because they said that they could keep showing me apartments while the deposit and all the paperwork were there with them, they showed me a nasty looking basement in Woodside Queens, when I stated from the begging that I was not interested in any basements and that the apartment had to be Dogs friendly. After they showed me the basement, I told them that I didnt want to see any other apartments, that I wanted the apartment in Kew Gardens, they told me that the apartment was not available anymore, then why did I give you my money and paperwork for? After that, they were like, ohhh but you have a dog and they dont accept dogs in the building. Keep in mind that when I went to see the apartment the super of the building told me, my boyfriend and the realtor that they accept dogs. I went to the building website and they have written that they accept dogs and cats. Then the realtor contact me and tell me that I have to pay extra $1,000 for security because I have a dog. After hearing this, I call the building management and I ask them if tenants have to pay an extra fee of $1,000 for deposit because they have dog, guess what the building management said? No you dont have to. At that point I dont want to deal with the realty company anymore and I want my money and paperwork back. Long story short, they game me my money and papers back after 15 days. So people, be aware, dont use this company.

Me and my husband had a very pleasant experience dealing with Osmar Reis. He was very patient, took us in a lot of viewings over 6 months, he helped us close a really good deal with some very difficult people and explained us our way through all the beurocratic things. Even after months hes still willing to help with any doubts we have. Were very happy with the service weve got.

The worst company Ive seen. They take your money; show you really bad places, and never give your money back. Please dont even think on using this company! I had a really bad experience, in which the owner (a dark skinned male) tries to beat me up, only for asking for my money. He looks calmed, but he is an abusive person who only looks to rob you. They are simply abusive robbers!!!

I’ve been working with borough realty for two months now, at first the guy Thomas showed me 4 places and remind you out of 4 apts i had picked two, one didn’t accept me but the other did in kew gardens i was waiting and waiting to sign the lease nothing ever happened he told me the lady was super busy and never answered again and that was after the lady said yes. Long story short I let the people know from where I’m moving from that I will be leaving by the end of the month because I was getting this apartment so now it’s the end of the month and I have no apartment and nowhere to go thanks to this real estate. All they do is waste your time and money.And I wish you would write back saying that I didn’t go to your office because I did. Oh and another thing they won’t give me my papers back as much as i have reached out!!!

Dont dare to use this company, if you can call it a company. They are shameless thieves!!! They will ask you for money and show you the worst places. Make you waste time, and they will not return your money. Again, not even think about it!
