The food is starting to slack here. Delivered a burnt pizza. I would rather had been told and would have waited. They made a chicken wrap wrong and I brought it back.... Made it wrong again.The owner is rude especially to his new hires. Gets frustrated if they screw up. How about training them correctly?
Pizza is delicious, however the guy who seemed like owner/manager definitely needs to stop yelling & degrading his employees and treat them with more respect. I felt terrible for them. I was also bothered by the fact that no gloves/sanitation were used when handling my food/others food after the register & phone were used. The delicious pizza redeems them. 3/5
Im from up north from NY and this is by far the best pizza Ive ever had. Chicken and bacon ranch is a hit and the Mac attack should never be made anywhere else. Shout out to my employer for having a contract with a company in the same plaza as this spot. I WILL be returning.

Awesome food!!! Great Service. The scarpielo slice and dish is awesome and the buffalo slice is great. If you are in the area totally recommend it really is my favorite pizza place. Totally recommend!
Poor service. I received Soggy fries and when I called to tell them they had a nasty attitude and said they would deliver fresh ones 40 minutes went by and when I called they said they will no longer deliver to my job facility.
Good pizza - nice thin crust and good flavor. Nice to have the drive thru - better to order ahead for pickup!
Not busy at all. Told 30to 35min. It was 52min. I’m the only customer. I don’t mind waiting if it was busy. I mentioned it and he said “I don’t care, get the f..out, have a nice life”. Speechless. First and last time there

Not actually my favorite place for pizza, but there salads are great and dessert and entree options compete with anyplace in town at reasonable prices

Stopped in 2 get a couple of slices for me and my friend..Marie.. .was good except for ...the cheese ran all of my friends pizza and into her lap.....needless to say she was pissed...so this is not my favorite place

2021-10-15I ordered a Mohegan salad that was 13.95 on the menu. My wife picked upThe food Ana was charged 19.95 for this!!! We give a lot of business to my favorite pizza! 20 bucks for a grilled chicken salad ??? Never going back !! Kimberly !

2021-11-07Food is bad compared to other places within a 5 minute drive. Also, despite having delivery listed EVERYWHERE, when you ask they refuse to deliver. Massive waste of time, pay your drivers more and get better cooks please.

2021-04-26Went their at least 7 or 8 times times for slices and didnt have slices available. Never in my life did i ever come across a pizza place that didnt offer slices. Wow!.....Now they offer half price slices on Sunday. I guess they decided to sell slices!........Dont waste your time on this place and also dont know how to greet and thank customers.

2020-04-11WATCH OUT FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!! When you ask for delivery and pay by credit card they write the whole number on the receipt along with the expiration date and code on the back! I couldnt believe how unprofessional this business is. If that receipt fell into the wrong hands anyone could use MY credit. It also took almost two hours for delivery, we had to call 3 times and we live walking distance from the restaurant. Also they wouldnt make the pizza we wanted (half buffalo chicken/pepperoni) because they wont make half of a specialty pizza. Well guess what.. Westbrook pizzeria does! Theyre much further away but deliver BETTER pizza in 40mins. Oh and they are intelligent enough not to write down my credit info on a receipt.

2021-08-26Went there and ordered 2 sausage and pepper heroes. I have to say they were the best ive ever tasted. Everything was fresh. Definitely will be going back again. 😊

2020-01-27The food is usually good. This time we ordered 2 meatball parmigiana wedges to go. When we got there in 20 minutes as told the order was not ready. Then it took another 15 minutes. My daughter went to pay and to her surprise it was more than we expected We she got back to the car the food was not even bot. The bread was not fresh. It seamed like day old. There are 15 pizza places between my house and Peekskill on East Main Street I thought we would give Frank another try. Very disappointed

2020-02-21Our company is located a few miles away and have given this business thousands of dollars in catering and lunch orders over the years. They have gotten so bad that I finally had to write a review. We give at least 2 hours notice on any large order (6 pies and a few salads for example) for example, and they are ALWAYS at least 30 mins to half-hour late, leaving our employees sitting in meetings with no food. The last recent time we ordered, we called 2 hours ahead and actually drove over to pick it up in order to avoid the wait for delivery. Um, 2 hour notice...6 pies and a few salads were STILL not ready.Additionally, they are incredibly rude over the phone. The only reason we order here is for the Big Mac pizza, but thats over. Its apparent that customer loyalty means nothing to this place and our constant cash flow will be going somewhere else. Very sad!

2021-06-30The pizza is hit or miss. Its really good or kinda overcooked. The problem I see is that its run by one guy who is overworked doing everything alone. Im sure it will be an easy 5 stars if they hire some people

2017-06-17I have lived here for almost 15 years and this was actually the first pizzeria that my wife and I came upon and is only down the road from where we eventually bought our home. The first time was definitely the best time. Over the years My Favorite Pizza has declined more and more in all aspects. Now Ive never witnessed the disrespect to the employees that some others have commented on. Im talking service, being told 15-20 minutes for a pickup order and then waiting another 20 minutes after arriving and being told that itll be right out after taking my money (numerous times which is why I stopped patronizing), screwing up delivery and pickup orders, leaving items out and then expecting you, me, to come down and pickup the missing items because the driver is out on another delivery (my opinion, the owner or whoever is in charge at that time should be jumping in his car without hesitation to make it right). Then recently I figured that I was in the area and had to pickup a prescription at CVS and didnt want to drive all over the place to get some dinner for my son and I, because normally I would go to Francescas in Shrub Oak, and I bit the bullet and ordered a pie. Needless to say, never again out of the reason of convenience. Pizza was burnt and dry. It was ready when I arrived but even my son could tell that it wasnt Francescas. Sorry My Favorite Pizza, but no more.
