My Locksmith absolutely saved the day! I locked my keys in my car and I called them for help. He was there in just a few minutes! My spare key had been broken for some time so while he unlocked my car, I had him make me a new spare. He was finished in just a few minutes and I was on my way. Highly highly recommend this company

Needing a re-key can be an experience ranging from a minor inconvenience to an emergency that requires an immediate remedy. Regardless, its stressful (and admittedly embarrassing). My Locksmith Rochester responded to my call with what I consider to be unmatched immediacy. I called for a car rekey at 2pm and was in my fully rekeyed car by 3pm. My locksmith was Saif; he was super professional and very knowledgeable (and he very patiently explained more than once what Id need to do if I ever found my original key, because I didnt understand when he explained it to me the first time). My Locksmith replaced all of the doorknobs and deadbolts on my house that were very old and in dire need of replacement. I’m an out of town Landlord and my tenant called frantically that someone must have gotten a copy of his key because there was an attempted home invasion. I found this locksmith online and reached one of the owners, Guy. Guy took my information and arrived just when we asked. He was friendly, professional, and reassuring to my tenant and to me over the phone. He gave us options in addition to replacing the cylinders... my tenant and i decided on a comprehensive change, which included 3 + 1 additional locks at the apt. It’s an older house and Guy performed some clean carpentry to anchor each lock deep into the frame studs. My tenant was relieved and I was able to pay with my cc over the phone. It was an excellent value and Guy gave my tenant’s peace of mind which is priceless.

Service wasnt good, the locksmith didnt bring anything tools to drill out the lock, public storage facilitys will only allow this method, any other method will damage the storage door. He wouldnt do this he wanted to cut door slide bar. No go he left l called some else.

Long day at work, freezing cold, neither front or back door opened. Called this locksmith who came almost immediately. What I thought would be a frustrating night and an expensive project turned into a delightful experience. Guy encouraged me to let him try to repair 30 year old locks assuring me that he wouldn’t charge for repair if he failed. He succeeded saving me 100s of $! I didnt have much luck with referrals or with actual locksmiths in Rochester. Every time I tried to replace my homes deadbolts, It turned into a problem. Either the locksmith was not good or the size of the lock did not fit. I just gave up for awhile. Then I took a chance and googled locksmith and prayed. I called MY LOCKSMITH and it was completed quickly, securely and successfully without a problem The owner came out immediately, sized up the situation, came back with the right locks and minutes later, it was history. 2022-04-30I cant say enough good things about this company. The technician, KJ, called with 2 minutes of my first call. He was to my house within 10 minutes because he just happened to be in the area. He was super kind, considerate, and worked extremely well under pressure. I had two kids screaming their heads off, a whole slew of groceries on the doorstep, and a dog barking like mad. He kept cool calm and collected the entire time and got us in the house within 15 minutes without any damage to my door. He did all that and still took time to be really kind to my autistic son who is very interested in what he was doing. A great company, a great locksmith, and just a better end to the day because of it.

2022-04-03My deadbolt broke and I was unable to get into my house. My Locksmith responded quickly and opened the door and replaced the deadbolt. Couldn’t have been any more efficient or friendly. Kj showed me the issue and explained what to look for when buying a new lock. Fair prices considering the situation. Would recommend and would use again if I ran into any other issues.
