DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I walked in because my left ear was clogged. I knew it was just trapped wax. When the doctor saw me, she told me she didn’t feel comfortable, cleaning my ear. (Tf did I come here then smh) She then told me to get ear drops that cost me $50 alone. She also would take out her phone and literally google search in front of me on what should be done… The walk in visit was $100 alone.. After I left. I ended up going to another doctor a couple blocks away. Who literally looked and agreed my ear was clogged and removed the wax. This urgent care only cares about your money. Do not go here…
I was seen promptly and guided through paperwork if I had any questions. Staff was kind and professional. Quick rapid covid-19 test results and PCR can also be done on the same day. A great experience!
I absolutely love this place. The staff is so polite, engaging and accessible. Even when they are busy, they make sure to accommodate you. I wish Dr. Motieian was my primary care physician!
They are quick, efficient, professional and have an engaging and caring staff in the three times that Ive been to see them. The doctor even called me to follow up on my care.
I understand that there is a surge of cases but If they can not handle the volume or if the lab has backup cases then they should close the facility down.I had a PCR done and it took them 6 days to tell me the lab did not send my results back. I started calling as of 72 hrs after my test leaving messages, only then did they finally call me. I know people who have had their PCR results within 24 hrs. Wont get tested again here!
I had a very thorough visit at this office. I had a very short wait. The Physician Assistant, Nurse Practioner and Doctor were all very attentive, patient and kind. I was even able to get some preliminary results on a test at the office. The front desk is super responsive to phone calls, are efficient and really nice. I would absolutely recommend visiting this facility.
Good service. Very quick. Not much wait even if there are a lot of people. COVID tests available. Small seating area so you might have to wait outside.
Dr Motieian was incredibly courteous and thorough when asking about my symptoms. She diagnosed me and in addition to prescribing medications and explaining them to me, she also shared helpful home treatments that would make me much more comfortable.Excellent experience and I have already feeling significantly better . I would be back to this urgent care again.

I would recommend MyDoc — didn’t have to make an appointment, they were open later on a Saturday than other places in the area. Not a long wait at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor I saw gave a quick and accurate diagnosis. I was glad I went there— it worked out well.
The amount of staff that goes in and out of the consultation room while you are in the room to do nothing in regards to your situation is alarming, and made me feel so uncomfortable. Then to of the nurses looked confused, doctor just wanted to up charge. And waited and waited and waited for long periods of time while staff continued to come in and out of the room for no reason. Very disappointed. First and last.

I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone that is looking for an efficient and accurate process toward covid testing. Staff here has been kind and patient and this will be my go to place for covid testing.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff is non emergent and very rude. The provider is not knowledgeable, nor is the PA. Both providers were researching information via google during my visit.The interns/students are not trained. One intern interrupted my visit & proceeded to guess possible diagnosis.Not to mention the terrible lack of haste that all employees have.Lastly, the lab work done was never resulted for me as “the lab doesn’t analyze that test”.. After I had additional blood work drawn specifically for the test. Terrible.
Clean & professional, this location is super helpful! I got my PCR results on a Sunday night - down to the wire, and totally my fault - before a flight. I’m super grateful for their help. They’re speedy and thorough, best combo. I highly recommended.
I went to this Urgent care since it was close to my home , The doctor who took care of me was a great doctor! Dr. Motiean was very understanding and listened to all my concerns. Finally I think I found a doctor who really cares , I will recommend this office to all my friends and definitely will be back there for any health issues.
My sister had recommended this office to me and I deeply regret not listening to my gut and just going to CityMd. The doctor that saw me couldn’t be anymore less interested in me and only came into my Exam Room after I waited an hour and decided to ask the front desk what was the hold up. How comforting is it that she also was GOOGLING my symptoms? Its been three days and after being promised results of my scan in 3 hours max I have yet to get a call back. This place is absolutely ridiculous and horribly organized. Will not be going again and definitely do not recommend. Save yourself the headache.
The manager Tiffany was great. Very professional, caring, and responsive to my needs. MyDoc Urgent Care is blessed to have her and I was blessed with her professionalism and care. Came in for a possible hypertensive crisis for my mom. My dad needed to be seen also for hypertension. Great first impression. Insurance documents were given but the clerk was kind enough to help us sort out insurance information. I told her my mom’s specific BP (it was so high), and I asked if they could check her BP soon. There was great preoccupation with our ability to pay as if it is more important than my mother being seen as soon as possible. Maybe my expectations were high because of the reviews. I could very well pay them out of pocket if needed (I just want my mom to be seen), but the back and forth with making sure they are paid first while I worried about my mother was disappointing. Maybe I don’t bring anyone to the urgent care that often to understand how things go. But it felt that what matters more is they get paid for their service first. Understandable, but something has to be done better. Something in the process might have to modified maybe a form where we could anticipate this already and have us sign it. Something. Bottomline: We left and went to the hospital.
Its my fourth time here at MyDoc and the staff there is marvelous Dr.Salib and Dr. Motieian are the best Doctors ever. Thank you guys for your hard work 🏆

Best Urgent Care! Staff are super professional and knowledgeable, and the clinic is always clean.
They never answer the phone or return patients calls when u call the number on the website you are rerouted to an operator who takes your names and number and says someone will call u back they take the message supposedly send it over and no one ever calls you back . I’ve been waiting for results for 4 days now and have called everyday. I’m not sure why they stopped answering phones on site but this is not working for me I will not be returning to this urgent care
Excellent service and care. The staff is so caring, compassionate and helpful. Wish there were more centers like this. Also consistent in these qualities. I have visited this center more than several times. Each time the staff was amazing.
My Doc in East Meadow is great. I got Covid tested here twice and they were quick and efficient. I like how quickly we get the results as well (3 days). Other urgent cares are mayhem and it is a breath of fresh air at my doc. PA John was also amazing. He explained everything to me and calmed my nerves. The receptionists are very sweet and attentive as well. I will definitely be coming back for all my future testing.

I’ve been to this facility with my family on numerous occasions and have been extremely satisfied with the services. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They are quick to respond. Check-in is quick and easy. Test results are easy to retrieve. I highly recommend this facility for your urgent care needs.
The staff was professional and very friendly. They made us feel comfortable and took care of us in a timely manner. The environment was also very clean and modern. The doctor followed up with us the next day which was amazing. I highly recommend them.
I tried to really love this place but they are not organized and do not call patients back or help. The doctors are knowledgeable and pleasant, however something is up with overall workflow. The staff is nice and does seem to want to help but it’s not being done. I’m not sure if they are overwhelmed or have other issues. I gave two Urine samples and both times the lab results were “unclear”. It seems simple enough to call the lab and get clarity but they aren’t able to do so. I had to call them several times to get a doctor to call me back only to hear for the second time that the lab results are unclear. This process has been repetitive and I frankly do not have time to following up. My latest call today-the person said they would call me back but didn’t, so I’m writing this negative review. It’s a convenient location but seriously exhausting and tiring having to follow up. Please start to care about people, you all are supposed to help people feel better not worse.
I’ve been to MyDoc a few times (for different reasons) and every time it was a pleasant experience. The care is provided very quickly- I have never waited more than 10minutes, there is many rooms and providers available so the flow is smooth starting with taking vitals by a RN or PA (sometimes in training), and then proceeding to an actual visit.The staff is pleasant, helpful, professional and accommodating.Overall, I am grateful to have this clinic in the neighborhood and I would recommend.

This place is amazing. My wife works on the Dental side so I decided to come in. I dont have any health insurance, I was able to be seen right away. The front desk was warm and welcoming. I was Checked in and was taken to the room right away. The environment was clean and safe. Dr. Salib was very attentive and explained what was going on in terms i can understand. I left very satisfied. I look forward to getting better with his advice. I would also recommend all my friends and family to come see Dr. Salib.
Last week me and my husband diagnosed with Covid , I have asthma and had difficulty breathing.we were so lucky that we went to this urgent care .The Doctor there diagnosed us and started medication immediately , the shot she gave me helped a lot with breathing .The doctor HERSELF called me the next day to make sure I am doing fine .I never had that experience with any other urgent cares.I will definitely go back to this urgent care and recommend it to all my family and friends .

Excellent medical care. The front office staff was compassionate and efficient. The nurse was very friendly and measured all the necessary vital signs. The physician assistant then correctly diagnosed my condition and advised me on the correct treatment. I was feeling much better in a few hours. What more could you ask for?
Went for COVID test and wont be surprised if end up catching one at this place. No precaution taken to make sure COVID testing line is not spreading within them. No gloves, no cleaning/disinfecting, and very slow.Its been 3 days, still no result. Going somewhere else to try again...

Super friendly staff and a nice environment to be in. Signed up, did all the paperwork and got my pcr test done under 15 min. Dr. Nabil was also fantastic and took care of us as always. 👍 I recommend this place 150%.
I never ever write reviews but this place is horrible. They forgot to put the date and dea number of my script so I couldnt get my medication. They have lost scripts. Forget to call about test results. The entire visit takes 3 hours because they are so slow. The front desk is extremely rude and incompetent. One of the nurses didnt even know how to use a pulse ox. She put it on backwards. Please steer clear of this place. Never coming back

Not too long of a wait to get into the room. Male nurse was super nice and respectful. Doctor took about 15mins to come see me. I also took a COVID nose swab test. The girl that did it was gentle and it didnt hurt! I complimented her.Overall, it wasnt a bad experience.
I have been to My Doc Urgent Care twice, to get tested before getting surgery. Each time everyone was curtious and efficient. My records were there and everything went smoothly. The people conducting the different test knew their tasks and responsibilities. I dont have any complaints about any of their services.
I had an excellent experience when I visited this location today. I have called yesterday and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. When I arrived today I was greeted and the staff answered my questions comprehensively. The nurse and nurse assistant were experienced and perform the job duties in a timely fashion. Dr. Salib Was exceptional and a pleasure to talk ! I will definitely visit this location again as the need arises.
Upon requesting an appointment online, someone called me within 2 mins. I asked if I can be seen within 15 minutes (I live 10 mins from the urgent care). The receptionist said absolutely. I arrived and waited at most 10 minutes . While in the examination room the nurse took my info and within 5 mins the doctor came in to examine me. The doctor also addressed my concerns. He even wants a follow up within 2 days to make sure all is well with me. I was in and out quickly. The office was very clean and the staff very courteous. I would definitely recommend this place as my experience was a good one.
Excellent and very quick service as an urgent care should be- this is definitely not the case for CityMD! The staff were very kind and professional. I will definitely be returning 🙂🙂

Called at 330pm and they took down my information. Told me, I could get a covid test if I come in before 5pm, only to deny me after I waited on the line for an hour. Apparently, I was not registered. What was the point of taking down my information. Never coming here again.

This urgent care is great. I recently just went and was treated very nicely and they assisted me very quickly . I did not wait long , everyone was very polite. They took care of me right away everyone was very attentive to my concerns. The staff and doctor did an excellent job and appreciated there respect and kind words. They explained everything very clearly, answered all my questions, and was well taken care of. The place was also very clean and well kept very organized. The doctor took care of all my needs. I would recommend this place to anyone excellent service and was taken in very quickly.

I cannot begin to express how delighted I am with the service I received. The physician is excellent, but what really blew me away was the amount of time Hannah (sp?) took of her own time to assist me. I am in healthcare management, and can honestly say this is facility and especially Hannah offer world class service.
Me and my husband see Dr.Salib. He listen to our medical concerns and he cares. He is helping us tremendously with our issues and support us wants best for us. Thank you Dr Salib and all his staff they are so helpfully in the front desk.
The doctors are very personal and highly knowledge with high qualifications and a lot of professional experience, especially Dr. Salib. All of the other staff members whomhold different titles and have other qualifications are also very friendly and are devoted professionals in their own right. I know that I always receive the best care and a respected individual/patient who received individualized treatment. Also, I feel like an individual and not a patient enrolled in a study or just another statistic.
I’ve been to the Forest Hills Urgent Care multiple times for different reasons, and the staff’s workflow is always consistent and fast. Despite the fact that multiple people come and line up outside to get their covid test before the clinic opens, the reception, nurses and doctors assist the patients with care in an orderly manner.
The staff at myDoc Urgent care were very professional, efficient and attentive from start to finish. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I want to especially thank Stephanie Khan for providing such great care. She has a kind demeanor and took the time to listen to me, showing great compassion and was very knowledgeable in treating my symptoms. I am very happy with my overall care and definitely recommend myDoc Urgent care to everyone in need of care.
Great service and standard of care. Very neat and clean. Staff is very polite and professional from front desk to medical assistants to physicians, overall a great atmosphere inside out. Late hours until 9PM. Open on weekends. Physician himself monitors the patient flow, wait times and makes sure that the facility is operating very smoothly. He actually understand the patients time importance as well so will try to accommodate you very conveniently. Would recommend it to everyone, all ages, genders, and ethnicities. You will all feel very comfortable.
MyDoc was professional at every level. Very pleased to have a place that provides care like this in the neighborhood. My family and I walked in for COVID PCR test and 4 of us was in and out in 30 minutes. Thanks to all the staff
The staff here is very helpful-- from the nurses, techs, NPs and front desk.I had a total of 4 visits. They really check on you and do follow-ups when needed to make sure that everything is resolved. It feels like walking into a private practicioner because of the individualized care. Dr. Khan was incredibly detail-oriented and considered my personal needs and situation before prescribing medicine and going through procedures. I am very satisfied and would recommend this place.
I would actually give it a ZERO, but its not an option. I went with a severe stomach pain and another related issue. The doctor who saw me was actually very nice. He gave me a referral for a catscan in which had to go the next day due to no technicians because of bad weather conditions. The radiology place told me the results would be sent to the urgent care.Prior to doing the catscan, the doctor who first saw me at the urgent care gave me medication. Unfortunately, when I initially filled out the paperwork at their kiosk I had left the section in which I had to put a pharmacy blank because there were 2 pharmacies at the same area that i go to and I was unsure about the address to the one I go, so I skipped the question, completed the rest and forgot to go back to fill in the pharmacy. The girl at the front desk printed my paperwork and I was called in to see the doctor. The next day I was called from a CVS in Jamaica for my medication. I went to the urgent care and asked why was my medication sent to CVS and was told that I left the pharmacy question blank so they go by the zip code. Although it was partially my fault I told the front desk person they should have looked at my paperwork and checked that everything was completed but apparently they didnt and it was sent to a pharmacy that is not that close to me.I called for my results for my catscan and was told they did not have them yet, so I called the radiology place and was told that they had faxed them to the urgent care but didnt go thru and it seemed that their fax didnt work. I was given a run around by both places. After calling the urgent care several times, I gave up. I called 1 week after and was finally told they had my results that a doctor would call me. No doctor called me. This was on a Fri. Already disgusted with this place, I went in person the following Mon., asked for my results, the front desk girl I spoke to printed them and told me that she would put them at Dr. Nabils desk. I was called into his office. Waited about 15 minutes inside his office. The PA came in to take my vitals and I told her that I came in just for my catscan results. I asked if they would submit a claim for this and she didnt know. I let her take my vitals, Dr. Nabil then came in started asking me about the pain in my stomach and told me he would give me medication. I said I didnt come for medication I came for my results that I waited for 8 days. Dr. Nabil was extremely rude and obnoxious and told me to work with him. Again, I asked him about my results thats all I wanted. He said he did not have them. I asked about the paperwork that was printed and put on or desk. He said it wasnt my results. This place is horrific. Ive never had such a bad experience with such a place and as for Dr. Nabil, I REALLY question his ethics and credentials as a physician. I happen to work for a health insurance and I know how these places are supposed to function. I highly suggest anybody who thinks of going to this place to think twice. Front desk personnel nice, but disorganized. Dr. Sabil Nabil hes a piece of work. Totally disgusted with him and his urgent care. Austin St. at Forest Hills has several urgent care places which Im sure are better options than this nightmare of a place.

By far the BEST urgent care you will find. The staff is professional & courteous & the facility is clean! Gave me a no ins discount & sent the scripts to where it was best price for me. The doc took time to review my treatment plan. In no way was I rushed, but check-in, vitals, exam/treatment & paying took less than 40 mins (prob even less time than that really) I honestly cannot say enough nice things about my experience there. Believe all of the good reviews, they earned them! (mind you, there was another urgent care 2 blocks from my home & I took the bus here--totally worth it!!)
I had a great experience today ! The nurse who took care of me was SO nice and caring! I wish I could remember her name . She was truly amazing!I didn’t wait long . The place was spotless and everyone was wearing masks.

The entire staff from the minute I walked in till the time I left were absolutely Sensational, very reassuring, professional, and fast and efficient in everything that they could have done. I was in and out of there within 10 to 15 minutes and and very pleased I chose to go to them. I would recommend them to my family.
Dr. Salib is an understanding, cooperative, compassionate, and one of the busiest doctors in Queens. He takes care of his patients like they are family members and has them follow-up days after even if they are feeling better just to keep a close eye on them. I havent met another doctor who cares how his patients are feeling after caring for them. His urgent care is efficient, attentive, and has a comfortable atmosphere. He has nurses who are training to be Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants interns and Medical Assistants , and Physician Assistant students are who are very well organized, knowledgeable, passionate, compassionate, and most of all very helpful in every patient care. This urgent care is the place to go! Open 12 hours Monday-Friday and 8 hours on the weekends, quick and available!
Saturday my PCP wasnt available, I had the flu and I went to this urgent care. The girl at the front desk ( I dont know her name but she has blond highlights in her hair) was very friendly and has a very nice smile. She was very helpful. I saw the doctor he was very professional and helpful. I felt like I was well taken care of. I am so happy they were quick and I will definitely return

There are number of issues with this office:1. Unprofessional and disorganized. The staff is untrained.2. Needs a good cleaning: there is dirt and dust everywhere.3. They lose your test results.4. The vitals are checked by students who are UNSUPERVISED, while the NP is busy chatting at the front desk.5. If you dont live in the neighborhood and can walk over to ask questions or follow up, good luck getting your calls returned.6. During the doctors visit, which is not with the doctor, if you are lucky you get the PA or a STUDENT, every staff on the premises walks in to the exam room and disrupts the visit.Stay away. Find a place that treats you right.

Tuesday’s morning Staff was AMAZING!!!!, all females different ethnicities, very welcoming & polite, made sure I was taken care of before I left. Dr.Stephanie Khan was been nothing but AWSOME! Went above & beyond for my blood work & Filled out all my paper work & made sure I was set. I would recommend this urgent care it’s not like others it’s better! & very close to a family doctor but faster.
My wife underwent an xRay yesterday because of her Sciatica, with an Xray facility referred by Urgent Care. Dr. Salib is a truly gifted doctor. He has helped a lot of patients including myself when other doctors even failed to diagnose my condition. Not only he is a great doctor but also he is very personable, he bonds with his patients and provides that personalized medical care as opposed to other urgent care franchises that just treat you for money or financial gain. The staff are very welcoming and warm, overall you got the feeling that this a concierge clinic.
After getting tired of waiting on long lines for the COVID test I decided to come here and realized that I should’ve done that a lot sooner. My brother and I probably spent a total of 30 minutes there whereas at other covid testing sites we would probably have to stand there all day long. The doctor and staff are super nice and very informative!

Came here one day because i was sick and even though i felt horrible, the welcoming staff and providers were great at lifting my spirits. The registration process was quick and easy, I was taken right in and the doctor saw me in no time. He definitely knew what he was doing and got me better within a couple of days. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone!
The nurse’s & Doctors was very nice and helpful and took their time treating me I wasn’t rushed or greeted with an attitude I felt like I was visiting family I haven’t seen in a while I would definitely go back.
They charged me for nothing. I awaited for 1hr and doctor said you are fine and charged me $150 for no service i keep saying that please check again he said no. if you are not helping with patient you should not charged. Very disappointed

But not Dr. Salib who is the face of this Urgent Care . This doctor knew the public needed health Care so he and his staff stayed open. They are truly in the business to save lives .

I have been coming here ever since I moved to Queens. I am able to walk right in, be seen and receive the care that I need without having to wait to be scheduled for an appointment. The care at this center is top notch. Everyone is very nice and they take the time to listen to what brings you in. I have recommend this urgent care to people at work and in my building.
I have never been to an urgent care and I have to say the staff definitely set a high standard. The Doctors and medical assistants were phenomenal and willing to answer any and every question I had. I was so pleased with the services received that I decided to make the doctor my primary care physician. Definitely recommended!!!!!!

Ive been there a couple of times when my primary care office has been closed or I didnt feel like going into the City to get antibiotics. I felt like the staff really took care of me-- The students who work there are really knowledgeable, I didnt have to wait a long time to be seen and I felt like they really listened to me. When the doctor came in, he was respectful and helpful, Dr. Salib really knows his stuff! Its best to go there in the afternoons on the Weekends because it does get hectic in the morning but totally worth your while any time, since theyre legit open almost all day every day.

The doctor was very friendly and helpful. The appointment took less than 10 minutes. This service completely revolutionized fast health care service. Dr. Salib is a wonderful, truly caring doctor. I firmly believe he really wants to see people get better. These days, its hard to find a good doctor that doesnt seem burnt out, or only care about money. Hes an incredibly busy doctor, but still will make sure your concerns are addressed properly.I do wish it were easier to know when he is in office, as the front desk staff has given me conflicting information a few times, and would not allow me to leave a message. A few people are warmer than others...I had an uncomfortable experience with either a Medical Assistant student, or a new one that kept getting my name wrong, and called me by someone elses full name with the same date of birth as myself (after I said my name a few times, even spelling it). She also did not leave the room when I had to change to get an EKG, which you should always allow the patient some privacy.Whomever is doing the cardiology ultrasounds needs to be talked to, because my experience was extremely painful, and seemed to take forever. I have talked to family, and also asked my Dentist (who has had a few done) if it is supposed to hurt, and they said it isnt supposed to hurt at all. He jabbed me in my ribs, and then kept pushing the tool harder into them, even with me asking if it was supposed to hurt that bad, and I was clearly making sounds of pain, to which he said yes. Honestly, who is that cold, and doesnt care that they hurt someone? Im never going through that again.

I called ahead of time to see if they had a X-ray because of my back pain with lupus and they said yes, then I get there and they said no. I asked for a mask so someone else could have and they took so long to find it, no one got back to me on it. The trip was just so useless. Now I’m still in pain heading to a hospital.
Needed the COVID PCR test to attend the Islanders vs Capitals game this coming weekend. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this urgent care facility.

Quick intake forms, testing for COVID-19. They provide both PCR and Rapid at this location (East Meadow). Staff were friendly and efficient. It could be more COVID-proof (intake form was on an iPad that didnt seem to be cleaned in between use. Maybe saran-wrapping would be helpful. Either way, as the patient, be mindful and still be cautious during these times for the sake of your self and of others!

I was not feeling well and needed to find an Urgent Care close to home, when I googled Urgent Care Centers in Queens close to my area. MyDoc Queens Urgent Care came up, and when I say that the patient care experience was awesome it really was. Dr Salib, and his staff took really good care of me, I walked in and stated my condition which was for a sinus infection. There was no long wait the place is very clean and well care for not like some of these places where you are scared to walk in them because they are very dirty looking and the staff acts like they are doing you a favor. If you are looking for a good Urgent Care close by, MyDoc Queens Urgent Care is the place to go, instead of sitting in the ER waiting all day and night. The wait time is little to none best service every!

Yesterday I went here to get a urgent COVID test for my doctor today and they said it will be ready in 2hours soI checked I didn’t get an email or call that it’s ready and so I calles and the lady said she not sure if it’s ready and telling me to send email or something .Very bad not again.
I went to take my COVID test and had to call numerous times for my result. They said 36-72 hours and still nothing. I asked to speak to the doctor and they put me on hold for 30 minutes. When I called back the answering service picked up. Horrible service with this time sensitive information. I do NOT recommend this urgent care.

Urgent care in todays society can serve the place as a primary care doctor. This beats going to an emergency room and urgent care offices are all over the place. Sometimes urgent care offices and doctors offices in general can seem a bit intimidating. My doc urgent care has wonderful people that will assist and guide you. They have everything you need in this place! Lots of kind and helpful staff that helped me with any questions that I had! The Doctor was brilliant and very brief and diagnosed me perfectly! I was feeling up and ready in no time and as I went for my follow up I decided to try the Dentist! The Dentist gave me the expert cleaning, pain free! I also used to have braces, but I never wear my retainers so I also spoke to the dentist about Invisalign and the prices were great!
What a great experience!!I sprained my leg and was about to go to the hospital. I was not prepared to wait for hours in pain just to see the nurse. I never went to an urgent care before and to be honest I was a bit skeptical. I remember seeing a beautiful facility not to far from my home so I thought I would give it a try. I went and was seen almost immediately and saw dr salib who was amazing he quickly took care of my leg and explained what needed to be done and I was on my way in all less then 40 min. I would decently recommend people to come to this facility. Great staff !!

What a great facility!! I went there this morning with a really bad stomach virus. As soon as I got to the urgent care I was literally seen right away with no wait time. The nurse was very sweet and thorough. The doctor was GREAT, and unlike any other urgent care I actualy saw a physician and not a PA. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit, and Im so glad we have an urgent care like this in the neighborhood!!

For the past few years I had wax and waning bump under my jaw . I went to several specialist For that .the last week I had this bump again and I have been visited by Dr Motieian in My Doc Urgent care .she patiently listened to my problem and went through physical exam carefully . She correctly Diagnosed my problem and took care of it .I am really glad that finally after years I come out with right diagnosis.

Stephanie Kahn N.P. is a great asset to Dr. Nabil Salibs practice. She has an wealth of medical knowledge and she knows how to apply it. She has proven to be one of the nicest, caring and compassionate physicians I have ever had. She will go out of her way to take care of her patients. I had an issue that required her approval. Even on her days out of the office she still responds to texts from her office staff and was able to help me. Besides having a professional bedside manner, she has a great sense of humor and listens to the needs of her patients. One night she was super busy. She apologized profusely for keeping me waiting. I was kidding around with her and I said you seem to have patience with your patients and she found that funny. She still was able to spend a lot of time with me even with the busy office. I commend her for all she does.

I must say, I never went to any urgent care offices but after reading the reviews about the dentist AND doctor, I thought Id give it a shot. After looking for a good dentist for so long, I finally stumbled upon Dr. Roman, who is so attentive and caring. He took his time and didnt rush off to see anther patient while I was in the chair. I also had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Tinas. She is so knowledgeable and informed me with everything and answered all of my questions. Never had a better cleaning in my life! At my convenience, I was also able to get my annual check up with Dr. Salib. There was no wait time and I was able to get out of there. Everyone in the office was so friendly and made the experience so delightful! I will definitely be returning here.
Nurse Practitioner Stephanie Khan was apethetic , aloof, cold and had a condescending attitude during my consultation.She was in a rush and it seems that she took all her frustration on me as in the interim of my consultation she told the front staff that she was too tired and needed to snack. My consultation was unpleasant and not free at all so I expected at least a bit more of respect and clarity in regards my options and alternatives as she gave me hopeless and unexpected diagnoses in a very unconcerned and fast manner .Ive been a patient of this facility for many years as Doctor Salib is kind,compassionate and knowledgable.However after this displeasure visit that left me disappointed and with more doubts and worries than when I walked in, I certainly dont feel welcomed nor comfortable in choosing this Urgent care as my to-go facility for emergency matters.Sad to have to change to another Urgent care where they will actually treat me as a human being.

I have been a patient of MyDoc Urgent Care since Dec of 2017. When I met Dr. Salib things started to be different from the very first day than any other doctors office. He happens to care about my health and he indeed remembers my name (a very rare thing here in NYC). I happen to be asthmatic and I barely have time to go to the hospital to get check for whenever the pollen season or winter hits the city and affects my health. When I looked for a place to get a quick check within the area, MyDoc Urgent Care came up first with good reviews! I happen to live one train stop away from Kew Gardens Union TPK Stop on the E/F line, which is very convenient if you do not have a vehicle! I have been greeted and treated with respect since day one by his team members, nurses, and NPs. If you come with an attitude and without insurance do not expect to be seen right away, you must wait to get all your paperwork clear. If it is an extreme emergency they call the EMT to take you to the closest hospital in the area. Make sure you have your insurance card number ready to proceed with your visit. If you need to be seen on the same day, please call in advance to make an appointment and make sure he is there to see you like I always prefer to do so! There are days where it gets busy but you will never wait for 10-15 hrs like in the ER of any hospital in the area. At MyDoc Urgent Care, you will be seen within minutes and your prescriptions should be sent and filled to the closest pharmacy by the time you leave the visit. I am extremely grateful that I have a real relationship with Dr. Salib. He cares for you, your health, and he makes sure that you are feeling better with the right treatment for any of your conditions or illnesses. Dr. Salib, words cannot express how grateful I am for helping me have a better-healthier lifestyle!
This dental office definitely defines itself . Although their job isnt made easy, their work on me was for sure quick and perfected. Dr. K made me feel welcome and explained my treatment before moving forward, which you dont always get in most dental clinics. Ive always had a fear with dentists but not with this place, which is why i recommend it for people with a fear of dentists, for people that hate long waits, and just anyone looking for the perfect dentist!
Everyone has a fear of the dentist, but coming to this office, that will change. As soon as I walked in to be seen, the assistants and dentist welcomed me with a smile and conversation. I got 3 fillings done, and the pain went away within one day. I cant feel or see the color difference between my tooth and the filling because it matches so well and isnt rough. Definitely recommend coming here for all procedures.

Today’s visit was my second time & definitely my last. This urgent care is very unorganized & the front desk attendant is extremely unprofessional. Although, I personally was not disrespected by this woman I cringed at her treatment towards other patients. This is shared space with a dental urgent care & some of the urgent care patients were sitting on the dental side. There wasn’t sufficient seats & not even space to stand & wait. Before adressing the couple sitting on the dental she’s exclaimed “oh my FU*#+€G God ughhhhh” (everyone hears). Then states “guys can you not sit there. Get up and move to this side.” This was her attempt to get a couple to move to the urgent care side while standing on the other side of the room where everyone could hear. Beyond unapprofessional and lack of compassion. How must have that couple felt being single out in front of a whole room full of people? & what a negative environment for other patients ,who are sick, to be in. The cursing, yelling, and aggressive behavior was not needed. One patient did call her out on the spot but was a bit too loud and unruly so she made the situation worst. The desk attendants reaction to her was ‘you need to get THIS in one of rooms.’ As if she wasn’t the one to cause that reaction out of her. (Now I’m cringing even more & won’t even dare ask her how much longer until I get seen.)The owner/partner of the dental care came to speak to the patient who stood up but made it more about her reaction rather than the unprofessional behavior of the desk attendant. I get it he did not want a scene.Perhaps, he didn’t know the whole picture at that point. and another man later apologized to the patient. Honestly, he should have apologized to all of us there in that room. The saving grace of this visit was the physical assistant who saw me. She had great bedside manners and treated me with respect. Thank you to her!I don’t usually write reviews but after managing a large business with 200+ employees and working 45+ hours a week I understand how important customer service/ patient care is. Some people are just not trained properly or held accountable for mistreating customers and/or patients & really should be.-Shanna
I will never go to this urgent care again. I had my first and last experience here the other day. The girl who came in to do my blood pressure couldnt even do it properly, and in the process ended up bursting blood vessels in both my arms. Finally another girl came in and took my blood pressure manually after the fact. The doctor I saw seemed to be incompetent. He barely assessed me, didnt even check everything I had told him about, and said I should come back tomorrow for tests. This place seems to just be in it for the money with an incompetent staff.

Dr. Roman was awesome he took care of me. I had a terrible tooth infection & the pain was keeping me up for an entire week it was a nightmare. On a Saturday night I said a small prayer that Id be in good hands when this place popped up in my google search. They took me in the next morning on time which I appreciated, the staff was extremely friendly & professional, the place was very clean & Dr. Roman explained my Xrays to me and exactly what was wrong in a comprehensive way that I could understand so I knew what to expect. He was very patient with me even though I had a lot of anxiety about the tedious little impromptu surgery he had to perform. It wasnt easy I had to have a cyst removed under a crown that was under a root canal! It was scary to hear what he had to do but he was very professional & fast he did such a clean immaculate job that I didnt even need stitches!! I was actually surprised about that. Anyway Im healing very nicely & had instant relief & Dr. Roman even followed up with me in the days following to make sure he answered any questions I had & make sure I was healing ok. The hygienist Michelle was also knowledgeable & very sweet & made my semi scary experience not so scary. Youre definitely in good hands in this place, and I thank Dr. Roman and his staff bc I was suffering in pain for a week straight. Thank you!
The good reviews here might be from the doctors office or his known patients. This is a terrible facility. I got a bill for doing an annual checkup even though my insurance covers 100% of the costs. I am trying to remove the charges for the past 6 months and to no avail. The doctor, nabil salib, who used to speak before with us now avoids us saying that he cannot speak directly to patients as it is illegal. I will not recommend this facility to anyone. Please use other urgent care in the area.

I feel so welcome when I come to Health professionals the staff works together to help each and every patient will have a smile on their face. They always try their best to solve ones problems. No one will ever leave that office without feeling like everything is going to be fine.
Considering that i am very picky with where i go to to receive healthcare, this is a 5 star for me all the way. Dr. Salib is indeed in touch with the needs of his patients and goes above and beyond to care for them. Expect to receive personolized and great care when you come into this clinic. Thanks Dr. Salib and staff for taking care of me and making sure that my problem was resolved in a timely manner.

So far so good place is clean..the nice young lady help me register as im clueless with technology...the pa was very nice and friendly..I went for a pcr test will give the 5 stars once they have fax my results to my dr..
Gina and Kiki are amazing! From speaking on the phone with Kiki and getting checked in by Gina was so fast and easy! The FNP Stephanie is such a sweetheart. She is so patient, kind and very understanding. She listened to all of my concerns and problems. I changed my provider just so I can be under her care! These girls are the best !
I’ve now had 2 negative experiences here that have compelled me to write a review.The first time I visited this urgent care was on 12/26/18 with flu-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, achy body, etc). The wait was short. The doctor noted I had earwax buildup on one side (that ear wasn’t bothering me). I mentioned I thought I might have the flu given my job but she insisted I likely have an infection & gave me a script for amoxicillin. By the following day I had gotten worse and by the third day I had a fever & was violently throwing up everything I was eating & drinking. It turns out I actually did have the flu so I stopped taking the amoxicillin & sure enough, by the following week I was fine.2 days ago now (Jan. 10) I returned here due to the fact that I seem to have injured my knee while on vaca. I really didn’t want to go back but the other urgent care was already closed so this was my next best option given it’s proximity to my home. I can’t fully bend or straighten my leg so while i thought it wasn’t as bad as the time i tore my ACL, i thought that it could still be serious. The wait time was just as short but it was a different doctor, Dr. Nabil Salib. He saw me for about 5 minutes & completely wrote off all the things I was describing as just being tendinitis & that there’s no way it’s anything more serious. I even asked if it’s possible to get an MRI because i feel the pain inside my knee & he said it would be unnecessary to do at this point. I told him I was going to see my old orthopedic surgeon on Tuesday & he said that really wasn’t necessary, especially because orthos like to “push for more invasive procedures that aren’t necessarily the best course of action.” He said I should take a medication & apply a topical cream (Mobic and Voltaren) & to come back on Saturday. I don’t really have pain except for walking up/down stairs or when I try to straighten my leg so the medicine seemed like too much but I figured I should follow docs orders.Today was my follow up, & as you could probably expect, my leg is exactly the same. Except this time Dr. Salib did a complete 180 & said we need to get you an MRI stat & also go next door to get a shot in your knee to help with pain. I repeated to him that I don’t really have pain or swelling that feels significant enough to go there. Even when I tore my ACL & it was three times the size of my other leg, I didn’t need a shot. He insisted that we must do this now to make sure it doesn’t get worse. We rush out of the urgent care to the place next door. I’m still not even sure why I was sent there or who I’m supposed to be seeing but I was basically just passed off to do what seemed like an unnecessary and considerably painful shot. Once in the other office, the person I was supposed to see was standing at the front desk & I asked her who she was. She said she was there to do the shot & to assess me for a physical therapy plan. This seemed backwards given the fact that I now had the referral for an MRI & an appointment scheduled with my doctor so I didn’t feel comfortable staying. Unfortunately they had already made copies of my insurance but I didn’t sign any paperwork or officially see the woman I was apparently sent to see. I asked to take the papers home to review & sure enough, one of the patient consent forms is for Dr. Salib’s medical practice. So under his “care,” he has already received money for my initial visit; sent me to take seemingly unnecessary medication; come back for a “follow up” to then send me to another practice of his to do something that doesn’t actually answer the question of why my knee is hurting.If you can, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I will never see Dr. Salib again or be associated with any of his practices. From my experiences here, it is clear to say that they do not have the medical background to accurately care for patients or willfully choose the most lucrative course of action or worst of all, simply don’t care about patients.
Last weekend one of my wisdom teeth started to hurt. Most places would not be open again until the following Monday. This location was open on Sunday and the staff were spectacular. Once I was prepped the dentist took my tooth out in under 5 minutes. Will definitely be returning.
I started coming to Health professionals nyc since February 2015 and I wish I would have known about them before. It has made my life so much easier than going to the er! Always in and out never a long wait time. Dr. Salib has great bedside manner and my kids actually like going to the dr now because of how good he is with them. The office is always clean and the staff is always friendly I highly recommend going to them instead of an emergency room.

2022-01-18By far the best urgent care Ive experienced! They work with you and are patient during this hard time. The girls are so friendly and gentle. Went for a Covid test and I was for sure scared but they made sure I was super comfortable. Would recommend to any and everyone that needs any type of care offered by this urgent care.

2022-01-25I visited this location to receive a rapid test and a PCR for COVID. They offer both. The waiting room was very clean and the staff was always disinfecting the surfaces. I was seen within 20 minutes. The staff was incredibly nice. They followed up with me next day. For an urgent care center they run their office like a boutique private practice. I’m so glad they are part of my community.

2022-04-04Always has been a good experience. Highly recommend! Urgent Care facility at its best! Fast and friendly service. Dr. Salib is a gem! He put my Mom back on her feet when we lost All hope in the midst of the pandemic. She was uninsured and he did everything possible to help us keep her out of the hospital. And most importantly succeeded. We are FOREVER grateful! MyDoc has been my go to place.

2022-06-05Overall experience was pretty good. All the staffs on my initial visit were friendly and helpful. Both the doctor and the PA were patient and wonderful. Not so much during my second visit when I need to pick up lab reports. The front desk staff did assisted me but she looked like she didn’t want to be there. I felt really uncomfortable to even ask more questions.

2022-02-24Everyone was very friendly; and helpful. The place was clean. The assistant who examined me before I saw the doctor was very thorough but the software they use for registration was not updated on line so I had to resubmit everything from my phone once I got there. Whats the point of submitting it online if you have to do it again when you get there. I also did not understand why they did a COVID test since I was there for a sinus infection. Waiting to see if they charge my insurance for it.

2022-02-14I came in because I was having breathing issues due to asthma and they got to work helping me right away. They gave me a treatment and I was breathing normal again in no time. The doc explained everything to me and the meds she was giving to me before she did so I knew what was happening. The workers at the front desk were really nice and not grumpy like they hate their jobs like other urgent care places. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs health care and or is not in a position to see their regular pcp doctor.

2022-02-18I’m not sure of the doctor’s name nor the nurse practitioner I saw today both whom attended to me but they were very professional and showed so much interest in my well being. I could have gone somewhere closer to home but because I know the service there is excellent I traveled all the way there and it was worth it as always. Keep up the good work ! Would definitely recommend.

2022-06-20I can’t speak to the quality of the medical care, but the service at the front desk was bad. Even though I gave them all of my insurance information they told me I had to pay $150 up front and they would “refund me the money” as soon as my insurance company paid them. This is shady as heck, so I left. Just a heads up for others who might try to use this place.
