I have been coming here for about 6 years and have never had an issue and refuse to go anywhere else. I have gotten my nails done, eyelash extensions, pedicures and henna eyebrows done here and never had one complaint of any service. The staff there are super friendly, appointments are super easy to schedule and the shop is super clean and beautiful inside. Would highly recommend this place, I live 30/40 minutes from nail max and have no problem driving that knowing I’m getting quality service.

I have been in 3 weddings in 2 months. And all of us bridesmaids have received this one woman that is RUDE. And one girl just went back yesterday and has herWe think her name is Christine, she is on the left side towards the back of the nail stations. (Middle aged)We all were panicking wondering if it was our turn with her..she is VERY rough, RUDE, she has cut all of our cuticles (4 of us)When I had her (I had full set acrylics done), I had my 2 yr old daughter with me. She kept leaving the service for long periods of times. The one time she went in the back room for just over 10 minutes in the middle of the service, as I sat there with my daughter losing her patience. I was so livid. She slaps your hands and makes rude comments. I also asked for coffin shaped nails and received square shaped nails. They were terrible.After the service, my cuticle was cut and my fingers were SO sore for the next 2 days. Her prices were way more expensive than the other girls I’ve seen there as well for the exact same thing.The other 2 people I’ve had were nice and did a good job, but I don’t have the luxury to make an appointment. So I don’t think I would go back in fear of getting that woman again because I didn’t have an appointment.
I went in for a basic gel manicure and pedicure. The guy who handled my manicure was rough and did not cover the entire nail in polish. The woman who did the pedicure cut my nails down to stubs; all different lengths. This experience cost me $65. They charge you for file, buffer, toe separators and the flip flops which I have never been charged for during a service. Both were unprofessional and distracted. On top of that, I made an appointment for a friend and they had her waiting for a half hour. And in between my services, was asked to wait a half hour for my pedicure in order to start someone else.. Don’t let the esthetic fool you!!
I was referred to this salon by a friend a year ago and I refuse to go anywhere else!! Everyone is so nice and are so fun to talk to. If I’m not satisfied they make sure to fix it so I walk out of there happy. I even have friends come an hour and a half away to get pedicures done here!!! Thank you Nail Max staff for for making sure I’m happy and comfortable!!!
I’ve been going to Nail Max on and off for a few years. Lately I’ve been going every few weeks and getting my nails done by Liz. She is awesome! Very friendly and always helps me decide what to get done. Highly recommend her!
If I could give this zero stars I would. The pedicure itself was not well done. For $33 the girl basically did a polish change. The staff was VERY unprofessional. I was waiting for my nails to try (30 minutes before closing) and they literally turned off all the lights while I was sitting there! They also, apparently “jokingly “ , told me to get out and ripped the toe nail spacers out from between my toes. I would never go back again. Terrible experience.
First off, the salon is stunning. Recently remodeled, this place feels like a luxury spa but all the prices are very reasonable. The pedicure chairs are brand new, so large and cozy, the best back massage chairs I have ever used. I had a spa pedicure by Gigi and it was hands down the best pedicure i have had in a very long time. Gigi made me feel so special and spent quality time making sure I had a great experience. I will definitely be coming back to her for my future pedicures. It was so easy to make an appointment, I was taken right in time, the salon was very clean and everyone was very professional.Also I get dip nails with the most amazing nail art by Mai. Her nail art is incredible and I walk away pleased each time. I highly recommend nail max for your salon needs ✨
If I could rate at 0 stars I would. I’ve been here 3 times now. My first two experiences weren’t terrible but this past appointment I went in for a fill and it was horrible due to one specific employee, believed to go by Christine. First of all I called beforehand to make sure they could take me as a walk in as I live over 20 minutes away. The woman on the phone told me she wanted to close early due to the weather and a slow day. Understandable. I show up and she checks me in, I am trying to decide what color I want and she tells me three different times “I don’t have all day”. Causing me to rush my decision on what color I wanted, ultimately unhappy with my choice. I had only been there for a couple minutes it’s not like I was taking a half hour to pick a nail color. I’ve never been hurt so many times during a simple fill, she used the grinder on my nail in one spot until I had to pull my hand away because it was so hot and painful. Next she filed the side of my one finger so aggressively that she cut me with the file and I was left bleeding through the whole rest of the appointment. She smacks your hands if you move or don’t hold your hand perfectly still and relaxed. Hard to be relaxed when she’s physically hurting you and making the rudest comments to you followed by a fake laugh after each jab. The whole appointment was rushed and she didn’t take the care she should have to make sure I was satisfied because she wanted to go home. The shape is not at all what I wanted, she left cuts on two other areas of my fingers and charged more than others have in the past. My finger that she filed until bloody has been painful and bleeding for an entire day since and I fear for infection and my safety. I will not be returning to this salon in fear of being sat with this woman again. Customer service is terrible there, never again.
It was my first time here and first thing you need to do is sign in and put down what services you need. 20 minutes go by and I noticed I got skipped (first come first serve) and I asked why I didnt get called yet she said I thought you were here with someone (only black person there) but you guys have a SYSTEM that shows you who has been called and who hasnt. They didnt think to question anything when im the only one still sitting there. Remind you its my first time here and I thought I didnt do it correctly but was told that I did do it correctly so what was the issue? All lies per response below wrong BLACK girl and wrong day was not there past closing time!!!
My wife loves it she got her nails done although we had covid when she got them done so we really didnt get a chance to enjoy them although I did no one else really got to see them
I only needed a basic pedicure, but after getting that I would love to try some of their spa pedicures. Very friendly, professional, and they do a great job! Fit me in for a same day appointment and well worth the price.
If you want your nails to look amazing for your wedding, this is the place to be! I cant thank everyone at Nail Max enough for the amazing accommodation and services they provided. I went with my bridal party to have manis and pedis for the big day and everyone loved it! Mai is the best! Thank you so much for making me feel special and making my nails look perfect for my wedding!!
Everyone was so friendly!! Mai did my acrylic nails with designs and these are the most elegant nails I’ve ever had, I will be going to nail max every time I need some new nails.
I went to get a acrylics. I told the owner I wanted a small easy design on 2 of the nails. She said okay! The entire time I was getting my nails done I was persuaded not to get the design. I think it was because she just did not want to do it. The design was super basic. Also to mention every time I go there for acrylics they buff out and are shaped super poorly. Will not be coming here again.
It was my first time ever coming here I came in Monday to get a black French tip acrylic full set and the next day I didn’t even hit or jab my nail and two of my nails broke off and I spent $60 very mad and disappointed not worth the money probably wouldn’t go back
I love this place chi chi is my go to lady I love her she does such a good job with my nails and she is very gentle gives me a lil massage while and after u get my feet and nails done she is beautiful. They are a lil on the expensive side but u get what u pay for I guess. This is my go to spot for relaxment time. The place is beautiful and very clean and very bright love their decor of the place makes u feel important and rich . All the ladies are lovely but like I said chi chi is my go to . Keep up the great work ladies keep making us stressed out hard working ladies happy we need it !

Absolutely love them! loved the atmosphere, as well. Its a huge nail spa. A lot of room to move around. The staff are all super friendly. They treated me as if Ive been there for years, even though it was my first time. My nail tech, Joe, was so kind and gentle. There was no discomfort. His wife is so nice. All of the women there are so beautiful. I am a regular customer as of today. I will never go anywhere else. He took my boring old ombre, and turned it into something new that actually fit my skin tone. Thank you all so much! ❤
Just stopped in for an eyebrow waxing as busy as they were they got me in and out real quick. And the lady did an amazing job. Very happy that I stopped in here I will be trying them next time for a pedi
They really do a fantastic job on all types of acrylic, gel, manicures, pedicures and so much more. Their prices are pretty reasonable, and they offer different packages to accommodate youre specific needs. I called to book an appointment for 2 and was told that there appointment system is down and that I could walk in today. We arrived, were told to check-in at the front and sit, ok. Everything was fine until the owner approached us and said that we needed an appointment after we were told to come in. She said that she could do a pedicure for one of us or that we could come back the next day. We had already uberd there as we have been for a month and she was still unwilling to service us. She said that it was her call and thats it. I cannot believe we were treated so poorly after visiting for a month straight.
I had gotten a full set which I wasn’t too thrilled with but it was fine. The nail tech did not speak to me once and stopped doing my nails mid acrylic to do another persons nails. I also should mention that I sat in the salon for close to two hours. I got them done last week and they had been feeling un stable which they should not, I pulled up my jeans today to get the pleasure of my nail snapping in half by fixing my jeans. Waisted $30. Will not be returning. Your better off going to a different salon.
I absolutely love this place!! I would never go anywhere else for my nails. When you walk in they always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome..If you dont have an appointment they always make sure to try and fit you right in with no long wait..The place is always so clean and very professional they make sure to display every techs license with their picture on the wall for you to see. I love the decor and the owners Mai and Joe are always doing new stuff to spruce it up..it always looks gorgeous. Its great to keep up with them on social media. they post their amazing work and any new styles and ideas for everyone to see. I love how everything is clean and organized you even get your own nail box with your name on it which holds your nail tools that they use...awesome idea💞..Everyone that I have referred to nail max has nothing but amazing things to say.. I get compliments everywhere I go on my pink and white nails...absolutely love this place I definitely recommend it.
I just got engaged and wanted my nails done to take flattering photos to send to family and friends. I originally reached out on this app via the messaging feature to inquire about getting a full stiletto set done and was recommended to set up an appointment with either Mai or Michael. I booked one with Michael. I came into the salon and was greeted politely, then after signing in waited in the seating area and browsed possible colors. I eventually decided on a mocha to soft white dip ombré. At first, when I was sat down with Michael and he began his process, I worried about it possibly being rushed due to the speed he was working. To my delight, it was more than just working fast; he was working efficiently, delicately, and precisely. By the time we were done, I was blown away. My nails are beautiful and I will absolutely be seeing Michael again in the future. Thank you for making my day even more special!The full set plus specialty dip/color cost me $60, and I left a tip for the job well done.

My friend and I went here after our normal nail salon was too booked up. I used to go here years back and now I remember why I switched. The tech I had was judgey and at times very rude. I had a pedicure done which was fine, but then I got a dip powder manicure which was terrible. My cuticles were bleeding the tech was so rough. I left with the dip stuff dried all over my fingers. My nails were left rough and I had to file them when I got home. The dip is uneven and messy as well. For the treatment I received and final outcome, totally overpriced and not with it. I for sure will not be heading back there... only if it is to fix the mess on my nails they made. Very unhappy.
I was getting my nails done at a salon across / down McKinley and after the third fill in a row my nails were lifting after less than two weeks, I was forced to find a new place. First, I was absolutely overwhelmed with the selection of designs and colors and types of nails. (I think it took me an hour to pick what I wanted! 😂)Second, the ambiance of the salon is very nice. It’s well decorated and comfortable and inviting. The pedi area is beautiful and cozy and none of the techs are yelling across the salon in Vietnamese (one of my biggest peeves in other salons).Third, I have had three different techs work on my nails and they all do top quality work. Generally fills should be done every two weeks. I have gone a month between fills without breaking, lifting, Chipping or even the edges wearing off. The GEL polish is so worth the extra few dollars. They were able to take the disaster of a set I had gotten at the other salon and make them into something beautiful for me rather than soaking them off and starting with a fresh set.Fourth, you absolutely get what you pay for. They are a little more expensive but in the long run, they do the job right. I cannot wait to use their pedi services too!My only complaint whatsoever is that they are closed on sundays but that seems to be a standard thing for nail salons.
I got acrylics put on and three or four of them fell off within the first week of getting them done. I went back and while they did fix them for free, about three weeks since then, Ive had one fall off and three snap in half. I have had acrylics done for at least two years so I am no stranger to how they work, how to maintain them, or how long they should last. Very poor quality.
Fantastic salon! I have been attending Nail Max for over a few months and have never had an issue. They treat all customers equally and the service is very good. The salon is very clean, classy, and relaxing. I had wonderful marble nails done for an event and they looked AMAZING. If you are looking for a fun classy place that has a lot of variety for nails/pedis this is YOUR PLACE! Awesome job, guys. Will be returning for more services. Prices are also fair! Overall horrible experience. Staff was very rude and the guy doing my nails and women doing my sisters nails kept rolling there eyes everytime we would tell them what we wanted. I am very unhappy with how my nails look, my sister as well. Also the staff are not very gentle they aggressively moved our hands. Another thing that had really made me angry is my sister got the exact same thing and they charged me more for my service. When my sister was paying she was told she had to venmo the money so. She did and the staff member that did her nails was hovering over her tto make sure she tipped. I definately will not be returning to this nail salon. Id take the McKinley mall nail salon over this one if they were the only two available.
I went here a couple weeks ago and loved how my nails turned out... a couple weeks later when they’re about to fall off, they started ripping my actual nail in half and now two of my nails are ripped In half!!! Whatever they did has made my nails terrible and it has caused serious pain on my hand
I went there last week and got a full set with gel polish. The day after the gel polish started chipping off two of my nails and concidering it’s gel I was shocked. Two days later, my one pointer finger nails broke off completely. The staff was very nice but I am disappointed because the other place I go to is cheaper and I’ve never had them chip/break when I’ve gone there.
Watch so you don’t get taken advantage of, my daughter came in for a fill and to replace 2 nails that broke off and they told her they needed to take them all off and start over because they were all going to fall off. She had them fill literally 2 weeks prior. They just wanted to make more money off of her and took advantage of a 15yr old who didn’t know any better.

WORST nail dip Ive ever had. Told the girl about it and she swears she knows what shes doing but does not. Instead of fixing it she got argumentative. The girl that did my pedi was decent but the message chair didnt work properly either. NO I would not recommend this place.

A little more expensive than my usual place, but a heck of a lot closer... and they were friendly and did a good job. All the other nail places in this area suck.I will probably utilize their services a bit more often now since school is out for the summer because Ill have a lot less alone time til little dude is back in school 😅
They are the only nail shop that I found that does the ombre nails perfectly! Good quality, nails no chips or breaks after only a week. They are very nice and they all do a great job!
Our pedicures were very nice. My daughters manicure was not as nice. Her cuticles were bleeding because too much skin was removed.

Was not happy with service, pedicure was sloppy, manicure bumpy and cuticles not all cut, felt rushed through eyebow wax and had many remaining hairs and she did not trim them, very unhappy will not recommend and will never go back.

Its OK. They didnt do a great job. The color faded from bright pink to white in 24 hours, which was weird.

2021-09-10I highly recommend Nail Max! Every year for my birthday I get my nails done by Mai and she does an amazing job every time. She’s super nice and always works with me to get the designs I want. Not to mention it’s really good quality and my nails always last me a couple weeks!

2022-04-24Very kind people. Great atmosphere. Right across the street from where I go tanning. It was my first time. I love the nails but feel that the toes couldve been better. Still rockn it, still looks 95% better then it did. As for the nail professional that did my feet and nails she was very quiet 🤫! When I go back I will ask for a more talkative professional. Oh, also it was so beautiful in the spa 😍 💕 GO THERE SEE FOR YOURSELF. GOTTA GET READY FOR SUMMER!!!

Walked into nail max today and had the best experience, great atmosphere, had the sweetest girl do my nails and help pick my color, she did an amazing job! Super happy with the service and results.

2022-05-06I split my time between Western New York and the Salt Lake City area. I have been trying for years to find someone in both locations who can do a perfect ombre nail with consistency. Finally found it at Nail Max. Mai is careful and precise while still completing the task in quick time. It takes skill to make sure that all the nails are the same length and that the ombre blending is consistent from nail to nail. When I go out West I am forced to color. my nails which I really dont like. Thank you Mai for excellent service.

2022-06-10I was a walk-in customer on a Friday afternoon and they were quick to get me in. Everyone was friendly and very professional. My nail technician was friendly and focused. This was my first time there and I will be going back!
