What time do you close on saturday? Sign says 6:00, but when I called at 5:58 nobody answers. When I pull up exactly two minutes later at 6:00 and you say cant help you, computers are already shut down and Ill get fired what time do they get turned off as Im sure it takes at least 1 minute for all that. Its cool though, Ill just chill here out in your parking lot in my truck 700 miles from home while the part that was already set aside since we called ahead several times sits just a few feet from me.

Human was there at closing to pick up his radiator. Employee said he couldnt help because they were closed. I have spent my entire life in a business that must support customers. I dont think the employee should be fired but you might want to consider a corporate memo and some customer service training. Totally unacceptably customer service. This location should be put on notice.
This Napa location is not only a parts store, its a warehouse.

Poor customer service very un happy!!!I called ahead told them that I was going to be there to buy a expensive part, and I was going to arrive around closing time. got there as they where locking the door 1 sec past closing time. they would not reopen to sell me the part I needed badly. never buying napa parts again.

The employees were not at all helpful, despite having no other customers in the store. If you only need to buy parts it was fine, but dont expect any service beyond that.
This location has no cashier so if you walk in and pick something up off the shelf you wait for someone to acknowledge you and cash you out. I waited almost 10 mins I walked in picked up some power steering fluid and stood there waiting. Go somewhere else if you just need something from the floor
Me and the guy behind me waited for 15 or 20 min in line. A man walked by us 3 times doing nothing and when I asked for help he differed to the 2 cashiers who were helping 2 people. I just need wiper blades. Dont go here. They didnt have the part for the guy in front of me either. Lame. Left without getting anything, so did the guy behind me.
Great quality parts at fair prices. All stores have a local warehouse to pull from and have an excellent delivery system. The counter people are knowledgeable but not really that good with people.
Friendly, but the part number 30024953 Jeep Liberty Caliper bracket bolt is not up to specification of the original bolt, I had to buy lock washers to compensate for the difference in length. Otherwise the bold ends up pressing against the back of the wheel rotor. The size is wrong and not an exact match for the 2005 Jeep Liberty Sport. Need to cut 3/16 off the bolt for it to be a replacement for this.
Service rep for heavy duty specialist was arrogant and lazy with smart Alec attitude. Told me he wouldnt make my two hydraulic hoses untill tomorrow morning with no other reasoning, I was there at 4:10pm. They just lost a $500.00 sale. Will never use this store for getting hydraulic hoses for my fleet of off-road equipment ever again.
Store is run by a bunch of CSD’s if you know the acronym,you know what I mean. Take care or your employees,take care of your customers,the market has spoken for itself I think if you see how many Napa locations are closing down.
Im not really into the specifics of buying car parts, but they did have a good range of things that you need for your car. Such as wiper fluid, scratch buffing kits, and car washing kits. They also offer more specific services like fixing more complicated things with your car.
These guys are Great! They know their stuff and always try that extra bit to get you the parts you need. There is know how here for sure. Look for Johnny, Dave, Cliff or Randy and you wont be sorry.
I love NAPA! They always have the weird hard to find stuff Im looking for when we are building something new at work. The people working there are super knowledgeable as well.

2022-06-15Their parts are getting cheap just like everybody else. Chinese brake shoes & hardware didnt match up toO.E.M. specifications. Brakes were hanging up & overheating. Had to take them apart again & grind down the ears on the brakes pads so they wouldnt hang up. No more 280 degree rotors after a 10 mile trip. Now 125 degrees after a 10 mile drive just like the other wheels. China blows.

2021-09-11Drove from Alden be ause they said they were open until 5 pm when I got there at 2 min after 3 pm one of the guys came to the door and stated no one feels like working so we are closed and going home most unprofessional comment o have ever heard in my entire life! Other branches are still open but they were the only one with my part. Im very disappointed and will be letting all my friends family and social media know of this and to check other stores before going to this Napa

2021-08-13Had a list of tools and accessories to get, and surprisingly couldnt find a few basics here. Namely a can of compressed air, and an automotive test light. And the only available metric socket set without a ratchet was $120 or so. Thought I might find a bigger selection here; thats why I drove right by an AutoZone and OReilly on the way. Staff seemed a bit stressed/pressured but was still helpful. Ill be back, just a little surprised that I couldnt get most of my list here.

2017-03-18Kind of hard to believe how lazy the Saturday management is at this location. Went into this location with the coupon in the photo and was told this coupon was only valid directly through WD40. Funny WD40 handed these out to SEMA show attendees and I figured as probably one of the larger WD40 distributors it would be accepted. Walmart down the street had no problem accepting the WD40 Manufacturers coupon. The truth was the coupon didnt scan, someone didnt know how to manually enter the coupon and the manager was too lazy to get involved. I guess it is easier to make up a BS excuse.

2021-05-20The worst! Got there just prior to closing with an over heated engine and they coldly locked up in my face. I was there just prior to closing time but they couldnt be bothered to sell me coolant. Heartless! Dont give them your business.
