2020-08-11Picked up my order from this place. Want to say that staff were very polite, professional and know how to take care of customers. Very fast and good service. I will definitely have business with them again.

2020-01-17Nice guys, but seems like they also have nothing in stock. You just have to order it and have it delivered to the store. As others have stated, they know nothing about parts....like most auto stores. They also will only search by part number or vehicle year/make/model. There are Napa stores where they will figure out what you need based on a description and often have it in stock (the greenpoint Napa comes to mind). This is not one of those stores, but they do have access to the Napa inventory, which is way better than autozone or advanced. If this store is convenient to you, and you come in with part numbers, youll have a good experience.

2019-08-14If i could give this place 0 stars i would now where to begin the Workers became very rude after I asked a question in something I was confused about the manager joe is a very rude person that would rather be on his personal phone talking about baseball than helping customers that want to do business with him my husband ordered paint from this place and the color was not the same i tried to return the paint but the manager would not give me my money back even though they messed up my order also i ordered a battery went dead in 2 days they replaced the battery for it to die the next day i think they gave me the same battery back cause they told me they had to pick it up from another store and to come back in 2 hours every one who works here is just so rude dont waste your money

2019-05-24WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. COUNTER GUYS OVER THERE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT PARTS. JOE WAS VERY RUDE. WAS STUCK AND NEEDED SOMETHING DELIVERED WITHIN AN HOUR TO 2 HOURS HE TOLD ME HE COULDNT DO IT BECAUSE WE DID NOT BUY PARTS FOR HIM IN 2 YEARS. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF WE BOUGHT PARTS FROM YOU OR NOT WITHIN 2 YEARS. PLEASE USE METROPOLITAN AUTO.MOTIVE SERVICE . THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE S BAD AT K & G AUTOMOTIVE . THEY ARE GIVING NAPA A BAD NAME .

2019-05-30I called to get a part from the store and the manager was rude I was trying to explain to him about A part that I need it he cut me off and told me that no part was Real I know that this is a lie because the part im looking for they have it in other parts stores if you are a customer and you’re looking for a part I suggest trying Another part store rude customer service
